    Summary: Half-sister to Quisisana, winner of a Deauville Group 1, QUEEN OF THE DAY (3) has a good turn of foot. She has class about her and may be the one to beat. WOOT WOOT (4) comes off a victory at Saint-Cloud. She finished behind QUEEN OF THE DAY (3) on debut and will be looking for revenge. YUQUOT (7) should appreciate the rise in distance and with Maxime Guyon retaining the ride, she should be competitive.     Summary: LIGHT OF DAWN (7) was purchased for €625,000 at Deauville in the spring, she finished third in a competitive English Group 3 in mid-June. She is the horse to beat with James Doyle aboard. KOSUMA (8) won both her starts with ease. She is having her first run on a straight course and will be looking to remain unbeaten. VALENTINA BELLA (6) should have finished much closer at Royal Ascot and cannot be discounted. PRIMETIME EMMY (4) was impressive when winning on debut and could be anything.

    Summary: MAJOR OAK (11) comes off a creditable fourth-place finish over 1400m at Clairefontaine. Luke Morris may be able to get the best out of him where it matters most. BAILEYS BACHELOR (13) has found a form return and was runner-up over 1100m at Dieppe last time. The booking of Stephane Pasquier is a big plus. TORTISAMBERT (2) has good form lines to his credit this year. The drop to 1200m should not pose a concern. GRAND SCOOP (16) should be competitive if repeating his last outing when runner-up.

    Summary: EVITA (3) was not disgraced when fifth in the Group 1 Prix de Diane. She would have freshened up since and has a bright winning chance. LEFTEYE (8) comes off a third-place finish in a Listed contest at Parislongchamp. She is versatile and should pose a threat. SYMBOL OF MAJESTY (6) has experience on her side. She always gives of her best and with William Buick in the saddle, she should feature. ELLE ECLIPSE (4) won a good race on debut at Clairefontaine and could be anything.

  46. EVOLUTIONIST – Returned to form when 4th in a Group I at Newmarket over 1,600m on 10 July. Has a few lengths to find on that run but should contest the finish
  47. MOON TARGET – Not reliable but did finish fourth behind Precise in a Group 1 at Ascot over 1600m on 19 June. Can get into the mix of things once again
  48. PRECISE – Found roval Blue Bolt too good on the day when second in a Group I at Newmarket over 1,600m on 10 July. Can challenge for top honours again
  49. GREEN SPIRIT – Did not show her best when 9th in a Group 1 at Chantilly over 2,100m on 14 June. Better this distance and could make the frame
    Summary: Despite conceding weight to younger rivals, BLUE BOLT (1) produced another excellent effort in a Group 1 at Newmarket and sets the standard. PRECISE (7), who was behind the selection on July 10th finished strongly that day and could get closer this time. MOON TARGET (6), beaten by the Aidan O’Brien-trained runner on her return, should come on for that outing. EVOLUTIONIST (5) is back over her optimum trip and cannot be ruled out.

  57. IDEE DE CHEVAL – Unplaced in a Claiming Handicap at Longchamp over 1,400m on 11 June. Needs to find a few lengths to score

    Summary: The answer to this handicap may lie towards the head of the weights, with ATLANTIC WAYS (2), again partnered by Mickaël Barzalona, and NOOTKA BAY (1), who is also well berthed in the stalls, both holding strong claims. AURORA BOREALIS (3), in good form, must shoulder 60kg and overcome a wide draw but must be respected. FOR WIN (4) arrives with legitimate ambitions over this track and trip.

  72. BAUHINIA RHAPSODY – Unplaced in a Class 3 Handicap at Saint-Cloud over 1,600m on 5 July. Off form and makes little appeal this time around

  81. FUCHSIA – Successful twice in last three starts, the latest in a Class 3 Handicap at Dieppe over 1,100m on 13 July. Likes that track and can’t be ruled out
    Summary: Claimed two starts ago, WILD WEST (8) has since impressed his new connections with a solid handicap performance at Dieppe and, well suited by a straight track, looks a major player. SADALBARI (2), a convincing fifth in that same race, rates the main danger. The younger DAISY DAISY (13) represents a yard in form and warrants respect. PRINCE AUBOIS (3) can make the most of his favourable draw and is one of a few more to consider.

    Summary: In excellent form, GRAY D’ALBION (7) once again benefits from the claim of Bryan Labate, with whom he has a strong understanding, and looks set to go well. JIJI MY LOVE (12), enjoying a very productive campaign, should be finishing strongly once more, AUTUMN TWILIGHT (4) and D DAY MAN (5), both from the Nicolas Caullery yard, are highly competitive at this level and must be considered possible winners of this lucky last race.

  1. JULIE DU NORD – Ran 3rd in a similar event across town last month but was unable to confirm when last but one in a Clairefontaine amateurs Class H a fortnight ago. Is new to Enghien but will still generate interest
  2. JAZZ OPERA – Excellent campaigner that ran 2nd in a Class G Amateurs’ race over course and distance on 16 July 2026. Enjoys a front-line start and can impose this time
  3. JOKER DREAM – Finished 5th in a Class F at Cabourg over 2,725m on 10 July 2026 after twice finishing 2nd at Rambouillet. Is due a win one of these days and will be expected to finish close once more
  4. HADDOCK D’ECOUVES – Made up for Moulins elimination when 3rd in a Clairefontaine amateurs Class H on 19 July. Tends to show more going clockwise though and is not a priority
  5. GRAAL DE MY – Produced quite the surprise when 2nd in a Chinon amateurs Class H 3 weeks ago, however a repeat seems most unlikely
  6. ICONE PLANCHETTE – Secured a Class F Amateurs’ race at Les Sables D’Olonne over 2,775m on 11 July 2026. Incurs the penalty again but still looks main threat to JAZZ OPERA (2)
  7. HOLLY GREEN – Kicked the season off well but has since lost her way, and latest Mauquenchy elimination does little to inspire confidence
  8. HORSE DE GRAMMONT – Unplaced in a Class E at La Capelle over 2,700m on 24 July 2026. Is significantly better than recent results would suggest and, with pads fitted, should be taken seriously
  9. JOGGER KILY – Finished 4th in a Class E at Cabourg over 2,750m on 14 July 2026. Returns to racing with 4 pads fitted and should give another competitive account
    Summary: As is often the case at Enghien, proceedings get under way with an amateurs’ event. The relentless JAZZ OPERA (2) looks to have a good opportunity to return to winning ways. ICONE PLANCHETTE (6), a proven performer at this level, is preferred to JOKER DREAM (3), who returns to a left-handed track, and HORSE DE GRAMMONT (8), who sports 4 pads for the occasion.

  12. NALISMA – Third in a Class D over track and trip on 26 July, making up for her Vincennes blip. Is competitively-shod for the first time and Benjamin Rochard can be forgiven for feeling bullish
  13. NOBLESSE JISCE – Finished 8th in a Class C over 2,150m here on 18 July. Has otherwise been in good shape and although unlikely to open her 2026 account, should nevertheless hold her own
  14. NEPTUNE DE BLARY – Made up for June elimination here when fifth in a Class C over 2,150m here 2 weeks ago. Has demonstrated considerable talent and enjoys a realistic chance of imposing
  15. NOUMEA DES BROUETS – Showed early promise but has been particularly disappointing over recent months. Sports 4 pads for the first time but still represents no more than a minor place chance
  16. NI OUI NI NON – Finished 6th in a Class C at Enghien over 2,150m on 18 July. Is better than that though, has won under these conditions this term, and can bring the fight to NEPTUNE DE BLARY (5)
  17. NOUMEA COCONUT – Finished 3rd in a Class C over course and distance on 1 July. Has shown a particular liking for the venue, is hard to knock when focused, and can play a prominent part

In less-exalted company on this occasion, she can return to winning ways if she stays in stride.   37. IQUITO PLANCHETTE – Has been off the boil since securing an amateur event in April, but ability is not in question. Has won 3 of 6 here, and with application can win a race of this nature

  39. GLOUGLOU D’EMI – Tricky character that has made no impact this term and recent re-entry run did nothing to convince

CALYPSO (1), on the upgrade can also be competitive and is another to consider.

    Summary: A small field but a very intersting lucky last race. In this race for unraced horses other than thoroughbreds, NAYONS PEUR DERIEN (4), trained by Elisabeth Allaire, is an interesting contender, with the handler having saddled 2025 winner Mondialito d’Huez, who remains unbeaten after four starts. However, NOELAND (3), from a promising family, along with NORYA (5) and NOGA STAR (1), both representing respected yards, are also debutantes with genuine winning claims.
