    Summary: HURRICANE CARTER (2) is at the top of his game and, given the manner of his last-start victory here over further in this shoeing configuration, looks good value to follow up in the opening event over this shorter trip. HAIDA SAUTONNE (4) represents a stable in good form and she has the means to bounce back from an underwhelming last start to trouble the selection. HOCHE (7) fits a similar profile but arrives in good order after a recent 3rd at this venue. HOLD UP RANAIS (11), GALION (10) and HOVE PONT VAUTIER (8) are others capable of getting a look in.

    Summary: HORCHESTRO (11) won with authority at this venue when last seen a fortnight ago and a repeat of that performance should suffice here. He’s taken to get the better of improving rivals EROS ZOLA (4), who is ideally positioned at the start, and HOLD UP DU SAPTEL (2) whose form is good enough to suggest he’ll also acquit himself competitively. Fast-finisher HANNIBAL TUILERIE (10), a winner last time out, and versatile JE REVE DU BOIS (3) appeal most of the remainder.

    Summary: METEORE DE SIMM (11), unplaced in a Group II harness race last month, is unbeaten in 4 starts under the saddle so hard to oppose on his return to the mounted category. MHUM FLYNG (10) bounced right back to his best to win a Group II prize at Caen last time out and needs only to repeat that performance to threaten the favourite. Versatile hard-knocker MISTY GREEN (12) is more effective in this specialty, so she isn’t taken lightly either. MATIGNON (6), not to be hastily condemned for his latest faux pas, and MONTANA WOOD (5) complete the shortlist.

    Summary: Highly regarded JET EXPRESS (5) hasn’t reached the heights Philippe Daugeard thought he would and his track record attests to that. However, he often holds his own in stronger races against quality opposition, as he did last time when an unlucky 4th, and it could pay to take a chance on him fulfilling his potential, especially with Matthieu Abrivard in the sulky. Classy KILLIAM FROMENTRO (10), a last-start Class A winner, KARAMBAR (2), who races barefoot here unlike last time, and reinvigorated JALENDRA DE MALAC (8), despite this rise in class, will keep the selection up to his task. JOCONDE SIBEY (11) and KOBAYASHI (7) are best of the rest.

    Summary: GO ON BOY (7), winner of the Elitloppet Final, returns to French soil at the top of his game and will be an overwhelming favorite. IGUSKI SAUTONNE (4), a consistent performer who was 2nd in a Group II event at this venue earlier in the month, and HUSSARD DU LANDRET (2), whose the form and experience will stand him in good stead, appear the only likely dangers in a small but quality lineup. IBIKI DE HOUELLE (8) heads the remainder.

    Summary: LASKA DU LEVANT (2) went close to causing a major upset in the Prix Lavater recently and, while she’ll need to confirm that improvement, a repeat of that performance should suffice. She gets the nod ahead of fast-finisher LISBON DRY (13), L’ECRIN D’OR (8) racing without her ‘shoes’ this time, and LEXIE DE BANVILLE (16) who is unshod on all four feet for the first time. LE BILLET VERT (10) and LIONHEART (12) aren’t incapable of having a say either.

His last-start conqueror and Group II scorer MILLE ETOILES (14) is also an obvious candidate for victory, along with fast-finisher MAKE A DREAM (8) who was an eye-catching 4th in the reference race and will have more to offer over this extended trip. MYSTIC SONATO (1) completes the shortlist.

    Summary: KEENGAME (9) may lack diligence but she has undeniable means. Disqualifications in each of her last 3 starts does not inspire confidence but she’s more than capable of winning a race like this if her manners are in check. Last-start scorer KATINKA AIMEF (10), winner of the Group II Prix Victor Cavey, has is another obvious candidate for victory, as is KID BELLAY (11) who was 2nd in the aforementioned reference race. KEYNOTE (8) caught the eye on that occasion and also warrants the utmost respect. KALIF LANDIA (12) and KELLY DE BANVILLE (14) complete the shortlist.

    Summary: LIZA JOSSELYN (9) and LONDON (6) renew rivalry and are likely to dominate the outcome. Both have genuine winning credentials and should fight out the finish if avoiding disqualification. LIGHT MY FIRE (4), second in the Prix de Sélection, and LEARN TO FLY (5), whose the form and experience will stand her in good stead, shouldn’t be underestimated.

  3. PRINCE DE GREZ – Placed on the last three runs, 2nd at this track over 3400m in a Class 2 chase on November 23rd, on the most recent. Might improve fitness-wise from this outing
  4. LE LISON – Placed on the last two runs, 2nd on the most recent over 3800m at Lyon Parilly on May 29th. Chase debut and warrants respect
  5. JUST FORTY – Fair 4th on his one try over fences at Le Lion D’Angers in a handicap chase over 3900m on May 29th behind KISS GAME (2). Has work to do to reverse the form
  6. MOTY MARC – Unplaced on his last two runs, 4th before that over 3600m in a Grade 3 hurdle at Auteuil on March 23rd. Second try over fences and can get things right this time
    Summary: MOTY MARC (6) can make amends for his chase debut at Clairefontaine 5 days ago, when he fell in the early stages of that race. He was a classy hurdler and should have too much in his locker if non the worse and a clear round of jumping. KISS GAME (2) is a threat and has taken well to fences with two wins recently. She is progressing. LE LISON (4) has decent form over hurdles and is worth considering on chase debut.

    Summary: MAC’ZOOM AL SHAHANIA (3) was not disgraced when producing an encouraging fourth in a Group III contest and looks to have all the accolades to return to winning ways in this lineup. SAMSA AL SHAHANIA (2) was a great third over the course and distance and poses to be the lively threat to the top selector. MOUJAZ (5) understands the track and trip when finishing fourth here and has the ability to stun his opponents if caught asleep in the race. WARD (6) holds a top four chance.

  65. THE TOP GATSBY – Supplemented The Top Gatsby was a smart winner in a Class 3 Conditional over 2100m at Dax on the 9th of June 2025. She should not be discounted and she has an upset chance
    Summary: SIMCA MILLE (1) and POCA GEN (5) know each others horsepower as they both met in their penultimate start when SIMCA MILLE (1) was the victor over the course and distance and has the form to follow up. POCA GEN (5) was a good second in the race but is much better off at the weight this time around and will be electrifying at the finishing line. AGADOR (6) returns off a three month break and if he strips fit, his overall form shows he can be a major lurker of the pack. THE TOP GATSBY (8) should not be discounted and can cause can upset on her day.

    Summary: Supplemented CASHLYN CAVALIER (1) has launched into the perfect race for him where he can redeem his winning ways. He does look to be a hard horse to beat. CAYSSIE MA STAR (7) is still a maiden but has the urge to break the maiden shackles off her hooves and it will be a glorious day for her if she does so in this lineup. Supplemented PLACID’OO (5) finished third last time out and can be given consideration for the shortlist. KIM WHITE (6) can earn a place cheque but others preferred for the win.
