- MEHDALI – Decent 2nd on his last run over 1600m at Clairefontaine on August 2nd. He will know more this time and is not to be taken lightly
- MICHEL – Credible 4th at Saint-Cloud on October 9th over 1500m in a race for unraced. He can improve for that run and be involved at the finish
- MIA LOT – He has been 3rd on both starts, the latter over 1600m at Saint-Cloud on October 16th in a maiden race. He looks progressive and must enter calculations
- PALO SANTO – 6th on his debut start over 1600m at Deauville on October 22nd in a conditions race. He should be fitter after that run and can make the frame
- DEUX PONTS – Placed 4th on his sole start over 1400m in a maiden race at Clairefontaine on October 21st. He will improve, but others are preferred
- MAIERATO – Unplaced on the one run over 1600m in a conditions race at Deauville on October 22nd. Look for an alternative
- FASOLDOFA – Unplaced last time over 1400m in a maiden race at Clairefontaine on October 21st. Likely to find a few to smart
- HEROISTE – Ran with promise when 3rd over 1800m at Parislongchamp on October 19th in a conditions race. Open to progress, and she can get off the mark
- ARCTIC BAY – Ran well when 2nd over 1400m in a maiden race at Clairefontaine on October 21st. Hard to overlook with improvement expected
- RUBENESQUE – Unraced filly by City Light, the dam won 1 race. Likely to improve for this debut run unless the betting market says otherwise
Summary: HEROISTE (8) ran with plenty of promise when third at Parislongchamp in mid-October in a conditions race. She will step forward from that run and is given the verdict over ARCTIC BAY (9), who showed similar promise when second in a maiden at Clairefontaine late in October on her sole start. MIA LOT (3) has done well to be third on both runs so far and looks like a solid each-way option. MEHDALI (1) is another to consider after a good second in August at Clairefontaine.

- ARNAY LE DUC – Unplaced last time, a win previously over 2400m at Vichy on August 7th in a maiden race. Others hold stronger claims
- AZORIAN – Placed on his last two runs, 3rd on the latter over 2000m at Parislongchamp on September 4th. Can make the top four

- GOLDEN MAJESTY – Two unplaced runs of late, 11th at Clairefontaine on October 24th over 1600m in a handicap. Pass over
Summary: GALENE (9) has been highly tried in Pattern races of late, and she will find this company more to her liking. She can get back on track at the expense of STORMY DONALD (3), who is a threat. He was fifth in a Listed race in June when last seen. Freshened up, he will be fit to go. LE ROI RENE (1) scored in the early part of the year at Cagnes-Sur-Mer and merits consideration each -way. MARINALEDA (8) is a course winner and is another to keep onside.

- MELKISEDEK – Three unplaced runs, well beaten over 1800m in a maiden race at Clairefontaine on October 21st. Looks of limited talent
Summary: AVEC DES SI (7) won nicely at Chantilly on the PSF late in October in a divided handicap. She should handle both the drop in trip and the switch to turf, and she is the tentative choice. VIZIOSA (1) was placed on her first four starts and was not disgraced in a maiden event in September, so she rates as the main danger. VANINA RUNAWAY (8) is one to include in all place bet combinations, while LE BON DOCTEUR (5) is also worth consideration.

- SEA THE AURORA – Two unplaced efforts since a win over 2400m at Wissembourg on June 9th in a maiden race. This might be challenging
- TELCHERBOLINE – Back to form with a 2nd at Saint-Cloud over 2000m in a handicap on October 9th. One to look at each way

- TREATWOOD – Three unplaced runs of late, 6th at Lyon Parilly in a Class 3 handicap on October 30th. He has to recapture his best form to be involved
- CORTELLA – Fair 4th at Chantilly in a Class 3 race on October 28th over 1900m on the PSF last time out. She acts well on turf and can be competitive
Summary: JUST JIM (3) could be the answer to this open handicap. He produced a pleasing effort when finishing fourth in a Class 1 race at Le Mans last month. GERARD TER BORCH (7) has been running consistently, with three placed efforts in recent starts. Usually ridden with patience, he should be finishing strongly once again. GALORD (4) has solid each-way claims after a good third at Clairefontaine in October in a Class 3 contest. TELCHERBOLINE (13) returned to form last time when finishing second at Saint-Cloud and deserves respect. CORTELLA (16) looks best of the remainder from the foot of the weights.

Summary: BEL ET BIEN (1) is an honest performer who scored in a Listed race at Saint-Cloud on his last outing in early October. He is marginally preferred ahead of COETZEE (3), who will find this a bit easier than the Prix Cadran (Gr.1), having finished fifth last time out in October. AGILE (7) has been performing well recently and can give another good account of herself. DURAJI (4) was placed in a Group 3 last time and looks best of the remainder.

- MRS HOLIDAY – Two unplaced runs since a win in a Class 4 handicap on July 28th at Le Lion D’Angers over 1400m. Capable but she may be better over slightly further
Summary: PRADARO (10) should have enough in hand to take this claiming event. He ran a good second at Chantilly late last month behind ZEOLAKIS (2) in a similar contest and had been in decent form before that. Although ZEOLAKIS (2) bounced back to form that day, the 2kg swing in the weights tilts the balance in favour of the former. SCARFACE (9), a solid fourth in a Class 2 handicap at Chantilly two runs back, is hard to overlook, while FORZA CAPITANO (4) completes the shortlist.

Summary: EAGLE GATE (3) has been in good form recently. His solid effort to finish second over this track and trip in a Class 3 handicap 10 days ago was encouraging, and he gets the nod here. CLEAN BOWLED (15) has placed in his last two starts, most recently at Chantilly in early October, and looks a clear danger. Summary: ARTISTIC MAN (1) heads the handicap after several placed runs, his latest when second at this track 10 days ago in a handicap over 1600m. He finds it hard not to be involved and can get the better of FOXEY LADY (6), who won two runs back in September at Parislongchap and was a decent fourth at Saint-Cloud in mid-October last time. PURPLE MOOD (13) has a good racing weight and can be involved at the finish. SEPTIMUS (4) looks best of the remainder.

SAWARIM (6) was a good winner at Tarbes, and it would be no surprise if he followed up. Summary: ADICTA (9) is threatening to win a race after some nice opening runs. She tries the PSF for the first time but is the one to beat. CARCAGNY (2) has already performed well on this surface and should be a real threat. She makes a long trip for this race, so must be respected for that. FANCY (3) is improving and ran well over this course and distance last month, so should be very competitive. RISING WATER (10) can improve over this longer distance and will have blinkers fitted.

Summary: A very open-looking race. DARABJIR (6) has been at his best on the grass this year. He returns from a short break and could score again. NORDESTE (2) has struggled of late, but those runs came in stronger races, and he can be a lively danger. FAMOSO (8) has shown enough recently to have claims in a race of this nature. Summary: NOARDS (3) returns from a break but has shown promise. He did not show his best last time out after some really good runs and can win this lucky last race. OJIBWE (16) contested some decent races in her first two starts and could be a threat returning from a break. GARE AU GORILLE (5) ran well over this course and distance last month and looks fit and ready for another good performance. YA TE VALE (4) should also be very competitive in this line-up.

C1 – PRIX DE THORIGNY – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class E – Harness – EUR € 35,000
- MILADY DE LA PIECE – Imposed on debut but eliminated in next 3. Starts for the first time since June and is unlikely to spice things up
- MAGIE D’ERABLE – Ran 3rd at Saint-Brieuc before opening her account in a Maure-de-Bretagne Class F on 25 October. In better company this time but has earned the right to step up in category and can play a small role
- MAMZELLE DREAM – Makes main-track debut after running 7th of 11 behind MILKA DES THUYAS (9) at Cabourg on 25 October and appears to be out of her depth
- MA AM CHENU – Eliminated in last 2, most recently in the early stages of a 2200m Class E here early this month. Top driver at the helm this time and will be dangerous if she gets off on the right foot
- MAMMA PAULO – Faithful element returning to France after running lacklustre 3rd of 5 over 2350m in Avenches and cannot be considered a player
- MIA DE SIMM – Got that maiden monkey of her back when stylishly winning a 2675m Class F at Le Mont-Saint-Michel on 2 October. Choice of driver speaks volumes and a repeat is not out of the question
- MAKINA DANICA – Moderate mare starting for the first time since disappointing at Enghien in June. Has never delivered over the main track and is not about to start now
- MYSTIC DES FORGES – Should not be too hastily condemned for being eliminated over the inner track here last week. Showed her form though and Paul Ploquin will be out to set the record straight
- MILKA DES THUYAS – Made up for Enghien performance when 3rd in a Cabourg Class E on 25 October. Has already won this autumn and will be expected to finish in the mix
- MELIA BARBES – Won 2 in a row before being sent for a summer holiday. Will have come on for her Caen re-entry run and must not be overlooked. First 5
- MI FA SOL – Left a better impression in Enghien comeback than the result would suggest and should have this in the bag provided she keeps trotting
- MOUSTACHE – Showed promise last season but put away after a pair of below-par efforts during the summer and returns to competition with nothing to contribute
Summary: Given a rest after winning 2 for 2 earlier in the year, the talented MI FA SOL (11) was eliminated on re-entry but has had time to recalibrate and on good behaviour can add another win to her tally. Eliminated in her last two, MA AM CHENU (4) will be reunited with Mathieu Mottier who ran 2nd with her at Caen during the spring and will be excepted to begin the redemption procedure. MIA DE SIMM (6) got off the mark at Le Mont-Saint-Michel earlier in the month and with Alexandre Abrivard at the helm this time is not to be underestimated. MYSTIC DES FORGES (8) has not been behaving lately but is patently in fine shape and can finish in the mix if she keeps her action together.

C2 – PRIX AGATHE – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 40,000 - MY DREAM – Ran promising 7th of 16 behind MENTOR DE PLAY (12) in a 2100m Class C here in early-October. Has 2 conditioners under his belt since the summer break and looks considerably more dangerous this time around
- MARQUIS DU CHENE – Well-regarded colt starting for first time since running 3rd to MAGIC CASH (13) under these conditions on 23 September, but still has a lot of ground to make up
- MINUTY DU GERS – Comfortably won a Class E under these conditions in September before finishing last but one in a Class B over shorter on 7 November. Is clearly a colt with a bright future and will be expected to contest the finish
- MYSTIC DE REUX – Put away in August after completing the hat-trick, dominating a Class D over track and trip. Was given an easy re-entry at Nantes and with application can make this his own
- MISTER PARKER – Useful colt that has produced some fine performances this year but has yet to show much liking for Vincennes and others easier to back
- MILORD DE BUY – Showed tenacity to run close 2nd of 15 in a Class D over course and distance 2 weeks ago. Takes on a better bunch this time but should nevertheless hold his own
- MISTER YELLOW – In the frame in last 2 but has not been seen out since August and is going to need the race
- MEGINO – Missed out by little to MAGIC CASH (13) here in late-September but could manage only 6th of 15, a place behind MAJOR MESLOIS (11), in a 2850m Class C, also here, on 21 October. Has ample ability and cannot be ruled out
- MOURILLON – Given a rest after completing the hat-trick across town in July. Mottier’s returning horses are seldom in need of a run and he should prove competitive at the business end of the race
- MAGIC INSTINCT – Eliminated on re-entry in a 2850m Laval Class B on 1 October. Showed his form that day nevertheless and on good behaviour will not be far from the truth
- MAJOR MESLOIS – Won an Enghien claimer before coming 5th of 15 in a Class C over the short course here on 21 October, and can expect to find this a much stiffer test
- MENTOR DE PLAY – Capable on a good day but out of the picture in last 2 and has a lot more to find
- MAGIC CASH – Confirmed his Meslay victory when courageously winning a Class D over track and trip in late-September. Returns with freshness on his side and will be no pushover
- MUST DE CHANLECY – Good dual-discipline type taking first harness steps at Vincennes following an unexceptional monte Class B performance here mid-October, and even with Eric Raffin reining is unlikely to create an upset
- MELKIOR CASTELLE – Put a trio of eliminations behind him to finish an unlucky 2nd of 13 in an Argentan Class A early this month. Steps up in category though and other more trustworthy options available
Summary: A number of good horses lining up here but few more so than Thierry Duvaldestin’s MYSTIC DE REUX (4) who has already made his mark under these conditions. With a race under his belt following the break, he returns to the capital with a realistic chance of imposing. Opposition will be led by MINUTY DU GERS (3) who returns to a more suitable trip after failing to deliver in a Class B here last week, and MY DREAM (1) who ran better last time than the result would suggest. New to the venue, MAGIC INSTINCT (10) was eliminated on his return from the summer break but has shown significant promise and with application can go far.

C3 – PRIX D’AZAY LE RIDEAU – 2850m (a2m) – Class E – Harness – EUR € 35,000 - LOULOU BOY – Has not been seen out since running 5th in a Pornichet Class E in late-August. Shoes fitted and not a concern
- LOOK QALI – Useful colt but has not been seen out since running 5th in a2700m Class D here in May and is going to need the race
- LE VOILA SAUTONNE – Got back in the winners’ enclosure early this month when courageously staying on to win a 2825m Chartres Class E on 3 November, his first start for the Sassier yard, and Eric Raffin will be eyeing the double
- LOOKING D’AURCY – Tricky but talented individual with 3 return runs in him after a lengthy absence. Has no references under these conditions but has ample ability and winning this would be no surprise
- LEVEL ONE SYGA – Serious type making first appearance since running 2nd of 11 in a 2700m Class E here in late-August. Has not been seen since and even with front shoes fitted can make his presence felt
- LOYAL DU CHOQUEL – Good, consistent sort that pleased on his lone start here. Has demonstrated fine versatility, goes well for Benjamin Rochard, and looks competitively well in
- LUCKY LOVE – Was clearly going well when eliminated in a 2100m Class E here on 3 November. Gets a 2nd crack at racing barefoot and, if applied, can get in on the action
- LIKE MESLOIS – Surprising 6th of 16 on re-entry in a 2200m Caen class D a month ago. Has had time to get back in shape, has never disappointed when barefoot, and should again figure prominently
- LE CHEF – Pleased in Enghien re-entry before running 4th in a Caen Class D a month ago. Faces a tougher challenge this time and others preferred
- LOULOU DAB – Quality element with a brace of return runs in him after 7 months off. Has been specifically prepared for this and may just be the horse to beat
- LOIR ET CHER – 3rd over course and distance in late-September before being eliminated in next 2. Has evident ability but others easier to back this time around
Summary: A serious sort for the most part, and well-engaged here, LOULOU DAB (10) has a pair of conditioners under his belt since the lengthy layoff and, shod to preference, looks a serious proposition. Damien Bonne will be justifiably wary though of a first-time barefoot LOOKING D’AURCY (4) who will be fully-fit by now, and LOYAL DU CHOQUEL (6) who has been climbing the category-ladder in good order. LE VOILA SAUTONNE (3) opened his autumn account at Chartres 10 days ago and Eric Raffin stays faithful.

- GREZ – Ran 3rd in a Class D under these conditions on 18 October. Takes quite the step up in category and is not about to spring any surprises
- JUST FOR BACK – Back racing left-handed after running 2nd in a Caen Class B 3.5 weeks ago. Seldom lets the side down with Eric Raffin aboard and can again make the frame
- ILTON ROYAL – Unexceptional 4th of 8 in a Laval Class A early this month. Presents decent monte credentials but at this level will struggle to make his mark
- HEURISTIQUE – Like a horse reborn last winter and went into her layoff on a hat-trick. Has a conditioner under her belt and will be no easy touch
- HERADAMES – Sent for a spell after imposing at Cabourg in July. Pleasant 5th under harness here on comeback, will have come on for the run, and will be competitive for a first-5 cheque
- JAZZ IN MONTREUX – 7 times a winner in last 13 ridden starts. Goes particularly well over 2850m on the main track and looks main danger to EROS ZOLA (8)
- EROS ZOLA – Back under the saddle after after running close 2nd in a harness Class C over course and distance on 17 October. Alexandre Abrivard back in the irons and it will take a good horse to beat him
- GAZELLE DE VAL – Serious mare that has won 2 of 3 under these conditions, including a Gr.2 last winter. Has 3 runs in her since the break and Mathieu Mottier will be justifiably confident of finishing in the money
- GOOD GIRL MARCEAUX – Wonderfully-engaged here but has made few waves over recent weeks and can be passed over
Summary: Unbeaten in 2 starts under the saddle, EROS ZOLA (8) returns to the code in excellent shape and will have a strong claim on the spoils. Alexandre Abrivard will still be mindful of the terrifically performant JAZZ IN MONTREUX (7) who seldom disappoints, and Gr.2-winning HEURISTIQUE (5) who will be competitively-shod following her comeback run under harness. JUST FOR BACK (3) has been knocking at the door over recent months, thrives with Eric Raffin, and will not be far off the mark.

- JOYCE D’AVEZE – Capricious mare that has made little to no impact since last November and will have nothing to offer
- JAVA DE ROUAISSE – Useful mare that always gives her best. Goes barefoot for the occasion but still looks out of her league
- JOYCE DE COSSE – Imposed at Castelsarrasin on 19 October before finishing 10th of 13 finishers at Le Mont-Saint-Michel a fortnight later and would be preferred unshod-behind
- JAVA DES BERTHES – 2nd of 11 in a Salon-de-Provence amateurs Class G 2.5 weeks ago but has little going for her here
- JUTLAND – Excellent during the summer when fitted with pads and most recently given a 2825m conditioner going left-handed. Shoes off this time and must be considered a player
- JEZABELLE BEZILLAT – Made up for monte elimination when 2nd of 16 in a 2700m Class F at Lyon-La Soie on 1 November. Has no particular liking for Vincennes but in present form is still worth monitoring
- JEUNE ORANGE COTON – Never far from losing her action but has shown improvement since moving to Antonin Andre’s stable and with application will take all the beating
- JADE DU DAN – Given an easy re-entry run at Graignes 2 weeks ago. Goes barefoot on maiden Vincennes start and will be no easy touch if she stays in stride
- JACOVIA MADRIK – Has done nothing but improve lately, most recently 5th of 14 in a Reims Class E on Monday. 2700m at Vincennes not always her cup of tea but on current trajectory must be considered a solid first-5 candidate
- JALNA GIRL – Form has regressed since the summer break and will need to show significant improvement on recent effort behind JAHINA VITA (13) at Machecoul
- JICKY GIRL – Reunited with Theo Raffin after an encouraging run behind JINA DE L’ORMERIE (14) at Cabourg. Is not about to get her nose in front but is not incapable of springing a small surprise either
- JAHINA VITA – Left a good impression when 3rd of 15 in a 2700m Machecoul Class F on 19 October. Sent out similarly-configured and enjoys a realistic chance of finishing close
- JINA DE L’ORMERIE – Has shown signs of improvement recently, latterly pleasant 5th in a Cabourg Class E on 25 October. Is not about to shake things up but is well-engaged and unlikely to be going home empty-handed
Summary: Complicated she may be but JEUNE ORANGE COTON (8) has turned a corner since moving yards, returns to racing barefoot, and will be the horse to beat provided Hugo Baumer keeps her trotting. He will still be keeping a watchful eye on the erratic but capable JADE DU DAN (9) who runs barefoot following a much-needed comeback run, and JAHINA VITA (13) who got back in the game at Machecoul. Barefoot after a Croise-Laroche freshener, JUTLAND (6) makes her Vincennes bow with a good hand to play.

- NOVA DU FER – Lost her action on debut in a 2150m Enghien Class C 2.5 weeks ago and is unlikely to spring any surprises
- NEW LIFE – Defied her 87-1 price to come 5th to NOSTRA COSA (12) at Cabourg 3 weeks ago. Has ground to make up but is by no means out of the equation
- NO ONE – Well-related type that ran 3rd of 12 at Les Andelys a month ago, first time out. Takes on a superior lot this time but will have come on for the run and looks a respectable first-5 chance
- NEBULA DANICA – Unremarkable in qualification and although 5th of 10 on debut at Enghien 2.5 weeks ago, she still has more to find
- NACHYMA BERRY – Defied her unexceptional qualification to run 2nd of 12 in a 2650m Alencon Class F 3.5 weeks ago. Is not about to cause an upset but was beaten only by a good horse that day and must be afforded respect
- NEPTUNE DES ARRIS – Gives a good account for the most part but only 5th of 7 finishers in a 2200m Class D here 2 weeks ago, and looks a minor place chance at best
- NUANCE CASTELETS – Excellent 3rd at Cabourg mid-October but failed to confirm when last but one behind NEPTUNE DES ARRIS (7) over 2200m here late last month, and is unlikely to make many waves
- NATIVE DE PLAY – Unable to confirm good Bernay performance when eliminated in a 2450m Caen Class D on 19 October and will have few takers
- NUIT DE STAR – Left a good impression when 2nd of 9 finishers to NOSTRA COSA (12) over 2050m at Cabourg, and can again finish in the frame
- NO LIMIT DELO – Confirmed good qualification when victorious in a Reims Class E on 19 October, at the first time of asking. Hails from a yard firing on all cylinders and her logical place is on the podium
- NOSTRA COSA – Blue-blooded filly that made short work of her 2050m Cabourg debut on 23 October. Will appreciate the inner-track profile and can keep her unbeaten record intact
- NINON DREAM – Respectable filly making Vincennes debut after finishing flattering 4th of 11 in a 2450m Caen Class D on 19 October, and will struggle to make her presence felt
- NOELA JOSSELYN – Lost all chance early over 2200m here a fortnight back. Is plainly a talented filly though and can play a prominent role if she gets off on the right foot
- NORMA JEANE – Modest individual that ran 7th of 8 behind NINON DREAM (13) in a 2150m Enghien Class C early last month and appears to be out of her depth
Summary: Beautifully-bred and comfortable winner on debut at Cabourg 3 weeks ago, NOSTRA COSA (12) looks a serious filly in the making and can expect the lion’s share of support. That being said, NOELA JOSSELYN (14) has shown significant potential and will have her chances if Nicolas Bazire keeps her focused. NO LIMIT DELO (11) was a thorough professional first time out and Benjamin Rochard will have his sights set on the double. NUIT DE STAR (10) finished runner-up to the Philippe Allaire-trained filly recently, will have progressed for the race, and must be taken seriously.

C7 – PRIX DE VILLEURBANNE – 2850m (a2m) – Class R Claiming – Harness – EUR € 18,000 - LITTLE BLACK MO – A difficult horse at the best of times, but is not without merit. Benjamin Rochard drafted in for the occasion and will have his supporters
- KERGOMAR SIBEY – Unthreatening 7th of 15 in a 2875m claimer here a month back. Has placed just once in 9 claiming starts and can be passed over
- KAMELIA VIVANCIERE – Showed signs of improvement when 6th of 13 in a Reims Class F on Monday. Races barefoot, with Mathieu Mottier in the bike this time, but others still preferred
- KNOX JENILOU – Useful on a good day but has been out of the picture for some time and will need to show marked improvement on recent return run
- KALYPSIA BOND – Pleasantly surprising 3rd of 10 finishers in a Carpentras Class F early last month, but in this company has no realistic chance
- LANNISTER D’AVRIL – 3rd over 2100m over the long course on 23 September, but disappointing 6th behind KERGOMAR SIBEY (2) at Enghien a fortnight later, and is not a concern
- KOKA DU DOUET – Won an Enghien claimer in September but failed to confirm over the main track a month ago. Is no slouch though and while unlikely to win this, can nonetheless challenge for a spot in first 5
- KAI LA SHA – Returns to the Vincennes inner track after a modest run across town. Takes on a less-exalted bunch this time and will be competitive for a place on the podium
- LEADER DU POMMEAU – Has been enjoying a decent run of form, most recently 3rd under these conditions on 28 October. David Thomain in the bike this time and has every chance of finishing in the frame
- KIRA DE CAHOT – Good 3rd of 16 in a 2150m Enghien Class E on 18 October but has been fitted with pads this time and cannot be considered a player
- KADO DES MOLLES – Pleased more than once during the summer but trounced in last 2. Reverts to racing barefoot and has a respectable chance of getting a look in
- LE JIBAY – Previously a good sort but has done nothing of note since June 2024 and will have few friends in the markets
- KLARCK DE VANDEL – Not as sharp this term as he was earlier in the year. Takes a notable dip in class, has form over the distance, and can start to make amends
- KALIKA DU RIS – Disappointing on the whole during the autumn. Has no particular love for the short track and can be ruled out
- KEOPS TILLAYE – Unlucky 8th of 15 in a 2700m Class E here a week ago. Finished like a train once a gap opened up and, if kept out of harm’s way, can impose this time
- KROSS FINGERS – Blows hot and cold but can trot when applied. Has already won at this level and the inner track should suit him to a tee. Claim
Summary: Even though eliminated in his last 2 starts, KROSS FINGERS (16) has nonetheless shown his form; he has nothing to prove in the claiming category and can wrap this up if Alexandre Bodin assures his charge’s initial strides. KERGOMAR SIBEY (2) was not the most fortunate over the main track last week and Matthieu Abrivard will be keen to set the record straight. Seldom far from the action when focused, LEADER DU POMMEAU (9) ran 3rd under these conditions late last month and is easy to recommend. Third on his only start over course and distance, KAI LA SHA (8) drops down the category-ladder and should prove markedly more competitive.

C8 – PRIX PSYCHE – 2200m (a1m1/2) – Class E – Mounted – EUR € 35,000 - MADONETTE – Quickly eliminated but nevertheless showed her form in a Laval Class F on debut in late-September. Has been afforded time to get her house in order and can impose if Mathieu Mottier keeps her mind on the game
- MARCH OF THE QUEEN – Has yet to demonstrate any particular flair for either discipline and can expect to have few takers
- MITTY D’ARELINE – Back under the saddle after some poor harness performances and appears to have no possible chance
- MARIANNE DE BAILLY – 5th of 12 behind MADISON MONNERIE (10) on ridden bow over the main course here 10 days ago, but still has significant ground to make up
- MINILADY DE CHOC – Got off the monte mark when winning a Cherbourg Class F by a country mile early this month. Faces a tougher challenge this time but can still pick up some prizemoney
- MYRIADE D’ORION – Has not been seen out since faulting on monte debut at Enghien last August and will not be troubling the judge
- MIRMANDE DEL PHEDO – Winner at Agon first time under the saddle, and latterly gave a good account at Cabourg. Still has bags of potential and is unlikely to let the side down. Place chance
- MAYOTTE – Eliminated as often as not, latterly over course and distance in late-September. Is patently capable when focused and should not be overlooked
- MALLAURY D’AVEL – Has been acquitting herself well since the summer break, latterly fine 2nd in a 2750m Cabourg Class E just under 3 weeks ago, and Paul Ploquin will be determined to go one better
- MADISON MONNERIE – Not always sure of stride but left a good impression over the main track here 10 days ago and if given the chance should be able to get off the mark
Summary: Even though never far from faulting, MADISON MONNERIE (10) is plainly close to her race and can finally get off the mark if Benjamin Rochard keeps her focused. MADONETTE (1) left a very good impression on her debut in late-September despite losing her action, under Rochard, but Mathieu Mottier will be keen to prove a point. In the frame in 3 of her last 4 starts, MALLAURY D’AVEL (9) is confirmed under these conditions and is easy to like for a place on the podium. MIRMANDE DEL PHEDO (7) finished a place behind her late last month and returns to racing left-handed with a lot to contribute.
