  1. TORRONE – Finished 3rd over 2000m at Le Lion D’Angers in a Class 1 on the 18th of July 2025. Work cut out to challenge
  2. MISTER BANKER – Easy winner over 2000m at Le Lion D’Angers in a Class 3 on the 10th of August 2025. On the up and can threaten
  3. GRAND ETTORE – Debut winner over 1800m at Dieppe in a maiden on the 31st of July 2025. Could be anything on handicap debut
  4. AZORIAN – Fair run in 4th spot over 1900m at Deauville in a divided handicap on the 12th of August 2025. Others make more appeal
  5. PACIFISTE – Finished 4th over 2100m at Cholet in a Class 2 on the 30th of June 2025. More needed to feature
  6. SPANISH BREEZE CEN – Finished 4th over 2400m at Clairefontaine in a Listed race on the 15th of August 2025. Down in class and can win
  7. FAMILLY – Finished 7th over 1800m at Clairefontaine in a Class 2 on the 15th of August 2025. Can run into the money
  8. PORTE MOLITOR – Finished 3rd over 2000m at Lyon Parilly in a Class 2 on the 17th of May 2025. Outsider worth including
  9. STAR OF LOVE – Not entirely disgraced in 5th over 1800m at Clairefontaine in a Class 2 on the 26th of July 2025. Place chance
  10. MELANESIA – Winner over 2200m at Clairefontaine in a maiden on the 18th of August 2025. Plenty more to offer
    Summary: SPANISH BREEZE CEN (6) was far from disgraced against a lot stronger last time out and now drops in class for this assignment which should see him putting in a serious performance. MELANESIA (10) won with plenty in hand last time out and despite taking a step up in class, she has a handy galloping weight and can give the boys a big run for their money. GRAND ETTORE (3) produced a very good effort on debut to grab the honors and is open to any amount of improvement. He will need to up his game in this contest but could be up to the task. FAMILLY (7) is better than her latest effort and can have a say in the outcome.

  17. LOUISA BANBOU – Pleasing run in 2nd over 2400m at Clairefontaine behind a reopposing sort on the 18th of August 2025. Place chance
  18. LILI STAR – Finished 3rd over 2400m at Le Lion D’Angers on the 10th of August 2025. Others inspire more confidence
  19. LOUVE D’IRLANDE – Winner over 3400m at Vittel on the 15th of August 2025. Unbeaten sort who could be absolutely anything
  20. KARLA CONTI – Runner up over 2400m at Vichy in a Group 3 on the 16th of July 2025. Bright winning claims
  21. LADIVA SMART – Finished 3rd behind a reopposing sort over 2400m at Clairefontaine on the 18th of August 2025. Can place at best
  22. KAMELIA DE CORTON – Winner over 3400m on the 7th of August 2025 at Les Sables. More needed to pose a threat in this event
  23. KAHULA – Winner over 2400m at Clairefontaine on the 18th of August 2025. Capable of getting involved for the minor spots
    Summary: KAMARO D’HUEZ (1) has been running over the obstacles and has been in terrific form. He followed a similar route last year when going on to win this race and could double up. He has brilliant form on the flat and is the one to beat. LATO KALEO (6) has produced two pleasing efforts since notching up two wins in a row and from the ace gate, should have every chance of challenging strongly. KARLA CONTI (10) has been runner up at her last three attempts and with a bit of luck on her side, she could go one better. KALEO JIM (5) has the right type of credentials to land a blow here.

  24. SNOW GHOST – Was way back in tenth last time but finished second in the penultimate run at Compiegne over 1400m in Handicap class. Quartet chance
  25. YOKEN – A much better effort last time placing second at Moulins over 1400m in a Handicap and can be expected to make a race of it. Solid claims
  26. BATESCA – Placed fourth over 1400m in a Handicap at Moulins on the 25th of August and is capable of getting way closer now. Serious claims and a must for all bets
  27. ALYAQUT – She won a good race at Compiegne on the 21st of July over 1400m in a competitive Handicap and can run well in this. Strong each way chance
  28. BID FOR CHESTER – Has not won a race yet, finished way back in tenth last time and will need to do way more than that to feature. Happy to pass by
  29. RAPIDE – Was a winner three starts back but has been a tad disappointing thereafter but is no doubt capable of better. Small, place chance at best for today
  30. SPRING HEART – Comes into the race off a victory at Clairefontaine over 1400m on the 6th of this month and can follow up. Sparkling winning chance
  31. MA MOME – Will need to progress a ton on last run when way back in twelfth place at Compiegne over 1600m and others are preferred. Pass by
  32. MASTER PAT – Finished second over 1500m at Deauville on the 16th of last month but in a weak claiming race. More needed for the win, but can place
  33. PLACEHOLDER – Ignore last run, was a winner before that over 1600m in a Handicap at Chantilly. Has fair overall form and can finish in the first three. Strong chance
  34. NURTURE – Placed only sixth at Clairefontaine over 1400m last time and will need to serve up way more than that for the win. Small, outside place chance
  35. SESTO ELEMENTO – Current and overall form has been on the decline over various tracks and trips and is hard to assess and predict. Would be a shock winner
  36. FIRE REBEL – Ignore last run when way back, caught the eye in penultimate start when finishing second at Lion D’Angers over 1400m and has a serious chance. Include in all bets
    Summary: SPRING HEART (7) brings very solid form into the race and was a recent winner at Clairefontaine over 1400m. She is confidently selected to go back to back and win. PLACEHOLDER (10) can be forgiven for the last run when seventh at Deauville over 1600m. She was a winner before that at Chantilly over 1600m in a Handicap and will be a serious contender here. FIRE REBEL (13) disappointed last time when nearer last than first and can be expected to do way more this time. YOKEN (2) has first four claims and is a must for the quartet.

  37. HAPPY AGAIN – Impossible to make a case for this one based on current form and was way back in thirteenth last time and again before that. Happy to ignore from all bets
  38. SUPER TIE BREAK – Finished ninth at Mont-De-Marsan over 1400m on the 1st of July in a Handicap and can be expected to serve up plenty more in this. Sparkling chance
  39. SI CAPO SI – Current form has been on the severe decline over various tracks and trips and is hard to make any case for. Was near last in twelfth last time and would be a shock if placing
  40. NOBLE COTAI – Was a winner at his last start over 1300m at Deauville in Handicap class and can follow up. Solid claims
  41. GO WITH THE ROSES – Taking a long time for the win but is earning along the way. Placed fourth at Saint-Malo over 1100m on the 18th of last month and is a huge player
  42. SLEIPNIR NORMANDY – Taking time for the win, placed third over 1400m at Moulins last time and will be a huge threat at the finish. Strong each way claims
  43. KALEOCREEK – Placed eighth last time at Deauville but third before that at Vichy over 1400m in a claimer and will have a small place chance based on that
  44. THE CAT’S – Finished seventh over 1300m in a Handicap at Deauville on the 24th of August and is capable of much better. Good chance and a must for all bets
  45. ASTERALE – Will need to build on last run when seventh at Deauville over 1300m on the 24th of August. Others are preferred
  46. INTUITION – Is a tad erratic but does flash up and run well now and then. Ignore last run, placed fourth before that and has a chance
  47. THE GREAT HEAVEN – Placed only seventh at Cavaillon over 1600m last time out and will need plenty more than that to threaten. Happy to ignore from all bets
  48. RUE MIA – A long time struggling maiden, finished only eighth last time over 1100m at Chantilly and will need to raise the game to pose a threat here. Happy to ignore
  49. BAWE ISLAND – Hard to make a case for on current form and would be a shock winner. Managed only sixteenth place last time. Unlikely to feature
    Summary: SUPER TIE BREAK (2) is a one time winner from sixteen starts but is never far off the action. He is a tentative selection to bounce back to form. THE CAT’S (8) finished seventh last time over 1300m in a competitive Handicap and is always there and thereabouts. He has a strong place chance. SLEIPNIR NORMANDY (6) is taking time for the win but is running well and earning. He can go close. Big runner. GO WITH THE ROSES (5) has an undeniable quartet chance and must be factored into all betting calculations.

  51. RASTRELLARE – Victorious in a handicap at Deauville over 1300m on 7 August. Unreliable but is capable of earning some money
  52. DROPSHOT – Victorious in a conditions at Vichy over 1600m on 17 July. Did also win before that and can be a real threat on handicap debut
  53. ACTO – Disappointing last run when 10th in a handicap at Deauville over 1600m on 19 August. In good form before that and can bounce back to score
  54. OUT OF AFRICA – Very consistent and was 4th in a conditions race at La Teste-de-Buch over 1900m on 5 August. First time in a handicap and is not out of it
  55. PRINCE AUBOIS – Battling to regain best form and was 7th in a handicap at Deauville over 1300m on 14 August. Victorious in April and has a place chance
  56. SWOLLEN SHOOT – Disappointing last run and was 16th in a handicap at Vichy over 1400m on 15 July. Capable of better, but others make more appeal
  57. NOFIX – In good shape and was 3rd in a handicap at Deauville over 1300m on 14 August. Can contest the finish again
  58. MELLOW YELLOW – Unreliable and was 6th in a handicap at Deauville over 1300m on 14 August. Has won a couple of times this year and might upset
  59. O SOLE MIO – Holding form and finished 4th in a conditions race at Le Lion-d’Angers over 1400m on 14 August. Did better last year, but might play a minor role
  60. DREAM OP FAL – 3rd in a claimer at Deauville over 1300m on 21 August. Has shown improvement but has a tougher task this time
  61. HEMEVEZ – Only modest of late and was 5th in a handicap at Deauville over 1300m on 7 August. More is needed to win this race
  62. LICHTSTERN – Disappointing of late and finished 13th in a handicap at Deauville over 1300m on 7 August. Capable of better but others make more appeal
  63. LOVER SONG – Unreliable and finished 9th in a handicap at Deauville over 1300m on 14 August. Capable of better but others are preferred
  64. JOVIALITE – Unreliable and was 8th in a handicap at Saint-Cloud over 1600m on 3 June. Victorious on debut and could be the surprise package of the race
  65. SEND WOOD – Uneliable and was 13th in a handicap at Deauville over 1600m on 19 August. Needs to find a few lengths to win
    Summary: A very competitive Quinte. ACTO (4) was not seen at his best at Deauville last time out but won a good race at this course earlier in the year and gets a narrow vote to score. DROPSHOT (3) is hat-trick seeking after some solid wins and can do so first time in a handicap. NOFIX (8) is in good form and looks capable of winning off this mark. OUT OF AFRICA (5) is very consistent and should be a threat on handicap debut. LAITH (1) must also be considered after some fair recent form.

  68. JANAYEN – Victorious in a handicap at Vichy over 1400m on 7 August. That was her first handicap, and she can double up, carrying a 3.5kg penalty
  69. VICTORY FOLIE – Showed some improvement and was 4th in a handicap at Deauville over 1600m on 19 August. Can do even better this time around
  70. LUFFY – Unreliable and was 7th in a handicap at Deauville over 1600m on 19 August. Capable of better and is not out of it
  71. HEY VINCE – Disappointing last run when 12th in a handicap at Deauville over 1300m on 14 August. Capable of better and could make the frame
  72. KEANU – Only moderate of late and was 8th in a claimer at Deauville over 1500m on 12 August. Needs to find a few lengths to win
  73. TYWIN – Only modest of late and finished 11th in a handicap at Deauville over 1300m on 14 August. Can do a lot better and has a place chance
  74. ANOTHERMINE – Showed some improvement and was 5th in a handicap at Deauville over 1300m on 14 August. Probably better on the PSF but might play a minor role
  75. THE SHADOW – Knocking on the door and was runner-up in a handicap at Deauville over 1300m on 14 August. Can go one better
  76. BOBROVKHA – Finished 6th in a claimer at Deauville over 1500m on 12 August. Victorious on one occasion this year but others are preferred
  77. REAL SOCIEDAD – Has struggled of late and was 14th in a handicap at Deauville over 1600m on 19 August. Victorious back in March but unreliable since. Others are preferred
  78. ASTON CLINTON – Knocking hard at the door and was runner-up in a claimer at Deauville over 1300m on 21 August. Victorious in June, but this is a tougher race
  79. DESERT ROSE – Only modest of late and was 7th in a handicap at Deauville over 1300m on 14 August. On a long losing streak and others are preferred
  80. SCHUMAN – Unreliable and finished 4th in a handicap at Clairefontaine-Deauville over 1400m on 2 August. Has yet to be victorious but could play a minor role
  81. CASIM – Consistent and was 3rd in a handicap at Deauville over 1300m on 14 August. Can be a threat off this handicap mark
    Summary: THE SHADOW (10) only found one better on the day on her handicap debut but can score for Christophe Soumillon. It is an open race, however, and HEMATITE (1) has won a handicap at this track and will be a threat to these runners . VICTORY FOLIE (4) returned to form at Deauville and can do even better this time around. JANAYEN (3) wo her first handicap and could be better than rated so must be respected for that.

  84. MAIA STAR – Her consistency was rewarded with a handicap win at Clairefontaine-Deauville over 2400m on 18 August. Faces a tougher task this time but can earn some money

  86. AGILE – Knocking hard at the door and was runner-up in a listed race at Chantilly over 2400m on 15 June. Can be competitive in this line-up
  87. DARLINKA – Showed improvement and won her second start, a Conditions race at Clairefontaine-Deauville over 2400m on 8 August. Up in grade but could be the surprise package
  88. CALAMANDRA – A bit of a disappointment when fourth in a listed race at Vichy over 2000m on 17 July. Capable of better and should like this distance. Has leading claims
  89. ANKARA – Unbeaten in two starts, the latest in a Conditions race at Châteaubriant over 2650m on 23 July. Faces a tougher task but may well be up to it
  90. ZAKHAROVA – Not always reliable but ran a good third in a listed race at this track over 2400m on 19 June. Can be a threat to these rivals
  91. PEARLA – Consistent so far and was victorious last time out in a Conditions race at Kempton over 2400m on 13 August. Faces a tougher task but has some ability and can make the frame
    Summary: CALAMANDRA (7) has some work to do to catch up to her brother Calandagan but she is talented. This longer distance should suit her and she should go well under Mickaël Barzalona. KATHINA (2) is right at home over these longer distances and should be a threat as usual. ANKARA (8) is unbeaten in two starts but does tackle stronger opposition this time. PEARLA (10) has made the trip from the United Kingdom and deserves respect for that.

  93. BENAMIRA – Remains in good form and finished third in a listed race at Vichy over 2000m on 17 July. Should fight out the finish
  94. HOLLYS GRACES – Has not shown much of late and was 9th in a Group 2 at Ascot over 2400m on 19 June. Capable of being a threat dropped to this level
  95. MAHIYA – A bit of a disappointment when only fourth in a Conditions race at Clairefontaine-Deauville over 2200m on 6 August. Needs more to beat these rivals
  96. GALENE – Did not show her best when 7th in a Group 3 at Deauville over 2500m on 17 August. Might play only a minor role
  97. VICTORY QUEEN – Very consistent so far and finished fourth in a listed race at York over 2050m on 25 July. Has leading claims
  98. MERVEILLEUX LAPIN – Not disgraced when 5th at Berlin-Hoppegarten over 2000m on 8 June. Capable of better, but needs more to beat these rivals
  99. REVOIR – Showed some improvement when runner-up in a listed race at Salisbury over 1980m on 13 August. Can be very competitive in this line-up
  100. REINE DE MEDICIS – Improving and ran a good fourth in a Conditions race at Deauville over 2000m on 14 August. Can contest the finish
  101. MODEL YUKO – Improving and was a good third in a handicap at Goodwood over 2000m on 30 July. Capable of earning prize money
    Summary: An interesting and competitive-looking race. VICTORY QUEEN (6) looked good in her first two wins, has not been disgraced since, and she could set the standard. REVOIR (8) bounced back to form with a good runner-up performance at Salisbury and can go one better. REINE DE MEDICIS (9) heads up the local challenge, and with continued improvement she should be a threat. BENAMIRA (2) has a good finishing kick and is another to consider.

  1. MOZART DES BRIERES – Was far from disgraced when 5th in a 15f Handicap at Vichy on 4 August. Drops to a claimer and must be respected on the back of this effort
  2. BOBBYMURPHY – Unplaced in a Class 3 condition race at Vichy on 7 August. Runs for the first time in a claimer and has every chance of bouncing back
  3. LESSARD – Finished down the field in a 12f Handicap at Clairefontaine on 6 August. Had run well in claimers before that and should not be overlooked
  4. KINGORI – Disappointed when 6th of 10 in a claimer over a mile and half at Vichy on 19 July. Was in good form prior to this run and can redeem himself
  5. COUPE D’EUROPE – Unplaced in a Handicap at Vichy over 14f on 17 July. In good form before that and can bounce back first time in a claimer
  6. PORT SANTA PONSA – Finished 6th of 7 in a Class 4 over a mile at Cavaillon on 30 August. Unplaced in four starts this season and needs to show major improvement
  7. NO BAY – Last of 8 in a Class 4 at Le Touquet on 27 July. Won four races last year including a claimer over the course & distance. Player
    Summary: BOBBYMURPHY (2) is not the horse he used to be but he drops to a claimer for the first time and takes a rise in trip. He looks the one they all have to beat. NO BAY (7) has struggled over the obstacles this season but he won over the course & distance last year and can bounce back and score. COUPE D’EUROPE (5) is another one running for the first time in this division and warrants some consideration as does MOZART DES BRIERES (1) who was far from disgraced at Vichy last time.

  9. MAKING WAVES – Well held in a 11f Handicap at Clairefontaine on 6 August. Very effective in the claiming division before that and can get involved
  10. ZOLIA – Posted a fair run when 4th of 11 on debut for new trainer at Tarbes on 30 August. Up in trip and warrants serious consideration
  11. SHANCEL – Unplaced in a 11f handicap at Clairefontaine on 6 august. Drops to a claimer and can redeem himself
  12. TANFEPAS – Unplaced in a 10f Handicap on 1 June at this course. Poor form this year, drops to a claimer for the first time and needs to reaffirm
  13. COLONEL MITCH – Well beaten 3rd of 8 in a claimer over a mile and half at Rochefort sur Loire on 20 July. First start new yard and is not out of it
  14. CADYNA – Showed significant progress in last run when 2nd at Cavaillon in a maiden over 11f on 17 August. Can spring a surprise
  15. PRINCESSE GALILEE – Unplaced in a Handicap at Vichy on 30 July. Drops to the claiming division and can bounce back to form
    Summary: ZOLIA (3) was far from disgraced at Tarbes last time and the rise in distance could just do the trick for new trainer Clément Lefèvre. PRINCESSE GALILEE (8) takes a drop in class and her current rating suggests that she has what it takes to win a race like this. BERLINETTA (1) is usually effective on testing ground and must have a good each-chance. CADYNA (7) is improving and cannot be discounted.

  99. JUSTE SNOB – Only modest of late and finished 5th in Class F at La Ferté-Vidame over 2750m on 24 August. Needs to do more to beat these rivals
  100. IMPACT PLAYER – Unreliable and finished 4th in Class F at Pornichet-La Baule over 2725m on 14 August. Barefoot and could make the frame
  101. JAVA DES CAILLONS – Much improved of late and was a winner in Class D at Cabourg over 2725m on 8 August. Can complete a treble
  102. JOSELITO DU VIVIER – Disqualified twice in a row, the latest at Sablé-sur-Sarthe on 10 August. Capable of a surprise if smart
  103. JARYCA – Finished 5th in Class D at Enghien over 2875m on 11 March. Likely to need this run returning from a break
  104. JOY JENILOU – Has only been modest of late and finished 8th in Class E at Vincennes over 2100m on 25 August. Capable of better and is not out of it
  105. JOPLIN DES CROUAS – Has disqualification issues and finished 5th in Class E at Vincennes over 2100m on 25 August. Needs to do more to win
  106. JUNGLE GREEN – On a long losing run and finished 9th in Class E at Vincennes over 2100m on 25 August. Ran better than her run shows and can be a threat
  107. JULEJACQ – Has some fair form and finished 4th in a Class F at Pornichet-La Baule over 2725m on 31 July. On a very long losing run and others are preferred
  108. GORDON PAGUERIE – Unreliable but was runner-up in Class G over his track and trip on 20 August. Can go one better
    Summary: JAVA DES CAILLONS (8) has struck a purple patch of form. She can complete her hat-trick and take out this lucky last race. JUNGLE GREEN (13) ran better than she showed at Vincennes and could be a lively danger over this track and trip. JERZINHO SPORT (4) fluffed his lines with a disqualification at Vincennes but was in fine form before that. JOY JENILOU (11) is not reliable but is quite capable of winning a race of this nature.
