R1 VINCENNES [L-H]
C1 – PRIX CHARLEY MILLS – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class B – Harness – EUR € 75,000
- DESTINY DI POGGIO – Last of 15 in race of reference when being conditioned. Shoes on once more and best to keep one’s powder dry
- JILORD VIVA – Returns to Paris after running 2nd of 14 in a 2850m Meslay-du-Maine Gr.3 on 10 September. Handed a decent number in front but still a first-5 chance at best
- JASON GINYU – Won 2 in a row before finishing last of 10 behind JE REVE DU BOIS (11) in a 2875m monte Gr.2 here on 10 August. Seldom lets the side down under these conditions and is not about to start now
- GERICAULT – Last of 13, on first start since last December, in 18 September race of reference, and will have nothing to contribute
- COLBERT WF – 3rd of 15 to INDY DARK (12) in a Class C over course and distance 2 weeks ago despite being denied a run in the final stages, but Eric Raffin will expect to set the record straight. Claim
- CANTO DEI VENTI – Disappointing in last 2, most recently 7th of 15 to INDY DARK (12) in a Class C over course and distance 2 weeks ago, and will need to raise his game
- GRAND ROI KALOUMA – Facile winner of a Class C over course and distance on 20 August. Has earned the right to step up to this category and will be no pushover if still on the boil
- GIMS DU PLESSIS – Below-par since the spring, most recently eliminated in a 2625m Agen Class C mid-september, and must first re-establish his credentials
- IBIZA BELLA – Made up for Enghien clinker when victorious in a 2000m Class C at Les Sables-d’Olonne in late-August. Races barefoot again, has form at a superior level, and must be respected accordingly
- HASARD D’ERABLE – Returns to racing with hind shoes fitted after being eliminated in a 2775m Craon Gr.3 early last month. Has enjoyed a productive summer and should be good enough to pick up some prizemoney
- JE REVE DU BOIS – 3rd of 14, a place behind JILORD VIVA (2), in a 2850m Meslay-du-Maine Gr.3 on 10 September. Has been reconfigured for return to Paris and is not incapable of playing a small role
- INDY DARK – Comfortable winner of a Class C under these conditions 2 weeks ago. Is hard to knock when barefoot over course and distance and has a realistic chance of doubling his money
Summary: In tip-top shape all year, COLBERT WF (5) made up for his Beaumont elimination when 3rd to the nicely-entered INDY DARK (12) here recently and with more luck in running this time, can turn the tables. At home at Vincennes and fresh from a short spell, JASON GINYU (3) presents excellent 2700m credentials and looks a serious proposition. GRAND ROI KALOUMA (7) beat Benjamin Rochard’s horse last time out and will justifiably garner support.

C2 – PRIX ATALANTE – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class E – Harness – EUR € 41,000 - JACKPOT BOOSTER – 4th of 15 in a 2600m Class F at Châlons-en-Champagne on 21 September, but in this category will struggle to make his mark
- JOKER DU PONT – Got back to winning ways 3 weeks ago in a 2725m Lisieux Class F, however a repeat seems most improbable
- JADORE D’ISQUES – 6th of 15 in a 2850m Class E here on 21 September and can expect to have few friends
- JOLVIK DE GUEZ – Last of 14, on return to competition, in a Class B under these conditions last weekend. Is preparing for a winter campaign and poses no danger
- JIRARDIERE MERITE – 6th of 8 in a 2950m Vichy Class C 3 weeks ago. Is reunited with Matthieu Abrivard who won twice with her this summer and will be expected to finish close once again
- JACKPOT D’ORGUEIL – 8th of 12 in a 2750m Class E at La Capelle 11 days ago. Is proven here but is not a concern this time around
- JALNA DU GERS – Won 2 in a row before finishing last of 12 to JOHANA DU GUESCLIN (11) in a 2850m Laval Class E 2.5 weeks ago. Should not be hastily-condemned and even though in better company, can redeem herself
- JOYEUX NONNA – Eliminated early in a 2725m Lisieux Class E last week. Disappointing since late-spring and is unlikely to generate much interest
- JUPITER DE MAISY – 6th of 16 in a 2725m Pornichet Class F a fortnight ago. Raced better that day than the result would suggest and the Mathieu Mottier-factor cannot be ignored
- JILIKA DU MESLE – Left a good impression despite finishing 9th of 14 in a Class E under these conditions on 5 September, and with Paul Ploquin reining can make first 5
- JOHANA DU GUESCLIN – Sprang a 54-1 surprise when victorious in a 2850m Laval Class E mid-September. Unlikely to repeat but will have her supporters
- JEFF DE MONPAZ – 2nd of 11 in a 2550m Class F at Beaumont-de-Lomagne a month ago. Presents solid left-handed credentials and has a reasonable shot at bringing home the bacon
- JULIANO STILE – Easy winner of a 2800m Strasbourg Class E on 28 August. Has excelled since moving to Antonin Andre’s care and winning this would be no surprise
- JADOU DU LUPIN – In the frame in last 3, latterly courageous 2nd of 11 in a 2850m Laval Class E mid-September. Is plainly close to his race and must be considered a contender
- JIMBO SPORT – High-quality element that has not tasted defeat since early-May, most recently winning over 2100m in Victoria Park a fortnight ago, and can continue the fine run if he takes to the new profile
- JET DES MALBERAUX – Back under harness after being eliminated early in a 2850m Class D here 2 weeks ago, but others still easier to trust
Summary: Like a horse reborn since moving yards, the terrifically-engaged JIMBO SPORT (15) makes his Vincennes debut on an 8-timer and, barefoot for the first time in over 2 years, can pull it off. JEFF DE MONPAZ (12) has been knocking at the door though and will be barefoot with Benjamin Rochard in the bike. Switching stables has similarly worked well for JULIANO STILE (13) and he returns to racing left-handed with a lot to contribute. JADOU DU LUPIN (14) has taken his game to a new level recently and makes his way back to Paris with a good hand to play.

C3 – PRIX JUSTICIA – 2850m (a2m) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 46,000 - KANTARELLE – Hardy element that ran 7th of 12 in a 2700m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche, on comeback, mid-September, and is going to need another outing
- KALYPSO MI AMOR – Unable to confirm Chateaubriant performance when 6th of 16 in a 2650m Alencon Class F on 7 September, and cannot be considered a player
- KARMINA DU BREUCQ – Returns to racing barefoot after being eliminated in a 2800m Vichy Class F on 13 September. Starts in front but still seems to be taking on too much
- KIARA DU SAPTEL – Well-beaten 7th of 10 in a 2625m Class E at Châlons-en-Champagne on 21 September and will have little to offer
- KARLESS DANICA – Starts for the first time since running 4th of 10 in a 2400m Amiens Class E in June. Is easy to like when barefoot and, seldom disappointing on re-entry, starts in front and will be expected to get in on the action
- KYRIELLE JOMUNA – Steps back up in category after running 3rd of 7 over 2840m in Mons a fortnight ago, and even from the front line is unlikely to create an upset
- KYRIELLE PRINCESSE – Comfortable winner of a 2800m Rambouillet Class F on 21 September, but at this level is unlikely to shake things up
- KLEM – Back under harness after running 5th of 9 finishers in a 2750m Cabourg monte Class F in early-August. Comes here fresh and barefoot, and nicely-entered, but still represents no more than a minor place chance
- KHAMSA – Back under conditions she appreciates after finishing 10th of 12 behind KASSANDRA WIND (14) in a 2725m Pornichet Class D 2 weeks ago. 2nd last time here and returns to Paris with a decent hand to play
- KID LEA DRIVER – 4th of 12 behind KASSANDRA WIND (14) in a 2725m Pornichet Class D 2 weeks ago. Should be peaking by now and, easy to like at Vincennes, is unlikely to disappoint
- KALINDA DU PARC – Capable mare making her first start since finishing 12th of 14 in a 2150m Enghien Class C last March and will not be given a hard race
- KOH SAMUI – Going well when eliminated in a 2650m Class D at Les Sables-d’Olonne in late-August. Appears to be getting back on course and with application can finish in the mix
- KELLE CLASS – Runner-up in last 2, latterly a 2100m Class D here 2 weeks ago. Is less competitively-shod this time but can still play a part
- KASSANDRA WIND – 2nd of 12 in a 2725m Pornichet Class D on 20 September. Top driver in the bike this time and given current condition, looks a serious candidate for success
- KAHIA DE LA CROIX – Going well when eliminated in a monte Class C under these conditions a week ago. Placed in last 2 harness starts and can challenge for the win this time
- KLASSE DE BRUZEAU – Has not been seen out since finishing 6th of 13 in a 2150m Enghien Class C last May and best to hold off
Summary: Most of the big-hitters can be found on the 2nd line here and considering how well KASSANDRA WIND (14) has been acquitting herself this season, she looks arguably the most serious contender, most especially with Eric Raffin reining. KAHIA DE LA CROIX (15), who also enjoys a good entry here, is plainly in fine shape and returns to racing barefoot. A course-and-distance winner during the spring, KID LEA DRIVER (10) will be fully fit following the break, gets on well with Alexis Collette, and will be competitive for a place on the podium. KHAMSA (9) faces her first metropolitan objective of the year, has solid Vincennes references and, in her new configuration, will have her chances.

C4 – PRIX LUDOVICA – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 56,000 - INDICE D’ARGENT – Made short work of a 2850m Lyon-Parilly Class D on 17 September. Has been in cracking form for some time and with his mind on the game can give IRINO DE GUERON (7) something to think about
- IRENO DES PLAINES – Tenacious winner of a 2450m Caen Class E 2 weeks ago but would be preferred racing right-handed
- IF YOU CAN – 6th of 10 in a 2500m Reims Class E on 14 September. Disappointing for the most part lately and will have nothing to contribute
- INFIEL – Put in a good effort to win a 2750m Class E at La Capelle last week. Has delivered just once in 10 starts under these conditions and is not about to change his ways
- ISEO DE LOU – 2nd of 9 in a 2850m Lyon-Parilly Class E last Sunday. Has not been seen over the main track since January 2022 though and while clearly in shape, is still not an obvious choice
- IRIS FARCEUSE – 6th of 12 in a 2100m Class D here when preparing for this 3 weeks ago. Shoes off this time and can finish closer
- IRINO DE GUERON – Fast-finishing 2nd of 12 to IVOIRE DAIRPET (9) in a Class D over course and distance on 16 August. A model of consistency with fine Vincennes references and looks the best bet this time around
- IQUITO PLANCHETTE – Returns to racing barefoot after finishing last but one, a place behind IVOIRE DAIRPET (9), in a 2725m Lisieux Class E last week, but would have better prospects at a lower level
- IVOIRE DAIRPET – 9th of 11 when preparing for this in a 2725m Lisieux Class E last week. Shod as he was when imposing here in mid-August and with Eric Raffin back in the bike will be no soft touch
- IN EN VRIE – Pleasantly surprising 5th of 12 finishers to INFIEL (4) in a 2750m Class E at La Capelle on 26 August. Is unlikely to be available at 51-1 this time, but even with shoes off is unlikely to be as competitive either
- IN LOVE REGLISSE – 5th of 7 in a 2725m Lisieux monte Class A on 24 September. Is capable in both codes but is taking on too much here
- IDEAL GREEN – Last of 9 on re-entry in a 2300m Class D at Marseille-Borely 10 days ago. Shoes off this time and with Benjamin Rochard reining is is unlikely to let the side down. Place chance
- IRMYLA DE SOMMAIRE – Returns to racing barefoot after coming 3rd of 11, a place behind IN LOVE REGLISSE (11), in a 2400m Amiens Class D early last month, and can make first 5 if Paul-Antoine Delacour keeps her trotting
- IDEAL DANCER – Unable to confirm Agon performance when 7th of 16 in a 3200m Landivisiau Class E on 7 September and can expect to have few friends in the markets
- IERMES DE GUEZ – Finished 3rd of 14, when prohibitively-backed, in a 2750m Class E at La Capelle on 26 August, only to be subsequently eliminated. Enjoys a good entry, is plainly in fine fettle, has been reconfigured, and is not about to disappoint
- IMPARTIAL – 4th of 15 in a 2750m Ecommoy Class E mid-September. Is clearly back in decent shape but in this company has nothing to give
Summary: Consistently in the thick of things, IRINO DE GUERON (7) missed out by just a little under these conditions in mid-August, but Anthony Dollion will be expected to get his nose in front this time.
IVOIRE DAIRPET (9) was successful that day, is configured as he was on that occasion, and can again figure prominently, but may first have to see off INDICE D’ARGENT (1) who has won 2 of his last 3. Hard to knock when barefoot, IDEAL GREEN (12) has a race under his belt and, already 3 times a winner over 2700m here, is easy to fancy for a spot in the mix. IRMYLA DE SOMMAIRE (13) gave a fine account last time out and racing barefoot on this occasion must be respected.

C5 – PRIX HIP’POKER TOUR (PX LILIUS) – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class B – Mounted – EUR € 60,000 - LAKANA DE FELLIERE – Imposed at Enghien before running 3rd of 9 in a 2175m Gr.3 here mid-August. Is plainly talented but sports pads and looks more a first-5 chance this time
- LUCAS – Last of 12, on first start for 3 months, in a 2725m Lisieux harness Class B last week. Shoes on once more and best to wait
- KATLINE MOUROTAISE – Wonderfully consistent mare that ran 3rd of 7 in a 2850m Gr.2 here 3 weeks ago. Has some tough 4yo’s to contend with this time but can still compete for a place on the podium
- ERNESTO ROC – Back under the saddle after finishing last of 13 In a 2100m Class B here 2 weeks ago. Has ability but under these conditions is unlikely to sparkle
- KOOL AND THE GANG – Back to Paris after finishing 5th of 8 in a 2500m Reims Class E in late-August and will need to show improvement
- LASKO DES BROUSSES – Classy servant returning to the code after running good 5th of 12 in a 2825m Chartres harness Class B on 12 September. Has nothing to prove under these conditions and can make this his own
- JUST A LADY (DEN) – Starts for the first time since winning a 2850m Class B here late last May. Is new to the code but with Matheiu Mottier in the irons will be expected to play a leading role
- KENTUCKY IDEAL – Unplaced on re-entry in a 2625m Alencon harness Class A early last month. Has had time to sharpen up and is easy to fancy for the win
Summary: A superb campaigner in this branch of the business, KENTUCKY IDEAL (8) is barefoot for his first objective of the autumn and will be reunited with Adrien Lamy who excels with him. LASKO DES BROUSSES (6) has less experience but cannot be faulted in the monte discipline and, barefoot as he likes, will be no soft touch. JUST A LADY (DEN) (7) has taken well to Vincennes conditions, debuts under the saddle after a good break, but is barefoot for comeback and must be taken very seriously indeed.

C6 – PRIX ETAMIN – 2100m (a1m1/4) – Class C – Harness – EUR € 46,000 - MENTOR DE PLAY – Ran 2nd at Vichy before finishing unthreatening 7th of 13 behind MAGICAL (3) in a 2725m Lisieux Class B last week. Is not devoid of ability but is not a priority either
- MISSILE DE TAGOR – Has not been seen out since being eliminated in a 2875m Enghien Class B in mid-June. Respectably-placed in front but still not a concern
- MAGICAL – 3rd of 13 finishers in a 2725m Lisieux Class B last week. Thrives with Gabi Gelormini and will be no pushover
- MOJITO CASTELETS – Placed in last 2, latterly solid 3rd of 10 in a 2600m Cavaillon Class C a fortnight ago. Handed a good draw and Matthieu Abrivard will be keen to make hay
- MADE IN MARETTES – Eliminated in a 2525m Class D at Les Andelys on 14 September, his first start for 4 months, and will need another run
- MELKIOR CASTELLE – Tricky sort that failed to confirm Cabourg performance when eliminated in a 2725m Lisieux Class B on 24 September. Starts in front and can get a look in if Franck Ouvrie keeps him trotting
- MIRAKALU MANAZIF – Won 2 in a row before coming valiant 4th of 7, a place behind MAMBO DE JAUDRAIS (10), in a Class C over course and distance 2.5 weeks ago and is in sufficiently good form to take on MEURSAULT (8)
- MEURSAULT – Quality colt starting for the first time since being eliminated in a 2200m Caen Class B on 10 May. Is certainly not here for reasons of conditioning and in spite of the number can still impose
- MISTER CHARLY – Winner, on first start since January, in a 2875m Class D at Meslay-du-Maine on 10 September. Forced to break wide but has a lot going for him here and Alexandre Abrivard will be relishing the challenge
- MAMBO DE JAUDRAIS – 3rd of 7 finishers in a 2100m Class C here on 16 September. Yet to get off the mark but has been knocking at the door for some time and can pick up another cheque
- MADISON SEVEN – Quality future prospect but has not been seen out since winning a 2750m Class D at La Capelle in early-May and will not be pushed hard
- MISTRAL JANEIRO – 6th of 7 behind MAMBO DE JAUDRAIS (10) in a Class C over course and distance 2.5 weeks ago and has no realistic chance
- MUST DE VILLARD – Pleasant 2nd of 8 in a 2700m Class D here in late-August. Steps up in category but the 2nd line draw does not help matters
- MOUSTIK LA GOVELLE – Starts for first time since running 2nd of 7 in a 2700m Class C here last May. Has pulled a tough number and is unlikely to make much of an impression
- MOGALDO DU PARC – Easy winner, on re-entry, of a 2750m Cabourg Class D mid-August. Has freshness on his side and will not be far off the mark if Paul Ploquin successfully navigates the start
- MY DREAM – Honest colt that ran 3rd of 11 finishers on comeback in a 2525m Class D at Les Andelys mid-September, but will need to find more this time around
Summary: MEURSAULT (8) has not been seen out since May but he is undeniably a colt with a future and even though drawn wide, can still get straight down to business. MIRAKALU MANAZIF (7) is not much better off behind the car but he left a very good impression here mid-September and Benjamin Rochard can be confident of a big run. Considerably better-positioned on the front line, MAGICAL (3) bounced back nicely from his Cabourg blip and even though racing left-handed this time, still looks competitively well in. MISTER CHARLY (9) has never delivered at Vincennes but he imposed well on re-entry and with Alexandre Abrivard in the bike must be taken seriously.

C7 – PRIX ANDROMEDA – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class C – Harness – EUR € 46,000 - LONG LEGEND – 8th of 10 to LINNA DE VANDEL (15) in a 2100m Class D here 3 weeks ago, Disappointing since returning from summer break and needs to get her house in order
- LA SPEZIA DE LOU – 6th of 12 behind LA DIVA SUPREME (5), on comeback, in a 2100m Class C here 2 weeks ago. Will have progressed somewhat but still not a concern
- LA DAME DE COEUR – Placed in 2 before losing her action in a 2725m Lisieux Class B on 24 September. Placed just once in 3 left-handed starts but has ability and should not be ruled out
- LADY DES ARRIS – 3rd of 10 to LINNA DE VANDEL (15), at 43-1, in a 2100m Class D here 3 weeks ago, although a repeat seems unlikely
- LA DIVA SUPREME – Gave a good account to run 3rd of 12 in a 2100m Class C here 2 weeks ago. Has finally started to come good for new trainer but still no more than a minor place prospect
- LOVELY JENILOU – Ran 2nd over course and distance before suffering some poor luck, being eliminated in a 2100m Class C here a fortnight ago. Is plainly in top form though and with application will have her chances
- LUTELLIA MONNERIE – Unseen since being eliminated in a 2875m Enghien Class C on 19 July. Shoes fitted and no threat
- LOTTA LOVE – Pleasant 5th of 12 behind LA DIVA SUPREME (5) in a 2100m Class C here 2 weeks ago but can expect to face a stiffer test this time around
- LILI DRY – Took little time delivering for new trainer, most recently 2nd of 10 in a 2850m Lyon-Parilly Class D a month back. Returns to Paris with morale intact and deserves to be taken seriously
- LUNA PARK – Eliminated early in a 2750m Class B at Les Sables-d’Olonne a month ago. Won under these conditions during the winter and although not a priority, can nevertheless get a look in
- LEGENDE DES ECUS – Imposed at Enghien under harness before finishing 8th of 10 in a monte Class C over course and distance 2 weeks ago. Races first time under harness at Vincennes and is easy to like for a place in the frame
- LYANA D’ARC – 2nd of 10 to LINNA DE VANDEL (15), on re-entry, in a 2100m Class D here 3 weeks ago. Has hardly put a foot wrong since starting to race barefoot and Franck Ouvrie will be justifiably hopeful of exacting revenge
- L’ENVIE D’HERFRAIE – Imposed at Cabourg before running 4th of 12 in a 2725m Lisieux Class B last week. Sports a fresh configuration for the occasion and must not be underestimated
- LUCIOLE DU VERTAIN – Honest filly making first start since coming 5th of 10 finishers, a place behind L’ETOILE (16), in a 2875m Enghien Class C on 19 July. Shoes off but others still preferred
- LINNA DE VANDEL – Met little opposition en route to victory on return to competition in a 2100m Class D here 3 weeks ago. Will have come on for the run and in similar shape can double up
- L’ETOILE – Enjoys a good entry here but will need to show marked improvement on latest 10th of 11 behind LUNA PARK (10) in a 2600m Cherbourg Class B on 18 August
Summary: LINNA DE VANDEL (15) produced a superb run on her seasonal re-entry here last month, in a time of 1’10″8, and given the entry, is easy to fancy for the double. Also making her comeback that day, LYANA D’ARC (12) ran 2nd and is not incapable of turning the tables. LOVELY JENILOU (6) would have finished close last time had she managed to stay trotting and Anthony Barrier will be eager to put things right. Solid as a rock in both summer harness runs, LEGENDE DES ECUS (11) should prove just as serious here.

C8 – PRIX ELIANE DE BELLAIGUE – 2100m (a1m1/4) – Class E Amateur Drivers – Harness – EUR € 12,000 - JADE DE NAVARY – Suffered interference, coming 8th of 10 to GRYFFONDOR DU POLI (9) in a 2850m amateurs Class F here in late-August. Starts on the rail but can still set the record straight. Claim
- HEMILIO PIERJI – Back at a level he appreciates but will need to show more than his 11th of 13 in a 2800m Bernay Class F just over a month ago
- GREFFIERS FLINOIS – 8th of 9 when prepping for this over 2300m in Mons last Tuesday. Handed a good spot behind the car, and runs barefoot, but others still preferred
- GOSSIP BOY – Surprise 3rd of 12 in a 2850m claimer over the short course 10 days ago. Has never won over the main course and even from the 3-spot is unlikely to make much impact
- JEUNE AMI – Last of 11 over 2840m in Mons 2 weeks ago. Was not disgraced on lone amateur start and, although not an easy horse to handle, is not incapable of finishing in the mix
- GALON D’AMIRAL – Eliminated in last 2, most recently a 2150m Mauquenchy Class E 3 weeks ago. Has never delivered over the main track but with stride in check can play a small part
- INDY DE LA FYE – In the frame in 5 of last 6, latterly close 2nd of 15 in a Class D over course and distance 3 weeks ago. Boasts a superb amateur record and looks a serious proposition
- FARCEUR DE L’INAM – Looked decidedly ordinary when 7th of 12 behind GOSSIP BOY (4) in a 2850m claimer over the short course 10 days ago and can be confidently passed over
- GRYFFONDOR DU POLI – Last of 7 when preparing for this in a 2750m monte Class E at La Capelle 11 days ago. Has otherwise been in cracking form and will be competitive for a place in the picture
- HORACE DU VIVIER – Put in a good showing to run 2nd of 12 in a 2850m amateurs Class F here 2.5 weeks ago. Forced to start on 2nd line but can still play an active role
- HISTOIRE DU LUPIN – Missed out on the 3-timer when 2nd of 9 in a 2600m Class E at Le Mont-Saint-Michel on 17 August. Has yet to be bested in the amateur category though and Martin Prat will be eager to keep that fact relevant
- GRANADOS – Runner-up in last 2 amateur starts, most recently a Class F over course and distance on 9 September. On back row this time but can still get in on the action
- HOTOT – 2nd of 8 finishers in a 2825m Vire claimer 12 days ago. On back line and is not about to confirm
- HIDAO DE LA GOUTTE – Last of 9 in a 3025m Class H at Montier-en-Der on 10 August. Has freshness on his side but little else
Summary: Very unlucky not to pull off the hat-trick here in late-August, JADE DE NAVARY (1) should more than make amends if Sven Hoste keeps her out of trouble. She will still come under pressure from back-line starter HISTOIRE DU LUPIN (11) who herself came close to making it 3 on the trot last time out. Better-placed on the front row, INDY DE LA FYE (7) has been knocking at the door for months and it will not be long before he trots his way back into the winners’ circle. Very much at home at Vincennes, GRYFFONDOR DU POLI (9) goes barefoot and can expect considerable support.

- CHATAIGNE – She is lightly raced, finished 5th at Fontainebleau over 1600m last time and might be able to lurk into the back end of the quartet but unlikely
Summary: VADIRUM (6) was a good winner of his last start and is confidently selected to follow up despite the rest. GRECIAN BONANZA (3) can be forgiven for the last dismal run and is best judged on his two effots before that. He has strong each way claims. ASRIEL (4) can do way better than the last performance as he had impressed when winning his penultimate start. Strong place chance. ACCLAM (1) could be the value for the quartet.
SELECTIONS
VADIRUM (6) – GRECIAN BONANZA (3) – ASRIEL (4) – ACCLAM (1)
C7 – PRIX DES JEUNES (CHMPT PARIS TURF DES APPRENTIS & JEUNES JOCKEYS) – 2400m (a1m1/2) – ALL WEATHER – Class 4 – Flat – EUR € 12,800 - NOUSDEUX – She finished 13th at Strasbourg on the 27th of last month making no impression and therefore cannot be fancied. Ignore from all bets
- KATE DADDY – Forget the last run when downfield, caught the eye before that when 2nd at La Teste over 2400m in a Handicap and is the firm first choice
- DOCTEUR TOURNESOL – Only managed a 6th place finish at Clairefontaine over 3400m on the 8th of August in a competitive Handicap last time and form before is a tad erratic. Include in larger quartet perms
- GARIGLIANO – Current form leaves not much inspiration and hope as form has been on the decline over various distances and race courses making it tough to make a case for this one. Pass by
- RIO GRANDE – Will need to build on recent 9th place run at Lyon Parilly over 3150m in a Handicap and might be able to but others are far preferred for the shortlist. Happy to ignore
- JOBOAH – Long time, professional maiden that is a tad erratic but on best efforts can finish in the money here. More of a place chance than a winning one
- EXHIT – Managed only 10th at Lyon Parilly over 3150m last time and form before that is not strong enough to warrant inclusion in any bets. Would be a surprise winner
- SKADOOSH – Finished 6th at Vichy last time but 4th at Lyon Parilly before that over 2400m in a competitive Handicap. He has strong each way claims
- GATEAU DES ROIS – Taking time for the win but caught the eye when 3rd at Salon Provence over 2400m in a Handicap on the 13th of September and can go close. Good chance
- CARTIMANDUA – Finished 9th at Salon Provence over 2400m on the 13th of September and can be expected to do more than that here. Respected
- FEEDESREVES – She will need to present more than a her last run when 8th over 3150m and in fact her recent overall efforts. Cannot be fancied
- CAPABLE – Is capable of a good run here but has not been seen since the 21st of June when running 4th at Marseille Vivaux. Small place chance if not needing this comeback race
Summary: KATE DADDY (2) is a tad erratic but on very best form can provide plenty of cheek here. Her penultimate run is particularly encouraging and is the first choice based on that. SKADOOSH (8) is never far adrift the winners and can progress on the last run when 6th over 2400m and is a must for the majority of bets. Bright chance. GATEAU DES ROIS (9) is taking time to get it all right but did run well last time and can be given serious consideration on that. JOBOAH (6) is a natural inclusion for all quartet permutations.
SELECTION – KATE DADDY (2) – SKADOOSH (8) – GATEAU DES ROIS (9) – JOBOAH (6)
