R1 VINCENNES [L-H]
C1 – PRIX DRACO – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class C – Harness – EUR € 53,000
- KANELLE STAR – Capable on a good day but has never produced the goods at Vincennes and is unlikely to start now
- KUNAMATATA – Made short work of a Class E under these conditions on 8 November. Excels in current configuration and will be no soft touch
- KASSIOPEIA – Steps back up in category after finishing runner-up in a Class D over track and trip 11 days ago, on first start for 2 months. Benefits from a Mathieu Mottier drive and can expect significant support. Claim
- KAROLINE CALINE – Produced a trio of good performances before being eliminated in a Class C conditioner on 4 November. With shoes off this time though must be considered a viable contender
- KEY OF LOVE – Delicate but capable mare that encouraged when 6th here earlier in the month. Won here in this configuration earlier in the year, and with application could pleasantly surprise
- KYOKA BOCNEUF – Missed out by little here on 21 September before faulting early under similar conditions 2 weeks later, but with application could well throw a spanner in the works. Chance
- KASSYA – Gave a surprisingly good account to run 5th of 13 in a 2100m Class C here a week ago. Eric Raffin in the bike this time but still not a contender
- KAHIA DE LA CROIX – Won a Class D over 2850m in October before prepping at Laval early this month. Returns to racing barefoot and although not a priority is still worth keeping an eye on
- KISS ME HONEY – Gave a good account, on first goal of the winter, when 4th in a Class C over course and distance on 4 November. Will have progressed for the race and should again figure prominently
- KYNTE FLUSH – Complicated but serious mare starting for first time since July. Remains shod for comeback and best to keep one’s powder dry
- KNITULIA – Produced a pair of honest efforts before disappointing in a 2100m Class C here last week, and is not about to shake things up
Summary: After running 2nd to a very good horse here recently, it was clear the spell had done KASSIOPEIA (3) a world of good; she has earned the right to race at this level and, entrusted to Mathieu Mottier for the first time, is easy to fancy. He will still want to be mindful of KUNAMATATA (2) who was an impressive winner over course and distance 3 weeks ago, and KYOKA BOCNEUF (6) who will be dangerous if Benjamin Rochard ensures her initial strides this time. Eliminated here earlier in the month, KAROLINE CALINE (4) will be barefoot for the first time over 2700m here and is not without her chances of spoiling the party.

C2 – PRIX VESTA – 2850m (a2m) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 40,000 - LOOK DE VALAILLES – Not without merit but tends to prefer a more even surface and is not about to spring any surprises
- LUXOR D’AUVILLIER – Placed twice going right-handed before running 5th behind L’AS DE SAINT JEAN (7) over 2175m here on 21 October. Takes on an even better lot and can be passed over
- LOYAL DU CHOQUEL – Excellent servant that ran 2nd to LOYAL DU CHOQUEL (3) under these conditions earlier in the month. Goes particularly well for Benjamin Rochard and should again figure prominently
- LORD SUN DRALIAM – Returns from the provinces where he placed twice at Nantes. Is barefoot for the first time this season and can pick up some prizemoney if he stays in stride
- LUCIANO ROYAL – Surprise 4th of 18 in a 2700m Class D here 10 days ago. Takes on a better lot this time but should still not be written off
- LOBBY MESLOIS – Would have finished in the money here mid-month had he not faulted in a 2100m Class D. Has otherwise been hard to knock when barefoot and David Thomain will be eager to put things right
- L’AS DE SAINT JEAN – Fine 2nd on re-entry over 2700m then confirmed on 21 October in a 2175m Class D. Is plainly close to his race and is in with a realistic shout of getting his nose in front
- LITTLE TWO – Quality colt with a liking for Vincennes but has not been seen out since February and will be race-rusty
- LOULOU DAB – Classy element that outclassed the opposition in a Class E over course and distance 2 weeks ago. Is confirmed at this level and in current condition will be justifiably well-supported. Claim
- LAUSSAC DU BUISSON – Not as sharp as he was when victorious over 2700m here in September, and would be preferred barefoot
- LOUSTIC D’YVEL – Pleased more than once during the spring but has looked a shadow of his former self recently and must first reassure
- LOOK MESLOIS – It took some time but opened his 2025 account when successful in a 2100m Class E here on 3 November. Yoann Lebourgeois keeps the drive and, considering the entry, will be no easy touch
- LINARO – Won a 2150m Enghien Class D like a good thing in mid-October, his first success for 16 months. Trainer back in the bike and will be confident of confirming Francois Lagadeuc’s good work
Summary: Like a horse transformed when competitively-shod, LOULOU DAB (9) was simply commanding here a fortnight ago and even though stepping up in category still looks the one to beat. He can nevertheless expect to come under pressure from L’AS DE SAINT JEAN (7) whose trainer Alain Chavatte will be hoping it’s 3rd time a charm. The complicated LOBBY MESLOIS (6) has won over both tracks and will be no pushover if David Thomain keeps him trotting. Nicely-engaged here, LINARO (13) will legitimately bid to confirm his recent Enghien victory.

C3 – PRIX CERES – 2850m (a2m) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 40,000 - LASSIE – Imposed at Enghien in early-October but has twice failed to deliver here since. Sports 4 pads for the first time though and will be worth keeping an eye on
- LEA D’ATOUT – Undeniably capable and is confirmed under these conditions, but is not yet in competition-mode and can be passed over
- LITTLETON LANDING – Good servant making first appearance since running 2nd in a Class D here last April and is going to need the outing
- LADY HAUFOR – Quality filly with a pair of conditioners in her following the long layoff. Is confirmed over 2850m here and can get straight back down to business. Claim
- LOVINA PERRINE – Close 2nd over 2175m here on 21 October before missing the start at Châtelaillon on 9 November. Has evident ability though and will have her chances if Benjamin Rochard gets her off on the right foot
- LUNA D’ARNHEM – Showed promise here last winter but has looked very ordinary since. Sports modified shoeing but still has nothing to contribute
- LA VISTA HAUFOR – Showed significant potential here last winter. Has been specifically prepared for this and racing barefoot may be just the ticket
- LILIE D’OMAHA – Classy filly with nothing to prove in this category, but is still being conditioned and best to wait
- LEGENDE DE NILREM – Came good in a 2100m Class E here early this month. Takes a step up in category and is unlikely to repeat, but can nevertheless finish in the mix once more
- LAMIE QUICK – Vincennes debutante with good references racing right-handed in the provinces. Is not an obvious choice but should not be far from the action if she takes to the new conditions
- LOLITA DE LA BUTTE – Runner-up in last 2 barefoot starts, latterly a 2700m Class D 3 weeks ago. Is unlikely to lose her maiden status this time but can still trot her way onto the podium
- LADY DES ARRIS – Placed here in early-September but has progressively worsened. Has been entrusted to Yoann Lebourgeois for the first time but others still easier to back
- LARA DE CHENU – Back under harness after blowing up under the saddle here early this month. Reliability not her strong suit but will be barefoot for her first objective of the meeting and must not be underestimated
Summary: Sent for a break last February after opening her Vincennes account, LADY HAUFOR (4) has a pair of fresheners under her belt and, shod to preference, is easy to like for the win. Prepared similarly for this, stablemate LA VISTA HAUFOR (7) races first-time barefoot and looks the main threat. LOVINA PERRINE (5) is not quite the model of consistency but she will be competitive if she replicates her penultimate run. LOLITA DE LA BUTTE (11) has come agonisingly close to getting off the mark this term but may once again have to settle for a place cheque.

C4 – PRIX MELUSINA – 2100m (a1m1/4) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 46,000 - JOB DES LOUANGES – Very hard to knock in any of his 3 shod return runs, even imposing at Toulouse. Has yet to disappoint under these conditions and is unlikely to begin now. First 5
- HASHTAG SIMONI – Hardy element that has yet to win at Vincennes but consistently gives his best. Goes nicely for Eric Raffin and is well-placed to give this a good go. Place chance
- JAGUAR BOURBON – Honest individual but has never produced red the goods at Vincennes. Is plainly in fine shape but is taking on too much this time
- JOSS AIMEF – Consistent type that imposed under the saddle at Saint-Omer before coming 4th in an Enghien Class D a month ago. Nicely-positioned on front line but looks more a minor place chance at best this time
- MAX OCCAGNES – Opened his French account in good order mid-October, comfortably winning a 2725m Cabourg Class D. Paul Ploquin stays faithful and from the 5-spot will have a legitimate claim on the spoils
- SANDOKAN (SWE) – Quality Swedish raider with nothing to prove over 2100m. Raced better here a fortnight ago than the result would suggest, and the draw will only enhance his already good prospects. Claim
- JOVIAL HAUFOR – Dependably performant element that thrives over course and distance. Benefits from a front-row draw, will be fully fit, and will be expected to finish in the mix once more
- JACK L’EVENTREUR – Failed to confirm Graignes performance when eliminated at Auch 2.5 weeks ago. Has yet to show any aptitude for racing barefoot and is unlikely to create an upset
- JACK DU BARBEY – Serious sort that went into his break after securing the hat-trick. Is in conditioning-mode this time and best to hold off
- JAMBIER – Modest sort that has picked up this term where he left off in the spring and can be confidently ruled out
- DEMIDOFF CLA – Complicated sort that was going well when eliminated in a Class C over course and distance 2 weeks ago. Has evident ability, will have Franck Nivard in the bike this time, and the draw may just work to his advantage
- JACQUES MEARAS – Useful Swedish import making first appearance for 2 months. Is barefoot for French debut, with Matthieu Abrivard reining, but probably best to keep one’s powder dry on this occasion
- FIORANO – Handy transalpine trotter returning to a racecourse he has yet to show any particular liking for and even racing barefoot can expect to have few friends
- GOODWIN ZET – Quality individual with solid references in both Sweden and Finland. Prepped for this under the saddle and even though handed a tough draw, will have front shoes off and will be worth monitoring
- JOPLIN DES CROUAS – Out of the picture in last 3 starts, most recently 10th of 14 in a 2850m Class D here in mid-October, and has no possible chance
Summary: Third to a good lot in Solvalla last month, SANDOKAN (SWE) (6) then held his own here 2 weeks ago despite having been handed a tough draw. He starts in front this time and with Bjorn Goop in the bike can open his French account. Starting just to his inside, MAX OCCAGNES (5) was a most convincing winner at Cabourg mid-October and is still very much in the running. The consistent HASHTAG SIMONI (2) may not have been seen out since August but he is well-placed in front and Eric Raffin has not been called up for nothing. JOVIAL HAUFOR (7) is very much at home under these conditions, has 3 conditioners under his belt, and will be barefoot for the occasion. Solid in all 3 return runs, JOB DES LOUANGES (1) comes barefoot to Vincennes, in fine form, and must be considered a player.

C5 – PRIX OTTILIA – 2175m (a1m1/4) – Class E – Harness – EUR € 35,000 - MELODY DE L’EPINE – Unexceptional filly that has yet to show any particular flair for the game and is not about to change her ways
- MAGIE D’ERABLE – Blows hot and cold but is not short of ability. Has already delivered for her driver and over this shorter trip should not be underestimated
- MAHORA QUEEN – Unable to replicate good Bordeaux performance when disappointing 5th of 9 at Caen mid-month, and appears to have little to offer under these conditions
- MA JOLIE PRINCESS – Got off the mark in a Graignes Class F 2.5 weeks ago but faces a stiffer test this time around and looks no more than a minor place prospect
- MY DARLING HAUFOR – Eye-catching in a 2700m Class E here 8 days ago after being eliminated early. David Thomain keeps the faith and will be intent on setting the record straight
- MERVEILLE DAB – Useful sort that ran 2nd of 12 in a Class F at La Capelle on comeback 2.5 weeks ago. Comes to Vincennes with morale intact and although not a priority should nevertheless hold her own
- MISS VICTORY – Is considerably better than recent numbers would suggest. Showed marked improvement at Laval and can figure prominently if Damien Bonne manages to keep her focused
- MAGIE DES MOLLES – Beautifully-bred and patently a filly for the future. Will have been prepared for this and if fully fit can make this her own
- MAYA D’AVRIL – Showed improvement when 5th of 13 in a 2700m Class E here last week, however a repeat seems most improbable
- MICKAELLA – Good 2nd on re-entry at Strasbourg but never dangerous when eliminated at Reims, and will have nothing to contribute
- MAYFLOWER DULONRAY – Pleasant 3rd of 13 on comeback at Amiens 2 weeks ago. Has no left-handed references though and others easier to back
- MUSE DU VIVIER – Has not been seen out since storming up in a Lisieux Class F in early-July, but with Yoann Lebourgeois back in the bike clearly means business and should not be far off the mark
- MALAGA TURGOT – Surprisingly below-par 5th of 15 in a 2100m Class E here a month ago after having got off the mark at Rambouillet the previous month. Is not about to get her nose in front but can nevertheless play an active role
- MA BIMBO – Failed to confirm La Capelle victory when 6th, a place behind MAYA D’AVRIL (9), in a 2700m Class E here last week, and again appears to have too much to do
- MAMICASH D’HERIPRE – Unthreatening 5th of 9 in a Reims Class E 2.5 weeks ago, on first start for 2 months. Was quickly eliminated here before the spell and is not about to generate much interest
Summary: Quite clearly a serious filly from the moment she qualified, MAGIE DES MOLLES (8) has begun to translate that promise into results. She may not have been seen out since August, but the Sassier horses are currently firing on all cylinders and can wrap this up if she takes to the Vincennes profile. Benjamin Rochard will still be justifiably wary of MY DARLING HAUFOR (5) who was impressive after faulting here just last week, and the returning MUSE DU VIVIER (12) who has won 2 for 3. Reunited with Eric Raffin who scored with her at Maure-de-Bretagne last month, MAGIE D’ERABLE (2) is easy to like for another competitive performance.

C6 – PRIX ARSINOE – 2175m (a1m1/4) – Class E – Harness – EUR € 35,000 - MILO JO – Has struggled since being stepped up in category and latest effort did nothing to inspire confidence
- MIRAGE QUICK – Has not raced since getting off the mark at Le Croisé-Laroche last May and is going to need the run
- MALIBU – Got off the mark at Alencon, on first start for new trainer, before faulting in a 2200m monte Class E here 2 weeks ago. Is patently in fine form and with stride in check is unlikely to disappoint
- MAGIC FRIENDS – Surprise 2nd at Chateaubriant before finishing last but one at Reims, and is not about to spice things up
- MARCUS BERRY – As tricky as they come but showed here recently that he is eminently up to the challenge and with the boss in the bike can get off the mark for the winter
- MIMO DU MESNIL – Eliminated in last 3, most recently over the inner track. Pleased on sole appearance over the main track and given the chance can get in on the action
- MUST DREAM – One of the classier elements here but has failed to deliver recently. Gets another chance to race left-handed and with his mind on the game this time, can set the record straight
- MATISSE DU PONT – Put away after winning in Vichy last June. Has a race under his belt and should show progress, but others still easier to like
- MUST DE CAHOT – Was going particularly well in a Mauquenchy Class E earlier in the month before losing his action. Won during the summer for Anthony Barrier and a repeat is not beyond the realm of possibility
Summary: Winner of his first 2 before disappointing in his next 2, MUST DREAM (7) is plainly better than recent numbers would suggest and it is just a question of time before he comes good again. MARCUS BERRY (5) ran in ahead of him last time, would have finished closer too had he got off on the right foot, and the presence of JMB in the bike is undeniably reassuring. MUST DE CAHOT (9) is new to Vincennes and has no left-handed references, but he showed his form at Mauquenchy and Anthony Barrier will be mindful to take advantage of the good entry. MIMO DU MESNIL (6) can prove a handful, but has obvious ability and on good behaviour can pick up a cheque.

C7 – PRIX DES RENCONTRES INTERNATIONALES – 2100m (a1m1/4) – Class R Claiming – Harness – EUR € 18,000 - GASSMAN D’ESSA – Won this race 12 months ago but has done nothing of note since and can be confidently disregarded
- GOUNIT DE L’AIROU – Out of the picture in 2 since winning an Alencon claimer in early-October. Has never disappointed over course and distance but is still not easy to recommend
- GIZMOGOLD – Found wanting on comeback, finishing 6th of 8 in a 2650m Hyeres Class D on 9 November. Enjoys a god spot in front but still not a priority
- HIGOR DAIRPET – Useful type with solid references over the inner course. Will be fully fit by now and in this company is thoroughly capable of finishing close
- HUGO DU BOURG – Showed improvement when 6th in an Amiens Class D earlier this month. Has a lot going for him here and, considering the opposition, should be able to wrap this up
- HELIOS DES CHAMPS – As complicated as they come but was most impressive in a Laval Class D 3 weeks ago, coming 4th of 16, and is well-placed to give HUGO DU BOURG (5) a run for his money
- GIBALDI DE HOUELLE – Raced better at Laval earlier this month than his 8th behind HELIOS DES CHAMPS (6) would imply. Enjoys a front-row draw and drops sufficiently far down the category-ladder to be considered a first-5 chance
- HIATUS – Very disappointing since the spring. Returns to racing barefoot but even at this level seems out of his depth
- ITRO – Did not enjoy the best of trips when last of 12 at Salon-de-Provence on 25 October. Has otherwise been in decent shape, and can make a big impact if his driver successfully negotiates the start
- GOSSIP BOY – Ran 3rd to GREAT D’ARRY (14) here in late-September before being quickly eliminated in an amateurs Class E over course and distance on 3 October. Has had time to recalibrate and the presence of Benjamin Rochard in the bike reassures somewhat
- GIANT DREAM – Lacklustre in 3 since winning on turf in September. Ran 2nd on outer course over 2100m here earlier in the year, but others still preferred
- GREFFIERS FLINOIS – Flattering 4th at Marseille-Vivaux late last month but did run 4th in an amateurs Class E under these conditions on 3 October. Will generate some interest but still not a player
- HENRY DE TROUVILLE – Normally useful at this level but came off the boil this summer and will first need to reassure
- GREAT D’ARRY – Has not been seen out since winning a 2850m claimer here on 23 September. Has pulled a tough number but will not be far from the action if Didier Brohier has kept him on the boil
- HIBOU D’ERPION – Gave a good account at saint-Brieuc prior to faulting, when unthreatening, in a 2825m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche 3 weeks ago. Starts wide on back line and will need to find considerably more
Summary: Confirmed at a superior level, but less sharp of late, HUGO DU BOURG (5) has not been seen under these conditions since 2020, however breaking at this level from the 5-spot, looks the one to beat. HELIOS DES CHAMPS (6) got back in the game at Laval though and a similar effort would see him contest the finish this time. Already a claiming winner here, ITRO (9) has not been handed the best of draws, but he seldom disappoints these days, and reunited with Eric Raffin after 3 years will be afforded every chance. Barefoot following a pair of conditioners, the useful HIGOR DAIRPET (4) benefits from a terrific draw and Irish fireman Sean Kane has a decent chance of getting in on the action.

C8 – PRIX GIENAH – 2200m (a1m1/2) – Class E – Mounted – EUR € 35,000 - LOU DE LANGE – Showed promise at 3 but has done little to convince since. Has a pair of conditioners in her, sports a new configuration, and with Victor Saussaye in the saddle should not be ruled out
- LUTTE DU LOGIS – Unremarkable filly that seldom shakes things up and latest Vincennes efforts leave a lot to be desired
- LEONA DU GITE – Produced some fine performances last season but has struggled since and can expect to have few friends in the markets
- LA SCUPICCIA – Took superbly to Vincennes on comeback 2.5 weeks ago when close 2nd in a Class E over the long course and, barring force majeure, should have this in the bag
- LUCIOLA DE LOU – Yet to get off the mark but has demonstrated good aptitude for the code. Is plainly in form, has placed over course and distance under harness, and will be unsurprisingly well-supported
- LILI – In the frame in 2 of last 3, most recently a Toulouse Class E on 17 October. Has left-handed form but others still preferred
- LINA LA RAVELLE – Returns to the code after 2 solid runs under harness. Hind shoes back on but should still have the wherewithal to finish in the thick of things
- LEELY DE BLARY – Handy filly taking her first competitive monte steps after some good harness efforts. Is shod to preference and Camille Levesque will be justifiably confident. Chance
- LADIVA DE VILLABON – Ran surprise 2nd in a 2700m Class E here late last month. Unable to rival the winner that day and is unlikely to be springing any great surprises
- LILOU TREMBLADAISE – Takes to the inner track for the first time after coming respectable 5th of 9 finishers in a 2450m Caen Class D on 19 October. Pads fitted this time and has every chance of making first 5
- LOUISIANE KERYVON – Honest filly with a race under her belt following a 6 months layoff. Is barefoot for a return to conditions she appreciates and should not be overlooked
Summary: As good in one discipline as the other, LA SCUPICCIA (4) gave an excellent account of herself over the main track on her first start since the break. She will have come on for the run, will have no issue with the different course, and will be heavily-backed to win this. Leading the opposition is monte debutante LEELY DE BLARY (8) who has solid harness form to back her up, and LUCIOLA DE LOU (5) who finished a place behind Mathieu Mottier’s filly last time out. Third under these conditions in early-September, LINA LA RAVELLE (7) has been freshly re-shod and merits considerable respect.

C1 – PRIX HAMILTON – 3800m (a2m1/2) – TURF – Claiming – Steeple Chase – EUR € 25,000
- GRAND CLERMONT – Unplaced last time, 3rd previously over 4200m at Toulouse on October 27th in a handicap chase. Top-rated and he can get a deserved success
- GINO DU MATHAN – Three unplaced runs of late, 8th on the latter over 4400m at Auteuil on November 15th in a handicap chase. Needs to bounce back to form
- EMIR CHOP – Placed 4th on his last two runs, the latter over 4100m in a claiming hurdle at Angers on November 22nd. He won three times over hurdles before those runs, two of them claiming events. Respect
- JAN – Unplaced last time, 3rd previously over 3900m in a handicap hurdle at Auteuil on October 18th. Placed 4th twice over fences in September. Player
- TI’PUNCH DES ILES – 5th on the latest start over 3800m on November 12th, a win before that over 4100m in a Class 3 chase at Saumur on October 19th. Others preferred
- KALENDARIA – Placed on all seven runs this year, 4th on the latest over 4250m in a Class 3 chase at Argentan on November 9th. In the mix
Summary: Top-rated GRAND CLERMONT (1) has been consistently placed since his last win and produced a solid third at Toulouse in a handicap chase two starts ago. His most recent victory came at Auteuil in November 2024, and he should have enough class to get the job done here. His main danger looks to be JAN (4), who ran an encouraging third at Auteuil in a handicap hurdle in October. EMIR CHOP (3), a five-time hurdle winner between July and the autumn, returns to fences and is another to consider.

C2 – PRIX D’AMIENS – 3600m (a2m1/4) – TURF – Class 3 – Hurdles – EUR € 49,000 - SIGN OF STARS – Placed 2nd on the last two runs, on the flat in October and the latest over 3600m at this track in a Class 2 hurdle on November 11th on his hurdling debut. He can improve and play a lead role
- SAINT ROBIN – He gained success over 3600m in a Class 3 hurdle at Senonnes on July 9th. Return run from an absence and has work to do in a competitive race
- LAGUNE D’OUDAIRIES – Got off the mark on her second start on November 11th at Angers over 3400m in a Class 4 hurdle by 4 lengths. Capable of making her presence felt
- LORD VIVO – Unraced gelding by Spanish Moon, the dam ran a few times on the flat and over jumps. Stable runners warrant respect on debut. Monitor the betting patterns for clues
- LUCIANO BAM’S – Three unplaced runs on the flat, the latest over 2400m at Saint-Brieuc on October 5th in a conditions race. Hurdling debut and best watched
- LORIAN – Unraced gelding by Cokoriko, the dam won on the flat and was placed on her only run over hurdles. From a powerful stable that does well with newcomers. Monitor the betting for any support
- LUTHA – Unplaced on his hurdling debut at Auteuil in a Class 2 race over 3600m on November 15th. Flat winner over 2300m at Angers in November 2024. Unlikely to trouble the principles
- LA FOUINE – Unplaced over 3550m at Fontainebleau on her hurdle race debut on November 19th in a Class 3 race. Placed on the flat over 1400m in Poland. Look for an alternative
Summary: SIGN OF STARS (1) showed plenty of promise on his hurdle debut over this course and distance in a Class 2 earlier this month. He looks a smart prospect and may have too much for the recent winner LAGUNE D’OUDAIRIES (3), who impressed when scoring by 4 lengths at Angers on November 11th in a Class 4 hurdle. LORIAN (6) has an appealing pedigree and is worth monitoring in the market, while LORD VIVO (4), another debutant from a good stable, is also of interest.

C3 – PRIX DANDOLO – 3900m (a2m1/2) – TURF – Class 2 – Steeple Chase – EUR € 55,000 - KERION BOURGEOIS – Two wins this year, the latter of them two runs back at Durtal on October 12th over 4000m in a Class 3 chase. He needs a few to falter in a competitive event
- KILOMETRE ILLIMITE – Solid form at this track with two second placed runs, the latter over 3600m in a Listed hurdle on October 25th. Listed chase winner over 3450m at this track in October 2023. Key chance
- KING LE DUN – Not seen since a 5th over 3500m at Auteuil in a handicap chase on November 30th, 2024. Course winner in 2024 of a handicap chase. One to consider if fit to perform
- STELLOMAKER – Two unplaced runs since a win over 4000m at Le Lion D’Angers on April 21st in a Class 3 handicap chase. Look elsewhere
- KLAIRE SECRETE – Ran well to be 2nd over 3800m at Fontainebleau on November 6th in a Class 3 hurdle. She won over fences at Pau in January. Hard to rule out
- KART DE THAIX – Nive win 26 days ago in a Class 3 chase over 4100m at Saumur. Course winner in a Class 2 hurdle at this track in November 2024. Player
- WISH HOP – Three unplaced runs this year, 5th at Carhaix over 4500m in a Class 5 chase on April 6th on the latest outing. Has fitness to prove and makes no appeal
- KAPORAL DE LAIGNE – Two efforts this year have not been inspiring, failing to complete the course on each, the latest on October 26th at Saumur in a Class 3 chase. Pass over
Summary: KILOMETRE ILLIMITE (2) has a liking for this racecourse, with a win in a Listed chase in 2023 and his last two starts at this track have produced two seconds, in a Grade 2 chase in October 2024 and a Listed hurdle last month. He is preferred ahead of KART DE THAIX (6), who won at Saumur in a Class 3 chase 26 days ago. KLAIRE SECRETE (5) is a previous winner over fences in January and was a decent second at Fontainebleau over hurdles 22 days ago. KING LE DUN (3) heads the rest.
