She can edge this over FLAMING STONE (3), who was second in a Group 3 race over 1800m at this track in early April last time out. GEZORA (4) was back in third in the same race and is also worth considering.

EVERILLO (10) looks solid for each-way players with consistent recent form. - CELESTIAL ORBIT – Races in France for the very first time, caught the attention when 2nd at Newmarket over 1400m on the 15th of last month in a competitive Group race. First four chances
Summary: ZARIGANA (2) is a talented 3-time winning filly that looks ready to win her first Group 1 after a heartbreaking defeat in the Prix Marcel Boussac last year. She won her comeback run over the course & distance in a Group 3 and is all set for a big show. Stablemate MANDANABA (1) is undoubtably the main danger to the first pick. Summary: MURAAD (5) gets the services of Maxime Guyon in this Group 1 Arabian bred race, and they look the ones to be with. NOUR AL MAURY (6) can be forgiven for the last run when 6th in Qatar over 2300m and can be expected to do way better. She was a winner in her penultimate start. RB KINGMAKER (3) was an impressive victor in Saudi Arabia last time when running over 2100m in Group 1 class. This was back in February, but he can race fresh and race well. Big chance. - NOLITO – Placed 2nd at La Teste over 1600m but in a weak class field, could be able to place again but others are preferred. Not easy to fancy
- GOLDFIELD – Last run a concern but did place 3rd at Deauville before that. If bringing that effort into the race, will have a small, outside place chance
- PIERRE PREMIER – Much better run on the 10th of last month over 1400m finishing 3rd at Chantilly in Handicap company. An outsider that is worth including for the minor positions
- WHITE PLATIN – Posted a much better effort last time when placing 2nd at this course over 1400m in Handicap class on the 27th of April. Strong each way chance, can win
- JONIN – Was a winner at Fontainebleau over 1600m on the 12th of last month and is clearly very talented. She rates the horse they all have to beat. Bright win chance
- AL DAAYEN – Will need to do way more than last 10th over 1600m at Saint-Cloud on the 11th of last month and others are far preferred. Can be overlooked
- BIG LOG – Will need to do more than last run when only 9th at Chantilly over 1200m in a Handicap. Can be overlooked as prefer others for the win
- CHALDERO – Was a winner of a weak contest at Prague last time and has plenty more to do here. Not easy to fancy
- TERREDEGUERRE – Current form has been steadily on the decline over various tracks and trips which is naturally a worry and therefore, if placing, it would be a shock. Pass by
- ECLAIRE LA VIE – Ran 3rd at La Teste on the 24th of last month over 1600m and can certainly make a race of it. Each way chance
- SPEZIAL – Finished 7th last time, placed 3rd before that over 1400m in a Handicap at Saint-Cloud and could represent some outside place value for the quartet
Summary: JONIN (6) is lightly raced and quickly improving. Her last run was a winning one when competing at Fontainebleau over 1600m on the 12th of April. If she were to follow up and win again, it would be absolutely no shock at all. WHITE PLATIN (5) posted a much more encouraging performance last time finishing 2nd at this course over 1400m. ACCLAM (1) has solid form and is never far off the action. He can never be ignored from any betting calculations. BIG LOG (8) can do much more than he has been recently and could provide some good value if placing.

- DARI RIVER – Will need to do more than recent overall form but can improve. Finished 5th over 1900m at Chantilly last time. Small place chance

- TREATWOOD – Never too far off the action and can build on latest effort at this venue over 2000m but will need to. Could be the value choice for the quartets
- MISS WHITE SOCKS – Is a two-time winner; the second victory came three starts back at Saint-Cloud over 2000m and could get into the action at likely attractive odds. Outside place chance
- SOUS INFLUENCE – Consistent and encouraging form, placed 2nd over 2000m at this venue last time and can go one better. Strong each way claims
- ODEMAR – Fresh off a victory at Saint-Cloud over 2100m earlier last month and can go back-to-back. Has won two out of his last three and is a serious chance here
- HARTWOOD MAN – Will need to progress on overall form to feature here and would be a shock winner. Last run was at this course over 2000m but uninspiring. Not easy to like
Summary: RAQEEBB (5) is Alexis Pouchin’s ride, and they are selected to win this contest. He caught the attention last time when finishing 3rd at Parislongchamp over 2000m in a fair Handicap indicating that the next win is near. ETERNEL’S BEAUTE (7) made threats on the 17th of last month when 2nd at this track showing that the three runs prior were all wrong. He should go very close to getting it all right. VILLA DARYA (4) has a huge place chance and GRAND BALCON (1) gets the services of a top rider and is a natural inclusion for most betting permutations.

- IF DE QUERAY – Has taken rather well to the amateur category, most recently 4th of 13 in a 2900m Challans Class G 2 weeks ago. Unlikely to spring any surprises but should nevertheless hold his own
- ILLUSTRE BLUE – Failed to confirm Chartres performance when pulled-up in a 3225 Vitre amateurs Class F 2 weeks ago. Has bags of ability though and should have the measure of most here
- HANSKA SAUTONNE – 12th of 15 in a 2475m Royan amateurs Class G a week ago. Has been off the boil for some time and can be written off
- ISIS DE CALVI – Got back in the game at Neuille-Pont-Pierre 10 days ago when 3rd of 14 in a 3000m amateurs Class H. Steps up in category though and is unlikely to cause an upset

- IVAN DE L’ERDRE – 5th of 15, on first start since November, in a 2800m Pontchateau amateurs Class G mid-April. Has had time to come on for the run and looks the horse to beat
Summary: Following his winter break, IVAN DE L’ERDRE (14) gave a good account of himself on his first amateur start and, considering the entry, should be good enough to win a race of this nature. Not easy to fault when barefoot, ILLUSTRE BLUE (4) is 25m better off and should not be condemned for his latest run. Wonderfully-engaged on the front row, ICONIC JET (9) will be fully fit by now and races barefoot for the occasion. GENTLE DREAM (13) incurs the penalty but is clearly on a decent run of form and will be no pushover if he turns.

C2 – PRIX DU PMU LE MARIGNY – ROCHEFORT – 2500m (a1m1/2) – Class F Race – Harness – EUR € 17,500 - LISANDRO FIORELLO – 3rd of 12 in a 2850m Laval Class E late last month. Has previously won here, sports modified shoeing, and the engagement of JMB speaks volumes. Chance
- LAROZE DU GERS – Produced an excellent run in a 2400m Class E at Beaumont-de-Lomagne late last month only to be subsequently sanctioned. Is plainly in cracking shape and Matthieu Abrivard will be determined to set the record straight
- LOULOUTE DE BOUERE – Returns to the venue after being sanctioned in a 2850m Loudeac Class F 2 weeks ago. Has shown a liking for La Rochelle and with application can challenge for a spot on the podium
- LIBRIUM – Quickly sanctioned in a 2700m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche on 31 March. Is clearly capable though and will not be far off the mark if Guillaume Martin manages to keep him focused
- LYXIE KNIGHT – Unraced since faulting in a 2175m Vincennes monte Class E on 4 February. Is not devoid of talent, and races barefoot, but others still preferred
- LAURENCE MADRIK – Ran 2nd at Maure before coming 5th of 12 in a 2400m Amiens Class F early-April. Is not about to win this but still has a decent chance of making first 5
- LOLLIPOP D’UNEVIE – Pleased earlier in the year but has since lost her way, latterly sanctioned in a 2700m Pontivy Class F a week ago, and must get her house in order
- LINE GASCOGNE – 6th of 13 in a 2400m Beaumont Class F 3 weeks ago. Shoes off this time and can pick up a cheque if he turns
- L’ETONNANT TONIC – Ran 3rd over 2625m here before finishing last of 13 in a 3250m Saumur Class F on 30 March. Takes on a good lot here and the draw does her no favours
- LEGRAND BRILLOUARD – Encouraging but never dangerous 4th of 9 in a 2825m Cordemais Class E 3 weeks ago. Won over course and distance in March though and despite the draw is not to be underestimated
- LIBERTE BRILLOUARD – Has not been seen out since being sanctioned in a 2600m Montignac Class F last August. Yet to show any aptitude for the game and can be ignored
- L’AMIRAL DE GUEUDE – Made it 5 straight sanctions after faulting in a 2775m Elbeuf claimer in late-March and can be confidently disregarded
- LOYAL DU PONT – Makes first start since losing his maiden tag in a 2700m Graignes Class F in early-December. Handed a rough draw and not a concern
Summary: LAROZE DU GERS (2) came close to imposing on her recent return to racing only to be sanctioned. She enjoys a good spot behind the car and can wrap this up if Matthieu Abrivard keeps her focused. Sporting a fresh configuration after a fine run at Laval, LISANDRO FIORELLO (1) starts on the rail but with Jean-Michel Bazire in the bike must be considered a leading proposition. LIBRIUM (4) has yet to get into his stride this term but has evident talent and it is just a question of time before he comes good again. Below-par since imposing here 2 months ago, LOULOUTE DE BOUERE (3) races shod as she did that day and the draw will only enhance her prospects.

C3 – PRIX CARREFOUR ANGOULINS – 2625m (a1m1/2) – Class F Race – Mounted – EUR € 20,000 - KENZO DE L’ETOILE – 4th of 7 finishers behind KLEOPATRE D’ALFORT (4) in a 2400m Marseille-Borély Class F on 25 April, however a repeat seems most improbable
- KIMBAPPE DU POTO – Unremarkable sort that ran 8th of 12 in a 2800m Cholet harness Class G 10 days ago. Sports a fresh configuration but still not easy to recommend
- KIF DE COSSE – Put a pair of sanctions behind him to run 4th of 7 finishers in a 2750m Elbeuf Class F 2 weeks ago. Has ground to make up but still has a respectable chance of picking up some crumbs
- KLEOPATRE D’ALFORT – Reassuring 2nd of 11 in a 2400m Marseille-Borély Class F on 25 April. Is new to the venue but can play a prominent role if still on the boil
- KALYOPIE DU CANET – Sanctioned in last 2, most recently a 2750m Elbeuf Class F a fortnight ago, and can expect to have few takers
- KARLIE STAR – Last of 13 in a 2825m Cordemais harness Class E 3 weeks ago. Races barefoot for the first time in this code and with Guillaume Martin aboard will be afforded every chance
- KAEL DE KERYANN – Has looked ordinary since his long layoff, latterly 5th of 7 finishers in a 2800m Class F at Villedieu-les-Poëles last weekend, and is not about to spice things up
- KANAILLE DU LUPIN – Sanctioned on re-entry in a 2500m harness Class F here on 1 May. Is new to the discipline but has bags of potential and with application can open her 2025 account
- KATLEEN REYOR – Runner-up in last 2, latterly a 2700m Machecoul harness Class F 3 weeks ago. Barefoot for first time in the code and if form transitions, can trot his way into the winners’ circle
- KALINKA MELRIC – 8th of 14 when preparing for this in a 2725m Graignes harness Class F 10 days ago. Will be race-fit by now and should have the wherewithal to finish close
- KENTUCKY SAM – Back under the saddle after being sanctioned in a 2700m Pontivy harness Class F 10 days ago. Enjoys a great entry and looks competitive for a place in the frame
Summary: She may not be the easiest of horses to manage but KATLEEN REYOR (9) proved herself under the saddle 2 months ago, has since placed twice under harness, and with application can win this. She will still come under pressure from the promising KANAILLE DU LUPIN (8) who debuts in the discipline, and the well-engaged KALINKA MELRIC (10), and KENTUCKY SAM (11) who races barefoot for the first time in the monte discipline.

- KAOUITO DES GLENAN – Unraced since reassuring in a 3000m Nantes Class E on 18 February, coming 3rd of 11. Hind shoes off for re-entry though and should not be overlooked
- KOH PHI PHI ISLAND – Quality mare making first appearance since coming 4th of 16 in a 2850m Laval Class E last August. May be a race shy but won on debut here last year and with hind shoes off is unlikely to disappoint
- KALIN DEROZES – Failed to confirm Langon performance when last of 12 in a 2475m Royan Class F a week ago. Shoes back on and not an obvious choice
- KING DU PONT – Sanctioned, on return to competition, in a 2825m Chartres Class E last Wednesday. Entrusted to JMB this time and will be no pushover if he keeps his charge trotting

- KABYLIE DE BOMO – Returns to a hard surface after finishing last but one in a 2800m Rambouillet Class E 3 weeks ago. Is more competitive in the day’s formula and will have her supporters
- KAFU – Comfortable winner of a 2825m Cordemais Class F on 30 March. Has freshness on his side, goes barefoot again, and looks a serious proposition
- KYRIA BELLA – Made short work of a 2850m Laval Class E on comeback late last month. Will have progressed for the run and can double her money
- KISS ME JIHEM – In the frame in last 4, latterly 2nd of 11 in a 2450m Castillones Class E on 30 March, but races shod this time and best to hold off
- KING SUN DRALIAM – 6th of 10 in a 2800m Rambouillet Class E 3 weeks ago. Has been reconfigured for the occasion and in this company is unlikely to let the side down. Place chance
Summary: Barring a trio of sanctions, KYRIA BELLA (12) has been superb since her 2023 debut; she won comfortably on her recent re-entry and is eminently capable of repeating. She will nevertheless be pitted against the ultra-consistent KAFU (11) who has won 3 of his last 4, and the tricky and reconfigured KING DU PONT (6) who is 25m better off with Jean-Michel Bazire reining. Nicely-entered here, KING SUN DRALIAM (14) sports pads this time and will be expected to play an active role.

Can otherwise boast a decent record here and must not be overlooked
- IOSHA CAYENNAISE – 10th of 15 when prepping for this in a 2700m Graignes amateurs Class F 10 days ago. Is configured as she was at Le Mans and will not be far from the action
- IGUANE DU BOCAGE – 6th of 9 finishers, on return from a spell, in a 2500m Class E here 10 days ago. Hind shoes back on though and in this company will need to find more
- ILCAR QUARTMA – 6th of 12 behind HERCULE BRILLOUARD (1) in a Class F over track and trip 3 weeks ago. Starts in front but would be preferred competitively-shod
- INDIANO JIM – Made an encouraging return to competition when 5th of 12, a place behind HERCULE BRILLOUARD (1), in a Class F over track and trip 3 weeks ago. Will have come on for the race and can pick up a cheque

- GOLFEUR DES LOYAUX – Modest individual starting for first time since being sanctioned in a 2800m Castéra-Verduzan claimer last October and has no possible chance
- HENZO DE MOUTIERS – Last but one behind ILMAT DES KECHES (11) in a 2850m Laval Class F on 18 April, on first start since August. Stays shod and can be ruled out

- IERMES DE GUEZ – Quality trotter that ran a good 2nd of 14 in a 2750m Class F at La Capelle last weekend. JMB in the bike this time and even from the back line can impose
Summary: Although seldom far from faulting, IERMES DE GUEZ (12) enjoys a good entry here after having reassured at La Capelle, and racing barefoot this time can bring home the bacon. That being said, ILMAT DES KECHES (11) is a model of consistency, placed over track and trip 10 days ago, has solid references with just front pads fitted, and will have his chances. IALKO JENILAT (7) won 2 of his last 3 and even with shoes fitted can still figure prominently. Sporting a new formula after prepping here last month, IMPERIALE MIVENCE (6) is 25m better off and will be no easy touch.

- DOLLAR DOC – Sanctioned, on return to France 3 weeks ago, in a 2825m Cordemais Class E. Goes barefoot this time but others still preferred
- KILLIAM FROMENTRO – Sanctioned when full of running in a 2875m Enghien Class A 3 weeks ago. Front shoes back on and, with application, will be no pushover

- JULIA QUICK – Won 3 of last 4 harness starts, latterly flying up in a 2800m Cholet Class E 3 weeks ago, and has a decent chance of giving JALENDRA DE MALAC (10) a run for her money
- CORAL COGER – Starts for first time since being sanctioned in a 2700m Vincennes Gr.3 on 23 February. Has yet to make her mark since coming south but should take well to new profile and can begin to redeem herself

- JAKARTAS DES PRES – Unraced since running 7th of 16 in a 2850m Laval Class A 2 months ago. On the back line and poses no danger
- HELIOT DE CAHOT – Takes a big dip in class after running 10th of 12 in a 2850m Vincennes Gr.3 2.5 weeks ago. Reconfigured for the occasion but has nothing to contribute
- HARRY CARISAIE – 6th of 11 in a 2850m Vincennes monte Gr.3 on 5 April. Has other priorities and can be ruled out
Summary: Winner of her last 6 starts and terrifically-engaged on the front line, JALENDRA DE MALAC (10) has every chance of making it 7 on the trot. Matthieu Abrivard will still be mindful of JULIA QUICK (8) who thrashed the opposition at Cholet late last month, and the reconfigured L.A.BOKO (6) who drops to a more reasonable level. KILLIAM FROMENTRO (5) showed his form at Enghien recently, has been shod to preference, and Jean-Michel Bazire will be keen to set the record straight.

- MARILYN MONROE – Made short work of a 2000m Lyon-Parilly Class E 2 weeks ago. Trainer back in the bike and will have her chances if she stays in stride

- MYRINA MARY – Last but one in a 2150m Toulouse claimer late last month. Has yet to show any aptitude for the game and will have nothing to contribute
Summary: It has taken some time but MONSIEUR AS (4) has started to make good on his promise and a repeat of his Lyon-Parilly performance would see him make it 3 on the trot. Hugues Monthulé will still be keeping a close eye on MORANE (3) who has been entrusted to Jean-Michel Bazire this time, and MELCHIOR JAMES (7) who has shown significant potential. MARILYN MONROE (6) stormed up last time out and on good behaviour can play a leading role.
