R1 VINCENNES [L-H]
C1 – PX ST-BRIEUC ARMOR AGGLOMERATION – SBAA – 2700m (a1m1/2) – – Harness – EUR € 53,000
- KOQUERY DU BUISSON – 11th of 13 on re-entry in a 2775m Craon Class D on 8 September. Will have progressed for the race and with Eric Raffin reining will be afforded every chance
- KONG D’HOLLOW – Won at Enghien before running 3rd of 10 to KID PARKER (12) in a 2100m Class D here on 25 August. Showed good speed that day but in this company is unlikely to repeat
- KNOK – Left a good impression when close 2nd of 16 in a 2850m Class D here 2 weeks ago. In better company on this occasion but has been freshly-reconfigured and will not be without his friends
- KING DE GINAI – Imposed at Le Mont-Saint-Michel before running 2nd of 10 finishers in a 2750m Cabourg Class D 3 weeks ago. Alexandre Abrivard in the bike this time but still seems to have too much to do
- KITTS ET NEVIS – Quality element that was eliminated in a 2750m Cabourg Class D 3 weeks ago despite showing his form. Sports a fresh formula and will not be far from the action if Yoann Lebourgeois manages to keep him trotting
- KAISER DES GRANGES – Last of 13 behind KENTUCKY WOOD (11) in a 2800m Compiegne Class D on 7 September. Has disappointed all year and is not about to change his ways
- KASSIDY KID – Opened his 2025 account in July before running 4th of 16 in a 2875m Enghien Class D on 13 August, but has little love for Vincennes and others easier to back
- KAZACHOK – Impressive winner of a 2750m Cabourg Class D on 22 August. Is untried over 2700m here but racing barefoot for the occasion will do his chances no disservice
- KAZAR – Made up for Enghien blip when 2nd of 10 to KID PARKER (12) in a 2100m Class D here on 25 August. Goes barefoot again and should not be too far off the mark
- KINGSMAN D’EOLE – Hard to fault in 4 starts over past month, latterly running 2nd of 16 in a 2625m Alencon Class A earlier in the month. Not a priority but still has the wherewithal to make first 5
- KENTUCKY WOOD – Surprise 2nd of 13 in a 2800m Compiegne Class D on 7 September. Stays shod and is unlikely to repeat
- KID PARKER – Tenacious winner of a 2100m Class D here on 25 August. Is behind in earnings, is well-engaged, and is not to be underestimated at this level
- KER POULGWEN – 8th of 13 when prepping for this in a 2750m Ecommoy Class B in late-August. Appreciates 2700m here, races barefoot this time, and can contest the finish
- KOVES DU PONT – Won 4 of last 5, latterly inheriting victory in a 2150m Enghien Class D on 26 July. Is plainly in excellent condition and can make this his own
Summary: Simply superb since April, KOVES DU PONT (14) set his personal best at Enghien last time out and, ideally-engaged here, can confirm. Nicolas Bazire will want to be wary of KER POULGWEN (13) who was a veritable steamroller when barefoot earlier in the year, and KAZACHOK (8) who runs first-time barefoot after securing victory at Cabourg late last month. KID PARKER (12) found his feet this summer and returns to the capital on a hat-trick.

C2 – PRIX DE LA VILLE DE SAINT-BRIEUC – 2700m (a1m1/2) – – Harness – EUR € 40,000 - LALY DE JADE – 7th of 15 behind LUCKY STAR JIEL (10) in a Class E over course and distance on 1 September, having been denied a run. Showed her form that day nonetheless and with a better trip can impose
- LILAS D’ECHAL – Lacklustre 6th of 8 behind LOLITA DE LA BUTTE (11) in a Class D under these conditions 2 weeks ago and will need to find more
- LUCRECE DE CORDAY – Eliminated in 2 of last 3, latterly a 2400m Amiens Class E in late-July. Shoes on and no threat
- LUNA KALOUMA – In the frame in 4 of last 5, latterly 3rd of 15 in a 2800m Bernay Class E late last month but is biting off more than she can chew this time
- LUNE LUMALO – 4th of 15, a place behind LUCKY STAR JIEL (10), in a Class E over course and distance on 1 September. Reunited with Yoann Lebourgeois who won with her at Cabourg and is eminently capable of winning this
- LEONIE DE L’ECLAIR – Made it 2 on the trot when clinching a 2850m Mauquenchy Class E on 6 August. Takes on a better lot this time but can still play a part if she takes to the new profile
- LOMBARDINA – 8th of 11 finishers in a 2750m Class B at Les Sables’d’Olonne a fortnight ago. Is a serious filly but remains shod and best to hold off
- LUNE DE L’EMION – Last but one behind LAURA SISSI (12) in a 2050m Cabourg Class D conditioner on 22 August. Is barefoot this time, with Mathieu Mottier in the bike, and should not be overlooked
- LOVELY GODIVA – 5th of 8, a place behind LOLITA DE LA BUTTE (11), in a Class D under these conditions 2 weeks ago, and in this category will have too much to do
- LUCKY STAR JIEL – 3rd of 15 in a Class E over course and distance on 1 September. Will have come on for the race and can again finish close
- LOLITA DE LA BUTTE – 4th of 8 in a Class D under these conditions 2 weeks ago. Is plainly in decent shape but would have better prospects a level down
- LAURA SISSI – Returns to racing left-handed, and has been re-shod, after running 4th of 16 in a 2800m Vire Class E on 1 September. Is preferred going clockwise but will not be far off the mark if she keeps her action together
- LUCIA DU CHATELET – Easy winner of a 2725m Cabourg Class E mid-August. Has left no doubt about her form and Adrien Lamy will be mindful to keep her trotting. Chance
- LADY DU VALLON – 4th of 7 in a 2700m Class B at Grenade-sur-Garonne mid-August. Returns to racing barefoot but others still preferred
- LAURENCE MADRIK – Continued her productive ways when 3rd of 8 finishers in a 2875m Enghien Class E on 3 August. Has had ample time to get back in shape and must be considered a contender
- LYRA DU METZ – Failed to confirm Divonne performance when 6th of 12 finishers in a 2850m Mauquenchy Class E on 11 September. Is proven under these conditions but must still step up her game
Summary: Very unlucky in a similar event here earlier in the month, LALY DE JADE (1) is clearly close to her race and can get back in the winners’ circle – as long as she is kept out of trouble. 4th that day, and barefoot this time, LUNE LUMALO (5) should prove considerably more dangerous provided she gets off on the right foot. LUCIA DU CHATELET (13) was eye-catching at Cabourg and runs barefoot again, as does the better-engaged LAURENCE MADRIK (15) who is plainly on the right road.

C3 – PRIX D’YFFINIAC – 2100m (a1m1/4) – Class C – Harness – EUR € 46,000 - LUNA DOMA – 5th of 9 behind LOVELY JENILOU (6) in a 2700m Class C here on 20 August. Appears to be back on the right road but others still easier to support
- LERIKA DU CHENE – Not the luckiest when 3rd of 9, a place behind LOVELY JENILOU (6), in a 2700m Class C here on 20 August. Goes barefoot again and can win this if kept out of harm’s way
- LADY QUEEN – 7th of 12 in a 2825m Chartres Class B a week ago. Has done little to impress lately and is not about to create an upset
- LA DIVA SUPREME – Would have finished 3rd of 13 in a Class D over course and distance a week ago had she not faulted in the straight. Could not have asked for a better draw and on good behaviour will be no easy touch
- LOTTA LOVE – 4th of 9 behind LOVELY JENILOU (6) in a 2700m Class C here on 20 August. Has taken well to her new configuration and is unlikely to be sent out at 21/1 this time
- LOVELY JENILOU – Put on a good show to run 2nd of 9 in a 2700m Class C here on 20 August. Has not put a foot wrong when barefoot under harness and, winner of her only start under these conditions, looks a serious player
- LEA D’ATOUT – Imposed at Les Sables-d’Olonne before running 4th of 10 finishers in a Class D over track and trip a week back. Is less competitively-shod but can still get in on the action
- LOUISA D’ATOUT – Quality element that has not been seen out since winning a 2700m Class D here last April and will need the run
- LA SPEZIA DE LOU – Makes first appearance since being eliminated in a 2925m Cagnes Class B on 9 July. Has been freshly-reconfigured but still not an obvious choice
- LA MISS ROYALE – 4th over course and distance before dominating a 2850m Mauquenchy Class E last week. Is unbeaten in the day’s configuration and Philippe Daugeard will be hoping she can stay that way
- L’HAVANA D’ELMA – 3rd of 15 in a 2700m Class E at La Capelle early this month. Ran 2nd last time under these conditions and even though starting on 2nd line can still make her presence felt
- LYRIC – 6th of 8 finishers in a 2700m monte Class D late last month and will have other ambitions
- LADY BIRD JENILAT – Disappointing in 2 since the spell, latterly eliminated in a Class D over course and distance last week, and can be passed over
Summary: A filly of significant ability, but as tricky as they get, LERIKA DU CHENE (2) was most unfortunate here a month ago but enjoys a decent spot behind the car and with Alexandre Abrivard reining can exact revenge on LOVELY JENILOU (6) who finished a place in front of her that day. LA DIVA SUPREME (4) has something of a temperament herself but left a good impression here a week ago and Benjamin Rochard will be keen to put things right. LA MISS ROYALE (10) steps up in category after winning 2 of her last 3 and despite the draw should still prove competitive for a spot on the podium.

C4 – PX 220 ANS DE L’HIPPODROME DE LA BAIE – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 59,000 - IRON DU GERS – Starts for first time since running 2nd of 14 in a 2100m Class C here last November and will have nothing to offer
- INHERIT – 6th of 16 to ICARE DU VENT (14) in a 2950m Redon Class E conditioner 12 days ago. Has a lot going for him this time and is unlikely to let the side down
- ILIO MANNETOT – Back under harness after running 3rd of 8 in a 2175m monte Gr.2 here 2.5 weeks ago. Has ability but has placed just once in 6 over course and distance and others preferred
- ISYBOY DE CINGLAIS – 2nd of 12 to INSIGHT SPOKEN (6) in a 2850m Class D here a month back. Has won 3 times for his driver and although not a leading candidate must still be taken seriously
- GUIGNOL DE CHARDET – Showed improvement when 4th of 16 in a 2850m Lyon-Parilly Class D a fortnight ago but has been fitted with pads this time and can be passed over
- INSIGHT SPOKEN – Returns to racing unshod-behind after faulting in a 2625m Alencon Class A 12 days ago. Won a similar event over 2850m here a month ago and on good behaviour can again figure prominently
- INSTRUCTOR – Eliminated in a 2950m Redon Class E on 7 September. Has references in this category but his current condition does little to inspire confidence
- HAPPY DANOVER – Encouraged at Langon before being eliminated in a 3100m Class A at Nort-sur-Erdre on 10 August, and will not be upsetting the apple-cart
- IBIS PETTEVINIERE – 3rd of 16 in a 2850m Laval Class D 3 weeks ago. Has been knocking at the door and will be rewarded with victory one of these days
- INDIEN DE FONTAINE – Is back racing barefoot after running 2nd of 15 to BEAT GENERATION (11) in a 2700m Class D at La Capelle early this month. Not a priority but tends to hold his own at Vincennes and must be retained
- BEAT GENERATION – Sprang a 20/1 surprise when successful in a 2700m Class D at La Capelle, on comeback, early this month. Alexandre Abrivard stays faithful and will be no shrinking violet
- INDIGO PIERJI – Returns to racing unshod-behind after coming 9th of 16 behind INSTRUCTOR (7) in a 2150m Enghien Class D on 13 August, but would be preferred barefoot
- COOL KRONOS – Held his own to run 7th of 14 in a 1609m Cagnes Gr.2 on 23 August. Is confirmed over the main track and with application can get his nose in front
- ICARE DU VENT – Good, consistent type that won a 2950m Redon Class E on 7 September. Has hardly put a foot wrong for the past 3.5 months and will be competitive for a place in the frame
Summary: Author of a fine summer and nicely-engaged here, COOL KRONOS (13) was by no means disgraced in a Cagnes Gr.2 last time out, and with form maintained can wrap this up. IBIS PETTEVINIERE (9) however, looks to be close to his race and, winner under these conditions earlier in the year, should prove the main threat. Shod to preference after having been given a freshener on turf, IBIS PETTEVINIERE (9) will be reined by Eric Raffin who will be out to turn the tables on the in-form and well-entered ICARE DU VENT (14) who had his measure that day. BEAT GENERATION (11) got back in the game at La Capelle recently and will be expected to produce another solid performance.

C5 – PRIX DES HIPPODROMES BRETONS – 2700m (a1m1/2) – – Mounted – EUR € 46,000 - LEON DU CLOS – Serious sort making first appearance since coming 6th of 7 in a 2175m Class B here last December and is going to need the race
- LUCAS DE TOURNAI – Switches back to the monte code after running 8th of 11 in a 2750m Cabourg Class F 3.5 weeks ago but has yet to convince since the break
- LOVE’S SECRET – Last but one in a 2850m Carentan harness Class D on 15 August. Has yet to deliver over the main track but has twice won with Eric Raffin and will generate interest
- LUCIA PERRINE – Returns to Vincennes after coming an unexceptional 5th of 8 behind LITTLE DAIDOU (9) in a 2875m Enghien Class D on 2 August. Has evident ability but others still easier to back
- LOVER JULMA – Debuts in the discipline after finishing last of 9 in a 2100m Class D here 10 days ago. Has yet to get off the mark and is not about to this time either
- LABEL DE TILLARD – Last but one behind LITTLE DAIDOU (9) in a 2875m Enghien Class D on 2 August and will have little to offer
- LEONCE DU CLOS – Eliminated in last 2, most recently a 2875m Enghien Class D on 9 August. Sports a new configuration but still not a concern
- LISA MONA BLUE – 7th of 8 in a 2175m Vincennes Class C on 6 September. Has shown considerable ability under the saddle and, shod to preference, will be no pushover
- LITTLE DAIDOU – Gave a good account at Enghien before coming 8th of 12 in a 2700m Graignes harness Class B conditioner 3 weeks ago. Is reunited with Mathieu Mottier and can play a leading role
- LUCIA DI JENILAT – Easy winner of a 2250m Enghien Class D on 10 August, on first start since February. In superior company this time but should nevertheless prove competitive
- LEADER DE SEVRE – Has done nothing but improve since returning to competition, latterly dominating a Class D over track and trip 3.5 weeks ago, and the hat-trick is well within his grasp
- LUDMILA DETE – Completed the hat-trick when dominating a Class D under these conditions on 27 August. Is undefeated in her current configuration and is not incapable of keeping that fact relevant
- LOUVE ANGEL – Stormed up in a 2925m Cagnes Class F on 16 August. Takes on a better bunch here though and even racing barefoot looks a minor place chance at best
- LEGENDE DES ECUS – Returns to a code she likes after flying up in a 2875m Enghien harness Class D on 14 August. Has demonstrated fine aptitude for the discipline and has the wherewithal to play a prominent part. Place chance
- LE BEST MADRIK – Quality element that finished last of 11 on comeback in a 2750m harness Class B at Les Sables-d’Olonne earlier in the month. Races barefoot for first time and, given the engagement, cannot be ruled out
Summary: Enjoying something of a renaissance since returning from his holidays, LEADER DE SEVRE (11) stormed up here late last month and is easy to fancy for the double. Leading the opposition, LITTLE DAIDOU (9) is back under the saddle after prepping at Graignes and will be barefoot for the occasion. Wonderfully-entered here, LEGENDE DES ECUS (14) gave an excellent account of her form under harness last month and returns to the monte discipline with a good hand to play. LUDMILA DETE (12) pulled off the hat-trick here late last month and her jockey will be eyeing the 4-timer.

C6 – PRIX DU CONSEIL REGIONAL DE LA BRETAGNE – 2700m (a1m1/2) – – Harness – EUR € 35,000 - MEETING MESLOIS – Eliminated in last 3, latterly a 2775m Class F at Les Sables-d’Olonne last week, and others easier to trust
- MY LOVE DU VIVIER – Starts for first time since being eliminated in a 2625m Cherbourg Class E mid-June. Showed significant promise on debut and can win this if Yoann Lebourgeois keeps him focused
- MAGNUM MESLOIS – Eliminated in last 3, most recently a 2725m Graignes Class E late last month. Showed his form though and will be no pushover if applied
- MADRELLO – Comfortable winner of a 2925m Cagnes Class F in early-August, first time out. Steps up in category but looked thoroughly professional on the Riviera and seems the sort that can do well in Paris. First 5
- MOMO DES CARREAUX – Eliminated early in a 2800m Chartres Class E a week back and in this company is unlikely to make his presence felt
- MALIUM – Picked up on comeback in the same fashion as he left off in April, running 2nd of 12 in a 2475m Royan Class F on 31 August. Top driver in the bike for Vincennes bow and could well get off the mark
- MAGIC DE VAUVILLE – Flattering 4th of 8 in a Class D over course and distance late last month and is not about to shake things up
- MISTY DES CRIERES – Respectable 5th of 8 in a 2100m Class E here 2.5 weeks ago but to play any part here will need to show marked improvement
- MINUTY DU GERS – Handy colt that would have finished closer than 6th of 8 in a 2175m Class D on re-entry here 10 days ago had he been afforded a run. Will have come on for the race in any case and Nicolas Bazire will be intent on setting the record straight
- MAJOR D’AUVRECY – Runner-up in all 3 to date, lastly a 2725m Graignes Class E 3 weeks ago. Pitted against better this time but has bags of ability and is unlikely to go home empty-handed
- MAJOR DE CHOC – Made amends for Agon clinker when 2nd of 10 in a 2450m Caen Class E a fortnight ago. Unplaced in last 2 left-handed starts but with Matthieu Abrivard at the helm should not be ignored
- MEMORIAL – Showed improvement when 4th of 12 finishers in a 2850m Laval Class E last Monday but still backs up with limited ambition
Summary: Sent for a break last April after getting off the mark, MINUTY DU GERS (9) put in a surprisingly good finish on his comeback here recently and, with his trainer reining, clearly means business. MY LOVE DU VIVIER (2) may not have raced since June but he is plainly a talented colt and is not incapable of getting straight back in the game. An honest sort, MALIUM (6) produced a fine re-entry run and Eric Raffin gets the nod this time. MAGNUM MESLOIS (3) is never far from faulting but has evident ability and it is only a question of time before he comes good.

C7 – PX DU CONSEIL DEPART. DES COTES D’ARMOR – 2700m (a1m1/2) – – Harness – EUR € 35,000 - MA BIMBO – Sprang quite the surprise when victorious in a 2300m Class H at Montier-en-Der in late-August and has no realistic chance of repeating
- MOANA MESLOISE – Won on debut early last month before losing her action in a 2475m Francheville Class F 2 weeks later. Trainer back in the bike and will be dangerous if she keeps her action together
- MILA CAAL – Made up for Francheville disappointment when 2nd of 12 in a 2000m Rambouillet Class F on 7 September and with her mind on the game can again finish close
- MA JOLIE JIEL – Returns to a more suitable trip after running 7th of 10 in a 2100m Class E a fortnight ago. Was by no means disgraced here that day and it would be inadvisable to ignore her potential
- MAHORA D’OURVILLE – Raced better in a 2675m Class E at Le Mont-Saint-Michel than her 5th of 11 would suggest. Is clearly close to her race and Mathieu Mottier will be keen to prove the point
- MILADY DE MONTCEAU – Last but one, a place behind MAFALDA (12), in a 2175m Class D here a week ago, and is unlikely to influence the result
- MOONLIGHT STAR – Makes Vincennes debut after running 2nd of 8 in a 2725m Pornichet Class E 3 weeks ago but may just be taking on too much this time
- MOON IN THE SKY – 3rd of 8, a place behind MOONLIGHT STAR (7), in a 2725m Pornichet Class E 3 weeks ago. Is plainly in excellent shape but has more to find this time around
- MY LADY DE CAHOT – Lost her maiden status in a 2600m Class F at Le Touquet 3 weeks ago. Faces a stiffer test this time around but should nevertheless hold her own
- METSUYANE ERA – Eliminated in a 2675m Class E at Le Mont-Saint-Michel on 7 September. Goes left-handed for the first time and with Alexandre Abrivard in the bike can expect to figure prominently at the business end of the race
- MISS DE LA FERME – Last but one in a 2150m Enghien Class D mid-August. Unexceptional since returning from her spring break and can be ruled out
- MAFALDA – 8th of 10 finishers, on return from a spell, in a 2175m Class D here a week ago. Is better than that though and can get a look in if Eric Raffin gets her off on the right foot
- MAYA DE MAHEY – 3rd of 10 finishers in a 2750m Cabourg Class D on 29 July. Has not put a foot out of place since returning from her layoff and considering the entry should be retained
Summary: Despite some traffic problems at Le Mont-Saint-Michel earlier this month, MAHORA D’OURVILLE (5) put on a very good show and should be good enough to win a race of this nature. She will still feel the heat from the budding MOANA MESLOISE (2) who should not be too hastily-condemned for losing her action last time out, and MILA CAAL (3) who gave a reassuringly good account at Rambouillet recently. METSUYANE ERA (10) has something of a spirited nature but she has considerable potential and will be no pushover if she turns.

- NYX DE LA HAIE – 5th of 12 to NOUBADARCHE (6) in a 2000m Class F at La Capelle a fortnight ago. Is plainly full of potential though and will be expected to make amends
- NYMPHE DE BAIS – Last of 5 in a 2100m Class B here on 2 September and in this company has no possible chance
- NOUMEA DES BROUETS – 2nd of 8, on debut, in a 2400m Arras Class F on 24 August. Takes on a better bunch this time but with some luck in running can pick up a cheque
- NANIKA DU PONT – Last of 5 over the main track here prior to being eliminated in a Class D over course and distance last week, and can expect to have few friends
- NOUBADARCHE – Imposed on debut 2 weeks ago, winning a 2000m Class F at La Capelle from pillar to post. Makes Vincennes bow with morale intact and is not to be underestimated
- NACE GIRL AR – Imposed on debut, successfully lifting a 2250m Arras Class E 11 days ago. Faces a tougher test here but does not travel to Paris to see the sights
- NESTOLA – Unremarkable 3rd of 5 finishers in a 2100m Class B here 2.5 weeks ago and will need to raise her game
- NAYARA – In the frame in last 2, most recently 3rd of 10 finishers in a 2050m Cabourg Class D on 22 August. Entrusted to Eric Raffin for first time and will be expected to contest the finish
- NEREIDA – Qualified well then ran 2nd of 7 in a 2250m Enghien Class D on debut on 27 July. Comes here fresh and is in with a realistic shout of losing her maiden tag
Summary: The fastest qualifier in the field, NEREIDA (10) was beaten only by a very good horse on her debut across town in late-July and after having been afforded ample time to freshen up, she is easy to like for the win. That said, NAYARA (9) has demonstrated a lot of potential and represents the principal danger. NOUBADARCHE (6) got off the mark at the first time of asking and it is easy to make a case. 5th to her that day, NYX DE LA HAIE (2) raced better than the result would suggest and must be afforded respect.

- JAKARTA – Disqualified in a Class G over 2650m at L’Isle sur la Sorgue on 7 September. Not in the best of form and needs to avoid mistakes. Will wear shoes behind
Summary: GAETANE DU VIVIER (5) has been in unstoppable form since the shoes were removed and will be looking for her third successive victory. INDIGO PLANCHETTE (1) stands out as the main threat especially as he will be driven by a talented youngster. INTEL (3) will have the services of Sophie Blanchetière and is ultra-consistent while HULK DE LA VALLEE (8), while not ideally suited by the race conditions, should be fighting for a place.
