Summary: NARKEZ (3) seems to be improving with race experience and is unbeaten in two starts this year. The latest success was over 1600m in a Class 2 handicap at this track late last month. Summary: An interesting race. LAMIA DU VIVIER (5) remains unbeaten in four starts and will take a lot of beating over this course and distance. LUCY DU RILER (4) showed some improvement at Pontchâteau and could be the biggest threat. L’ABEILLE DU DOME (14) was in very good form before faulting at Cabourg and is capable of contesting the finish. LADY DE BEYLEV (3) is not fully reliable but came close to winning at Nantes and must be respected for that.

Summary: An impressive winner under harness last time at Enghien, JAEGER MAN (11) looks a solid winning option back in a Mounted race and he will be hard to beat if he stays focused on the task. A winner of five races this season, JANICK DU VIVIER (8) is as good as she was earlier in the year and warrants the utmost respect. Runner-up to the selection at Vincennes last month, JUSQUIAME (2) is not one to be underestimated. JOULE DE LA FYE (3) seldom disappoints in this code and can be given consideration too.

Summary: MINOTOR D’ALOUETTE (9) was a sound winner of his first two career starts this summer and is given the vote on his first attempt over a left-handed course. MANY DREAMS (8) showed plenty of improvement in his last outing and has more to offer so is best to keep high on the shortlist. MUST DE CAHOT (5) ran a better race than his last placing suggests and is one to monitor under the guidance of Alexandre Abrivard. MOODY BLUES (6) won well at Nantes first time on sand and is respected too.

Summary: KROSKOF DE GUEZ (5) won well on his return in a Mounted race last time at La Rochelle and can follow up in a contest that does not look any stronger. KALLAS TEPOL (6) is lightly raced in this code but never disappoints. She is shortlist material. KEZIO PEJI (13) is back under the saddle after a much needed comeback run under harness and should show plenty of progress. KISQALI (4) can prove a handful but is not short of ability and can spring a surprise.

- ICARE DU DOUET – Unreliable and finished 7th in Class F at Chartres over 2825m on 3 November. Has won over this track and trip and can score again
- ICARE DU FAOUET – Needed the last run when unplaced in Class G at La Capelle over 2700m on 2 November. Likely to need this run as well and others are preferred
- HERRA D’AVENIR – Unreliable and finished 6th in Class F at Pornichet-La Baule over 2750m om 31 October. Might play a minor role
Summary: Respectively second and first on 11 September at this very same course, IBRA DE LOU (13) and ICARE DU DOUET (14) are once again well entered and expected to feature prominently. HE STAR DU CALICE (8) is back on song as shows her last success but she has to deal with a tricky outside draw on the front row. Although GYPSIE MAGIQUE (3) was a touch disappointing last time out, she is generally consistent and must be given another chance in a race of this caliber.
