R1 ENGHIEN [L-H]
C1 – PRIX NEMAUSA – 2150m (a1m1/4) – Class C – Harness – EUR € 53,000
- LUSANIO DE WARNOC – Took little time getting back to his best following the winter break. Starts on the rail but goes over any trip and his Enghien record speaks for itself. Attention
- MARZIPAN – Quality colt that placed in a Toulouse Class B against his peers 3 weeks ago. Takes on his elders this time but has a lot going for him and will be justifiably well-supported
- L’AMIRAL GAGNANT – Showed improvement at Marseille-Borély in mid-May when 4th in a Class B. Is confirmed at Enghien but in this category will have his work cut out
- LE RETOUR VRIE – Decent trotter that was given an easy comeback here a fortnight ago. Will be competitively-shod this time but others still preferred
- FORCE OF NATURE – Tough type that seldom disappoints when focused. 4th in a 2700m Vincennes Class D late last month but may find this somewhat more testing
- MUSCLE DREAM – Returns to a more suitable class after running 8th in a 2700m Vincennes Gr.3 on 22 May. Has been in excellent shape this year and, given his Enghien record, must be considered a serious player
- MOONWALK D’HERIPRE – Back in more suitable company after twice failing to fire at Group level. Starts in front, should take well to Enghien conditions, and from the front row can make a big impact
- LE TOUQUET – Has been enjoying something of a second wind over recent months, and latterly ran 4th in a Class C over course and distance. Forced to break wide but still looks competitive for a first-5 payout
- LIONEL MEARAS – Never the easiest of horses to gauge but ran 3rd to LEADERBOARD (13) in a 2100m Vincennes Class D a fortnight ago. On 2nd row but will not be far off the mark if Christophe Martens keeps him trotting
- MISTER LION – Has a pair of runs under his belt since the spell, latterly 3rd in a 2850m Vincennes Class B. Has yet to win for his new trainer but it is just a question of time
- FLAMENCO FER – Ran 3rd in a 2700m Vincennes Class D before coming 6th to LEADERBOARD (13) in a 2100m Vincennes Class D a fortnight ago. 4 pads fitted this time but still not a concern
- LIQUIDATEUR – Tricky element that will be shod to preference following a pair of conditioners, but has been struggling in this category and can be passed over
- LEADERBOARD – Won a Class E over 2100m across town mid-May, on first start since last December, and followed up 2 weeks ago with a Class D. Trainer could not have wished for a better replacement driver who will be keen to deliver the hat-trick
Summary: Revitalised since coming south, Swedish-trained LEADERBOARD (13) won his first two Vincennes starts in good order and even though on the back row this time, still looks the one to beat. Eric Raffin, who has picked up an excellent spare ride, will still be wary of the better-positioned MUSCLE DREAM (6) who faces a more realistic task than he did when unplaced in a Gr.3 across town last month. MOONWALK D’HERIPRE (7) ran in just behind him that day before being eliminated in a Gr.2, will be shod to preference this time, and will be dangerous if he gets off on the right foot. Third at Toulouse on his first target of the season, MARZIPAN (2) presents solid Enghien credentials and is unlikely to let the side down.

C2 – PRIX URANIA – 2150m (a1m1/4) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 56,000 - ILLICO DE BOUTEAU – Runner-up in 2 straight but disappointing at La Capelle on 14 June. Is clearly in shape but is taking on too much this time
- JALDO D’OCQUE – Has been enjoying a new lease on life since March, is well-engaged at the limit of earnings, and should be good enough to finish close
- JEREMY D’AS – Got back to winning ways at Hyeres on 27 May. Has won twice for Matthieu Abrivard, enjoys a good draw, and has a realistic chance of repeating
- JAVA DES CAILLONS – Should not be too hastily-judged for finishing unplaced at Granville a month back. David Thomain at the helm this time and from the 4 slot has a reasonable chance of contesting the finish
- JEWEL DE LA COTE – Back at the top of his game following 13 months on the sidelines. Is reunited with Eric Raffin who imposed with him early last month and is well-placed to play a leading role
- JAGUAR DE LAUMAC – Made up for Le Croise-Laroche blip when 5th in a Saint-Omer Class E late last month. Is confirmed here but looks a minor place chance at best
- JOYEUX DU LANDRET – Hardy type with solid references in the day’s configuration. Reassured at Vincennes 3 weeks ago, imposed last time here, and even though starting wide still looks competitively well in
- IRIS FARCEUSE – Modest mare that has made no impact for some time and is not about to change her ways
- JOB DU PERSIL – Has been firing on all cylinders over recent months, and was recently conditioned on turf. Has placed just twice here though and appears to be facing a tough task
- JOB DES LOUANGES – Good servant with excellent credentials over similar distances. Not ideally-drawn but is plainly in good shape and has form with his driver. Place chance
Summary: It took a few runs this term but JEREMY D’AS (3) got back in the winners’ enclosure at Hyeres late last month, returns to a track he likes, and could well double his money. Matthieu Abrivard will still be mindful of JAVA DES CAILLONS (4) who seldom disappoints with David Thomain in the bike, and JEWEL DE LA COTE (5) who returns to the capital on a hat-trick. JOB DES LOUANGES (10) has been knocking at the door, goes left-handed for the first time this year, and Benjamin Rochard gets the nod.

C3 – PRIX EVA – 2150m (a1m1/4) – Class C – Harness – EUR € 53,000 - MARILOU – Placed twice in good company before suffering misfortune in a Vincennes Gr.2 3 weeks ago. Is plainly close to her race and will be justifiably well-supported
- PANERAI – Quality Swedish mare taking her first steps south of Scandinavia but has form in good company and the engagement of Benjamin Rochard will only work to her advantage
- FLORIDA BI – Ran 3rd over longer here on re-entry before storming up in a 2850m Vincennes Class B on 22 May. Comes here fresh and in this company will be easy to like for the double
- LA FORMIDABLE – Has placed in 3 of 4 this year, latterly 2nd in a Caen Class C on 9 May. Benefits from a good draw and although unlikely to win this, should nevertheless hold her own
- MARINELLA VRIE – Wonderfully-consistent filly that dominated a good field at Vichy 11 days ago. Is nicely-placed on front line and Mathieu Mottier can be justifiably confident of another big performance
- LAREDO BAY – Is no slouch when focused and has form in this category. Lost her action here a month back but had been full of running and cannot be ruled out
- LEA D’ATOUT – Has turned a corner over recent weeks, and breaks on front line, but is in superior company this time and will have limited chances
- LINNA DE VANDEL – Undeniably useful but was eliminated in last 2. Goes barefoot this time but is still being aimed too high
- MOSAIC LIFE – Has been a total write-off since last summer and even with David Thomain reining is unlikely to spice things up
- MY QUALITA PIYA – Left a good impression on comeback at Vichy on 1 June, coming 4th in a 2150m Class D. Has won 2 of 4 Enghien starts and will have her supporters
- LOVELY WILMA – Took no time getting her head in front following the break, winning a Vincennes Class D unopposed early last month. Has had ample time to get back to her best and even from the 2nd row looks a leading contender
- GOGGIA – Gave a fine account to win a 2850m Vincennes Class C 3 weeks ago. Has pulled a tough number but in current condition is hard to ignore
- LOVE BITES – Serious player at home in Sweden but has completely failed to adapt to French conditions and can expect to have few friends
Summary: Most impressive at home in Italy, FLORIDA BI (3) has taken her game to the next level since coming to France. She thrives with Eric Raffin, is ideally-placed behind the car, and will be expected to win this. The champion driver will still be keeping an eye on MARILOU (1) who was most unlucky in a Gr.2 last time out, and a reconfigured LOVELY WILMA (11) who got straight back in the game on re-entry. MARINELLA VRIE (5) dominated a Vichy Class B mid-month and the draw will do her chances no disservice. GOGGIA (12) is unlikely to replicate her recent victory, a first on French soil, but can still pick up another cheque.

C4 – PRIX FURNERIUS – 2875m (a2m) – Class D – Mounted – EUR € 56,000 - IVANHOE JARZEEN – Never far from faulting but has ample ability. Unseen for 3.5 months but is clearly in competition-mode and must be taken seriously
- JAYA DU QUENNE – Hardy mare that thrives with Mathis Champenois in the saddle. Returns to Paris on a hat-trick and can pull it off
- JACANA DE BLARY – Tricky mare that easily imposed at Chartres before being eliminated at Avranches last Sunday. Is never easy to gauge but on good behaviour can get in on the action
- JIQUEL – Debuts in the discipline following a string of modest harness runs and even with Paul Ploquin in the irons is not about to upset the status quo
- IBIZA DE CONNEE – Ran 2nd at Caen mid-May before coming 6th in a Class E at the same venue 11 days later. Is not a priority but is not incapable of getting a look in either
- INDIGO DU PERCHE – Ran 5th on monte debut here 2 months ago. Was unable to deliver at Vincennes next time, but has since reassured under harness, and returns to the code with a lot to contribute
- JAZZ D’OURVILLE – Is new to the discipline but has shown decent aptitude under harness. Has previously placed here and, if ability transitions, can open his monte account at first time of asking
- JUNIOR ANGELE – Has placed in 3 straight since imposing at Ranes 2 months ago. Gives the monte code a go, with Mathieu Mottier aboard, and will be no pushover
- ILIEN DE VRIE – Has looked ordinary since returning to competition in early-May. Will race barefoot this time but is still not a concern
- IBILI D’OCCAGNES – Has failed to make his mark in 6 starts this season and even though barefoot is still out of his depth
Summary: Useful under harness for the most part, JAZZ D’OURVILLE (7) switches code for the first time, receives an Alexandre Abrivard ride for the occasion, and could well deliver the goods. That said, JAYA DU QUENNE (2) is a model of consistency, placed on her sole Enghien start, and can give him a run for his money. JUNIOR ANGELE (8) is another monte debutant but he is clearly in rude health, sports a fresh formula, and has nothing to prove here. The complicated but talented IVANHOE JARZEEN (1) may not have been seen out since March but he is shod to preference and must not be underestimated.

C5 – PRIX ISIS – 2875m (a2m) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 46,000 - KYRIELLE JOMUNA – Has looked rather ordinary since securing an amateurs Class G at La Capelle in early-April and will have nothing to offer
- QUEEN OF THE NIGHT – Moderate mare making first appearance since last October. Remains shod and best to wait
- KALIE PACHA – Serious mare who put on a good show on first start back. Has no Enghien references but will have improved for the race and can bring her win-rate to 50 percent if she imposes
- RAGAZZA DU CHENE – Modest mare that has never shown much love for Enghien and is not about to shake things up on first start since early-April
- PERFECT – Swedish mare that won over course and distance last summer. Has not been as sharp here this spring but it is only a question of time before she gets back in the game
- ELTYME – Surprise 2nd in a Vincennes Class C on 13 May, but failed to confirm later in the month and can be passed over
- DAYTONA DI CECCO – Pleased just once in 4 Enghien runs. Returns to the venue after imposing twice at home and, even though reconfigured, looks a minor place chance at best
- KARA D’OR – No slouch on a good day but has not been seen out for over 2 months. Will be barefoot for the occasion though and will generate some interest
- ELLEN RIPLEY – Sprang something of a surprise when 5th in a 2700m Vincennes Class C on 29 May. Is barefoot for return to Enghien and, with form maintained, can compete for a place on the podium
- KEJAIME DE HOUELLE – Was not the luckiest here on 23 May but reassured 3 weeks later when dominating a Feurs Class E. Moves back up in category but in present condition is difficult to ignore. Claim
- KENNEDY STREET – Never the easiest of horses to handle, as recent numbers would suggest, but has previously delivered under these conditions for Eric Raffin and, even with 4 pads fitted, could pleasantly surprise
- JILIKA DU MESLE – Will be reunited with Mathieu Mottier after having shown her form in a Rambouillet Class F earlier in the month. Benefits from a good entry and looks thoroughly capable of finishing close
Summary: Winner of 2 of her last 3 starts, most recently with authority at Feurs, KEJAIME DE HOUELLE (10) has placed just once here but in current form is still easy to fancy for the win. She will, however, come under pressure from a reconfigured KALIE PACHA (3) whose Chartres return run was more than acceptable, and the well-engaged JILIKA DU MESLE (12) who reassured at Rambouillet earlier this month. ELLEN RIPLEY (9) defied her odds in a Vincennes Class C late last month and returns to Enghien with a potentially good hand to play.

C6 – PRIX GUILLAUME DE BELLAIGUE – 2875m (a2m) – Gr3 – Mounted – EUR € 90,000 - JUPITER DE PLAY – No slouch but reliability not his strong suit. Has just one race in him since the break and is unlikely to influence the result
- HOMER DE FROMENTEL – Just recently returned to competition following a 10 months’ absence. Is no longer the horse that won 2 Gr.2s in 2023 and can be ruled out
- INSHORE – Modest sort that has done little of note in either code for some time and can expect to have few takers
- INDIGO DU PORET – Has been enjoying something of a renaissance since starting to race barefoot, securing all 4 left-handed starts this season. Returns to Enghien on a hat-trick and has a realistic chance of pulling it off
- KEENGAME – Classy mare with nothing to prove at this level. Is competitively-shod for first start since February, has shown a particular liking for Enghien, and will be expected to finish close
- KYT KAT – Ran 3rd to INDIGO DU PORET (4) in Gr.3 Prix Louis Sauve prior to coming 6th to IMPALA DE VAL (7) in Gr.3 Prix Paul Delanoë on 2 June. Is better than his last result would suggest and should again figure prominently
- IMPALA DE VAL – Has won a pair of Gr.3s and a Gr.2 this term, most recently making amends for May elimination, and on paper looks the pick of the field
- FILWELL – Ran 4th to INDIGO DU PORET (4) in Gr.3 Prix Louis Sauve before failing to deliver behind IMPALA DE VAL (7) in Gr.3 Prix Paul Delanoë on 2 June. Is unlikely to spring any surprises but should nevertheless hold his own
- FULTON – Produced a 20-1 surprise when runner-up to IMPALA DE VAL (7) in Gr.3 Prix Paul Delanoë on 2 June. Freshened up under harness but is unlikely to confirm
Summary: A terrific campaigner that has hardly put a foot wrong this season, IMPALA DE VAL (7) made up for his Gr.3 Prix Louis Sauve elimination when making short work of the Gr.3 Prix Paul Delanoë at Vincennes on 2 June, and with application can repeat. INDIGO DU PORET (4) took advantage of that elimination to secure the Prix Louis Sauve, then followed up in a Class A, and is the obvious danger. KEENGAME (5) may not have raced since February but she is a Gr.1 winner, with excellent Enghien references, and will be shod to preference. KYT KAT (6) is never the easiest of horses to use but he won his only start at the venue and warrants respect.

C7 – PRIX CETUS – 2875m (a2m) – Class C – Harness – EUR € 46,000 - PRESLEY BOKO – Quality element that should not be condemned for losing his action across town early this month. Matthieu Abrivard has stayed faithful and will be mindful to keep his gelding focused. Chance
- TROTTER PAVILLON – Capable on a good day but has just the one run under her belt since the layoff and in this category is biting off more than she can chew
- TULIPE OASIS – Eliminated on comeback across town earlier in the month but had been going well. Is not a priority but, on better behaviour, can get back in the game
- GIUDA DI RISAIA – Put a trio of eliminations behind him to win at San Siro on 29 May. Will find himself in more exalted company this time, however, and is unlikely to upset the status quo
- GIOIELLO ROC – Entrusted to Eric Raffin on first start for new handler. Has not imposed for some time, and is unlikely to this time either, but can still finish in the mix
- GIFT GIO – Sprang something of a surprise when 3rd of 14 in a 2850m Vincennes Class C, his first appearance this side of the border. Will have progressed for the race and will not be sent out at 26-1 this time
- MILANO DARLING – Serious colt that took no time getting back in the winners’ circle, latterly securing an Agen Class E late last month. In better company here, and goes left-handed, but still cannot be discounted
- MISTRAL JANEIRO – Unexceptional colt that held his own at Nantes early this month but is out of his depth this time
- MIGHTY DREAM – Barring a pair of eliminations has otherwise been excelling this season. Has no Enghien references but the change of scenery may be just the ticket. First 5
- MONTANA KALOUMA – Very hard to knock when focused and goes over any trip. Is clearly at the top of his game and, with application, should have this in the bag
- GIAVA WISE L – Respectable at home in Italy but is being aimed too high here and is not about to trouble the judge
- MALVINA MADRIK – Showed her form after losing her action in a 2700m Vincennes Class D 2 weeks ago. Trainer is bullish about her chances and will be keen to take advantage of the good opportunity
- GIANNA (ITY) – Handy Italian filly that ran 6th in a 2850m Vincennes Class C on French bow 3 weeks ago. Is plainly in good shape but appears to be taking on too much this time
- MANGO PAULO – Had been enjoying a productive run of form until failing to deliver in a Laval Class C on 3 June. Will be barefoot for Enghien debut but still not a contender
Summary: MONTANA KALOUMA (10) was still going strong when eliminated at Vincennes a fortnight ago; he is never far from losing his action but has talent in spades and with application can make this his own. Presenting a similar profile, PRESLEY BOKO (1) will be no pushover if Matthieu Abrivard manages to keep him focused. The Italian GIFT GIO (6) ran a very good 3rd place last time out and, with form maintained, can repeat. Clearly talented but spirited at the best of times, MALVINA MADRIK (12) caught the eye after her recent elimination and Mathieu Mottier will be keen to put things right.

C8 – PRIX THALIA – 2875m (a2m) – Class C – Harness – EUR € 46,000 - NAAMA BAY – Has done everything asked of her in both starts to date. Should do well over the Enghien track and has a reasonable chance of finishing in the mix
- NUROSEDA DE WARNOC – Has been as solid as a rock since her April debut, and most recently opened her account at Reims. Takes a notable hike in category and represents no more than a minor place prospect
- NELLY DE CLARAFLOR – Has been particularly consistent so far this year but the step up in category may just be a step too far
- NEVALE VET – Hardy filly that has already won twice in good company, most recently a Mauquenchy Class D 3 weeks ago. Should take nicely to the Enghien profile and may well prove the main threat to NAYA D’ERONVILLE (5)
- NAYA D’ERONVILLE – Facile winner of a Caen Class E 3 months ago. Is shod on comeback as she was that day and will be well-backed to pick up where she left off
- NASHVILLE BLUE – It took 9 months but returned to winning ways at Toulouse 3 weeks ago. Takes on a considerably better bunch this time though and will have few takers
- NOLITA MADRIK – Ran 3rd in a Cholet Class D on comeback 2 months ago. Suffered interference across town next time, but has been reconfigured and will be no easy touch if Benjamin Rochard keeps her out of trouble
- NUTELLA DE VANDEL – Got off the mark in Marseille early last month prior to coming 5th in a Vincennes Class C on 2 June. Raced better that day than the result would suggest and the new configuration may be just the job
- NOSTRA COSA – Most impressive on re-entry at Caen on 30 May. Has yet to deliver going left-handed but it is simply a question of time
- NOLITA LOMIG – Got off the mark at Le Mans on 21 May then ran 3rd in a Vincennes Class D 10 days ago. Finds herself in better company this time though and others easier to back
Summary: Put away in late-March after having opened her 2026 account, NAYA D’ERONVILLE (5) is clearly in race-mode for her return to the track. She will have no issue with the longer trip and should be able to wrap this up. She will still be up against NEVALE VET (4) who has won 2 of her last 3 starts, and the well-engaged pair of NUTELLA DE VANDEL (8), who sports 4 pads for the first time, and NOSTRA COSA (9) who imposed on comeback late last month.

C1 – PRIX HUBERT PARMENTIER – 4300m (a2m1/2) – TURF – Class 3 – Steeple Chase – EUR € 24,000
- JEANNE DE GUYE – She fell last time over 4100m at Lyon Parilly in a Class 1 chase on June 6. Can be on the premises with a better round of jumping
- GENTEEL STAR – Won on his seasonal return over 4000m at Cluny in a Class 4 chase on May 22. Ought to be involved in the shake-up
- GIN CANDICE – Not seen since a 2nd over 4100m at Saumur on October 19 in a Class 3 chase. Can be expected to be fit and be competitive
- JUST A KISS SIVOLA – Has failed to feature in four runs this year, 6th on the latter over 4200m at Strasbourg on June 16. Place chance at best
- KANSAS DU FRUITIER – Placed 4th on the last run over 4000m at Cluny in a Class 4 chase behind GENTEEL STAR (2) on May 22. Has work to do
- KREATION ALLEN – Three frustrating efforts this year when failing to finish, the latter over 4400m at Auteuil in a Class 3 chase on May 17. Hardly inspiring
Summary: GIN CANDICE (3) gets the vote despite having been absent since finishing a pleasing second in a Class 3 chase on October 19th last year. If returning in similar form, he looks capable of making a winning comeback. The main threat could be GENTEEL STAR (2), who made a successful return to action at Cluny on May 22nd and is likely to be competitive once again. JEANNE DE GUYE (1) came to grief on her latest start at Lyon-Parilly just under three weeks ago, but with a clear round this time she has the ability to make her rivals work hard.

- OBSTINATION – Recent 4th at Auteuil over 3600m in a claiming hurdle on May 25 on her latest outing. Can make her presence felt
- KING DE CERES – Four tame efforts this year, 8th at Dieppe on June 18th in a claiming hurdle on June 18 on the latest of them. Hard to fancy
- MADAME EST SERVIE – She has failed to feature in four runs, 9th at Moulins in a Class 3 hurdle over 3500m on June 14 when last appearing. Look elsewhere
- MIRACLE DECIERGUES – Did not fire in 8th on the latest start at Strasbourg on May 8 in a Class 3 hurdle. Likely to find this challenging
Summary: PRAIRIE SAMBA (2) ran a creditable race when she was fifth in a Class 2 hurdle at Toulouse in early March when last seen. She will be ready to go after a bit of time away and can be too smart for MILLY WELLS (3), who has been consistent recently with three placed efforts, the latest when third on June 6. SOLEDAD NONANTAISE (1) got the job done on her latest start at Dieppe 8 days ago and can have a say, as can OBSTINATION (4), who completes the shortlist.

- ARC EN TETE – Ran with promise when 3rd over 3000m at Jallais on his sole start on June 13 over hurdles. Among the leading chances with progress expected
- RATOUNET – Gelding by Battle Of Marengo, the dam was unraced. Looks good on paper and is one to consider if the betting speaks volumes
- NORTH SEA – Gelding by Choeur Du Nord, the dam ran twice over hurdles. Well bred and from a good trainer that knows the time of day. The betting can be informative
- IT’S YOUR CHOICE – Non partante
- NICOTINE DE BALME – Showed talent to be 5th on her sole start at La Teste over 3400m in a Class 2 hurdle on May 15. Has to step forward from her debut to make the frame
- GREEN VALSTAR – Placed 3rd on her latest start over 2400m at La-Roche-Posay on May 17 in a Class 3 race. Might not trouble the principles
Summary: The nicely bred NORTH SEA (5) could be the one to side with. He represents a stable renowned for having its debutant’s well prepared. His main threat could be ARC EN TETE (3), who shaped well on his debut at Jallais 13 days ago and will be more focused this time. N’JOY COGNAK (1) boasts an appealing pedigree and is worth keeping a close eye on in the betting market. The same applies to RATOUNET (4), who also has several attractive aspects to his profile and could make a positive impression.

- STORMY TANGO – Creditable 4th on the last start over 3800m at Dieppe on June 1 in a Class 4 hurdle. Competitive run expected
- TOP DAAY – Below par on the last two runs the latter over 3800m in a handicap hurdle at Strasbourg on May 8. Unlikely to be a threat
- MONTSERRAT – Finished 6th on the latest outing over 3700m at Le Lion D’Angers in a handicap hurdle on June 5. Lacks consistency
- GUETTA – Recent success over 3800m at Dieppe in a claiming hurdle on June 10. One to pay close attention to on her debut for new connections
- LOVERBOY DESLITAUX – Tad below par on his last three runs, 8th on the most recent over 4000m in a handicap hurdle on June 6. Better performance anticipated
- LADY PALMA – Fair 3rd on the flat over 2400m at Lyon Parilly on June 21 when last seen. Hard to rule out of the frame
- KABRIOLE DE SIVOLA – Two unplaced runs this year, 7th on the latter over 3800m in a Class 3 hurdle at Nancy on June 5. Others rate higher
- MARIE KATARINA – Did not finish on the latest start over 3400m at Cagnes-Sur-Mer in a claiming hurdle on December 11. One to rule out
Summary: STORMY TANGO (3) produced a solid performance when finishing fourth in a Class 4 hurdle at Dieppe earlier this month and holds strong claims of going close. The main threat may come from GUETTA (6), who scored in a claiming hurdle at Dieppe 16 days ago and should give another good account of herself. IGLOO IGLOO (1) appeals as a solid each-way proposition and is worth considering for those looking beyond the principals. LADY PALMA (8) completes the shortlist.

- VAS Y LEZ – Three placed runs recently, 4th on the latter over 2000m at Chatillon on June 8 in a Class 4 race. Look elsewhere
- FEELINGNUIT – Promise on debut last September when 5th at Amiens over 2200m on her penultimate start, below par last time on October 23rd. Can make the frame
- MISSIRA – Failed to inspire in 10th on the latest start over 1800m at Evreux on May 26th in a Class 4 race. Placed form earlier this year and can give a better performance
- AMAZORE – Recent 4th at Cluny in a conditions race over 1900m on May 22. Ought to be involved at the business end
- BRONTE SISTER – Back in 11th at Compiegne on the only run this year over 1600m in a Class 4 race. Placed in 2024 a few times. Unlikely to threaten some of these
Summary: ARABIAN FEVER (2) looks to have a fine opportunity to shed his maiden tag in a race that appears to lack depth. He sets a solid standard on the available form and may prove too smart. The main threat could be MISSIRA (5), who showed useful placed form earlier this year and is better than her latest effort at Évreux in late May suggests. AMAZORE (6) is another worthy of consideration after a respectable fourth-place finish at Cluny in May, while FEELINGNUIT (4) appeals as the best of the remainder.

- CHIPRANA – Placed 4th on the last run over 2000m at Lyon Parilly in a claimer on May 23. Might need a few of these to misfire
- HEAVEN’S STARKY – Two unplaced runs of late, in rear division in a handicap at Saint-Cloud over 1600m on June 2 last time. Can be opposed
- DARING FOX – Two placed runs recently, 2nd on the latest over 2000m at Chatillon on June 8th in a claiming race. Each -way aspirations

- JOJO FANTAISIE – Creditable 5th in a claimer at Marseille Vivaux over 2000m on June 6th when last appearing. Won in April over 1850m in a claimer on turf. Merits consideration
Summary: RODCHENKO (1) has solid claims after success two runs back in a claimer at Angers, and a recent effort in a handicap 18 days ago in a handicap was a reasonably good performance. He can score at the expense of MISTER SOCKS (2), who tries the turf for the first time having won on the PSF in January in a maiden event. BLACK HENGE (3) won on his penultimate run at Lyon Parilly and is one to keep safe, as is JOJO FANTAISIE (9) , who has place claims.

Summary: MEASTER OWEN (2) has been in solid form of late and is the tentative selection in what appears to be a wide-open contest. The main danger may come from KINGORI (1), who is bidding for a hat-trick after recording two recent victories at Marseille-Vivaux and is sure to be full of confidence. YAKAMOUN (3) also arrives in good heart following a success at Salon Provence nine days ago and warrants serious consideration. RIO GRANDE (4) is another worthy of attention and should have a say in the outcome.

NO QUARTER (9), a winner on debut, is worth another chance and rates a leading danger. NATACHA HEUVELLAND (10) scored with plenty in hand in her first public outing and clearly has the scope to go higher. - MADISON DE MAHEY – In good shape and was 3rd in class E at Amiens over 2400m on 8 June. Can get into the mix of things once again
Summary: MAITIKA D’HERIPRE (9) makes her return from a lengthy break but comes from a shrewd yard and, if keeping her action together, could make a winning comeback. MAMOUNIA D’ECHAL (5) has clearly turned a corner, as shown by her recent success, and now steps up in class with justified ambition. Summary: Provided he has recovered sufficiently from his recent efforts, WOFF (6) is capable of making his presence felt. ROMANCE MARINE (3), a sixth in the Quinté+ in May, now leaves handicaps behind with clear ambition. MOOREA (2) won a key reference race but is worse off at the weights this time and has not been at her best on sand for some time. IFFROCTA FAL (9) should strip fitter from his comeback performance and is capable of making the frame.

SOUL AMBASSADOR (2) made a respectable start to his career and now benefits from the booking of Pierre-Charles Boudot, which looks a positive. VOLUNTEER HERO (4) has been gelded after a modest debut and is fitted with blinkers for the first time. CIACCINO (7) has been giving his all in recent outings and appears to be knocking firmly on the door. The consistent EYWA (3) is expected to be held up off the pace and will be waiting to pounce late in the hope of catching her rivals with a sharp turn of foot. Summary: The tricky NAKED MEMORIES (1) recently returned to winning ways at a lower level and, off this mark, could well be capable of striking in handicaps as well. HERACLES (5) was still in need of the run on earlier this month but showed he is nearing peak condition and could turn the tables on KIMBIA (2), who has been raised in the weights. Summary: POLNOR (4) is enjoying a fine spell of form and is expected to justify his supplementary entry. DSCHINGIS ZANDEE (2) made a promising comeback at Compiègne and, in a field that lacks depth, holds an obvious chance. ALPE MOTTA (1) steps up in class after gaining experience in the provinces and faces an interesting test at this level. Equipped with pacifiers, ANIMA SANA (5) should be able to get into her stride quickly, despite the trip looking a touch sharp.

Summary: A very open lucky last race. LONDONPOLO (9) found it too difficult to come from the rear at Chantilly last time, but if required to make up less ground here, his finishing speed could make the difference. WALMA (8) is in excellent form and should once again defend her chances. ROULETTE (7) returned to form at ParisLongchamp and, off this mark, can be a lively danger. ESPRONCEDA (10) comes in with bottom weight and has be very competitive off late. He will be a strong contender here. Summary: NO LIMIT DREAM (2) has been competing in stronger handicaps of late and has acquitted himself well enough to earn the vote in this contest. Dropping into slightly calmer waters, he looks capable of making an impact. The main threat may come from DURYTHME (3), who produced a solid performance in a competitive Class 2 handicap at Parislongchamp in late May. - PRETTY STORM – Can be forgiven for a below par effort on May 29th at Nantes recently, a win before that at Tarbes over 2300m in a Class 3 handicap was more encouraging. Ought to be involved
- MAD WHIP – Finished 6th on his latest outing over 2400m at Toulouse in a Class 2 race on June 8. Can make the top four
- HUNGRY HEART – Unplaced last time over 2000m at Saint-Cloud on June 2 in a Class 2 handicap. Others seem to be better equipped
- CHAI D’OEUVRE – Placed 2nd on his latest outing over 1900m at Bordeaux Le Bouscat on May 23rd in a Class 3 handicap. Might find a few too smart
- COMMANDER’S WAY – Several unplaced runs recently, the most recent over 2300m at Tarbes in a Class 3 handicap on May 11. Has work to do to be involved
- MEXICAN DREAM – Two 8th place runs of late, the latter over 3000m at Toulouse in a Class 4 handicap on June 8. Unlikely to trouble some of these
- LOST IN MUSIC – Finished 6th on the latest start over 1900m at Bordeaux Le Bouscat in a Class 3 handicap on May 23, and a win before that at Tarbes in May over 2100m. Can make the frame at nice odds
- UPPERCUT – Three nice runs of late, a win on the latter over 2400m at Toulouse in a Class 4 handicap on May 27. Hard to dismiss
- LONG KE WAN – Recent 7th over 2300m at angers on June 8, a win previously over 2300m at Dax in a Class 4 handicap on May 1. Can make the frame at nice odds
- ZANZIA – Fair 5th on her latest start on June 11 in a Class 4 claimer at this track. Sneaks in at the foot of the weights and has solid claims
Summary: ZANZIA (15) has a lenient weight and can make use of her favoured handicap rating. She was a fair fifth in a claimer at this track over 2000m earlier this month and should be suited by this distance. POCA GEN (1) heads the handicap and could be the biggest danger to the selection. He ran a good race at Toulouse in mid-April two starts back. SIEGLINDE (5) ran her best race this year when third at Tarbes in early May and has to be respected. POUVOIR ROYAL (3) is another to keep safe.

C8 – PRIX DU CABINET LASSUS – 1100m (a5f1/2) – TURF – Handicap – Flat – EUR € 19,200 - MERLE – Tad below par last time in a handicap at Parislongchamp on June 11 over 1400m. Could find this distance on the sharp side
- OSHIA – Consistent efforts of late, 4th on the latter over 1100m in a handicap at Dieppe on June 6. Looks ready to get another success
- ELEGANTE WOMAN – Made no show over 1400m in a handicap at Dax on May 18 on her latest outing. Might find this challenging
- GO KEN GO – Placed 3rd on the last two runs, the most recent over 1200m at Chantilly in a claimer on June 19. In the mix
- RASSENI CHOP – Two unplaced runs since a win over 1200m at Marseille Borely in a maiden race on April 10. Each way option
- SBIKHA – Got her second win in a claimer 16 days ago over 1300m at Argentan, and the drop in trip should not be too much of a worry
- WHY AM I BEAUTIFUL – Creditable 5th over 1400m at Parislongchamp on June 11 on her latest outing in a handicap. Merits consideration
- VARZUGA – Recent success over 1400m at Bordeaux Le Bouscat in a claiming race on April 27. Down in trip and faces a stiffer test
- DANICA – Won 7 days ago in a maiden race over 1100m at Langon-Libourne in a maiden race. Lightly race and has more to come
- PROLIXE – Finished 6th on his last run over 1200m at Mont-De-Marsan on March 23 in a maiden event. He needs to show more consistency
Summary: OSHIA (2) has been running consistently well without managing to get her head in front on her last four starts. She looks deserving of a return to the winner’s enclosure and is taken to come out on top. The main threat could be DANICA (9), who opened her account over this distance at Langon-Libourne seven days ago in a maiden. SBIKHA (6) is also a last time out winner, and can be involved at the finish after a win 16 days ago at Argentan. WHY AM I BEAUTIFUL (7) is another to consider each-way.
SELECTIONS – OSHIA (2) – DANICA (9) – SBIKHA (6) – WHY AM I BEAUTIFUL (7)
