R1 VINCENNES [L-H]
C1 – PRIX PALATIA – 2850m (a2m) – Class E – Harness – EUR € 52,000
- HIGH MONEY D’AVRAN – 3rd in an Enghien Class D a month ago but 9th of 14 at Toulouse 8 days later and will have nothing to offer
- HORSE DE GRAMMONT – Mixes the good with the less good but latterly pleased at Amiens, and has Vincennes form. Will appreciate the return to a longer trip and cannot be ruled out
- HENRIQUE – Finished close 2nd of 16 in a Class D under these conditions late last month. Seldom disappoints at Vincennes when focused and can go one better this time
- HORN – Put a pair of poor turf runs behind him when 2nd in a Saint-Brieuc Class E late last month but looks something of an outsider on Vincennes bow
- GRYFFONDOR DU POLI – Won last 3 barefoot starts, latterly a 2700m Class D at La Capelle late last month. May not be able to win this but still has the wherewithal to pick up a cheque
- GRANTCHESTER – Ran a good 2nd in Marseille on 1 October before coming 4th in a Feurs Class E a fortnight later, but seems to be taking on too much this time
- HA YES MAX – 10th to GRYFFONDOR DU POLI (5), on comeback, at La Capelle 12 days ago, but will need to find significantly more
- HOLLYWOOD BOND – 3rd in a 2700m Class E here in early-September before flopping at Segre a fortnight later. Cannot be considered a priority but will have his supporters
- HENZO DE CARSI – Hardy element with nothing to prove at this level but has been eliminated in last 2. Would be preferred alternatively-shod but with application can get in on the action
- HILTON DU HOULET – Aimed too high here early last month before finishing unplaced to GRYFFONDOR DU POLI (5) in a conditioner at La Capelle 12 days ago. David Thomain back at the helm though and has a reasonable chance of making the frame
- HAROLD SAUTONNE – Failed to confirm late-September performance when stepped up in category and is unlikely to make his presence felt
- GALOPIN DE BIANCA – Unexceptional in Lyon before running good 3rd in a 2200m Salon-de-Provence Class E a fortnight ago. Gabriele Gelormini reins this time and will be expected to figure prominently
- HUELVA DUPEROUZEL – 2nd under harness at Vire before running 5th in a monte Class D here on 18 September. Will have freshness on her side and with Eric Raffin back in the bike can open her winter account
- GROUPIE DU QUENNE – Has looked very ordinary since placing on the main-track during the spring and needs to get her house in order
- HIBISCUS DE LATOM – Out of the picture in 3 of last 4, most recently last but one in a Class D under these conditions in late-September, and can be passed over
- HEROS DE CHOISEL – Has won 2 of last 4, one in each code. Has a lot going for him here and Anthony Barrier will be eager to take take advantage of the good entry
Summary: A quality element with a liking for Vincennes, HENRIQUE (3) made up for his Marseille disqualification with a fine run over course and distance 2 weeks ago and Mathieu Mottier will be eyeing victory this time. Nicely-entered here, HUELVA DUPEROUZEL (13) has won 3 of 5 with Eric Raffin and is very easy to like. Fitted with pads after having prepped at La Capelle, HILTON DU HOULET (10) placed at this level in September, and if applied should not let the side down. HEROS DE CHOISEL (16) benefits from a terrific entry and barefoot for the occasion must be taken seriously.

C2 – PRIX NEMESIS – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class C Amateur Riders – Mounted – EUR € 61,000 - JOKER DE FROULAY – Respectable but unthreatening 5th in a Class D under these conditions 10 days ago, his first start since July, and appears to need another run
- HELENA GIRL – No slouch under the saddle but has not raced since March and even though barefoot is still a rank outsider
- HANDSOME BOY – Quality trotter with solid monte form, but starts for the first time since May and will be race-rusty
- INDICE DELADOU – Has been simply dynamic in this branch of the business since May. Still appears to have a lot of potential in him and should be able to bring the fight to JUPITER DE PLAY (11)
- IMPULSE JULRY – Back in business in both codes recently but has little love for Vincennes and cannot be considered a contender
- HARDI CROWN – Back under the saddle following an unexceptional harness run at Caen on 19 October. Presents decent credentials over track and trip and has a reasonable chance of getting a look in
- FOREVER JIEL – 4th of 11 to INDICE DELADOU (4) in a 2850m Class D here on 18 September. A repeat though is not on the cards
- GUAPO MARBOULA – 5th of 6 behind FLASH DU BIWETZ (12) in an Enghien Class C a month back and is unlikely to shake things up
- IGO CLEA – Has been very hard to fault all year, thrives over 2700m here and, shod as he was here in September, looks a priority
- GANGSTER DAVANESS – Gave a good account when 4th to FLASH DU BIWETZ (12) in an Enghien Class C a month ago, but has little to offer here
- JUPITER DE PLAY – Has taken his game to a new level this season. Ran 4th in a Gr.3 over the inner course here early last month and considering his liking for these conditions, should be good enough to get off the mark for the winter
- FLASH DU BIWETZ – 2nd of 6 finishers, on re-entry, in a 2875m Enghien Class C a month back. Has had ample time to get back in shape and warrants considerable respect
- IMAGINE D’ATOUT – Serious mare reverting to a successful configuration after an unexceptional Laval run and considering her appreciation for these conditions, should be retained
- FICIMER – Tough, reliable veteran returning to the code after prepping at Salon late last month. Is clearly in competition-mode and winning this is not out of the question
Summary: JUPITER DE PLAY (11) drops down the category-ladder after holding his own in a Gr.3 here in early-October, boasts excellent references over 2700m here, and looks a marginally better bet than INDICE DELADOU (4) who, in the day’s configuration, has not once finished out of the first 2. FICIMER (14) has excelled since returning to the discipline, ran 2nd in a similar event earlier in the year, and with shoes off this time will be no easy touch. FLASH DU BIWETZ (12) will have progressed for his wonderful Enghien return run and is most certainly on the shortlist.

C3 – PRIX WALPURGA – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 40,000 - LUCKY MESLOIS – Lost all chance early on, coming 7th of 16 in a 2100m Class E here last Monday. Form is not in question and given the chance, can make his presence felt
- LORENZO GEDE – Produced a number of good runs, including over track and trip in September, before running 6th in a Chartres Class B 3 weeks ago. Sports modified shoeing but still not a priority
- LE MAESTRO – Unplaced in both return runs last month. Returns to racing barefoot, is confirmed under these conditions, but still no more than a minor place chance
- LOOK DE VALAILLES – Good 3rd of 9 finishers, on return from a spell, in a 2150m Enghien Class D 3 weeks ago. Sports modified shoeing and should be good enough to make first 5
- LOULOU DE L’AUNAY – Has twice failed to confirm Cabourg victory. Has never delivered at Vincennes and is not about to start now
- L’AMIRAL DARLING – Useful sort with 2 runs under his belt since the lengthy break. Will be competitively-shod, has previously won under these conditions, and can expect to be well-supported
- LAY UP – Has a trio of runs in him since the break, latterly 8th behind LEWIS D’ALEXIANE (12) here 2.5 weeks ago. Is not the biggest main-track fan but with Eric Raffin reining will be afforded every chance
- L’AS DE SMARVES – Did not enjoy the best of trips when 9th behind LEWIS D’ALEXIANE (12) here 2.5 weeks ago. Was not disgraced here in September but others still preferred
- LUCERO TEJY – Has not been seen out since running 2nd in a monte Class D here last June. Shoes fitted and will have other priorities
- LOCO FLIGNY – Has shown promising signs but is not as sharp as he was during the spring and will need to improve on latest Enghien effort
- LUXE D’ERABLE – 3rd of 10 finishers, a place behind LULU DES CARREAUX (15), when preparing for this in a 2750m Cabourg Class D in mid-October. Will be competitively-shod this time and can challenge for a spot on the podium
- LEWIS D’ALEXIANE – Lost his maiden status at Caen on 20 September before running 6th of 12 in a 2175m Class D here a month later. Is patently in fine form though and has a reasonable chance of getting his nose in front
- LINDSTEDT – Sprang a 21-1 surprise when 2nd in a Cordemais Class D a month ago, however a repeat seems most improbable
- LOVE D’AUTHISE – Out of the picture in 2 since the summer break. Returns shod and best to wait
- LULU DES CARREAUX – Solid in 2 of last 3, most recently 2nd in a 2750m Cabourg Class D in mid-October. Mathieu Mottier in the bike but not an obvious choice on Vincennes debut
- LASCAR PILE – Somewhat unlucky 2nd in a Class D over track and trip on 2 September before faulting next time, but is clearly in top shape and, considering the entry, can impose this time
Summary: Runner-up over course and distance in early-September, LASCAR PILE (16) was quickly eliminated next time, but reverts to a standard volte start and can put things right. He will still come under pressure though from LEWIS D’ALEXIANE (12) who raced better here recently than the result would suggest, and LAY UP (7) who was not far behind him that day. Shod to preference following a fine run at Cabourg, LUXE D’ERABLE (11) gets to give Vincennes another go and on good behaviour can finish close.

C4 – PRIX DEJOPEJA – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class B – Harness – EUR € 60,000 - KINGSTON DE BLARY – Won on re-entry before failing to deliver in a 2850m Class D here 2.5 weeks ago and is not about to ruffle any feathers
- KAMOUR – Serious trotter starting for the first time since February and with shoes fitted can be passed over
- KING GEORGES – Complicated element but can boast solid Vincennes winter form. Is confirmed at a superior level and can get in on the action if applied
- KALINE DU LOCHEUR – Left a good impression on comeback when 4th of 15 in a Chartres Class B last month. Will have progressed for the race, tends to go well here, and appears to represent a respectable first-5 chance
- KAZACHOK – Won 2 of last 3, most recently setting his personal best in a 2100m Class C a fortnight ago. In marginally superior company this time but a serious proposition all the same
- KRACK CLEA – Returns to the discipline after running 2nd in a monte Class C under these conditions mid-October. Presents solid harness credentials but in this category cannot be considered a priority
- KERALDO – Serious trotter returning to France after placing in Victoria Park. Is barefoot and plainly in form, but is being aimed too high
- KASSIOPEE WIND – Fine mare with just the one run in her since the 5 months’ break. Stays shod and best to hold off
- KUNG FU QUICK – Hardy individual making first appearance since pulling off the double at Enghien in early-August. Shoes fitted and will not be given a hard race
- KIPHYLE DESBOIS – Gave a good account at Alencon before failing to live up to expectations in Toulouse, but has had time to freshen up and, reunited with Benjamin Rochard, can start to put things right
- KOUFRA IRIS’EYES – Produced a pair of good performances before disappointing in a 2850m Class B here on 20 August. Has not been seen since and even though barefoot, others are still preferred
- KEY LADY – Quality mare making her first start since late-August. Boasts solid Vincennes references, is barefoot for re-entry, and despite the hike in class should not be ignored
- KYOTO DIGEO – Climbed the class-ladder well last winter but has not been seen out since May and would be preferred barefoot
- KAVALA DE PADD – Put a pair of eliminations behind her when 2nd of 9 in an Enghien Class B last week. Will be similarly shod and with stride in check can play a leading role
- KARMA POWER – Has a pair of comeback runs under his belt following a lengthy layoff. Is clearly in competition-mode, has won 5 of 5 at Vincennes, and Eric Raffin will be primed to keep that fact relevant
- KEMIA DU CHENE – Courageous 6th of 14 in a Class B over course and distance on 28 September. Has the good entry going for her and should not be far off the mark
Summary: Gr.2-placed but a handful at the best of times, KAVALA DE PADD (14) nevertheless reassured at Enghien last time out and with application could even impose. She will however be pitted against the excellent KARMA POWER (15) who is barefoot for his first objective of the winter meeting. KAZACHOK (5) was untouchable here 2 weeks ago and steps up in category with a legitimate claim. Ideally entered at the limit of earnings, KEMIA DU CHENE (16) has 3 runs in her since the spell, was not disgraced under these conditions in late-September, and looks more competitive this time around. KING GEORGES (3) has the wherewithal to influence the result.

C5 – PRIX XAVIER DE SAINT PALAIS – 2175m (a1m1/4) – Gr2 – Mounted – EUR € 120,000 - KALISTA JIEL – Reassuring 3rd in a 2700m Class C here on 26 September. Gives a good account for the most part when focused but is biting off more than she can chew this time
- KELLY GEDE – Makes just 2nd start under the saddle after having won a 3125m harness Class D at Angers on 1 October and already looks out of her depth
- KID LEA DRIVER – Takes a notable step up in category after being eliminated in a 2850m Class C here last month, and others easier to back
- KATCHINA FOR CLARA – Pleasant 3rd in Gr.2 Prix Edmond Henry on 10 October and is patently in decent form, but has never delivered over 2175m here and would be preferred barefoot
- KATLINE MOUROTAISE – 3rd to KAPAULA DE L’EPINE (10) in Gr.2 Prix Hervé Ceran-Maillard in September before running 2nd in a Class B conditioner early last month. Plainly has stacks of ability but in this company looks a first-5 chance at best
- KANO – Unthreatening 4th in Prix Edmond Henry last month but won the Gr.2 Prix Jean Gauvreau in April, his last start over 2175m here. Is shod as he was that day and deserves to be retained
- KOBAYASHI – Back under the saddle after running 3rd in a 2700m harness Gr.3 here 2 weeks ago. Left a good impression last month on monte bow and with application can finish close
- KEENGAME – Should not be too hastily-judged for being eliminated in 2700m Gr.3 Prix Edmond Henry here on 10 October. Won over course and distance during the summer and can do so again
- KELLY DE BANVILLE – Never far from faulting but is a mare of considerable ability. Has a solid record over 2175m here and will be barefoot for the occasion. Chance
- KAPAULA DE L’EPINE – Tricky character that beat KEENGAME (8) in 2850m Gr.2 Prix Hervé Ceran-Maillard here on 13 September before being eliminated in Gr.2 Prix Edmond Henry last month, and with application can make amends
Summary: A number in contention here but preference must go to the reconfigured KEENGAME (8) who presents excellent credentials over course and distance, and Anthony Barrier will be keen to make up for her Prix Edmond Henry elimination. Taking her on is the complicated but eminently capable, and barefoot, KELLY DE BANVILLE (9) who has raced just once since June, and a reconfigured KAPAULA DE L’EPINE (10) who won the Prix Hervé Ceran-Maillard before being quickly eliminated in the race of reference. Sporting pads this time, KOBAYASHI (7) showed his form that day despite losing his action, and his harness conditioner will have done him good.

C6 – PRIX PERSEPHONE – 2175m (a1m1/4) – Class B – Harness – EUR € 52,000 - MINUTY DU GERS – Opened his autumn account on 2nd start back, comfortably winning a 2700m Class E here on 19 September. Failed to deliver over 2175m 10 days earlier though and others preferred
- MOJITO FRAISE – 2nd of 15 to MOUSTIK LA GOVELLE (10) in a 2850m Class C over the inner course 2.5 weeks ago. Won his only start over the main track and should prove competitive when it matters
- MODERN STYLE – 3rd of 15 to MOUSTIK LA GOVELLE (10) in a 2850m Class C here 2.5 weeks ago. Won his only start under these conditions and can again play a prominent role
- MEA CULPA – Surprise 3rd in a 2700m Class B here before being eliminated in a 2825m Chartres Class B mid-October, and is unlikely to rock the boat
- MANHATTAN JIEL – Sprang a 36-1 surprise when 3rd of 11 in a Chartres Class B 3 weeks ago. Has better Vincennes form under the saddle though and not a priority
- MELOMANE DE LOU – Put a trio of eliminations behind him when successful in a 2550m Reims Class B on 19 October, but still has more to find
- MISTER CHARLY – Like a horse reborn since the lengthy layoff, latterly 3rd of 12 in a 2100m Class B here on 10 October, and must be respected
- MELCHIOR JAMES – Takes a dip in category after running 5th of 10 in a 2700m Class A here 3.5 weeks ago but still appears to be taking on too much
- MISTRAL LOMIG – Easy winner over 2100m on Vincennes debut in mid-September before failing to deliver in a Vivaux Class B last week, but with David Thomain back in the bike can be supported with confidence
- MOUSTIK LA GOVELLE – Back in business following the break, most recently winning a 2850m Class C over the inner course 2.5 weeks ago, and looks principal danger to MAKE YOUR DAY (11)
- MAKE YOUR DAY – Serious colt that got straight down to business on comeback at Graignes on 12 October. Will have come on for the race and looks the pick of the field
Summary: Simply terrific last winter, the ideally-engaged MAKE YOUR DAY (11) made a victorious comeback last month and, already a winner under these conditions, is easy to fancy for the win. That said, MOUSTIK LA GOVELLE (10) has turned a corner since returning to competition and is also confirmed over 2175m here. Winner of his only start over the main track, MOJITO FRAISE (2) ran 2nd to Damien Bonne’s horse here 2.5 weeks ago and will again be competitive for a place in the frame. 3rd that day, having won over course and distance in September, MODERN STYLE (3) is easy to like for a spot in the mix.

C7 – PRIX SOPHIA – 2175m (a1m1/4) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 40,000 - MAMZELLE D’HERIPRE – Lost her way after a promising career-start. Has not raced since May and is unlikely to create an upset
- MILADY DE MONTCEAU – Close 2nd in a 2750m Cabourg Class E a fortnight ago, although chances of a repeat seem notably slim
- MISS UNIVERS – Placed over 2700m here in September before failing to deliver in next 2 and can expect to have few takers
- MADE IN ATALANTE – Eliminated more often than not but has merit. Finished 5th to MERVEILLE (14) here in late-September and can repeat provided Benjamin Rochard keeps her trotting
- MONNAIE DE VIETTE – Pleasant 2nd of 11 in a 2725m Class E at Grenade-sur-Garonne on re-entry 2 weeks ago. Is no slouch when applied but will need to find more this time
- MAYBE DAIRPET – Made up for Nantes disqualification by winning a 2550m Reims Class E on 19 October. Faces a stiffer test this time and not a priority
- MAYOLA VEDAQUAISE – Won 2 going right-handed before finishing 5th behind MARQUISE GRIFF (13) in an Enghien Class D late last month. Paul Ploquin in the bike this time and will be expected to make amends
- MASTERCLASS D’EARL – 3rd in a Class C under these conditions on 12 September before running 5th in a Caen Class C a month later. Has ground to make up but is still worth keeping an eye on
- MAGIE MESLOISE – Put away after running 4th over course and distance last June. Has raced twice since and Pierre Belloche can be justifiably confident of finishing close
- MISS DE LA FERME – 40-1 2nd of 16 in a 2150m Enghien Class D a month ago before failing to deliver here a week ago, and others easier to back
- MALICE SPEED – Showed potential last winter but starts for the first time since June and will have nothing to contribute
- MERIDA DU GRANIT – Would have finished closer than 4th of 15 in a 2700m Class D here a week ago had she not suffered from interference, and Eric Raffin will be legitimately seeking redemption. Claim
- MARQUISE GRIFF – Produced a 19-1 surprise when 2nd of 11 in a 2150m Enghien Class D on 26 October, however looks more a minor place chance this time around
- MERVEILLE – Made up for a couple of lacklustre runs when 2nd of 12 over 2700m here last week. Clearly has a lot more to give and is not without a chance of opening her Vincennes account
- MY GIRL PIYA – Useful but tricky filly making main-track debut after running 6th of 12 over the inner course on re-entry 2.5 weeks ago. Is just 5 Euros from elimination and David Thomain will be eager to make hay
Summary: Clearly capable but unplaced in her last two, MERIDA DU GRANIT (12) will appreciate the day’s reduced trip and can start to come good again. There will be resistance from the well-engaged MERVEILLE (14) who gave a reassuringly good account over 2700m here in late-September, and the progressive MAYOLA VEDAQUAISE (7) who was not the most fortunate here recently. MAGIE MESLOISE (9) should be fit by now, is confirmed over the distance, and can start to get back in the game.

C8 – PRIX HILDA – 2850m (a2m) – Class E – Mounted – EUR € 52,000 - HAPPY DU LAS VEGAS – Has looked very ordinary all year and latest results do nothing to inspire confidence
- INTUITION SOYER – Last of 9 in a 2175m Class D here on 21 October and runs here on a prayer
- IBIZA DE CONNEE – Opened her monte account, at 103-1, early last month when dominating a 2250m Enghien Class F. Unlikely to repeat but has been reconfigured and should not be ignored
- ISOLINA – 2nd at Graignes before running 5th in Strasbourg. Seldom disappoints when focused and although not a priority, should not be overlooked either
- HIPPIE DU BREIL – Facile winner of a 2700m Graignes Class F 8 days ago, on first start under the saddle. Is new to these particular conditions but will have come on for the run and is not incapable of repeating
- ITALIA JADOR – Left a good impression at Chartres 3 weeks ago when 3rd of 14 in a Class E. Races just against her own sex this time and is not about to let the side down
- INES DE BEYLEV – Imposed under harness at Bernay before prepping for this at Alencon. Has yet to show any flair for the code though and can be ruled out
- HOLLYWOOD GIRL – Gave a fine account on comeback at La Capelle on 22 September before faulting at Le Croisé-Laroche. Is otherwise a solid campaigner and debuts over the inner course with a lot to contribute. First 5
- IMAGE D’HERFRAIE – Modest individual that failed to confirm her Graignes effort when eliminated at Alencon. Has no ridden references and is not about to spring a surprise
- IQUITA VILI – Sent for a holiday after imposing at Le Croisé-Laroche last May. Was conditioned under harness on re-entry at Laval and must be considered a player
- GRAHIKA – Pleasant 2nd of 14 in a 2650m Marseille-Vivaux harness Class D late last month. Has placed just twice in 7 monte starts though and others preferred
- ISBA DU VIVIER – Winner of 2 on the trot following a short spell during the summer. Has little experience of the inner course but has otherwise been a class act and should take all the beating
- HOLIDAY WELL – Unexceptional 3rd of 10 in a 3000m Nantes Class F in late-September. Takes on a superior lot this time and can be passed over
- HALTESS GRIFF – Returns to the discipline after a harness conditioner at Salon a fortnight ago. Has never failed to deliver when barefoot under the saddle and given the entry, will have her chances
Summary: An absolute marvel under the saddle, ISBA DU VIVIER (12) has been held back since imposing at Le Croise-Laroche and is in with a realistic shout of pulling off the hat-trick. Pierre-Yves Verva will still be mindful of HIPPIE DU BREIL (5) who stormed up on her ridden debut just last week, and the well-entered HALTESS GRIFF (14) who has not been seen under the saddle here for 3 years. Barefoot following a much-needed lung-opener, IQUITA VILI (10) looks competitive for a first-3 place.

C1 – GRAND PRIX DES AMATEURS – 3150m (a2m) – TURF – Class 3 Handicap – Flat – EUR € 16,300
- DEVILLA – Credible 2nd on October 5th at Nort-Sur-Erdre in a Class 4 race over 2500m. Capable of making her presence felt

- UP AND UP – She won on her last run over 2400m at Divonne in a Class 4 race on October 19th. She has work to do to be involved
- KING ZARAK – Recent 4th over 2600m at Marseille Borely on October 18th in a Class 4 handicap. He might find a few too smart
- TREVOR SENORA – Four decent runs of late, 3rd on the most recent over 2900m at Clairefontaine on October 21st behind MILORD DU LEMO(7). In the mix
- MORNING SPIRIT – Ran well to be 5th over 2600m at Marseille Borely on October 18th in a Class 4 handicap. Place contender
- MILORD DU LEMO – Recent success on October 21st over 2900m at Clairefontaine in a Class 4 handicap. Honest performer who can win again
Summary: MILORD DU LEMO (7) has solid credentials and has not been out of the frame on his last four runs. He scored at Clairefontaine on the latest start over 2900m late in October. He is preferred ahead of DEVILLA (1), who was a credible second in a Class 4 race in early October two runs back. TREVOR SENORA (5) is another to consider and should be on the premises after four consistent efforts recently. ELLE LA VITESSE (2) is also worth a mention.

- YACOMO – Placed in maiden events on his last two starts, the latter when 3rd at Strasbourg on October 5th in a maiden race over 1550m. Player
- GYMNAST – Recent success over 1800m at Rochefort-Sur-Loire in a maiden race on August 3rd. Tries a handicap, and he is reasonably well treated. Ought to be involved
- ZANINA – Placed 2nd on her last run over 1700m at Castera-Verduza in a maiden race on September 28th. This requires more in a stronger race
- VIDEO GAMES – Placed 2nd over 1800m on the PSF last time in a claimer on October 24th. Placed in claimers on turf earlier this year and is one to consider each-way
- JIVEDA – Finished 3rd on her last run over 1200m at Aix Les Bains on July 5th in a maiden race. Handicap debut, and others seem better equipped
- SATOSHI – Five unplaced efforts so far, 6th in a handicap at Deauville on October 23rd over 1900m last time. Unlikely to trouble some of these
- LES PATINS – Four unplaced runs, well beaten at Deauville in a handicap over 1900m on October 23rd last time out. Look for an alternative
Summary: LIGHT L’AUDRIELLE (2) won a claimer in early August and was transferred to the Jean Claude Rouget yard, when placed twice. He is now with a new trainer and can score on his handicap debut. YACOMO (3) looks like the main threat after two placed efforts recently in maiden races. GYMNAST (4) arrives after success over 1800m at Rochefort-Sur-Erdre in August and looks progressive. Summary: CENTENARIO (1) returns from a rest which would have done him the world of good. On best form shown, he should be competitive. EVERSTAR (2) comes off a victory over 1400m on this course, last week Saturday. He is in a good space and merits healthy respect. POTEMKINE (3) is ideally suited to this track. He returns from a rest and if not in need of the outing, he should be involved. QUASAR (4) has decent consistent form lines to his name. He likes this distance and must be considered.
