Summary: KOKO LABELLE (7) has been very good all year and can go one better this time. She does have an outside stall, which won’t make things easy for her. Rival KALINE D’ARDENNES (8) is also not well drawn but should appreciate this short distance and is an obvious danger. KALYPSO MI AMOR (4) has not won for some time but is in good shape and can contest the finish again. KOPAZE DE HOUELLE (10) has improved of late and could be ready to score if remaining sensible.

Summary: LET IT SNOW (1) looks hard to oppose in this field, especially after his last-start win. He is the runner they all have to beat but one cannot underestimate LUCKY ROSE (3) who has a lot going for him in this event, as well as LUSSAC DE VANDEL (11) who, although disqualified last time, was an impressive winner of his previous start and is still improving. LUSANIO DE WARNOC (7) has had three runs after a winter break and is getting better with each performance.

Summary: The recent record of LUNA DE JOUDES (5) makes her the one to beat in this field but one cannot write off the chances of LISTEN VIP (12) who ran well in her first run back from a winter break and can only improve on that performance. If in the mood LATINKA (1) could trouble both of them and she also has the advantage of three decent runs at this course. LAURYN JIEL (10) rarely runs a bad race and that must give her some sort of chance.

Summary: MOZART DAB (1) has not been seen out since January when disqualified, but he qualified with aplomb just prior and needs to be given credit for that. MARS COBBA (7) ran well enough in a decent field last time and must be in contention. MAKINA DANICA (6) has yet to notch a win but that cannot be far off and she needs to be respected.
