R1 ENGHIEN [L-H]
C1 – PRIX DE BONNE-NOUVELLE – 2875m (a2m) – Class B Race – Harness – EUR € 52,000
- MONEY CASH – Sanctioned in both since the break, latterly a 2175m Vincennes Class B on 3 June. Is proven here but others still easier to trust
- MISTER BARRA – Comfortable winner of a 2650m Hyeres Class D on 1 May. Is arguably better racing clockwise and a minor place chance at best
- MAGNUS MAXIMUS – Made a fine return to competition on 17 April when dominant winner of a claimer over course and distance. Steps up in category but should still be good enough to finish in the mix
- MISSILE DE TAGOR – 3rd of 8, a place behind MELCHIOR JAMES (7), in a 2500m Class C at La Rochelle on 11 May. In this category though, will struggle to make his mark
- MUSCLE DREAM – In the frame in all 3 this term, most recently 3rd of 12 in a 2700m Vincennes Class C 3 weeks ago. Will appreciate these conditions and is thoroughly capable of finishing close once more
- MILORD D’IRAI – Has not been seen out since faulting early in a 2700m Vincennes Gr.2 in late-January and will need the race
- MELCHIOR JAMES – 5th over track and trip before coming good 2nd of 8 in a 2500m Class C at La Rochelle on 11 May. Unlikely to get his nose in front but can still play an active part
- MAGNUM – Unraced since easily winning a 2150m Class D here late-April. Comes here fresh and on good behaviour can double up
- MONEYTIME FLAC – Courageous winner of a Class D over course and distance 3 weeks ago. Beat a very good Duvaldestin horse that day and has a realistic chance of repeating
- MISTRAL CASTELLE – 5th of 6 finishers in a 2200m Caen Class B on 10 May. Showed his worth more than once last season and considering the entry, must be considered a player
Summary: Although unseen since winning like a good thing here in late-April, MAGNUM (8) should be able to win this provided he stays in stride. He will still face opposition from recent course-and-distance winner MONEYTIME FLAC (9), and MUSCLE DREAM (5) who has been knocking at the door this season. Nicely-engaged here, MISTRAL CASTELLE (10) has 2 runs under his belt and will be no pushover if he takes to the new conditions.

C2 – PRIX DE BLAMONT – 2875m (a2m) – Class D Race – Harness – EUR € 46,000 - DOWNTOWN AS – Has so far failed to make his mark in France, latterly last of 13 behind JOLICOEUR (16) in a 2100m Vincennes Class C mid-May, and can be ignored
- DALI’DEL RONCO – Good, consistent sort that ran 2nd of 15 in a 2400m Marseille-Borely Class F on 25 April but may be taking on too much on this occasion
- MISTER JUPITER – Well-regarded Swedish sort making first start since faulting in a 2700m Vincennes Class E on 18 February. Is competitively-shod, with Alexandre Abrivard reining, and while not a priority is still worth keeping an eye on
- DIAPASON (ITY) – Sanctioned in both since the break, most recently a 2100m Vincennes Class E on 25 April, and must get his house in order
- DAFNE DI POGGIO – Takes a dip in category after running 8th of 13 behind JOLICOEUR (16) in a 2100m Vincennes Class C on 14 May and will not be far off the mark if she can reproduce her winter form
- JAVERNE – Decent mare that won over a mile in Avenches 8 days ago. Has form at this level but would be preferred barefoot
- DE GAULLE GRIF – Out of the picture in both this term, most recently 8th of 13 in a 2700m Vincennes Class D 2 months ago, and is unlikely to shake things up
- HOLLYWOOD STONE – Has not been seen out since finishing 11th of 13 in a 2700m Vincennes monte Class D last September and can be passed over
- GLOBAL DUTY – Had gas in the tank when sanctioned in a 2100m Vincennes Class C a month back. Has never excelled at Enghien but in current condition will be dangerous if focused
- OBLIVION – Sanctioned in last 2, latterly a 2200m Caen Class F on 10 May. Was unlucky that day, goes barefoot this time, and can get in on the action if Benjamin Rochard keeps him out of harm’s way
- DECLAN – Swedish import making first appearance in France. Goes barefoot for the occasion but is not about to spring any surprises
- ROBTHEBANK – Got back in the game at Agen late last month when 3rd of 13 in a 2575m Class E, but a repeat seems most unlikely
- DIABEL – Made up for being sanctioned here when 2nd of 14 in a 2700m Vincennes Class C late last month. Champion driver back in the bike and will be competitive for the win
- HARPY – 2nd of 15 over 2640m on re-entry at Mantorp 2 weeks ago. Is new to Vincennes but does not run here for fun. Chance
- JUNKIES MINDS – 8th of 16 when preparing for this in a 2700m Class F at Jullouville-les-Pins on 29 May. Won his only start at the venue and with shoes off this time must be respected
- JOLICOEUR – Fine Swedish import that was beaten only by a very good horse in a 2100m Vincennes Class C on 14 May. Put in fine fractions that day and looks the one to beat
Summary: JOLICOEUR (16) has hardly put a foot out of line since moving to France and given the entry must be considered a legitimate contender. He will be opposed though by the excellent DIABEL (13) who has not once disappointed for Eric Raffin, and HARPY (14) who races barefoot following a most convincing comeback in Mantorp a fortnight ago. GLOBAL DUTY (9) is clearly in form and Franck Nivard will be eager to make up for last month’s sanction.

C3 – PRIX DE LA PLACE DES VICTOIRES – 2150m (a1m1/4) – Class E Race – Harness – EUR € 35,000 - LUGACHA – Pleasantly surprising 4th of 12 in a 2100m Vincennes Class E late last month. Starts on the rail here but with pads fitted again and must not be overlooked
- LADY DE SAFRAN – 7th of 12 behind LUGACHA (1) in a 2100m Vincennes Class E late last month. Disappointing on the whole this year and even with Mathieu Mottier at the helm is unlikely to spice things up
- LA STAR – Failed to confirm Caen success when sanctioned in a 2725m Lisieux Class D last weekend but has bags of ability and will have her chances if her driver keeps her focused
- LYRA DU METZ – Last of 8 in a 2550m Reims Class E on 1 June. Handed a good draw but has no possible chance
- LIBERTINE D’ERABLE – Authoritative winner of a 2450m Caen Class E 2.5 weeks ago. Sports same configuration and a repeat performance is not out of the question
- LADY MAJOR – Romped in her last 2, latterly a 2150m Mauquenchy Class E early last week. Should take well to Enghien conditions and has every chance of making it 3 on the trot
- LADY ANGELE – Failed to repeat Graignes victory when sanctioned in a 2100m Vincennes Class E 2.5 weeks ago, but can make amends if Paul Ploquin assures her initial strides
- LILYROSE WIND – Pleasant 2nd at Graignes but failed to repeat when 8th of 10 behind LUGACHA (1) in a 2450m Caen Class E early-May. Has no love for Enghien and can be passed over
- LADY STARLIGHT – Has not been seen out since storming up in a 2850m Mauquenchy Class E last February. Has taken her game to a new level since starting to race barefoot though and despite the draw must not be underestimated
- LA PERLA DE LOU – Runner-up in 3 of 4 this year, latterly a 2400m Amiens Class E on 26 May. Eric Raffin gets the nod here but still not a priority
- LUARIA – Capricious filly that finished an unthreatening 8th of 12 behind LUGACHA (1) in a 2100m Vincennes Class E late last month and races here on a prayer
- LADY DUCALE – Unplaced in last 2, latterly last of 12 behind LUGACHA (1) in a 2100m Vincennes Class E late last month, and will first need to re-establish her credentials
- LASKOVA – Consistently in the thick of things when barefoot, most recently 4th of 9 finishers in a 2950m Le Mans Class E on 22 May, and can impose
Summary: Like a horse reborn since starting to race in her current configuration, LADY MAJOR (6) makes her Enghien bow on a hat-trick and has every chance of pulling it off. LASKOVA (13) however has nothing to prove in this category and even though starting on the back line, still looks a major player. LIBERTINE D’ERABLE (5) is better-positioned behind the car and her recent Caen performance augurs well for her prospects. The tricky LA STAR (3) is arguably better going right-handed but is a tough nut when focused and has won all 3 with Yoann Lebourgeois reining.

C4 – PRIX DE NEW YORK – 2150m (a1m1/4) – Class A Race – Harness – EUR € 90,000 - HEDE DARLING – Failed to deliver when last but one in a 2800m Gr.3 at Le Croise-Laroche 3.5 weeks ago. Appreciates Enghien however and will be expected to make amends
- FELIX DU BOURG – Unexceptional sort that ran 7th of 13 in race of reference and is not going to influence the outcome
- FANATIC FLASH – Has done nothing noteworthy this year, latterly 11th of 12 behind IBISCUS MAN (4) in a 2100m Vincennes Class B on 3 May, and will have few friends
- IBISCUS MAN – Should not be too hastily-judged for coming 9th of 13 to UNICO BROLINE (5) in a 2850m Vincennes Class B late last month. Goes barefoot this time, excels at the venue, and looks the one to beat
- UNICO BROLINE – Took Vincennes win-rate to 50 percent late last month when winning a 2850m Class B with authority. Enjoys a good spot behind the car and must be taken more seriously this time. Chance
- GRINDELWALD – 3rd of 5 finishers in a 2175m Vincennes monte Gr.3 11 days ago. Has previously won under harness here but will have her work cut out this time
- IGREC DE CELLAND – 3rd of 12, a place behind IBISCUS MAN (4), in a 2100m Vincennes Class B on 3 May. Will have come on for the run and, given his liking for Enghien, should not be underestimated
- HARLEY GEMA – Tricky mare but reassured 10 days ago when 4th of 16 in a 2850m Laval Gr.3. Forced to break wide but sports 4 pads this time and a similar effort would see her pick up another cheque
- JAKARTAS DES PRES – Encouraged at La Rochelle but could manage only 10th of 13 in race of reference and can be ruled out
- ELEGANCE KRONOS – Left a good impression when 4th of 12 in a valuable 2140m event in Gothenburg early last month. Has had ample time to recover and even from the 2nd line looks a serious proposition
- INSTRUMENTALISTE – By no means disgraced when 7th of 12 behind IBISCUS MAN (4) in a 2100m Vincennes Class B on 3 May. Winner of his only start here but looks no more than a minor place chance this time
- GABRIELLA DUEM – Continued her competitive ways when 2nd of 13 to UNICO BROLINE (5) in a 2850m Vincennes Class B late last month. Has not got her nose in front for a year but is eminently capable of interrupting the pattern
- GREAT TIGRESS – Quality trotter that ran 6th of 12 to HUBBLE DU VIVIER (16) in a Class B under these conditions 3 weeks ago but is taking on too much this time
- SELF EXPLOSIVE – Steps back up in category after running surprise 4th of 13 to UNICO BROLINE (5) in a 2850m Vincennes Class B on 30 May. Has pulled a rough draw here and cannot be considered a priority
- IZNOGOUD AM – Well-beaten 11th of 13 in 30 May race of reference. Guillaume Martin has to contend with an unenviable draw and is unlikely to create an upset
- HUBBLE DU VIVIER – Has done nothing but improve since the spell, latterly winning a Class B under these conditions with ease 3 weeks ago. Handed a tough draw but with JMB in the bike is unlikely to be far from the action
Summary: Excellent runner-up to Cobra Killer Gar in 1’09”5 across town early last month, IBISCUS MAN (4) lost all chance when faulting next time but breaks from the 4-spot here, races barefoot, and can secure a first victory of 2025. He will nonetheless encounter considerable resistance from UNICO BROLINE (5) who won at 24/1 that day, and the less favourably-drawn ELEGANCE KRONOS (10) who will be ideally suited to the Enghien profile. Runner-up in her last 3, GABRIELLA DUEM (12) will be shod to preference for her Enghien bow and is also in with a reasonable shout. HEDE DARLING (1) drops marginally in category and seldom disappoints at Enghien.

C5 – PRIX DE LA PORTE DE LA PLAINE – 2875m (a2m) – Class A Race – Harness – EUR € 62,000 - LYNYRD SKYNYRD – Serious colt making first start since running 2nd of 9 in a 2700m Vincennes Class A last October and best to keep one’s powder dry
- LIZY JOSSELYN – Decent 4th of 9 in a 2700m Vincennes Gr.3 last January. Has not been seen since and with shoes on will have little to contribute
- LETTRE D’AMOUR – Useful type that was a surprisingly lacklustre 5th of 7 finishers in a 2700m Vincennes Class B early last month. Takes on the colts this time and is not about to create an upset
- LUTIN DE REUX – 4th of 14 behind LORD DU GERS (7) in a 2700m Class B across town early last month. Consistently gives his best and, shod as he was here in April, must be afforded respect
- FERAHAN AS – Disappointing so far this season, most recently 9th of 13 in Gr.3 Prix Caecilia on 23 May, and can be confidently passed over
- LASH PERRINE – Last but one behind LORD DE LOIRON (10) in 2700m Gr.3 Prix Caecilia at Vincennes 3 weeks ago and already looks out of his depth
- LORD DU GERS – Clearly out of sorts when sanctioned in a 2700m Vincennes Gr.3 on 23 May. Is plainly in form though and can wrap this up if Jean-Michel Bazire keeps him focused
- FUNKY ROC – 2nd in a valuable sales race in Turin before comfortably winning a 2700m Class B here a month ago. Has turned a corner this term and Matthieu Abrivard will be keen to confirm
- LOLITA BOURBON – 5th in a Gr.2 over track and trip before repeating in a 2450m Caen Gr.3 on 10 May. Has never disappointed at Enghien and is not about to start now. First 5
- LORD DE LOIRON – Takes a marginal dip in category after running 5th of 13 finishers in a 2700m Gr.3 at Vincennes 3 weeks ago and has a decent chance of getting a look-in
- LA VIE A DEUX – Serious filly making first appearance since running 3rd of 11 in a 2850m Vincennes Gr.3 late-January. Is plainly in competition-mode and, unbeaten here, is not to be overlooked
- LADY – Gr.2 placed filly making first appearance since being sanctioned in a 2175m Vincennes Gr.2 last August and is going to need the run
- LUSH LIFE – Has struggled lately at a higher level, latterly 7th of 13, a place behind LUDIVINE (14), in a 2700m Vincennes Gr.2 a week ago, and is unlikely to shake things up
- LUDIVINE – 6th of 13 in a 2700m Vincennes Gr.2 a week ago. Takes a notable dip in category and will be competitive for a place in the frame
- LUNA NOVA GWEN – Last of 13, on return to competition, in 23 May race of reference. Sports modified shoeing but still not a concern
- FAKIR ROC – Quality colt that did not enjoy the best of trips when 7th of 13 finishers in 2700m Gr.3 Prix Caecilia at Vincennes 3 weeks ago. Trainer could not have wished for a better entry though and will be expected to redeem himself
Summary: A classy future prospect, LORD DU GERS (7) suffered his first sanction just 3 weeks ago but races over a less selective course this time and will be expected to put things tight. JMB will nonetheless be wary of the Filippo Rocca-trained pair of FUNKY ROC (8) who opened his French account across town mid-May, and the well-engaged FAKIR ROC (16) who was not the luckiest in the Gr.3 Prix Caecilia 3 weeks ago. Unplaced that day but pleasant 6th in a Gr.2 last weekend, LUDIVINE (14) makes her Enghien bow with a decent hand to play.

C6 – PRIX DE LEVET – 2875m (a2m) – Class B Race – Harness – EUR € 60,000 - KOH SAMUI – Out of the picture in all 3 this year, most recently last of 10 in a 2175m Vincennes Gr.2 a week ago. Still in conditioning mode and not a concern
- KEY OF LOVE – Tricky sort that was sanctioned in a 2850m Class B across town 3 weeks ago. Entrusted to Gabi Gelormini this time and will not be far from the action if he keeps her trotting
- KRIS MARTIN – Back in his code of preference after running 5th of 9 in a 2700m Vincennes monte Class C mid-May. Yoann Lebourgeois back in the bike and looks a player
- KASSYA – Below-par in 2 since winning at Salon-de-Provence in March, most recently sanctioned in a Class B over course and distance late-April. 4 pads fitted this time and cannot be considered a player
- KARBONE CASH – 9th of 16 behind KISS ME HONEY (7), on re-entry, in a 2700m Class C here late last month. Shoes off this time but still faces a stiff test
- KOOL AND THE GANG – 11th of 13 in a 2850m Vincennes Class B on 11 April. Has done nothing of note for some time and can be ruled out
- KISS ME HONEY – Ran 4th in Marseille before coming 5th of 16 in a 2700m Class C here late last month and will be no pushover if Eric Raffin keeps her focused
- KIWI DE TREMONT – Useful on a good day but has not been seen out since being sanctioned in a 2700m Lyon-La Soie Class D last February and even though competitively-shod is unlikely to trouble the judge
- KISS ME SIMON – Fine campaigner making first start since dominating a 2700m Lyon-La Soie Class D 3 months ago. Sports pads for re-entry and, although preferred barefoot, is not to be underestimated
- KAISER – Failed to confirm April effort when 10th of 16 behind KISS ME HONEY (7) in a 2700m Class C here late last month. Put in a good finish that day though and will justifiably generate interest
- KALINE DU LOCHEUR – Should not be too quickly-judged for coming 8th of 16 behind KISS ME HONEY (7) in a 2700m Class C here late last month. Has otherwise been in cracking form and will be expected to contest the finish this time
- KYNTE FLUSH – Has taken her game to a new level since March, most recently winning a 2150m Class C here 3 weeks ago, and in the day’s configuration will not be easy to oppose
- KARMA – Yet to get into his stride this term, most recently 10th of 16 behind KATAR (14) in a 2850m Vincennes Class B on re-entry 3 weeks ago. Is still being conditioned and others easier to back
- KATAR – 7th of 16 in a 2850m Vincennes Class B on re-entry 3 weeks ago. Has evident ability, will have progressed for the run, and must be taken seriously
- KRACKMANIA – Hardy mare starting for first time since faulting in a 2850m Vincennes Class B in early-February and chances limited
- KESITO D’URVILLE – 11th of 16 behind KATAR (14) in a 2850m Vincennes Class B on re-entry 3 weeks ago. Is proven here, and races barefoot, but despite the entry is not easy to recommend
Summary: An absolute dynamo over recent months, KYNTE FLUSH (12) left a fine impression when victorious over shorter here last month and Alexandre Abrivard can be confident of another big run. That being said, KALINE DU LOCHEUR (11) is significantly better than her latest result would suggest and, proven here, will be expected to get right back in the game. KISS ME HONEY (7) has a pair of runs under her belt and will be reunited with Eric Raffin. Although occasionally a handful, KRIS MARTIN (3) returns to the harness code with a realistic chance of making the frame.

C7 – PRIX DE LA PLACE BALARD – 2875m (a2m) – Class C Race – Mounted – EUR € 68,000 - HURIEL LUDOIS – Returns to a track he likes after faulting in a 2950m Vichy Class D earlier in the month. Top pilot in the saddle and can play a leading role
- ILEO PIERJI – Justifiably rewarded with victory when dominating a Class D over course and distance on 24 May. In better company this time but still looks good enough to double his money
- HUGO OCCAGNES – Got back in the game across town 2.5 weeks ago when 4th of 6 finishers in a 2850m Class C. Unlikely to get his nose in front but has the wherewithal to make first 5
- GLADIATOR BOY – Ran 2nd at Le Croise-Laroche before coming 4th of 8 in a 2850m Laval Class C 10 days ago. Seldom excels at Enghien but impressed here in April and must be taken seriously
- HOTLINE DE CARSI – Back in the code after running 8th of 13 in a 2700m Vincennes harness Class C on 23 May but has no realistic chance
- FARANDOLE DI PALBA – Last but one when being conditioned in a 2950m Toulouse harness Class A 8 days ago. Unraced here since 2018 but will be fit and barefoot, and must be retained
- GREZ – Returns to the ridden code after being sanctioned in a 2800m Rambouillet harness Class A on 11 May but in current form can be ruled out
- GUAPO MARBOULA – Back in the monte discipline after finishing last of 11 in a 2850m Vincennes harness Class B last weekend. Rather disappointing in last few runs here and cannot be considered a priority
- IMAGINE D’ATOUT – Lost all chance at the start of a 2850m Vincennes Gr.3 early last month, coming 8th of 10. Form is not in question though and can bring the fight to ILEO PIERJI (2) if she gets off on the right foot
- GIANT MESLOIS – 5th of 6 finishers, a place behind HUGO OCCAGNES (3), in a 2850m Class C 2.5 weeks ago and will have little to contribute
- HAKIM DE CHENU – Pleasantly surprised when 4th of 10 in a 2725m Lisieux amateurs Class E on 18 May but is not about to confirm
Summary: Simply superb over recent weeks, ILEO PIERJI (2) made short work of a Class D under these conditions 3 weeks ago and steps up in category with a realistic chance of repeating. Paul Ploquin will be particularly wary of IMAGINE D’ATOUT (9) who will be shod as she was when comfortably winning over course and distance in April. 3rd that day, GLADIATOR BOY (4) has continued to race well and can again make the frame. Entrusted to Eric Raffin for the first time, HURIEL LUDOIS (1) must be considered a player.

C8 – PRIX DES INVALIDES – 2875m (a2m) – Class D Race – Harness – EUR € 59,000 - GRYFFONDOR DU POLI – 7th of 10 when preparing for this in a 2900m Amiens Class F a week ago. Front shoes off but would be preferred in the amateur division
- GISARO – Put 5 sanctions behind him to run 3rd of 14, a place behind ISIS D’HERFRAIE (7), in a 2700m Vincennes Class D 3 weeks ago. Starts in front, has been freshly-reconfigured, and can make first 5
- HOLLYWOOD BOND – Got back in the winners’ circle at Mamers last Monday when securing a 3150m Class F, but a repeat seems most improbable
- IDEAL DE SASSY – Got back in the game at Laval 10 days ago when 4th of 10 in a 2850m Class C, but still needs to find more
- HARFAN DES GRANGES – In the frame in last 3, most recently 3rd of 11 in a 2800m Strasbourg Class D mid-May. Imposed last time here and from the front line must be taken seriously
- INDIANA D’ESPACE – Good, consistent mare that came 4th of 13 in a 3000m Nantes Class E on 29 May. Is ideally-engaged here but in this category may struggle to make her presence felt
- ISIS D’HERFRAIE – 2nd of 14 in a 2700m Vincennes Class D 3 weeks ago. Has turned a corner this season and even from the 2nd row must not be ruled out
- INSTRUCTOR – Ran 2nd at Laon prior to faulting in 30 May race of reference. Seldom lets the side down here and with application will be no easy touch
- ICARE DE PHYT’S – Going good-guns when sanctioned in a 2700m Vincennes Class C late last month. Has been a handful this term but is patently in form and with stride in check can open his 2025 account
- IN RED – 4th of 11, a place behind HAUTBRION COLMI (11), in a 2700m Vincennes Class C on 30 May. Should be at peak fitness and is in with a realistic shout of imposing
- HAUTBRION COLMI – Ran good 2nd at Laon before faulting in a 2700m Vincennes Class C on 30 May. Is better than most here and with application can finish close
- GREGOR – Quality individual that ran 3rd of 15 in a 2850m Class C at Lyon-Parilly 3 weeks ago. Enjoys a terrific entry, will be reined by JMB for first time, and must be afforded respect
Summary: The big hitters start on the back row here and although ICARE DE PHYT’S (9) has been a handful lately, he nonetheless possesses the class to win a race of this nature. IN RED (10) is close to his best though and has won 5 of his last 6 in the day’s configuration. HAUTBRION COLMI (11) reassuringly beat him across town a fortnight ago and should again figure prominently, but may first have to see off INSTRUCTOR (8) – provided Alexandre Abrivard gets him off on the right foot.

- MEGANE DE CERISY – Imposed at Angers before being sanctioned in a 2700m Vincennes Class C on 6 June. Pitted against a better lot here and will have few friends
- MADNESS SAM – 3 times runner-up before finishing 7th of 10 behind MESSINA in a 2175m Vincennes Class B 11 days ago. Left a good impression here on penultimate start but still has more to find
- MALICE SPEED – Drops in category after finishing last of 9 in a 2700m Vincennes Class A early last month. Can prove a handful but with Franck Nivard reining will be afforded every chance
- MARION D’ATOUT – 4th of 9, on first start since the spell, in a 2700m Vincennes Class C on 23 May. Will have come on for the run and will not be far from the action if David Thomain keeps her focused
- MABELLISSIME – Serious filly that convincingly won a Class D over course and distance 3 weeks ago. Has buckets of untapped potential and once again looks the most important consideration
- MAESTRIA GALAA – Sanctioned in last 2 harness starts, latterly a 2200m Caen Class B on 10 May, and must get her house in order
- MESSINA – 3rd of 10 in a 2175m Vincennes Class B 11 days ago. Showed she could hold her own in similar company and will be expected to challenge for a spot on the podium
- MIDNIGHT EXPRESS – 2nd of 9 in a 2700m Vincennes Class C on 6 May. Is close to her race and with application should again figure prominently
- MOON STAR FOR YOU – Imposed on comeback prior to running 7th of 11 in a 2700m Vincennes Gr.2 early last month. Should appreciate Enghien conditions and looks main danger to MABELLISSIME (6)
Summary: Solid in all 3 starts to date, MABELLISSIME (6) dominated a decent field under these conditions late last month and on her current trajectory can make this her own. Ideally-engaged here, MOON STAR FOR YOU (10) drops back down the category-ladder with a realistic chance of contesting the finish, as does MIDNIGHT EXPRESS (9) who has done nothing but improve lately. MESSINA (8) has shown a lot of potential and her latest run bodes well for her prospects.

LA HAGUE (12) has major disqualification issues but is capable of scoring. LATINO (10) is unreliable but can shine when in the right mood.
