R1 LAVAL [L-H]
C1 – GRAND NATIONAL DU TROT – 2850m (a2m) – Gr3 – Harness – EUR € 90,000
- JIBI DU FRUITIER – Unexceptional horse that made a modest re-entry at Vannes early last month and in this category will have nothing to contribute
- KEY OF LOVE – Occasionally complicated but has otherwise been thriving this term. Produced her career-best reduction at Vincennes 3 weeks ago and Anthony Barrier will be justifiably confident
- INSTINCT D’AM – Moderate sort making first appearance since last November. Is barefoot for the occasion but is not a concern
- HALL BLACK MESS – Has done nothing of note since running 2nd in the Amiens leg 3 months ago. Shoes fitted this time but still not an obvious choice
- HISA DU MARGAS – Starts for the first time since being well-beaten by JOLIE STAR (10) in an Angers Gr.3 on 1 April. Trainer in the bike this time and is not about to shake things up
- ILEO PIERJI – Never far from losing his action but won a Cordemais Class D in mid-April. Won for Eric Raffin last autumn and can figure prominently if he manages to keep his action together
- INHERIT – Has buckets of ability but has not been particularly sharp since his spell. Was trounced in Le Croisé-Laroche race of reference and already appears to have his work cut out
- GALION – Not without merit and appreciates Laval but in this company will simply have too much to do
- IRIS DES ROSEAUX – Courageous winner of a 2700m Vincennes Class C 12 days ago, on first objective of the season. Is unlikely to repeat but starts on front row and can play a part
- JOLIE STAR – Is 3 for 3 since moving to his new stable. Won her only Laval race, has a lot more to give, and the 4-timer looks a realistic goal
- JOJO TOONS – Already twice a winner this season, including over course and distance. Is better than latest result would suggest and can contest a place on the podium this time
- JONGLEUSE DE LUNE – Quality individual that has not been seen out since early-March. Shoes on this time and best to keep one’s powder dry
- HEDIC GEMA – Blows hot and cold but ran reassuring 4th to KANTO AVIS (16) in a a 2825m Gr.3 at Le Croise-Laroche a fortnight back. Is by no means a priority but is still worth keeping an eye on
- HORATIUS D’ELA – Showed his form at this level last season but rather disappointing in last 2 and chances appear limited
- JAZZ IN MONTREUX – Serious trotter in the other branch of the business. Will have other ambitions and can be ignored
- KANTO AVIS – Got straight down to business on comeback a fortnight ago when dominating a similar event at Le Croise-Laroche. Is a multiple Gr.2 winner and will be dangerous if close to his best
- HARMONISTA – Makes first harness start of 2026 in fine condition, but is here for reasons of conditioning and can be ruled out
- ISOFOU DU CHENE – Took no time showing his form, following a 2.5 months’ spell, coming 2nd in a 2850m Vincennes Class A 3 weeks ago. Has little Laval experience but still looks good enough to finish in the mix
Summary: Unbeaten in 3 starts for the Mathieu Mottier stable, JOLIE STAR (10) may be making her first appearance in the GNT series but, on her current trajectory, can win this from the front line. That being said, KEY OF LOVE (2) has solid Laval references and her recent Gr.3 Prix du Perreux performance stands her in good stead. Ideally-entered in front, JOJO TOONS (11) held his own against some quality 6yo’s in Paris last time out, and twice a winner in 3 Laval starts, is very easy to like. Easy winner of the Le Croise-Laroche leg 2 weeks ago, KANTO AVIS (16) will not be sent out at 29-1 this time. ISOFOU DU CHENE (18) left his mark in a Vincennes Class A, on comeback, and will have progressed for the race.

C2 – PRIX PIERRE SECHE – 2850m (a2m) – Class F Amateur Drivers – Harness – EUR € 8,000 - JASMIN DU ROCHER – Went off the boil last autumn, has done nothing of note this term, and can be confidently passed over
- JOUR DE JUIN – Appeared to have found his niche in the amateur division but out of the picture in last 3. Pleased here earlier in the year but will first need to reaffirm
- KASH MADRIK – Makes just 2nd start in the amateur category after some very disappointing runs this term. Sports a fresh configuration for the occasion though and will have his supporters
- HADOL DE FAEL – Placed at Pontchâteau mid-February but has been a complete write-off since and has no possible chance
- JUILLET – Excellent servant in the amateur division. Goes barefoot following his Villedieu-les-Poëles conditioner, won his only start here, and is easy to like for a first-5 payout
- KALINDA SPOKEN – Had been on a solid run of form until being dominated in a Nantes Class D 3 weeks ago. Races for just 2nd time in this category and should have the wherewithal to pick up some prizemoney
- KENYA FLIGNY – Good, consistent individual that has picked up this term where he left off in 2025. Has yet to deliver here but looks particularly competitive this time around
- KORIOLIS DE ZIETTE – Useful trotter with an excellent engagement here. Is better than most in this field and with stride in check can make this his own
- IMAGINE GIRL – Quality mare that tends to go well for Arthur Raffin. Is plainly close to her race and looks main threat to KORIOLIS DE ZIETTE (8)
- GUTENBERG DE DYPP – Unremarkable trotter that seldom springs any surprises and is not about to change his ways
- HIPPO DE POMMERAYE – Veteran with decent amateur references. Sports a fresh formula, for new trainer, and with Quentin Verneuil reining will be afforded every chance
- HERMES DU DOMAINE – Opened his 2026 account at La Roche-sur-Yon 3.5 weeks ago before being prepped in the professional ranks a fortnight later. Is confirmed in the day’s configuration but others still preferred
- JOCONDE DE RHEVE – Moderate mare that appears to have picked up in 2026 where she left off last season and appears to have nothing to offer
- JULIANA BREIL – Back under harness after a freshener in the other code at Angers 3 weeks ago. Benefits from a terrific entry and despite the penalty has a realistic chance of finishing in the mix
Summary: Following a Pontchateau freshener, KORIOLIS DE ZIETTE (8) takes to the amateur category for the first time, benefits from an excellent entry, and looks good enough to win this. IMAGINE GIRL (9) may be 25m worse off but she has been knocking at the door and is barefoot for the first time at Laval. KENYA FLIGNY (7) returned from his winter break in fine shape and the front-line start will only work to his advantage. HIPPO DE POMMERAYE (11) incurs the penalty but he makes his first appearance for the Desaunette stable and the change of shoeing may be just what the doctor ordered.

C3 – PRIX DU CONSEIL REGIONAL DES PAYS DE LOIRE – 2850m (a2m) – Class F – Mounted – EUR € 27,000 - KENIDILLE – Well-regarded mare taking a dip in category after coming 5th to KRACUS DE GUEZ (6) in a 2700m Vincennes Class C in mid-April. Is not a priority but will have her supporters
- KENTUCKY DANICA – Took little time returning to the winners’ enclosure following his break. Thrives with Mathieu Mottier, will have come on for the race, and is easy to fancy for a repeat
- KLASSIC FROMENTRO – Imposed over course and distance earlier in the year but disappointing in last 3 and must first reassure
- JEDEO DES VAUX – Eliminated in last 2 but has bags of ability. Has yet to deliver at Laval and is out of his depth
- KROME – Surprise 3rd to KRACUS DE GUEZ (6) in a 3000m Nantes Class G 3 weeks ago. Takes on a superior lot this time and is unlikely to spring any surprises
- KRACUS DE GUEZ – Quality element that has won 3 of 6 monte starts, and comes here on a hat-trick after winning at Vincennes and Nantes. Chance
- KALICO JACK – Back at the top of his game this season, winning 3 of last 4, latterly dominating a Class C under these conditions on 23 April. Excels with Alexis Collette and will be no shrinking violet
- KING OF JIEL – Should not be too hastily-condemned for running 7th of 8 behind KOMEDIE SOMOLLI (11) in a 2450m Caen Class F on 16 May. Won here in late-April and in this company can finish in the mix
- KRUNCH DE L’ITON – Fine servant making Laval bow on a hat-trick. Has not put a foot wrong since last autumn, and even though in better company here, still represents a serious player
- KING DE PLAY – Imposed under these conditions earlier in the year but unplaced in last 2, latterly 6th in a Class F at Le Croise-Laroche on 20 April. Won a Class E last time under these conditions and with Guillaume Lenain back in the bike should be taken seriously
- KOMEDIE SOMOLLI – Ran 2nd over course and distance in April before coming 3rd in a Caen Class F mid-May. Is not about to take Laval by storm but should generate interest all the same
- JUSQUINE FOUTEAU – Eliminated in a Ranes Class H 9 days ago, on just 2nd start under the saddle, and will have few friends
Summary: KENTUCKY DANICA (2) made up for his comeback elimination with a brilliant score at Meslay-du-Maine a month ago and, in similar shape can confirm. Mathieu Mottier will still be mindful though of KRACUS DE GUEZ (6) who has started to show serious monte potential, and the wonderfully-reliable KRUNCH DE L’ITON (9) who also bids to complete the hat-trick. KALICO JACK (7) is enjoying something of a renaissance and is not about to disappoint.

C4 – PRIX DU PMU “LE BRETAGNE” – 2850m (a2m) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 23,000 - NINA DE JOINVILLE – Eliminated in both outings so far, latterly a Laon Class F 2.5 weeks ago. Sports 4 pads for the first time and the engagement of Paul Ploquin will do her prospects no disservice
- NORMAND D’AMOUR – Qualified at Caen last month but was eliminated on debut at La Capelle 10 days ago, and is unlikely to shake things up
- NOBLE DU SURF – Has placed just once in 6 starts to date. Is by no means a priority but in this small field can get a look in
- NOUVELLE CHANCE – Ran 3rd in a Class F under these conditions before finishing unlucky 6th in a 2875m Argentan Class E a fortnight back. Has yet to be afforded the credit she deserves and takes on the boys with a good hand to play
- NEWTON TUILERIE – In the frame in 2 of 3 to date, most recently 2nd a Graignes Class F on 6 May. Ran close that day and, with stride in check, can finish close once more
- NARCO AS – Got off the mark at Châtelaillon-La Rochelle in late-April before running lacklustre 5th of 9 in a 2700m Vincennes Class D 3 weeks ago. Should not be too hastily-condemned though and Romain Congard will be eager to prove why
- NELSON FAFA – Has made the frame just 3 times in 10 career starts and would be preferred racing right-handed
- NINIO DU LOISIR – Defied last autumn’s unexceptional qualification, winning a Vichy monte Class E on 11 May, but will have little to offer this time
- NEED YOU MESLOIS – Came 2nd at Lisieux before running 3rd in a 2450m Caen Class E a month back. Has yet to deliver left-handed but enjoys a good opportunity to make the frame this time
Summary: Oddly-disappointing at Vincennes after having lost his maiden status in late-April, NARCO AS (6) should find Laval to his liking and can set the record straight. He will be opposed though by NEWTON TUILERIE (5) who ran 2nd at Graignes a week after having been eliminated here in late-April, and NEED YOU MESLOIS (9) who is due a first win any time now. NOUVELLE CHANCE (4) pleasantly surprised here before enduring misfortune at Argentan, and Guillaume Marin will be out to put things right.

C5 – PRIX HENRI DESMONTILS – PX PMU LE ROYAL – 2850m (a2m) – Class C – Mounted – EUR € 39,000 - JOLYDOLE – Has been knocking at the door lately, most recently courageous 3rd in a Châtelaillon-La Rochelle Class B on 10 May. Already 4 times a winner for Eric Raffin and warrants considerable respect
- HOLD THE LINE – Commanding winner over course and distance on 23 April prior to repeating in a Vincennes Class D 12 days later, and in similar form should take all the beating
- JINGLE DELO – Serious sort that was sent for a layup after failing to deliver at Angers in early-April. Finds himself in good company here but is still capable of picking up a cheque
- FOREVER D’ARIANE – Kicked the year off well before losing his way. Has prepped twice here recently under harness but returns to the monte code with limited prospects
- HUMOUR FESTIF – Seldom gets his nose in front but ran 4th in a 2875m Enghien Class C on 18 April. Was by no means disgraced that day and in this company can finish closer
- ICARE DE PHYT’S – Not as sharp as he once was, latterly last but one in a Hyeres Class C a week ago, and will struggle to make much of an impact
- JAG MAHCATH – Can prove a handful but otherwise seldom disappoints, most recently 2nd in a 2825m Cordemais Class D in mid-April. Has never failed to deliver here and seldom disappoints with Mathieu Mottier. Chance
- HANDSOME BOY – Has nothing to prove at this level but has failed to make much of an impression so far this term and must get his house in order
- HURIEL LUDOIS – Showed more under the saddle earlier in his career, and this season’s figures do little to inspire confidence
- HURRICANE WAY – Has 3 races under his belt following a lengthy stint on the sidelines, but still seems to have too much to find
- HASARD – Quickly lost his action in a 2850m Vincennes Gr.3 early last month. Opened his monte account here in March, has been reconfigured, and can play a small part if he gets off on the right foot
- IBIS PETTEVINIERE – Returns to a track he appreciates after running 7th in a Toulouse harness Class C in mid-May, but is still not a player
- HEVA BLONDE – Takes a notable dip in class after running 7th in a 2850m Vincennes Gr.3 a month ago, on just 2nd start back. Enjoys a good entry and must be taken seriously
Summary: Back at the top of his game after a pair of solid victories, HOLD THE LINE (2) steps marginally up in category but considering how well he imposed at Vincennes, the hat-trick is well within his reach. JAG MAHCATH (7) is not always at his ease but his form is sure and, with application, can make a big impact. JOLYDOLE (1) has been knocking at the door under harness, simply excels at Laval, and with Eric Raffin in the saddle will be no soft touch. HUMOUR FESTIF (5) has not won for some time but he is consistently performant and can challenge for a place in the picture.

C6 – PRIX BARONS GUY ET JACQUES DE MEYNARD – 2850m (a2m) – Class C – Harness – EUR € 27,000 - MALMO DE PUCH – Has imposed just the once but is clearly a promising element. Is reunited with Eric Raffin after having prepped at Beaumont-de-Lomagne and is unlikely to be far off the mark
- MANGO PAULO – As easy going left-handed as right-. Is clearly in good shape and even though shod this time could still get a look-in
- MEYOU DU CAMPUS – Is reunited with Paul Ploquin who scored with him at Vincennes in December. Is new to Laval but looks a serious proposition this time around
- MERCURE D’ELLE – Has won 2 of the 3 races he has finished when similarly-shod. Alexandre Abrivard has stayed faithful and looks significantly more dangerous than he was on comeback a fortnight ago
- MILADY DE MONTCEAU – Was unable to confirm Enghien victory when 5th in a 2700m Vincennes Class C in mid-May. 4 pads fitted this time and cannot be considered a player
- MY LOVE ALWAYS – Made up for April blip when 4th in a 2100m Vincennes Class D on 12 May. Has ground to make up but can still challenge for minor honours
- MAESTRO MUSIC – Back under harness after faulting in a 2200m Vincennes monte Class C on 14 April. Races here for a change of scenery and is unlikely to upset the status quo
- MAXOU DES IFS – Back under harness after twice prepping in the ridden code. Takes on a good lot here though and others preferred
- MERRY – Placed in 4 straight last term before being put away for the winter. Has one run in her, is first-time barefoot, and will be expected to challenge for a place in the frame
- MY DREAM DU GRAIS – Returns to racing left-handed, and debuts at Laval, after running 2nd in a Vichy Class B last month. Sports 4 pads this time but still represents no more than a minor place chance
- MODERN STYLE – Good colt with just the one race under his belt since the winter break. Is confirmed at Laval but is going to need another run
- MONA D’AVRIL – Undeniably useful but looked decidedly ordinary in Paris last month and can expect to find this a stiff test
- MERMOZ – Takes quite the hike in category after running 5th in a Vincennes claimer on 21 April and can be passed over
- MOURILLON – Has a race under his belt following a necessary layup. Will have been specifically prepared for this and, considering the Mottier yard’s form, can wrap it up
- MIMI D’AUTHISE – Has not been seen out since Boxing Day. Is here for reasons of conditioning before she embarks on a monte campaign
- MOON STAR FOR YOU – Gave a fine account on re-entry when 3rd of 11 in a 2700m Vincennes Class C in early-April. Is fresh and barefoot and, given the entry, is unlikely to disappoint
Summary: Still a bit green but otherwise a good future prospect, MOURILLON (14) benefits from a fine entry, will be barefoot for his Laval bow, and can make it a successful one. MERCURE D’ELLE (4) can be similarly-described, drops back in category, and should find these conditions more to his liking. MEYOU DU CAMPUS (3) has yet to deliver when competitively-shod but he will have progressed for his comeback run and, with Paul Ploquin reining, must be afforded respect. MERRY (9) went into her winter break in excellent shape, is barefoot following a freshener, and is not to be underestimated.

C7 – PRIX V AND B – 2850m (a2m) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 27,000 - LUI DU DONJON – Has not been seen out since running 4th in an Angers Class E on 1 April. Shoes on and poses no danger
- LE MAGNIFIQUE – Lightly-raced element that was unable to complete the 3-timer when eliminated early at Vincennes on 6 May. Is a tough nut to crack when barefoot and has every chance of bouncing back and winning this
- LICAR SOMOLLI – Undeniably useful but has been hard to manage for some time and recent figures do nothing to inspire confidence
- LUCIANO ROYAL – Seldom gets his nose in front but has otherwise been in fine shape. Will be shod following his Enghien sanction but may just be taking on too much this time
- LAMATTA – In the frame in 3 of last 4, twice under these conditions. Takes on a better lot this time but should nevertheless hold her own
- LIBERTE DE L’AUNAY – Fine servant boasting a 50 percent win-rate with his driver. Returns to Laval after having imposed at Vincennes and despite the hike in category can play a prominent part
- LUCERO TEJY – Complicated sort with better references in the other code and is not about to upset the apple-cart
- LISCADO DE HOUELLE – Fine campaigner with nothing to prove at this level but has not been seen out since January and will be race-rusty
- LETTRE D’ERABLE – Produced a brace of fine Caen performances prior to running 4th in a 2850m Vincennes Class D a fortnight ago. Seldom disappoints in the day’s configuration and although unlikely to impose can nevertheless pick up a first-5 payout
- LAISSEZ FAIRE – Has gone from strength to strength this term, latterly close 2nd in a Class D at La Capelle on 3 May. Will be fully-fit by now and has a reasonable chance of finishing in the mix
- LITCHI BAM – Quality trotter that prepped in a 2700m Vincennes Class D early last month. Has won 2 of 3 barefoot starts and has a realistic chance of improving his percentage. Claim
- LUCKY MESLOIS – Produced a pair of solid performances before being conditioned in a 2100m Vincennes Class D on 10 April. Shoes off for Laval bow and in this company looks a player
- LAIKA DES MARES – Returns to the provinces, and debuts at Laval, after running 5th in a 2100m Vincennes Class D on 22 May. Is not up to the required level though and can be ruled out
- LED ZEP VET – Made short work of a Class D at Le Croise-Laroche 2 weeks ago. Enjoys a good entry, has form at the venue, and even though less competitively-shod, still warrants respect
Summary: Runner-up in all 3 starts at Laval, LITCHI BAM (11) returns to the venue after a much-needed conditioner and will be rewarded with victory one of the days. Guillaume Martin will still want to be wary of LE MAGNIFIQUE (2) who missed out on the hat-trick when eliminated in Paris early last month, and the well-engaged LUCKY MESLOIS (12) who is plainly in race-mode following his Vincennes prep. A return to the provinces worked wonders for LED ZEP VET (14); he may be sporting pads this time but has nevertheless shown a liking for the venue.

C8 – PRIX VYV AMBULANCE – 2850m (a2m) – Class E – Harness – EUR € 28,000 - KATIA DHELPA – Had been on a good run of form until being beaten at Enghien 11 days ago. Has limited Laval experience but faces a less-arduous task this time and has been reconfigured for the occasion. First 5
- IRINA DE MONTCEAU – Has just the one run in her since returning from her winter break and is not about to spice things up
- KIR NORMAND – Steps back up in category after making short work of a Meral Class H early last month. Cannot be considered a priority but cannot be discounted either
- KYNTE FLUSH – Very disappointing on the whole this season, but on a good day is very hard to knock. Is new to Laval and can play a prominent role if she deigns to keep her action together
- KINASSE DE VIVOIN – Honest mare that ran 2nd last time here. Showed some improvement at Savigny and is unlikely to go home empty-handed
- JACINTHE DES ULMES – Has 2 races under her belt since the winter break. Was not disgraced last time here but others still easier to back
- KALINE DE VIVOIN – Delicate but has no shortage of ability. Is unraced since December however, and with shoes fitted will have nothing to offer
- KOQUERY DU BUISSON – Can prove a handful but has placed in 3 of last 4 starts, latterly 3rd in a Vincennes Class D on 22 May, and is due a win one of these days. Chance
- KARVINA D’ELA – Has not put a foot wrong since late-February, latterly close 4th in a Vichy Class D on 11 May. Will appreciate a return to racing left-handed and with Eric Raffin back in the bike must be considered a contender
- KATAR – Can trot but not the most reliable. Unseen since early-December and is not about to cause an upset
- KAPUSHA MIP – Has a pair of fresheners under her belt since the break. Has a particular liking for Laval and at just 40 Euros from elimination is in with a realistic chance of imposing
Summary: Honest in both re-entry runs, KAPUSHA MIP (11) returns to a track she likes, benefits from a terrific entry, and looks the one to beat. She will still feel the heat though from the in-form KARVINA D’ELA (9) who is not badly-engaged herself, and KOQUERY DU BUISSON (8) who has been knocking at the door. Her formcard is not the prettiest but KYNTE FLUSH (4) has ample ability, has been reconfigured, and it is only a question of time before she gets back in the game.

- REVE DE NUIT – A well-beaten 6th in a Conditions race over 1100m at Tarbes on 11 May. Finished quite a distance behind LUDWIG (2) and looks unlikely to be a threat
- OPIUM OF SUCCESS – Not beaten all that far in a Listed race over 1000m at Vichy on 13 May. Was just beaten in a Claimer over 1000m at this course in his previous race but has more to do this time

- EL DIABLO – Unraced 2yo colt by Goken out of Starspangledbanner Fifteen Stars trained by Bruno de Montzey. Dam’s first foal to race
- JUMBOTRON – Unraced 2yo gelding by Havana Grey out of Society Rock mare Band Practice trained by Christopher Head. He has been supplemented into the race so must be showing some good work at home. Dam won a Listed race over 1000m at Chantilly.
- CHACHA REAL SMOOTH – Unraced 2yo colt by Goken out of The Grey Gatsby mare Cesaria trained by Florian Guyader. Bred for speed and is related to Gr2 winner Son Cesio
- PASSAGE VALLET – Unraced 2yo colt by Sottsass out of Wootton Bassett mare Avenue Ruysdael trained AJ Baptista Ribeairo de Abreu. Granddam won a Listed race over 1400m Vichy
Summary: LUDWIG (2) looked to have something in hand when runner-up in his debut run and the manner in which he was finishing off the race indicates the extra 100m should suit. There are some promising first-timers in this field, starting off with supplemented entry JUMBOTRON (7) who will be ridden by Marvin Grandin. ULTIMO MINUTO (5) comes from a line of winners while iCHACHA REAL SMOOTH (8) is from a yard that tends to do well with their juveniles.

- GYPSEA – Finished 6th in a Conditions race over 1000m at this course on 21 March. Will need to improve on that debut run to feature
- QUICK CHICK – Ran last in a 10-horse field over 1200m at Chantilly on 29 May. Cannot be considered on that debut performance
- SUISSE DIAMOND – A moderate 8th in a Claimer over 1200m at this course on 15 May. Looks unlikely to feature in this field

- ERALA – Unraced 2yo filly by Mehmas out of Ribchester mare Shaikha trained by Jean-Claude Rouget. Dam won on debut and is related to UK Listed winner and Gr3 placed Darkness
- ZELVAGGIA – Unraced 2yo filly by Zelzal out of Rock Of Gibraltar Rochenka trained by Kevin Tavares.
Related to Listed-placed Moskova - ASKAM CHOPE – Unraced 2yo filly by Gutaifan out of Siyouni mare Sweet To Remember trained by Kevin Tavares. Both foals to race are multiple winners
- FILLE D ARTISTE – Unraced 2yo filly by Robin Of Navan out of Diamond Green mare Izeba trained by Roberto-Carlos Montenegro. Dam’s first foal to race
Summary: It could be up to an unraced filly to win this race and best of them looks to be ERALA (9) who is bred for speed. Her dam won on debut and she is well related. EPIFAGNA (1) displayed a lot of courage when winning on debut and although she will concede weight to all, she needs to be taken seriously. Unraced stablemates ASKAM CHOPE (11) and ZELVAGGIA (10) come from a yard that does well with their young horses and both need to be respected.

- MERKEL DE CURBINS – Unreliable and was unplaced in Class E at Lyon-Parilly over 2850m on 8 April. Capable of an upset on best form
- MAKEMYDAY – In good shape and finished third in Class E at Lyon-Parilly over 2850m on 3 May. Can be competitive in this line-up
Summary: Very unlucky last time, MYSTERE TURGOT (9) looks capable of setting the record straight, with Théo Briand in the sulky. If they keep their manners, MASSIMO (8) and MAKEMYDAY (12) have the ability to fight for top honurs over this course and distance. MASSIMO (8) has yet to win but must be respected. MAKEMYDAY (12) has been in good form of late. Consistent since racing in the South-East, MAFIOSO DRY (7) can play a prominent role.

NIXON DE BLARY (2), an impressive winner at this course last time, and NARRATRICE (6), flawless since her debut, look the most likely to pose a threat.
