- APOLLO CREED – Placed on the last two runs, 3rd on the latest over 4000m at this track in a handicap chase on May 6th. Has a stiff task
- JIBSON – Two wins over hurdles at Nantes on the last two runs, a Class 1 on May 22nd over 3900m. One to consider each-way

- HIPSTER PARADISE – Fair 2nd last time over 4400m at Auteuil in a Class 1 chase on May 3rd. Has to enter calculations
- CHARMINO – Placed on both runs this year, 3rd on the latter over 4300m in a Class 1 chase at Nantes behind EL PEDRO (1) on May 5th. One to pay attention to

Summary: EL PEDRO (1) has won three of his last four runs, the last two at Nantes. His most recent success was in a Class 1 chase, and he is progressing. His main threat could be CHARMINO (7), who was third in the same race last time out and chased the selection home on his penultimate start. HIPSTER PARADISE (6) warrants respect and looks like a strong option each-way. KABUKI A LA MOTTE (8) scored at this track in May and heads the remainder.

- FORZA SEDACA – Excellent last effort when 2nd over 2300m at Angers in a Handicap and can go one more. Serious claims

- JOLIEPIERRE – Only managed a 7th place finish at Pornichet over 3100m on the 7th of January and might need this comeback start. Prefer others
- ANNA MANDARA – Taking time to win again but making big threats of doing so soon. Finished 3rd at Chateaubriant over 1950m last time., Can win
Summary: SAKURACHAN (2) can be forgiven for the recent two below par efforts and is more than capable of bouncing right back to better form. Three starts ago, she was 2nd at Marseille Vivaux over 2600m. Her last two were in competitive Handicaps and she is more than capable of winning a race of this nature. CREEKATTEMPS (3) is taking time to notch up her next victory but should do so soon. FORZA SEDACA (4) ran a cracker last time when 2nd at Angers showing that the next victory is near. Bright chance and PHILOSOPHY (8) is a must for the quartet perms.

Summary: MISTY MORNING (1) scored over course and distance on debut in early May and followed up with a decent second at Vichy late last month on his only other run. He should be able to win again from MA GANNAT (4), who was a pleasing second over the track and trip on May 6th, behind the selection. On more favoured terms, she can be competitive. Hard-knocker LE HAVRE (8) could make life difficult for the selection on a course that should suit, and LOOPING RENARDIER (12) fits a similar profile so shouldn’t be taken lightly. - KEVA LUDOISE – Much improved of late, winning her last two starts, the latest being in Class E at Nantes over 3000m on 29 May. Keeps that shoe arrangement for a hat-trick attempt
Summary: An open contest for 5-year-old mares with the winner likely to come from the second row. KEVA LUDOISE (17) is thriving and at the top of her game so seems good value to complete the hat-trick ahead of KLASSICA BLEUE (16) who is expected to bounce back from a recent faux pas in Paris, espeically in this shoeing configuration. KIRIA DE CASTELLE (11) fits a similar profile and has the means to play a leading role, as does KALINKA DU LEVANT (15) who is also bidding for a three-timer after a convincing last-start success at Le Mans.

Summary: KAVALO BELLO (8) has hot straps this year, winning two of his last 3 starts , including his latest at Argentan. The selection is taken to get the better of KOMAN (6), who shouldn’t be hastily condemned for a recent Argentan disqualification. KANAK DU BOCAGE (5) is delicate but not taken lightly with Mathieu Mottier. KHEOPS CASTELET (10) and KRYSTAL DU RUEL (9) appeal most of the remainder.

Summary: A wide-open event from which in-form ILLICO DE BOUTEAU (12) can emerge victorious. IVA ROYALE (10), after 2 mich-needed comeback outings, and IVARUN (9), who caught the eye on turf last time, seem most likely to trouble the selection. - IN LOVE REGLISSE – Disappointing last run when 6th in a Class E Mounted race at Caen over 2450m on 28 May. In very good form before that and can bounce back to beat these rivals
- HILLONA DE NESLE – Showed some improvement when barefoot and 5th in a Class E Mounted race at Argentan over 2875m on 12 May. Remains barefoot and can do even better this time
- HOLIDAY WELL – Has major disqualification issues and faulted last time out at Argentan. Was doing well before being disqualified and can bounce back to score if wise
- FELINE DE JANVILLE – Unreliable and finished 9th in a Class F harness race at Amiens over 2900m on 26 May. Barefoot and capable of contesting the finish this time
- GET UP BROWN – Has really struggled this and was tenth in a Class D Mounted race at Laval over 2850m on 24 April. Needs to fins a few lengths to win
Summary: HOLIDAY WELL (8) sets the standard on ratings and, despite several mixed results recently, she is more than capable of dominating this race. INDIGO BEACH (5) has also demonstrated his competitiveness at this level so should expose any chinks in the selection’s armour. HILLONA DE NESLE (7), confirmed under saddle, and FELINE DE JANVILLE (9), barefoot this time, are contenders for a podium berth.

C1 – PRIX FRANCOIS ET REGIS LE VEXIER – 2950m (a2m) – Class E Race – Harness – EUR € 22,000
- KINDER KEEN – 10th of 14, on debut, in a 2825m Vire Class F on 25 May and no fireworks anticipated
- KILEFAIT – Got back in the game at Nantes 10 days ago when 2nd of 12 in a 3000m Class E. Form is not in question and, with his mind on the game, can apply the pressure on KING PRESTIGE (6)
- KNOCKANDO – Sanctioned in a 2775m Class F at Le Grand-Fougeray late last month. Front shoes back on but form is not in doubt and must be considered a realistic first-5 prospect
- KYLEBEAU DU LUOT – Ran 9th at Angers on re-entry before being sanctioned in a 2800m Cholet Class D in late-April. Comes here fresh but with shoes fitted is unlikely to make his presence felt
- KILIM D’OMBLAIS – In the frame in 3 of last 4, latterly 3rd of 9 in a 2750m Class F at Le Grand-Fougeray 10 days ago, and returns to a hard surface with Benjamin Rochard in the bike and a good hand to play
- KING PRESTIGE – Quality individual that smartly won a 2200m Caen Class F 3 weeks ago and with stride in check should have this in the bag
- KALISTO DU BOURDON – Has raced honourably this year, most recently 2nd of 8 in a 2800m Rambouillet Class F 10 days ago. Sports front pads this time and may just be taking on too much
- KARO DAIRPET – Should not be too quickly judged for running 10th of 11 in a 3000m Chateaubriant Class E 2 weeks ago. Is plainly capable and Sébastien Hardy will be eager to take advantage of the entry. Place prospect
Summary: Winner of 5 of the 7 races he has finished, KING PRESTIGE (6) has been reconfigured for his return to Saint-Malo and it will take some performance to beat him. Paul Ploquin will give it a go though provided he can keep his in-form, but delicate, KILEFAIT (2) trotting. KARO DAIRPET (8) is better than his last 2 results would imply and the excellent entry will only work to his advantage. KILIM D’OMBLAIS (5) takes on a better bunch of horses here but still has the wherewithal to finish in the thick of things.

C2 – PRIX DE LA SOCIETE DU TROTTEUR FRANCAIS – 2950m (a2m) – Class E Race – Harness – EUR € 22,000 - JENNY JO – Out of the picture in last 3, latterly 12th of 14 in a 2575m Saint-Brieuc Class F early-May, and others easier to back
- JOYCE D’YVI – 7th of 9 finishers in a 2500m Bihorel-lès-Rouen Class F 10 days ago and is not about to influence the outcome
- JOCONDE DES PRES – 11th of 16 when preparing for this in a 2875m Argentan Class D a fortnight back. Excels in the day’s configuration and looks competitive for a place on the podium
- JOYCE PILE – 9th of 16 in a 2725m Graignes Class F 3 weeks ago. Not as sharp as she was during the winter but the engagement of Damien Bonne will do her chances no disservice
- JOLIE ET SAGE – Steps up in category after coming 3rd of 18 in a 2825m Durtal Class E 3 weeks ago but will need to find more this time
- JANA D’ARMOR – Unraced since finishing last but one in a 2800m Pontchateau Class E mid-April. Has no particular liking for Saint-Malo and can be passed over
- JADORE GIRL – 9th of 16, on first start for 9 months, in a 2825m Durtal Class F last weekend. Won under these conditions last summer and even in the absence of Eric Raffin can still play a prominent role
- JAINA D’ESSARTS – 8th of 12 in a 2850m Class E at Maure-de-Bretagne on 11 May. Has placed just once in 3 starts here and even though sporting a new configuration is unlikely to create an upset
- JACINTHE DES BOIS – Has looked ordinary for some time, most recently sanctioned in a 2300m Chateaubriant Class D 2 weeks ago and will have few friends
- JOLIE TEJY – Has not been seen out since running 5th of 7 in a 2050m Laval Class E last September and will have nothing to offer
- JUDICIEUSE ZAILER – 8th of 14 in a 2700m amateurs Class G at Le Mont-Saint-Michel late last month. Goes well when barefoot though, enjoys a terrific entry on the front line, and should not be underestimated
- JAVOTTE MADRIK – Sanctioned in a 2825m Durtal Class E 3 weeks ago. Not ideally-entered but appreciates Saint-Malo and will generate interest
- JERSEY GEMA – Produced 2 good efforts last month before running 9th of 13 in a 2900m Amiens Class E late last month. Should take well to new profile and will have her chances
- JEEDAYA DU VIVIER – 8th of 17, on return to competition, in a 2800m Cholet Class E on 13 May. Has won 8 of 9 when unshod-behind and is easy to like for the win
- JACINTHE DU BOIRON – 4th of 14 in a 2150m Argentan Class F on 12 May, her first start since January. Will have come on for the run and considering the entry, looks a serious contender
Summary: An absolute dynamo when running in the day’s configuration, JEEDAYA DU VIVIER (14) has a race under her belt and, as comfortable racing right-handed as left-, she may just have the edge over the ideally-engaged JACINTHE DU BOIRON (15) whose recent re-entry was particularly encouraging. Oddly below-par at Amiens after having imposed at Strasbourg a few days earlier, JERSEY GEMA (13) can be brought back into the fold. JOCONDE DES PRES (3) should be fit by now and has never disappointed when shod as she is here.

- IDEAL DE BAULON – Won 3 on the trot before coming 3rd of 14 in a 2800m Pontchateau Class F on Thursday. Goes shod this time and cannot be considered a priority
- HECTOR DE MONE – Returns to harness code after finishing 9th of 12 in a 2500m Monflanquin monte Class E a month back. Better under the saddle but with Paul Ploquin reining could pleasantly surprise
- HARLEM LOCA – 3rd of 14 in a 2800m Carhaix Class F a fortnight ago. Has been acquitting himself well for some time and while unlikely to get his nose in front, should nonetheless be competitive for a first-5 cheque
- ILANO DE MONGOCHY – 8th of 16, on 2nd start back, in a 2700m Meral amateurs Class H a month ago, and has no possible chance
- HARRY D’OURVILLE – Returns to the professional ranks after faulting in a 2100m Vincennes amateurs Class F on 20 May. Races barefoot for just the 2nd time but starts in front and with Damien Bonne in the bike will be afforded every chance
- ISMIR DE L’ORMERIE – 4th of 17, on first start since the spell, in a 2800m Cholet Class F on 13 May. Takes on a better lot this time, and races shod, but is still worth monitoring
- IQUEM MARVIC – Returns to racing barefoot after being sanctioned in a 2725m Graignes Class E on 23 May. Starts in front but still not a concern
- INITIALE LILA – 2nd of 18 in a 2875m Argentan monte Class E on 12 May. Is plainly better under the saddle but the engagement of Sébastien Ernault will increase her prospects significantly
- HASHTAG DUB’S – Comfortable winner on Moulins re-entry before finishing 11th of 13 in a 3200m Landivisiau Class F last weekend. Not to everyone’s taste but with Benjamin Rochard reining can set the record straight
- HELECHO – Well-beaten 6th of 10 in a 2875m Meslay Class E on 5 May and the extra 25m will do him no favours
- GENERAL MITCHELL – Unexceptional sort that finished 13th of 18 in a 2725m Lisieux Class E 3 weeks ago. Incurs the penalty and can be ruled out
- IRMYLA DE SOMMAIRE – Sanctioned in 2 of last 3, latterly a 2700m Vincennes Class D early-May, but has solid references in this category and with application will be no pushover
- HELIOS DJEMA – 9th of 18 in a 2800m Rambouillet Class A but would have been competitive had he not faulted. Seldom disappoints with front pads fitted and in this company looks the one to beat
- GARDEN OF MEMORY – Sanctioned in a 2900m Amiens Class F a fortnight back. Has done nothing noteworthy all year and will have few takers
Summary: A tough type with a good Saint-Malo record, HELIOS DJEMA (14) will be shod to preference after having lost his action at Rambouillet and Sébastien Hardy will be determined to set the record straight. He will still be justifiably wary of HASHTAG DUB’S (10) who is never far from springing a surprise, and INITIALE LILA (9) who has been thriving under the saddle. IRMYLA DE SOMMAIRE (13) may be shod for the occasion but it does not mean she will be less-competitive.

C4 – PRIX DE BRETAGNE – 2950m (a2m) – Class F Race – Harness – EUR € 24,000 - INES LAND – Has made no impact this year, lastly 7th of 16 behind IDO MENDY (4) in a 2900m Amiens Class F on 26 May, and chances slim at best
- HINATA – Last of 8 in a 3000m Nantes Class F last Monday. Has done nothing of note all year and can be confidently disregarded
- HEROINE DE TALA – Back in the professional ranks after running 4th of 15 in a 2725m Thouars amateurs Class H 10 days ago. In superior company here and will have few takers
- IDO MENDY – Sprang a 40/1 surprise when 2nd of 16 in a 2900m Amiens Class F on 26 May. Unlikely to repeat but is still worth keeping an eye on
- IRMINIG D’OLIVERIE – Oddly lacklustre 13th of 14 in a 2700m Class F at Jullouville-les-Pins 10 days ago. Is back to racing unshod-behind and with Sébastien Ernault reining will be afforded every chance
- IDEFIX HERBLINAIE – Back under harness after coming 6th of 10 in a 2675m monte Class G at Le Mont-Saint-Michel late-May and is not easy to recommend
- IRMINIO KILY – Has struggled of late, most recently sanctioned in a 2900m Amiens Class F a fortnight back. Shoes fitted and others preferred
- IF BLEU – 13th of 18 in a 3000m Chateaubriant Class E a fortnight back. Ran 2nd on lone start at the venue and a big run is not far off. Chance
- HELLO DU GERS – Came close to achieving first goal of the season when 2nd of 14 in a 2150m Argentan Class F on 12 May. Will have come on for the race and can impose this time
- INDIGO JULRY – Has 2 runs under his belt following a lengthy absence, latterly 8th of 15 in a 2650m Cordemais Class E on 20 April. Boasts a fine clockwise win-rate and if close to full fitness will not be far off the mark
- IDOLE JALLERIE – Back to racing barefoot after running 11th of 18 in a 2675m Le Mont-Saint-Michel Class F 9 days ago and merits considerable respect
- INTELLO D’ERABLE – Ran 3rd at Vire a week before coming 6th of 16 behind IMPACT SPORT (13) in a 2600m Meslay-du-Maine Class E mid-May. Is plainly in good shape and must not be overlooked with Paul Ploquin reining
- IMPACT SPORT – 4th of 16 in a 2600m Meslay-du-Maine Class E 3.5 weeks ago. Enjoys a decent entry and is unlikely to let the side down. Place chance
Summary: The big guns are on the 2nd row again, HELLO DU GERS (9) looking the obvious choice given how well he acquitted himself at Argentan last month. Benjamin Rochard will still be minded to keep tabs on the reconfigured IF BLEU (8) who is significantly better than latest numbers would suggest, IMPACT SPORT (13) who produced an encouraging performance at Meslay-du-Maine mid-May, and INTELLO D’ERABLE (12) who finished close behind.

C5 – PRIX DU QUEBEC – 2950m (a2m) – Class E Race – Harness – EUR € 22,000 - KALOUETTINA – Back under harness after finishing last but one in a 2625m Cherbourg Class E on 21 April. Has been freshly reconfigured and with Sébastien Ernault in the bike should not be entirely written off
- KENTIA HAUFOR – Going well when sanctioned in a 2200m Caen Class F on 17 May. Damien Bonne in the bike this time and will be no easy touch if he can keep her trotting
- KALINA LOVE – Very disappointing this year, latterly sanctioned in a 2900m Dozule Class F 10 days ago, and has no realistic chance
- KOSCA DES CAILLONS – Pleased on comeback but looked ordinary when 7th of 11 in a 2800m Carhaix Class F 2 weeks ago and is not easy to like
- KALIE CHOUM – Steps up in category after running 3rd of 8 finishers in a 3050m Montluçon Class E 10 days ago. Is barefoot with Franck Nivard reining and must be taken seriously
- KASPAROVA – Reassuring 3rd of 15 in a 3200m Fougeres Class F a month ago. Reverts to a previous formula but looks a minor place chance at best
- KITY DE LA MORTRIE – Quality element that made short work of a 2200m Caen Class F on 17 May. Is new to Saint-Malo but in current condition is easy to like for the double
- KAPELLA DRY – Made up for Meslay-du-Maine disappointment when victorious in a 2825m Durtal Class F a week ago. Sports modified shoeing but can still make a big impact if focused
- KALANSKA – 3rd at Elbeuf before running close 2nd of 15 in a 2800m Vire Class E on 19 May. Is proven in the day’s configuration and Benjamin Rochard will be expecting to contest the finish
- KALINE D’ATOUT – 7th of 11 finishers in a 2800m Rambouillet Class E on 11 May. Front pads fitted this time and is not a concern
Summary: Back at the top of her game since starting to race barefoot, KITY DE LA MORTRIE (7) made no bones about imposing at Caen last month and with Anthony Barrier in the bike will take all the beating. Nicely-engaged, KALANSKA (9) is clearly close to her race and sports modified shoeing for the occasion, while recent winner KAPELLA DRY (8) still looks dangerous even with pads fitted. KENTIA HAUFOR (2) was competitive before losing her action at Caen and Damien Bonne will be keen to put things right.

C6 – PRIX JULES LEPENNETIER – 2950m (a2m) – Class E Race – Harness – EUR € 19,500 - LUTIN DU PRATEL – Solid as a rock in last 3, latterly 2nd of 13 in a 2675m Le Mont-Saint-Michel Class F late last month, but in this category will struggle to make his mark
- LE BEAU CIEL – Should not be too hastily-judged for coming 7th of 9 in a 2450m Caen Class E late last month. Hind shoes off this time, with Franck Nivard in the bike, and must not be underestimated
- LENNON – Promising but complicated type making first start since being sanctioned in a 2750m Cabourg Class E last December and is going to need the run
- LOUISIS DU LUPIN – Unseen since running 2nd of 13 in a 3125m Angers Class F on 22 March. Shoes off for comeback though and will be expected to play an active role
- LABEL BOY – Lost his maiden tag when victorious in a 2475m Niort Class For 18 May. Is confirmed on a hard surface and should be competitive for a place in the picture
- LEDETROIT CHENOU – Made up for Maure-de-Bretagne sanction when 2nd of 14 in a 3125m Questembert Class F on 25 May. Entrusted to Paul Ploquin for first time and, barefoot for the occasion, can go one better
- LANCELOT DU CHENIN – Unlucky 9th of 11 finishers behind LORD LA GAUCHERIE (8) in a 2300m Chateaubriant Class E 2 weeks ago. Has a lot going his way here and looks the pick of the lot
- LORD LA GAUCHERIE – Surprise 5th of 11 finishers in a 2300m Chateaubriant Class E on 25 May and a repeat seems most improbable
- LASCAUX DU PERCHE – Appears to be getting back in shape, most recently 5th of 7 finishers, a place behind LORENZO DE BUCY (12), in a 2800m Villedieu-les-Poëles Class F a fortnight back, but a minor place chance at best this time
- LANDEVY – Sanctioned when being conditioned in a 2750m Angouleme Class F 3 weeks ago. Will be fit by now, and driven by Benjamin Rochard, and can get back in the game if kept focused
- LUTIN DE LA BASLE – 5th of 8 finishers in a 2800m Class F at Villedieu-les-Poëles 2 weeks ago and at this level is not about to spice things up
- LORENZO DE BUCY – Pleasantly surprising 4th of 7 finishers on re-entry in a 2800m Villedieu-les-Poëles Class F a fortnight back. Will have progressed for the run and even though still in conditioning-mode is still worth retaining
- LOTUS GEMA – In the frame in 2 before coming 6th of 14 in a 2400m Amiens Class E on 26 May. Showed tenacity that day but still seems to be taking on too much
- LUCKY DU MINON – Last but one behind LORD LA GAUCHERIE (8) in a 2300m Chateaubriant Class E 2 weeks ago. Appears to be totally off the boil and cannot be considered a player
Summary: LANCELOT DU CHENIN (7) did not enjoy the best of trips last time out but nevertheless showed his form; he races first-time barefoot, with Anthony Barrier in the bike, and can win this. Also unshod for the first time, LEDETROIT CHENOU (6) left a good impression at Questembert and looks the main threat. A model of consistency, LOUISIS DU LUPIN (4) makes his first appearance since March but is clearly in competition-mode and must be respected. LABEL BOY (5) got off the mark 3 weeks ago and can again figure prominently.

- LIBERTA DE MARZY – Hard to knock lately, most recently 2nd of 9 finishers in a 2800m Cholet Class F on 1 May. Has solid references when shod and can make a big splash if she takes to Saint-Malo conditions
- LOVE ME MAZELI – Sanctioned in 3 of last 4, latterly a 2400m Amiens Class E on 26 May. Has evident talent though and will be no pushover if Matthias Legros assures her initial strides
- LOVE MARY LOU – Sports a fresh configuration after finishing last but one in a 2625m Cherbourg Class F on 11 May but still seems to have too much to do
- LAETITIA MONTVASON – Makes first start since faulting early in a 2200m Caen Class E on 20 March. Is undeniably capable and will be dangerous if she gets off on the right foot
- LAISSEZ FAIRE – 9th of 11 in a 2450m Caen Class E on comeback 3 weeks ago. Has been off the boil for some time and can expect to have few friends in the markets
- LEYLI DE LA VALLEE – Failed to confirm Fougeres victory when sanctioned in a 2600m Meslay-du-Maine Class E mid-May but returns to racing barefoot and can get a look-in
- LA BREVINOISE – Quality element making first start since running 2nd of 14 in a 2750m Cabourg Class E last October. Will need the race and would be preferred more competitively shod
- LEGION SMART – Made it 2 in a row when successful in a 2475m Niort Class F 3 weeks ago. Is pitted against better this time but has untapped potential and looks a major player once more
- LELLAMIKA – A write-off so far this term, latterly 10th of 11, a place behind LAISSEZ FAIRE (6), in a 2450m Caen Class E on comeback 3 weeks ago, and is not about to shake things up
- LOLITA DES LANDES – Always gives her best but will need to improve on her 4th of 8 in a 2800m Class F at Villedieu-les-Poëles 2 weeks ago
- LATINA DU FER – Trounced in both this year, most recently last but one in a 2850m Laval Class E in late-April, and can be dismissed
- LA FOULE – Raced better in a 2700m Vire Class E 3 weeks ago than her 6th of 13 would suggest. Is plainly back on the right road and must be respected
- LIPARI – 3rd on re-entry at Langon before repeating 2 weeks ago in a 2825m Lignieres Class F. Should find conditions to her liking and has a realistic chance of getting that maiden monkey off her back
Summary: Highly-consistent, and solid in both return runs, LIPARI (14) enjoys a good entry here, is plainly close to her race, and with Paul Ploquin in the bike for the first time, can lose her maiden tag. That said, LEGION SMART (9) comes here on a hat-trick and despite the hike in category is not incapable of pulling it off. LIBERTA DE MARZY (2) may be shod for this run, but with a leading driver booked, she could still stir the pot. LAETITIA MONTVASON (5) has been afforded time to recalibrate following her comeback sanction and Anthony Barrier will be confident of a big run.

- MAJESTE DES ARRIS – Qualified respectably last autumn but sanctioned on debut in a 2800m Villedieu-les-Poëles Class G 2 weeks ago and is not about to garner much support
- MALIZIOSA – Qualified nicely 11 months ago but sanctioned in a 2750m La Capelle Class F on career bow last weekend and others easier to support
- MINDIE DES PRES – Lost her action on debut, 9 days ago, in a 2675m Class F at Le Mont-Saint-Michel, and best to hold off
- MONEY DE SENOVILLE – Failed to confirm 1’18″7 qualification when sanctioned in a 2800m Chartres Class F on 23 March. Is an interesting future prospect though and should not be ignored
- MY FAIR LADY – Sanctioned, first time out, in a 2150m Durtal Class F last weekend, but showed significant promise nevertheless and can finish close if she stays in stride
- MOON LIGHT RIVER – Disappointed at Vire before galloping in a 2725m Lisieux Class F 3 weeks ago and must get her house in order
- MISS VICTORY – 3rd of 12 in a 2525m Savigny-sur-Braye Class G 10 days ago. Benefits from the services of a top driver for the occasion and will be competitive for a spot on the podium
- MOLLY DU CAUX – Produced a brace of good performances before being sanctioned in a 2700m Graignes Class F on 23 May. Should not be too hastily-condemned though and with application could well make first 5
- MARITZA D’ORION – Improving sort that ran 4th of 10 finishers in a 2875m Meslay-du-Maine Class F mid-May. Unlikely to lose her maiden tag but is unlikely to go home empty-handed either
- MEFIANCE DU NOYER – Put in a fine performance to come 2nd of 13 in a 2200m Vichy Class F on debut late last month. Will have come on for the run and may yet prove the main danger to MAGIE DES MOLLES (1)
- MALINE DE JED – Unthreatening 5th of 9 finishers in a 2700m Graignes Class F on 23 May and is not about to spring any surprises
Summary: Given time to come on after qualifying superbly last November, the beautifully-related MAGIE DES MOLLES (1) will be expected to get straight down to business. Opposition will come from MEFIANCE DU NOYER (11) who left a very good impression at Vichy on debut late last month, and MY FAIR LADY (6) whose Durtal sanction belies significant potential. MISS VICTORY (8) has done everything right so far and Paul Ploquin gets the nod.
