R1 VINCENNES [L-H]
C1 – PRIX DE BEAUCOURT – 2850m (a2m) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 40,000
- LUGANO – Unlucky to have been pushed out of the race here in late-November. Has been afforded ample time to recalibrate and his driver will be determined to keep him out of trouble
- LE BIEF – Has a pair of runs under his belt following the autumn break. Will be shod to preference this time and should not be overlooked
- LET IT SNOW – Has taken particularly well to the Vincennes main track, latterly running 3rd in a 2100m Class E here on 21 December. Takes on a marginally better lot this time and has a decent chance of running into the money
- LIGHTNING JIEL – Reliability not his strong suit but ran 3rd, a place behind LUCKY LOVE (10), in a 2700m Class E here in late-November. Sports 4 pads for the first time but others still easier to back
- LUCKY MESLOIS – Pleased during the autumn but unplaced in 2 of last 3 and is unlikely to have many friends
- LORD SUN DRALIAM – Can trot on a good day but eliminated in last 2. Returns to racing barefoot but has no love for the Vincennes main track and looks a minor place chance at best
- LISCADO DE HOUELLE – Can prove a handful but has bags of ability. Just headed in a similar event here 12 days ago and Mathieu Mottier will be expecting to have his way this time
- LAWMAN – Missed out by the smallest of margins for the double in a 2700m Class E here on 17 December. Has form with Eric Raffin who will be confident of testing the finish once more
- LUCIFER DU CAIEU – Switches code after 2 straight eliminations under the saddle. Is not the best horse in the Bazire stable but is confirmed at Vincennes and will be expected to make his presence felt
- LUCKY LOVE – 22 races and still waiting to get off the mark. Has been knocking at the door though and, in current condition, is unlikely to be far off the mark
- LITYGE DE CYM – Back under harness after being eliminated at Cabourg early this month and is not about to set off any fireworks
- L’ARC – Disappointing on the whole since returning to competition last autumn and can be confidently disregarded
Summary: He can be a tricky sort on occasion but LISCADO DE HOUELLE (7) just missed out here earlier in the month and it is difficult to see anything else beating him this time. LAWMAN (8) though is plainly close to winning another and looks the main threat. LUGANO (1) has the wherewithal to play an important role in this company, and will be no easy touch if David Thomain keeps him out of harm’s way. LUCKY LOVE (10) has taken well to racing barefoot, is in his category, and can contest a place on the podium.

C2 – PRIX DE LA FERTE MACE – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class A – Harness – EUR € 51,000 - NELATI DE MORGANE – Respectable sort that ran 4th behind NIKY ELDE (2) here on 11 January. Has ground to make up though and is not a priority
- NIKY ELDE – Useful element that ran 2nd to a superb colt last Sunday in a Class B over course and distance. Takes on a better lot this time but with front pads fitted could yet make first 5
- NATURALE MAG – Got off the mark in late-November but has twice failed to confirm and will struggle to make his mark
- NOTABLE – Completed the hat-trick when running out a commanding winner of a 2100m Class C here on 17 December. Looks the sort to appreciate the main track and has every chance of making it 4 on the trot
- NIKO DE TIMBOEUF – Has done everything asked of him to date, recently getting off the mark with ease here. Has earned the right to take to the main track and with pads fitted is unlikely to disappoint. Chance
- NOVECENTO – Produced some fine performances late last year including losing his maiden tag here 2 months ago. Was eliminated here on Christmas Eve but sports pads this time and can bounce back. Place chance
- NIKKEI PONT ROYAL – Decent type that always gives his best but will need to improve on latest effort here
- NEW SUCCESS – Returns to the main track, but at a more reasonable grade, after failing to deliver in a Gr.2 on 13 December. Sports pads this time and looks competitive for a place in the frame
Summary: Winner of 3 in a row this winter, NOTABLE (4) steps up in category after dominating a Class C here last month; his limits have yet to be defined and Eric Raffin will be justifiably optimistic of securing the 4-timer. He will still be opposed by the freshly-padded NIKO DE TIMBOEUF (5) who opened his account with ease over the inner course just 9 days ago, and a similarly-padded NEW SUCCESS (8) who returns to a more suitable level after biting off more than he could chew in the Gr.2 Prix Emmanuel Margouty last month.
SELECTIONS
NOTABLE (4) – NIKO DE TIMBOEUF (5) – NEW SUCCESS (8) – NOVECENTO (6)
C3 – PRIX LE PARISIEN (PRIX DE LA BEAUCE) – 2100m (a1m1/4) – Class B – Harness – EUR € 52,000 - MAJOR DU BISTON – Opened his Vincennes account at first time of asking, securing a 2700m Class D on 12 December. Faces a tougher task this time but is still good enough to finish in the thick of things
- MOHAWK – Serious colt that shown a preference for a flatter track. Gets to race without hind shoes this time though and is worth keeping an eye on
- MEA CULPA – No slouch on a good day but unremarkable 5th behind MOZART DU DOLLAR (8) here last month and will need to find considerably more
- MAMBO DE JAUDRAIS – Quality element that flew up in a 2175m Class D here in early-November. Has not been seen since but is confirmed over course and distance and is well-placed to give this a good go
- MANHATTAN JIEL – Handy sort with decent aptitude for both codes but is being aimed too high again
- MAITRE D’HOULBEC – Should not be too hastily-condemned for being eliminated in a 2925m Cagnes Class B on 8 January. Ran 5th in a Gr.3 on sole Vincennes appearance and will be competitive if Franck Nivard keeps him trotting
- MEYOU DU CAMPUS – Quality colt that has done nothing but improve lately, most recently opening his main-track account at the expense of MALUMA D’ANGIS (9). Hind shoes off for first time and is not incapable of confirming
- MOZART DU DOLLAR – Won over the inner course prior to running 2nd in a Class B over 2700m here on 11 December. Will not be sent out at 34-1 this time, is nicely-entered, and can again make the frame
- MALUMA D’ANGIS – Close runner-up to MEYOU DU CAMPUS (7) here on 17 December before faulting early 11 days later. Sports modified shoeing for the first time and can turn the tables if Eric Raffin gets him off on the right foot
Summary: A fine servant, MALUMA D’ANGIS (9) was just edged out by MEYOU DU CAMPUS (7) over longer here last month. Both will be competitively-shod this time, but Eric Raffin’s charge still looks a marginally better bet. MOZART DU DOLLAR (8) put in a pair of fine performances here before being eliminated when full of running at Cagnes 10 days ago, however the new configuration may be just the ticket. MAITRE D’HOULBEC (6) also lost his action that day, but has otherwise been in decent shape, and Franck Nivard will be in the bike this time.
SELECTIONS
MALUMA D’ANGIS (9) – MEYOU DU CAMPUS (7) – MOZART DU DOLLAR (8) – MAITRE D’HOULBEC (6)
C4 – PRIX DE CORNULIER – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Gr1 – Mounted – EUR € 700,000 - KID BELLAY – Ran 2nd to KEENGAME (7) in Gr.2 Prix Joseph Lafosse but eliminated in next 2. Is hard to fault when focused though and will have his supporters
- ISLAMORADA – A model of consistency over recent months. Winner of Prix du Calvados, at first attempt at this level, and should again prove competitive
- HANNAH – Previously a decent sort but current form does little to inspire confidence. Disregard
- HEURISTIQUE – Entered the big league late last winter with 2 straight monte victories. Respectable 4th in Prix du Calvados but will nonetheless need to find more
- JE M’ENVOLE – Won Gr.2 Prix Paul Buquet before running 4th, a place behind IDEALE DU CHENE (18), in Gr.2 Prix Jules Lemonnier here, when shod, on 20 December. Will be barefoot this time and it would be unwise to ignore his chances
- HARMONISTA – Pleasant 3rd in a Gr.3 over course and distance 3 weeks ago, however at this level has no possible chance
- KEENGAME – Won 3 on the trot, including Gr.1 Prix Bilibili, before prepping in Gr.3 Prix Léon Tacquet early this month. Takes on some tough older horses this time but should nevertheless hold her own
- HALFA – Got back in the game when 3rd to ISLAMORADA (2) in Gr.2 Prix du Calvados a fortnight ago, but still has significantly more ground to make up
- KAPAULA DE L’EPINE – Decidedly capable and has previously beaten KEENGAME (7), but takes on the best horses in the business this time and can be passed over
- JEROBOAM D’ERABLE – Top-tier trotter with nothing to prove at this level. Made short work of Gr.3 Prix Auguste François over course and distance last month and, in similar shape, can make this his own
- IBIKI DE HOUELLE – Gr.2 Prix des Ducs de Normandie winner last May, but has been markedly less-performant since and others easier to back
- KYT KAT – Serious sort that twice failed to deliver after winning Gr.2 Prix Edmond Henry in October, and in this company is unlikely to spring any surprises
- IGUSKI SAUTONNE – 3rd to JEROBOAM D’ERABLE (10) in Gr.3 Prix Auguste François on monte debut before coming 5th in Gr.2 Prix de Bourgogne under harness. Alexandre Abrivard back on board and looks good enough to finish in the mix
- IT’S A DOLLARMAKER – Did not miss a beat in either monte start this term, most recently dominating Gr.2 Prix Reynolds. Looks even better in this branch of the game and can bring the fight to JEROBOAM D’ERABLE (10)
- JEAN BALTHAZAR – 6th in 2025 edition and latterly runner-up to ISLAMORADA (2) in Gr.2 Prix du Calvados a fortnight ago. Will be barefoot for first time since winning Gr.1 Prix des Centaures last March and should not be underestimated
- INA DU RIB – Quality mare that ran 4th in 2024 and 2nd a year ago. Is a tough nut to crack when barefoot and must be considered a contender
- HIRONDELLE DU RIB – Placed just once in 4 Prix de Cornulier starts. Benefits from a progressive preparation, won Gr.1 Prix Henri Desmontils last time barefoot, and should not be discounted
- IDEALE DU CHENE – Placed in 1 of 2 Cornuliers, and placed in both starts this winter. Is clearly close to her race but may have to settle for a place cheque
Summary: Won by mares on the last 6 occasions, it is time for the males to strike back, and JEROBOAM D’ERABLE (10) may be just the one to do it. Classy winner of the Gr.3 Prix Auguste François last month, he excels in the day’s configuration and looks a marginally better bet than fellow-male IT’S A DOLLARMAKER (14) who won his last 2 starts in a metaphorical canter. Barefoot for the first time this winter, INA DU RIB (16) was 2nd 12 months ago and should again figure prominently. IDEALE DU CHENE (18) ran 3rd in 2024, thrives when barefoot, and in current condition is easy to like for a place in the picture. IGUSKI SAUTONNE (13) tuned up superbly for this in the Prix de Bourgogne, having just debuted under the saddle 18 days earlier, and will be barefoot for the occasion.

C5 – PRIX RADIO FG (PRIX D’ESPALION) – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 59,000 - JAMAICA BROWN – Never far from faulting but reassured somewhat in a similar event here a week ago. Front shoes off this time and will be no soft touch if David Thomain keeps her trotting
- JOYCE DES GRANGES – Placed in 2 prior to running 5th to JOY JENILOU (8) in a 2850m Class D here on 5 January. In better company this time though and chances appear limited
- JENNY DE JOUDES – Moderate mare that has done little of note lately, and has never produced the goods under these conditions. Ignore
- JORIA MESLOISE – Good, consistent sort that ran fine 3rd to JUSTICIA SMART (15) here on 21 December. Is barefoot this time, with Yoann Lebourgeois reining, and is worth keeping an eye on
- JITANE VALLEE – Gives Vincennes another shot after producing numerous good efforts in Lyon and Cagnes. Has placed just once in 6 main-track starts though and others easier to back
- JANE CASH – Serious mare facing first winter objective after a progressive preparation. Is consistently in the thick of things when focused and has every chance of challenging for a place on the podium
- JETIDA – 6th in a 2850m Class D on re-entry 2 weeks ago. Will have come on for the race but is still not a contender
- JOY JENILOU – Sprang a 14-1 surprise when courageous winner of a 2850m Class D here a fortnight back. Is clearly on the right trajectory and, while not a priority, can still get in on the action
- JALOUZ D’OLIVERIE – Going well when she lost her action in a 2850m Class E here last weekend. Has already won twice at Vincennes this term and is unlikely to go down without a fight
- IN RACE LORRAINE – Won 2 of last 3, most recently a 2100m Class D on 3 January. Has yet to deliver over 2700m here though and can be passed over
- JESTA BUISSONAY – 4th in a monte Class C here on 21 December. Will have other ambitions and can be ruled out
- JAFLOSA GIRL – Winner of 2 of 3 before being eliminated in a similar event on 19 December. Has already won twice for Eric Raffin and should be competitive for the win once more
- JOUVENCE DE CAREL – Hardy mare with solid references under these conditions, showed her form in good company last weekend, and will not be available at 38-1 this time. Claim
- HEXCELLENTE – Unexceptional element with a pair of conditioners in her, but is clearly taking on too much
- JUSTICIA SMART – Simply superb since starting to race barefoot. Easily won a 2850m Class E here on 21 December and even in this company looks a serious proposition
- IMAGE D’ATALANTE – Sports modified shoeing after failing to deliver in 2 here recently and will first need to get her house in order
Summary: Seldom disappointing when she has her mind on the game, JOUVENCE DE CAREL (13) left a good impression here last weekend and with no 6 year-olds and foreign horses to contend with this time, she should be good enough to impose. She will, however, be up against Yves Dreux’s JAFLOSA GIRL (12) who should not be too hastily-judged for faulting here a month ago. JUSTICIA SMART (15) has been like a horse reborn over recent months and moves up in category with a lot to contribute. JANE CASH (6) imposed under these conditions last spring and, barefoot following a trio of return runs, will be expected to play a prominent role.

C6 – PRIX CELINE LECLERCQ – 2175m (a1m1/4) – Class C – Mounted – EUR € 68,000 - JOSHUA PEJI – First-rate horse for whom it is frequently a case of all-or-nothing. Put in a 1’10”2 performance last time under these conditions and on good behaviour can wrap this up
- JINGLE DELO – Enjoying something of a renaissance since being switched back to the monte code. Has never delivered under the saddle here but in present shape is easy to recommend. Place prospect
- STACCATO HL – Runner-up to JAG MAHCATH (4) here on 1 December before coming 3rd in a Class D over track and trip last weekend. Will struggle to win this but is in sufficiently good shape to eke out some prizemoney
- JAG MAHCATH – Honest element that consistently gives everything he has. Inherited success after disqualification of JOSHUA PEJI (1) here in early-December, but form still cannot be questioned and he must be respected
- JOY ALISSA – Undeniably capable but has done little of note in either code for some time and can be ruled out
- DOWHATYOUDODOWELL – Has demonstrated decent aptitude for the ridden code but has been found wanting of late and, even though reconfigured, is unlikely to spice things up
- JOUR DE FETE – Would have finished close had he not lost his action 50m out here in late-November. Is clearly in top shape and can fight out the finish if he stays in stride
- GOLDEN GRACE – Returns to the monte discipline following a pair of harness fresheners but is not the easiest of horses to handle under the saddle and others preferred
- GLADIATOR BOY – Back under the saddle after a harness freshener a week ago but in current condition is unlikely to influence the result
- HADDOCK DU CLOS – Fine campaigner that excels over 2175m here. Was surprisingly beaten into 2nd in a Class C under these conditions early last month, but Mathieu Mottier will be keen to put things right
Summary: Exceptional when focused, JOSHUA PEJI (1) alternates the 2 disciplines with exceptional ease. He imposed under these conditions in November and after his recent harness romp looks set to take all the beating. Damien Bonne will still be mindful of JOUR DE FETE (7) who was going well before faulting here last time out, and the superbly-engaged HADDOCK DU CLOS (10) whose latest course-and-distance performance did not go unnoticed. JINGLE DELO (2) has returned to the discipline in cracking form and should again prove good enough to make the frame.
SELECTIONS

C7 – PRIX DE CHAMBORD – 2175m (a1m1/4) – Class E – Harness – EUR € 41,000 - JOBIC KERGWEN – Pleasantly-surprising 3rd of 14 in a Graignes Class F late last month. Runs barefoot this time but still not a priority
- JOKER DU PONT – Modest type that would have better prospects at a lower level and can be ruled out
- JEAN DES GLENAN – Last of 5, on re-entry, in a 2200m Vincennes monte Class E late last month. Has never produced the goods over the main track and is unlikely to begin now
- JOKER DU CHOQUEL – As solid as a rock since mid-November and caught the eye here earlier in the month. Alexandre Abrivard in the bike this time and has a realistic chance of contesting the finish
- JACKPOT D’ORGUEIL – Stormed up in a 2100m amateurs Class G here on 11 December. Champion driver at the helm this time and the double looks distinctly possible
- JAGUAR DE DALINE – Returns to racing barefoot after running 3rd, a place behind JOEY DU NOYER (12), in a 3000m Chateaubriant Class D on 5 January. Mathieu Mottier in the bike this time and will justifiably generate interest
- JERONIMO DU CAUX – Honest individual but has no particular liking for Vincennes. Has decent references when shod, but others still preferred
- JEANNOT BUISSONAY – Gave a reassuringly good account when 3rd, a place behind JASMIN VIVANCIERE (10) in a 2850m Class E a month back. Anthony Barrier takes the reins this time and although unlikely to win this, should nevertheless hold his own
- JADE – Has been disappointing since late last summer. Was unlucky here last month but is still not a concern
- JASMIN VIVANCIERE – Made up for Mauquenchy elimination when 2nd in a 2850m Class E a month back. Seldom disappoints at this level and is not about to start now
- JARVIS – Tenacious winner at Mauquenchy before running 2nd, despite a poor trip, in a Class E over track and trip on 20 December. Is in his category and should prove competitive at the business end of affairs
- JOEY DU NOYER – Nicely-engaged element that ran 2nd of 16 in a 3000m Chateaubriant Class D on 5 January. Will not be available at 79-1 this time but is unlikely to be as performant either
- JARDYLAND – Ran 4th in good company over 2700m here before being eliminated over course and distance late last month. If at ease though, can more than make amends
Summary: After a few lacklustre performances late last year, JACKPOT D’ORGUEIL (5) got back in the game last month with a commanding victory in the amateur division. He will be reunited with Eric Raffin for the occasion and has a reasonable chance of repeating. He will still feel the heat from JOKER DU CHOQUEL (4) who has been revitalised since moving to Adrien Pereira’s yard, and JARVIS (11) who just missed out on the double under similar conditions late last month. JARDYLAND (13) may not be the most dependable horse here but he showed his form last month and will not be far from the action if Damien Bonne manages to keep him focused.

C8 – PRIX MICHEL MARCEL GOUGEON – 2700m (a1m1/2) – – Harness – EUR € 90,000 - KASH DES CAILLONS – Ran 2nd at 122-1 in Finale Nationale du Trot Open des Régions des 5 Ans in late-November. Was unable to confirm a month later in a Class C over 2700m here however, and looks a minor place prospect at best
- KARNAC WOOD – Failed to secure the 4-timer when flopping in the Finale Nationale du Trot Open des Régions des 5 Ans in late-November. Returns fresh though and if there is any horse here that can take on KARMA POWER (8), this is it
- KALITA D’HENINEL – Oddly below-par 7th behind KASH DES CAILLONS (1) in 30 November race of reference, but prepped satisfactorily here last weekend, and has a realistic chance of picking up a first-5 payout
- KRACKMANIA – Twice runner-up in the provinces before coming 4th in a Class B over course and distance. Goes barefoot again and looks thoroughly capable of playing a prominent role
- KENO PETTEVINIERE – Useful trotter but has not been seen out since late-November. Races shod for re-entry and best to hold off
- KOTKIE – Won 3 of 5 before finishing 8th behind KASH DES CAILLONS (1) in 30 November race of reference. Is not about to create an upset but is in decent enough form to get in on the action
- KNOCKONWOOD – Has been completely out of the picture since imposing at Enghien in August 2024 and is not about to shake things up
- KARMA POWER – Remarkably performant when barefoot. Endured a terrible trip here earlier this month but is head-and-shoulders better than the field and, if kept out of trouble, should logically have this in the bag
- KOOL DES CHAMPS – Returns to the harness code after passing his monte debut test at Cagnes-sur-Mer 10 days ago, but others still easier to support
- KAVIARISSIME – Never the most dependable of horses but has buckets of talent. Showed his form on penultimate run and, given the opportunity, can make his mark. Place prospect
Summary: KARMA POWER (8) has been a thorough professional since stepping foot on a racecourse. He is patently in rude health and Eric Raffin will be eager to make up for some poor luck he suffered earlier in the month. Leading the opposition, KARNAC WOOD (2) presents a similar profile and his latest performance should not be taken at face value. Far from his best over recent months, KAVIARISSIME (10) nevertheless caught the eye in the Gr.3 Prix de Boissy-Saint-Léger on his penultimate start and must not be underestimated. KRACKMANIA (4) encouraged in a tough Quinte+ race on Christmas Day and looks competitive for a spot in the mix.

C9 – PRIX DE MIRANDE – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Gr3 – Harness – EUR € 90,000 - LUNELLA LEMAN – Got back in the winners’ circle a month back when superbly securing a 2175m Class C here. Takes on a better lot this time but can still make first 5
- LUTIN VENESI – Returns to Paris after running 5th behind LARGO DE CASTELLE (8) in a Cagnes Class D 10 days ago, and has no possible chance
- OMERTA BOKO – Finished on the heels of the subsequently-eliminated FELLOW WISE AS (5) in race of reference. Gave a fine account nevertheless and will be expected to apply the pressure on LORD DU GERS (6)
- FELDENKRAIS PAL – Was not disgraced in Gr.3 Prix Oscar Collard here on 13 December. Goes barefoot again and, if he gets the distance and stays trotting, there will be prizemoney in it for him
- FELLOW WISE AS – Ran 2nd in 2100m Prix Dominik Cordeau here on 1 January only to be subsequently eliminated. Has no references over 2700m but has talent in spades and still looks a major player
- LORD DU GERS – Serious, but occasionally capricious, individual that lost his action in 2100m Prix Dominik Cordeau here on 1 January. Looked better than most that day and with application can set the record straight
- LITTLE BROWN – Kicked the autumn off well but disappointing since. Returns to racing barefoot but will first need to re-establish his credentials
- LARGO DE CASTELLE – Takes a hike in category after running 3rd in a Cagnes Class D 10 days ago. In this company though, will need to be at his best
Summary: A Gr.2 winner over course and distance last summer, LORD DU GERS (6) lost his action here on New Year’s Day, showing his condition nevertheless, and shod to preference this time, can impose. Runner-up that day, OMERTA BOKO (3) has taken superbly to Vincennes conditions and again looks dangerous. That said, FELLOW WISE AS (5) finished ahead of him before being eliminated, and with application, can fight out the finish.

C1 – PRIX D’ALBRET – 3900m (a2m1/2) – TURF – Class 4 – Steeple Chase – EUR € 32,000
- MAVERICK’AMSYL – Four unplaced runs, 5th over 3400m in a Class 3 chase at Lyon Parilly on September 28th. He needs vast progress to feature
- MONTGAZON – Showed improvement when 4th on his second try over fences at Pau over this trip in a Class 3 chase on December 20th. Player
- MAGNUM D’ERABLE – Two unplaced runs, 7th at this track over 3500m in a hurdle at this track on December 24th. Chase debut and others preferred
- MARNAGE – Two unplaced efforts since a 4th at Le Lion D’Angers over 24000m in a flat conditions race. Unplaced over hurdles on the latter in December. Chasing debut and is one to consider
- MONTANA DREAM – Two unplaced runs, the latter over 3500m in a hurdle race on December 24th. Tries fences and looks like he has the scope to do well over them
- MILLEETUNEVICTOIRE – Won over 3500m at this track in a Class 4 hurdle on December 16th. Could do well over the larger obstacles
Summary: MILLEETUNEVICTOIRE (6) scored over hurdles at this track in mid-December and has the size and scope to do well over fences. He can follow up on his chasing debut. MONTGAZON (2) could be the one to make the selection work hard for success. He showed nice progress when fourth over the track and trip in a Class 3 chase late last month. MONTANA DREAM (5) has shown ability in the two runs over hurdles and is worth considering on his chase debut.

- FALSTAFF – He has a hat-trick of wins recently, the most recent success was over 4600m in a Class 3 cross-country at Craon on November 30th. Improving and warrants respect
- JE SUIS DIVIN – Two solid efforts of late, 2nd at Craon on the most recent over 4600m in a Class 3 cross-country on November 30th behind FALSTAFF (2). Has work to do to reverse that form
- RISKMAN – Won over this track over 4700m in a Class 3 cross-country chase on January 9th. Thrives at this track and will be hard to beat
- ISAGIRL – Ran well to be 4th over the track and trip in a Class 2 cross-country on January 3rd. Track and trip winner in January 2025. Player
- HEMEVOICI – Unplaced last time, 2nd before that over 4650m at Mont-De-Marsan in a Class 1 cross-country on March 2nd. Should be fit after an absence since April
- GO’N WIN – Two unplaced runs since a 3rd at Lyon Parilly over 5200m in a Class 2 cross-country on October 19th. Look for an alternative
Summary: RISKMAN (4) has plenty of experience at this track and scored in a Class 3 cross-country event nine days ago over 4700m. He was second over this track and trip on his penultimate start in a Class 2 contest. He can edge out ISAGIRL (5), a course-and-distance winner in January 2025 who ran well when fourth over the same route in a Class 2 cross-country event 15 days ago. HEMEVOICI (6) finished a respectable second two runs back and is worth considering, while FALSTAFF (2) heads the remainder.
