Summary: MAESTRO D’IDEF (10) bounced back with victory at Argentan and even from the second line can follow up. Also starting from the back row, MULTIPASS (11) is competitively-shod and has plenty going for him. From the front, MELO DU LOCHEUR (3), who should not be judged on his latest effort, and MARTIN DU SOUND (4), whose mood will dictate his result, are best-placed to challenge them.

LADY BECO – Finished 9th in a harness Class F Apprentices’ race at Vire over 2,800m on 6 September, her first appearance since March. Is new to the discipline but with Victor Saussaye onboard will be afforded every chance
Summary: Winner of her last 2 on turf, LIPSKA (12) returns to a hard surface but sports modified shoeing and has what it takes to complete the hat-trick. Competitively-shod for a return to her code of preference, LAZIE PONT VAUTIER (10) is an obvious danger. Summary: There are many possible winners in this field. MIRADOR (7) gets the vote after stepping up considerably since racing without shoes. He will nevertheless need to watch out for MISTER DES LOYAUX (5), whose only drawback is that he is making his comeback, as well as MUSIQUE AMOUR (3), who is equally effective in both disciplines, and MOGADOR DE LATZ (13), who made a promising return to action. Still open to improvement, MARCEL SEVEN (10) could prove an all-or-nothing proposition.

Summary: NOE DE CRESCY (3) was far from disgraced in defeat at Saint-Galmier and should be involved in a close battle with NAHINE D’OCCAGNES (2), who appears to have plenty of ability. NINA DE SASSY (6) is capable of much better than her last two runs suggest and has a good opportunity to restore her reputation. NANA DE CURRAIZE (8), who is showing signs of a return to form, can fight for a good placing, as can NORMANDY NIGHT (5), who can bounce back at a nice odds.

He is one of the leading contenders, along with ODYSSEE DE MAI (2), who is better than her sixth-place finish on her first outing suggests. ODE A L’AMOUR (6) was a game third in the key race over this course two weeks ago and deserves plenty of respect. ONLY DE BANVILLE (7) has shown interesting potential and should not be overlooked.

Summary: NERIC DAIRPET (10) won with plenty in hand at Auch ten days ago. Well engaged again here, he can confirm that success. The main danger could come from NINA DE BENAC (8), who brings a nice progressive profile in the race, and NAPS DE L’ENVOL (7), who should not be judged on his below-par effort a month ago. NASH AND STEEL (5) has finished in the frame on all three starts to date and looks ready to open his account.

Summary: KOMEO DU DOME (8) finds here a race well within his capabilities. Despite an awkward draw, he should be in closely involved at the finish. IGLIANO DES IRIS (1) is better suited by longer distances, but his current form is solid and he can have claims. His stablemate HALTESS GRIFF (6) has been carefully prepared for this race. Already successful over this course, she can grab a place. JENJOY MAYBE (5) has enough credentials to be competitive here.
