R1 CABOURG [R-H]
C1 – PRIX DU MONT-SAINT-MICHEL – 2725m (a1m1/2) – Class E Race – Harness – EUR € 33,000
- IMOKO ATOUT – Did not enjoy the best of runs when 11th of 14 in a 2450m Caen Class E mid-June. Starts on the inside and Yoann Lebourgeois will be eager to put things right
- HARCANGELO D’AMOUR – Encouraged at Savigny-sur-Braye before coming 8th of 10 finishers in a 3150m Class F at La Roche-Posay mid-June and is unlikely to generate much interest
- IRON MIJACK – Out of the picture in 2 since imposing at Meslay, latterly sanctioned in a 2875m Enghien claimer last week, and despite the draw can be passed over
- HATTILA – Reassuring 5th of 10 in a 2400m Amiens Class E on 28 June. Is clearly on the right trajectory and with Gabi Gelormini in the bike will be afforded every chance. First 5
- ITRO – Imposed at Gournay-en-Bray before coming 2nd of 15 in a 2875m Enghien claimer last week. Takes on a better lot this time and chances limited
- IRIS DU PERCHE – Failed to confirm Caen victory when sanctioned in a 2775m Class E at Les Sables-d’Olonne a month back. Starts in front and with application can make this his own
- IDEAL DE SASSY – 9th of 13 finishers when preparing for this in a 2775m Craon Class F on 23 June. Reunited with his driver of choice and will be expected to bounce back and finish close
- HANUGAN – Unplaced in both starts this term, most recently last of 10 behind HATTILA (4) in a 2400m Amiens Class E last Saturday, and even with front shoes off will have nothing to contribute
- IRMINIO KILY – Disappointing in last 5, most recently sanctioned in a 2150m Vichy Class E last week, and is not about to spice things up
- IN LOVE REGLISSE – Sanctioned in a 2700m Vincennes monte Class D a week ago. Did win his last 2 harness starts though and should not be ruled out
- INVICTUS MADRIK – 6th of 10, a place behind HATTILA (4), in a 2400m Amiens Class E last Saturday. Will be fully fit by now and the engagement of Mathieu Mottier will do his prospects no disservice
- INTELLO D’ERABLE – Sanctioned at Saint-Malo before coming 9th of 11 finishers in a 2450m Caen Class F 11 days ago. Needs to reassure but has a lot going for him this time and will be no pushover
Summary: Unlucky at Les Sables-d’Olonne after having dominated in Caen, IRIS DU PERCHE (6) is clearly in form though and, reunited with David Thomain, will be expected to set the record straight. INTELLO D’ERABLE (12), whose recent numbers do little to inspire confidence, has been less-favourably drawn but returns to a track he adores, shod to preference, and Matthieu Abrivard will be in the bike. IDEAL DE SASSY (7) breaks wide and was not particularly impressive at Craon, but seldom disappoints with Francois Lecanu. IMOKO ATOUT (1) is no slouch on a good day and Yoann Lebourgeois has kept faith.

C2 – PRIX DE GRANVILLE – 2750m (a1m1/2) – Class E Race – Harness – EUR € 26,000 - KELLY D’ACADIE – 4th of 12 finishers in a 2850m Laval monte Class E on 26 June. Is confirmed here but would be preferred under the saddle
- KONFINEE A BAZOCHE – Last but one in a 3125m Ranes Class F on 9 June. Reconfigured for the occasion but still not an obvious choice
- LOTTA SUEDOISE – Has taken well to her new formula, latterly 4th of 11 in a 2700m Class E at La Capelle mid-June. Has placed just once in 7 going clockwise but in present shape is easy to like for a minor place cheque
- KATIA TURGOT – Sanctioned in last 2, most recently a 3200m Montmirail Class F last Sunday, and will have few friends
- LUMIERE MIKA – Totally off the boil all year, latterly sanctioned in a 2100m Vincennes Class D 2.5 weeks ago, and has no possible chance
- LA TRINITE NEMO – Stayed on well to secure a 3125m Angers Class E on 10 June. Has hardly put a foot wrong all year and from front line will be competitive for a place in the frame
- KABALA QUICK – 6th of 16 behind KIZIA STAR (8) on re-entry in a 2450m Caen Class F 2.5 weeks ago. Incurs the penalty this time but new trainer will be expecting a big run
- KIZIA STAR – Made up for Saint-Malo sanction when 3rd of 16 in a 2450m Caen Class F 2.5 weeks ago. Enjoys a terrific entry on the front row, sports a fresh configuration, and is unlikely to disappoint
- KAROLINE CADE – Unable to confirm Angers performance when sanctioned in a 2800m Vire Class E last week. Unlikely to shake things up but with application can get a look in
- LADY DE VANDEL – Won 2 of last 3, latterly a 2700m Vincennes Class D a month back, but with shoes on this time will have other ambitions
- LADY DES ARRIS – Useful filly starting for first time since coming 3rd of 9 in a 2700m Vincennes Class D on 1 April. Shoes on and best to keep one’s powder dry
- LOLA DAIRPET – Sanctioned in a 2700m Vincennes Class C 2 weeks ago. Here for reasons of conditioning and poses no danger
- KAI LA SHA – Makes first appearance since finishing 13th of 15 in a 2700m Vincennes Class D last Christmas and even though barefoot for re-entry is still going to need the run
- KENNEDY STREET – Sanctioned in a 2850m Laval Class D last week. Races barefoot this time, with Gabi Gelormini reining, and considering her love for Cabourg is not to be underestimated
- KYA D’ERABLE – Makes Cabourg debut after running 2nd of 13 in a 2100m Vincennes Class E 10 days ago. Is close to the limit of earnings and can get off the mark for 2025
- LAURELINA – Showed marked improvement on 2nd start back, coming 3rd of 16 in a 2700m Vincennes Class C a fortnight ago. Yoann Lebourgeois in the bike this time, trainer could not have asked for a better entry, and can impose
Summary: Barring her Argentan sanction, KYA D’ERABLE (15) has been in excellent shape this year, enjoys a good entry, and a repeat of her recent Vincennes performance would see her win this. Similarly well-engaged, LAURELINA (16) reassured at the same venue a week earlier and there is little to separate them. 25m better off, KABALA QUICK (7) pleased on her first start for the Mathieu Mottier yard and will have come on for the run. LA TRINITE NEMO (6) also breaks in front and Arnaud Desmottes will be keen to confirm her Angers victory.

C3 – PRIX DE RANES – 2725m (a1m1/2) – Class F Race – Harness – EUR € 27,000 - JOFESCA BUISSONAY – Imposed at Vichy before running 2nd of 13 in a 2450m Caen Class E in late-May and looks the one to beat
- JOYCE DE LA COUR – Has picked up this season where she left off in 2024, latterly last of 13 in 11 June race of reference, and can be passed over
- JIKITA MELRIC – Finished a place behind JOFESCA BUISSONAY (1) late-May before losing her action in a 2450m Caen Class E 11 days later. Is clearly in form though and on better behaviour should again contest the finish
- JUST IN LOVE – Sanctioned in a 2750m Ecommoy Class E on 22 June. Goes barefoot this time, with Matthieu Abrivard in the bike, and will have her supporters
- JOYCE DREAM – 5th of 11 in a 2850m Laval Class D last week. Sports the same configuration and finishing in the frame is well within her capability
- JADESKA – Missed the break and finished 11th of 13 in a 2450m Caen Class E on 11 June. Goes well for Cedric Terry and is well-placed to give this a go. Place chance
- IVORY DU CHERISAY – Capable mare that failed to confirm Sablé-sur-Sarthe victory when sanctioned early in a 2200m Caen amateurs Class G on 23 June. Has placed twice here but others still preferred
- JADE FOR EVER – Sanctioned in a 2400m Amiens Class E 3 weeks ago. Gives a good account for the most part when barefoot and focused though, has previously beaten JOFESCA BUISSONAY (1), and the Franck Nivard-factor cannot be ignored
- MAKE IT A STAR – Makes French debut after being sanctioned in a 2140m monte event in Hagmyren 2 weeks ago. Is no slouch under harness, races barefoot, with David Thomain in the bike, and will be one to watch
- JOIE DE VIVRE – Surprise 5th in race of reference before being sanctioned in a 2200m Caen Class D on 23 June, and others easier to trust
- IRAFARA – Sanctioned in a 2600m Class G at Le Touquet on 22 June but is shod as she was when imposing at Le Mont-Saint-Michel in May and should not be overlooked
- JALAPA DU BUISSON – Disappointing on the whole this year, latterly 10th of 11 finishers behind JADESKA (6) in a 2200m Caen Class D on 23 June, and needs to pull her socks up
- IDEALE D’ARCEY – Lost her action in a 3150m Mamers Class F on 9 June. Out of the picture in all 6 starts this year and can be written off
- JOY DU CHERISAY – Sanctioned in a 2825m Durtal Class F on 22 June. Has done nothing of note since 2023 and is not about to trouble the judge
Summary: Back at the top of her game and nicely-entered here, JOFESCA BUISSONAY (1) boasts solid Cabourg credentials and can continue her fine run of form. Yoann Lebourgeois will still be keeping a watchful eye on the better-placed JIKITA MELRIC (3) who will be expected to make up for her recent sanction, and JADESKA (6) who defied her odds at Caen 11 days ago. JOYCE DREAM (5) held her own at Laval and should logically play an active role.

- JAIN MAB – Won 2 of last 3, latterly a 2825m Durtal Class F on 22 June. Mathieu Mottier reining here but takes on a better lot this time and would be preferred barefoot
- JIBI DU FRUITIER – Pleasant 3rd of 15 in a 2700m Graignes Class D a month back but takes on too much this time and chances limited
- JOTUNN DU DOME – Quality trotter making first appearance since running 4th of 10 in a 2700m Vincennes Class B 5 months ago. Imposed last time here and although unlikely to confirm is still worth retaining
- ANOTHER CREATION – Disappointing in 2 since returning from a long absence, most recently sanctioned in a 2700m Graignes Class D a month back, and will have nothing to offer
- JUST FOR LOVA – Unraced since faulting in a 2925m Cagnes Class A last March. Front shoes fitted this time and best to pass over
- FAUBOURG DU PERCHE – Makes first start since being sanctioned in a 2150m Enghien claimer last August and has no realistic chance
- HIRONDELLE FEE – Hard to handle over recent months, lastly sanctioned in a 2100m Vincennes Class D a week ago, and can be ruled out
- JOURNEE REVEE – Sanctioned in last 3, latterly a 3225m Vitre Class E on 1 June, but boasts an enviable Cabourg record and with application will be dangerous
- ICONE D’ERABLE – Stayed on well to win a 2350m Angers Class E on 10 June. Has never disappointed in the day’s configuration and, given her liking for Cabourg, can expect to garner significant support
- IVANA DES RACQUES – 4th of 11 in a 2100m Vincennes Class D a week ago. Is not about to get her nose in front but will still be competitive for a first-5 cheque
- IVOIRE PRESTANCE – Ran 2nd at Lisieux before coming 4th of 15 in a 2575m Agen Class D in late-May. Entrusted to Yoann Lebourgeois for first time and could pleasantly surprise
- BAYARD (GER) – Failed to confirm Croisé-Laroche effort when 6th of 11 finishers in a 2600m Nancy Class E late-May, but represents no more than a minor place prospect
- CARL HALBAK – Has won 3 from 5 since coming to France, most recently a 2100m Vincennes Class E with ease 2 weeks ago, and is thoroughly capable of pulling off the 3-timer
- DRAGOWSKI – 3rd of 11 in a 2750m Toulouse Class D on 18 June. Goes right-handed for just 2nd time in his career and considering the entry, must be afforded significant respect
Summary: Following a courageous victory at Hyeres, CARL HALBAK (15) went on to confirm in Paris, and with form maintained can make it 3 on the trot. Matthieu Abrivard will still want to be wary of the superbly-engaged DRAGOWSKI (16) who gave a reassuringly good account in Toulouse, and the tricky but talented, and reconfigured, JOURNEE REVEE (10) who simply excels at Cabourg. Winner at Angers early last month, ICONE D’ERABLE (11) returns to a track she appreciates and will be sporting front pads for the occasion. IVANA DES RACQUES (12) missed out by little that day and will not be far from the action.

C5 – PRIX D’AGON-COUTAINVILLE – 2725m (a1m1/2) – Class E Race – Harness – EUR € 22,000 - LOVELY GODIVA – Should not be hastily condemned for faulting in a 2750m Class D at La Capelle 2 weeks ago. Showed her form that day and with a leading pilot in the bike can put things right
- LITTLE DU RIB – Made up for Lisieux effort when 4th of 15 in a 2850m Laval Class D last week. Decently-placed in front and is present shape should be competitive at the business end of affairs
- LEGENDE DE NILREM – Left a good impression when 5th of 12 on re-entry in a 2150m Vichy Class E on 11 June. Will have progressed for the race and from the 3-spot can play a leading role
- LIBELLA DU HOULBET – Won a Caen Class E before coming 7th of 9 finishers in a 2725m Lisieux Class D on 8 June, but will need to find more in order to compete on level terms
- LICORNVERASPERANZA – Twice second before running 5th of 15 in a 2100m Vincennes Class E on 27 May. Is clearly close to her race and Yoann Lebourgeois will be keen to prove the point
- LALY DE JADE – Quality element that has never disappointed racing clockwise, most recently 2nd of 15 in a 2150m Vichy Class E last week. Unlikely to get her nose in front but is unlikely to go home empty-handed either
- LADY DE SAFRAN – Showed improvement when 5th of 13 in a 2150m Enghien Class E 3 weeks ago but starts wide and is being aimed too high
- LADY CHANNEL – Sanctioned in last 2, most recently when going well in a 2100m Vincennes Class E late-May. Ran 2nd on lone Cabourg start and, sporting a new configuration, can start to make amends. Chance
- LAURA SISSI – Sanctioned in a 2200m Caen Class E on 11 June. Hind shoes off for first time but still not easy to recommend
Summary: Although sanctioned in both starts this year, LOVELY GODIVA (1) comes to Cabourg plainly in excellent shape and with Matthieu Abrivard in the bike, can set the record straight and win this. Reconfigured following her own brace of sanctions, LADY CHANNEL (8) starts behind her on the second row and, proven at Cabourg, and sporting a new formula, can defy the draw and make a big impact. LEGENDE DE NILREM (3) caught the eye on her Vichy comeback, will have progressed for the race, and will be no soft touch. LICORNVERASPERANZA (5) has been knocking at the door in the provinces and is unlikely to let the side down

- KALIMERO DE RIO – Back on a hard surface after coming 4th of 8 finishers in a 2700m Class F at Le Dorat mid-June but still has more to find
- KOUGAR DES RACQUES – Last but one in a 2575m Gournay-en-Bray claimer early last month and can expect to remain friendless in the markets
- KIRIKOU STREET – Sanctioned in both starts this season, latterly a 3125m Ranes Class F on 9 June. Races barefoot this time and despite the hike in category can still get a look in
- KINBALL – Sanctioned in 4 of 5 this season, most recently a 2775m Craon Class F on 22 June, and others easier to trust

- KHOUST – Starts for first time since coming 3rd of 15 in a 2800m Vire Class F on 8 May. Has freshness on his side and even though shod, still looks capable of making first 5
- KANDERO BELLO – Complicated type that failed to confirm his Mont-Saint-Michel performance when faulting in a 2800m Strasbourg Class G mid-June, but with application can challenge for a step on the podium
- KOZAK CAUVELLIERE – Makes Cabourg bow 12 days after running 4th of 13 in a 2225m Agon Class F. Cannot be considered a priority but benefits from a terrific entry and should be able to hold his own
- KAIROS QUICK – Sanctioned on comeback before finishing last of 11 in a 2100m Vincennes Class E 3 weeks ago. On back line, and stays shod, but still has the wherewithal to pick up some prizemoney
- KING ROC – Last but one on re-entry in a 2975m Jallais Class F mid-June. Boasts 100 percent record at Cabourg and, despite the handicap, must be considered a player
- KENDO CASTELETS – Took little time getting back down to business following a brief spell, winning a 2450m Caen Class F 2.5 weeks ago. Receives a Mathieu Mottier drive this time and can confirm
Summary: Comfortable winner at Caen mid-June, KENDO CASTELETS (15) is ideally-engaged, at a track he appreciates, and is easy to like for the double. That said, KOPA VRIE (9) is 25m better off, recently imposed at Craon, and will be dangerous. Barefoot for the occasion, KANDERO BELLO (11) is reunited with Yoann Lebourgeois who placed with him in late-May. KING ROC (14) has just the one race in him since the break but has yet to be beaten here and must be afforded respect.

- MYSTIC D’AVE – Reassured at Caen on 11 June but unexceptional 6th of 14, a place behind MULTIPASS (1), next time in a 2200m Caen Class D 12 days later, and others easier to back
- MIKA DE LA VALLEE – Returns to the provinces after finishing last but one in a 2200m Vincennes Class D on 10 June. Showed his capacity earlier in the year and with Gabriele Gelormini in the bike should not be underestimated
- MISTER FRIPOUILLE – Has not been seen out since running 4th of 10 in a 2450m Caen Class E 2 months ago. Will be fresh for Cabourg bow and from the 4-spot will be no easy touch
- MASSILIO BLOND – Encouraged at Graignes before running 6th of 11 in a 2875m Enghien claimer last week and in this company can be confidently disregarded
- MAMBO THORIS – Failed to confirm Nort-sur-Erdre performance when sanctioned in a 2200m Vincennes Class D on 10 June, and is unlikely to shake things up

- MIRADOR PLANCHETTE – Well-beaten in last 2, latterly 10th of 14 behind MULTIPASS (1) in a 2200m Caen Class D on 23 June, and the draw only compounds matters
- MIVASO DU JACKY – 2nd of 9 finishers in a 2400m Amiens Class F on 7 June. Has progress in him and in spite of a poor draw can nevertheless finish in the mix
Summary: A thorough professional so far, MY KLY ERA (9) has not been spoiled with a good draw but he still has the class to win a race of this nature. MILORD DU CHATAULT (8) has pulled a similarly bad number but has also shown considerable potential and will be reunited with Yoann Lebourgeois. Better-positioned behind the car, MIKA DE LA VALLEE (3) should take well to the Cabourg profile and it is only a matter of time before he comes good again. Winner at Lisieux on his penultimate start, MISTER FRIPOUILLE (4) enjoys a good spot upsides and Matthieu Abrivard has been drafted in for the occasion.

- LUEUR DU CHATELET – Useful filly making first start since running 2nd of 15 in a Class F over course and distance last August. Races first-time barefoot but is still going to need the run

- LAURENTINA TURGOT – Reassuring 3rd of 12 in a 2800m Bernay harness Class F mid-June. Sports a fresh formula for ridden debut and can play a small role

- LYXIE KNIGHT – Reassured at Graignes before faulting in a 2800m Chartres Class E last Sunday. Is ideally-entered here and with Mathieu Mottier reining will be afforded every chance
Summary: Disappointing in both starts this term, LOVELIE SPEED (11) switches to the ridden code for the first time, has been fitted with front pads, and can win this if ability transitions. Solid at Caen earlier in the year on her only monte start to date, LUCIE DES BAUX (7) gets another crack at it, shod as she was that day, and Victor Saussaye will be in the irons this time. Reconfigured after failing to confirm her Gournay-en-Bray success, Guillaume Martin gets the nod here and can start to set the record straight. Reinvigorated lately, LIVIA DES LANDES (6) must be taken seriously.

ECLAIR DE VATI (10) is on a long losing run but ran well at Argentan and is clearly not out of it. HARLEY DREAM (9) showed improvement at ParisLongchamp and is another to consider.

Summary: KOCOTTE MAG (3) drops in class after a Listed effort and looks set to bounce back, having previously impressed in a Class 2 chase at Compiègne. She’s the value pick over TOP TEAM GUN (1), who is thriving with three straight wins and deserves plenty of respect despite the tougher task. Summary: KESACO BERE (2) brings strong form into this and looks capable of going in again, having scored comfortably last time out. KIM DU LEMO (4) has both hurdles and flat credentials and should be right there in the mix. KING GEORGES FUN (6) appeals as a reliable each-way player given his consistency, while FLAMING GLASS (3) could surprise at value, particularly if the pace suits his style.

- KISSAURA STAR – Four unplaced runs of late, the latter over 2250m in a conditions race on June 15th. Opposable
Summary: In a contest that lacks depth, SIGNATURE AL MAURY (7) sets a fair standard based on her Mont-de-Marsan second two runs back, and looks capable of getting off the mark. ALREEM (5) should be a strong contender if she builds on her earlier Dax effort, while BEHOOR AL SHAHANIA (6) is an improving type with an each-way appeal after a solid runner-up finish at Gabarret in May. MOMINA (3) could sneak into the frame, though she may need further improvement.

- CEZANNE DE GHAZAL – Unraced by Madjani, the dam was placed on the flat. Stable runners warrant respect on their debut
Summary: CEZANNE DE GHAZAL (7) has a taking pedigree, and she will be well prepared by her shrewd handler. She can edge this over SHAMROUKH (6), who also looks the part on paper, and his trainer can ready a newcomer to strike on debut. MAHROUSE (2) was unplaced last time, but a nice effort when second on debut gives him hope. RICH N CLASSY (1) ran well when fifth on his latest start and is worth considering.

EXPOSURE (4) is a clear danger, having shown solid consistency and scored last time at Lyon-Parilly; the step up to this company will test him, but he’s progressive. CHARENGO (2) has a solid profile with a course win in March and deserves respect for his reliability and track affinity.
