- MASTER’S FUN – Ran 2nd in a Conditions race over 2400m at Granville on 4 August. Fought well against a now two-time winning filly and with Cristian Demuro up, looks the runner to beat.
- MASTER VILLE – Ran 4th in a Conditions race over 2400m at Granville on 4 August. Finished not too far behind MASTER’S FUN (2) in that race and as he did have an excuse, he looks the main threat
- MADEMOISELLE ROSE – Unraced 2yo filly by Prince Nomad out of Mozart De Beny mare Comete De La Haut trained by Caroline Diaz. First foal of an unraced mare
- MERRY WOOD – Fell during a Conditions race over 2400m at Moulins on 17 September. There could be more to come from her following that unfortunate incident
- MAGIQUE FLY – Finished 5th in a Conditions race over 2650m at St-Jean De Mont on 17 August. She raced wide coming into the straight and should improve for the experience
- MAKALEO – Ran 4th in a Conditions race over 2500m at Saint-Malo on 18 August. She has been disappointing in her three starts but there is room for improvement
- MAMAOUTE – Finished 8th in a Group 3 event over 2400m at Vichy on 15 August. Well beaten in that race, as well as her other two races
Summary: MASTER’S FUN (2) ran an excellent second behind a winning filly and should go one better this time. MASTER VILLE (3) did not finish far behind him in that race and looks to have more room to progress after that experience, especially as that was a somewhat muddled race. MAGIQUE FLY also had excuses for her defeat last time and improvement is expected. (6) MAKALEO (7)is another who should progress on her earlier starts.

- SISSI IMPERATRICE – Unplaced last time out, 4th before that over 1300m at Deauville on August 19th in a handicap. Looks unreliable
- NEW WAY BABY – Three tame efforts since a 2nd over 1350m in a handicap at Lyon Parilly on June 7th. Off-peak form and others preferred
- TIME TO GALI – 2nd two runs back over 1800m in a claiming race at Aix Les Bains on July 9th. Outside place chance at big odds from the foot of the handicap
Summary: PHILARMONIQUE (1) has strong credentials on her first run in a handicap, despite being allocated top weight. Her sixth at this track in a maiden race early this month was a credible run. KNOSSINGTON (10) can make the selection work for the win and was a decent second at Clairefontaine in early August in a handicap. KOULIKORO (2) is one to include in all of the place bet permutations. QUELLA (7) looks best of the rest.

Summary: MARTA’S PRINCE (2) impressed with a two-length victory in a claimer at Clairefontaine late last month and is preferred here. His main danger could be SELENA GOLD (3), who has shown promise in France and scored over 1600m in Poland in May. She warrants respect. SILGREYPIT (5) ran a fair fifth in a recent Clairefontaine claimer and has stronger form in the book, including a runner-up finish in a Class 2 race in June. BIN ZARAK (4) is another to keep in mind.

Summary: PERCIVAL (5) was an impressive four-length winner on his second start in a Saint-Cloud maiden last November. The runner-up that day, Aidan’s Phone, has since scored at Listed level, boosting the form. Well-prepared for this return, he gets the nod over FAMILLY (7), who ran a solid second in a Class 2 event at Parislongchamp just 18 days ago. STARNBERG (3), a three-time winning juvenile, is capable of bouncing back after some below-par efforts. MISTER BANKER (1) looks best of the remainder.

- IGGY CHOP – Four unplaced runs this year, the latter when 7th at Deauville in a Class 4 handicap on August 30th. Place contender
Summary: BECH RIVER (4) has been unplaced in recent starts, but his sixth in a Class 4 handicap at Deauville late last month—beaten just three lengths—was a step forward. He’s capable of securing a sixth career win. LONDON WAY (1) must shoulder top weight but arrives in consistent form and looks a genuine threat. SOIZIYA (10) ran well to finish third at Nancy in early June and appeals as a solid each-way contender. KHELLE TARTARE (7) also merits consideration.
