    Summary: HOUBI (7) ran a cracker over the course and distance last year in October when finishing second and has stepped up in trip ever since. She now returns to the 1200m and could find herself cherishing this distance into the winners box. GOGOKA (4) took on much stronger over the track and trip last time out and he now faces a division where he can portray his abilities. FORTUNATE SON (6) has had seventeen starts and still looks to crack his maiden. He finds a field here where he can make his presence felt. KELLY KEY (8) completes the top four mix.

  21. AMORE MIA – Finished 2nd in a Claimer over 1500m at Marseille Pont De Vivaux on the 4th of April 2025. Would be no surprise if she pops up at the backend of quartets for the 4th spot
    Summary: BELVEDERE PALACE (5) finished eighth in his last start but might have needed the run as he returned off a seven month break. His return run would have done wonders for him and this could be the ideal race to break his maiden curse. POSAFOLIE (12) was a winner over the trip last time out and meets a similar field where she could produce a similar effort. GALLIUS (4) took on stronger in his last two starts and if he brings a similar run to when he was a victor at Fontainebleau in March, he can be a huge runner. REUX (3) certainly has a place chance.

    Summary: GALORD (2) was a smart second over the trip in his last start and has the ability to go one more in this difficult Handicap contest. CONTENTIOUS SOUL (10) understands what it takes to face Class 2 company and his honest form brings him to be a worthy competitor here. ROUGEGARDE (8) has won twice over the course and distance in his last seven starts and returning to his favorite course and distance strikes him to be major competitive here. GREY TORNADO (3) has the ability to swipe his contenders if he remains wise here. AVERSA (15) deserves a mention and completes the mix.

    Summary: DARINGA (2) comes off a great second in her last run at the course and although stepping back to the mile, her confidence should be boosted to go one more and claim her first victory. NOTA BENE (13) has been consistent in her last seven starts and has not missed earning a stake prize. She does step back to the mile where the 2000m seems to be more suited but she should well earn again. BOBBY JEAN (16) finished a good third last time out and meets the perfect field to make exceptional improvement. DAVALLIA (3) has a place chance if wise here.

  60. GOGUEN SPAISE – Very consistent and was victorious last time out in a handicap at Le Mans over this distance on 21 March. Can be a threat carrying a 2.50kg penalty for that win

  69. CELTIC ARYAAN – Finished 6th last time out in a handicap at Nantes over 1600m on 30 March. More is needed to beat these rivals
    Summary: A very open handicap where few can be safely ruled out. FORCEFULL (6) was a good third—finishing ahead of LINFASOMMER (4)—in a handicap over this distance at Chantilly earlier this month. There shouldn’t be much between them again, but FORCEFULL (6) gets the narrow vote. GOGUEN SPAISE (7) carries a penalty for his win at Le Mans and won’t go down without a fight. STELLANIA (12) is also threatening to get her head in front.

  73. MIYALAA – Needed her only run of this year when tenth in a handicap at Saint-Cloud over 2400m on 25 March. Drop in distance will suit and has a winning chance
  74. MASAIYA – Very consistent and may have just needed the run when fourth in a handicap at Saint-Cloud over 2400m on 25 March. Should fight out the finish
  75. PINGO – Consistent in claimers this year and was third last time out at Compiegne over 2400m on 28 March. Might play a minor role
  76. LUNA ROCK – Did not show her best when 7th in a handicap at Cagnes-sur-Mer over 2400m on 10 February. Capable of better and is not out of it
  77. LINARIA – Bounced back to form with a Conditions win at Lyon-La Soie over 2400m on 23 March. Has a place chance in this line-up
  78. ALATHEA – Not disgraced when 5th last time out in a handicap at Nantes over 1600m on 9 April. Needs to do a bit more to beat these rivals
  79. INDIAN SUNSET – Has lost her way and was 15th last time out in a handicap at Chantilly over 1900m on 24 March. Could like it back on the grass but others are preferred

    Summary: MELBORA (12) has shown she’s ready to win a handicap off her current mark. The only real question this time is whether she’s as effective on turf. MIYALAA (4) clearly needed her comeback run and could be a lively danger now dropped in distance. MASAIYA (5) has some solid recent form and would not be a surprise winner. AMOR A MANI (2) will be fitter this time and can contest the finish.

  92. SUNSET ASHRAM – Did not show his best when tenth in a Conditions race at La Teste-de-Buch over 2400m on 2 April. Did better on the PSF before that but can be competitive at this level
  93. LOUIS DEUX – Not at all disgraced when third in a claimer at this track over 2000m on 1 April. Can be competitive once again
  94. PETITE PLAISANCE – Showed some improvement when 6th in a Conditions race at Nancy over 2500m on 5 April. Needs to do more to beat these rivals
  95. XTRALEEWAY – Disappointing last run when 9th in a handicap at Chantilly over 1900m on 12 November. Returns from a break and is likely to need this run
    Summary: A competitive-looking claimer. YUKAI (4) is clearly better than her last run in a handicap and can bounce back to score at this level. SUNSET ASHRAM (7) might be better suited to the PSF, but that’s not certain yet, and he can be a threat to these rivals. There doesn’t appear to be much between THE BLACK SKY (3) and LE TYCOON (6), and both should be very competitive over this course and distance.

  100. SWIFT FLIGHT – Needed his last run when 7th in a Conditions race at Saint-Cloud over 1600m on 16 March. Better this distance and is capable of an upset
  101. O’WOOD – Very consistent and was fourth last time out in a Conditions race over this track and trip on 18 March. Has a winning chance
  102. ACOTANGO – Finished 15th last time out in a Conditions hurdle at Compiegne over 3400m on 24 March. Has done better on the flat and could play a minor role
    Summary: O’WOOD (6) has had just one start this year and was not disgraced. He knows this course well and should strip fitter this time around. A solid pick to win the lucky last. SEREMINI (2) has been performing well on the PSF of late. He has also won on turf and looks a definite danger.
    INDIE BRIGHT (1) has struggled in handicaps but tends to do better at this level, so deserves respect. SABROSO (4) will be fitter for his recent run and could be ready to shine.

  4. MELODY CHANTEREINE – Showed some improvement in her third start when 6th in Class F at Graignes over 2700m on 3 April. Needs major improvement to win
  5. MADRAGUE – Finished 5th on debut in Class F at Lisseux over 2725m on 13 April. Capable of improvement and has a place chance
  6. MODE VANILLE – Did not do much wrong on debut when runner-up in Class F at La Capelle over 2750m on 23 March. Be right there at the finish
  7. MULANE DU BOCAGE – Showed promise on her debut when runner-up in Class F at Le Mont-Saint-Michel over 2675m on 9 March. Can go one better
  8. MY FRIEND AND ME – Showed vast improvement in her second start, when runner-up in Class F at Le Croisé-Laroche over 2825m on 15 March. Can contest the finish again
  9. MARQUISE DARLING – Has some fair form and was fourth last time out in Class F at Graignes over 2700m on 3 April. Can play a minor role
    Summary: MULANE DU BOCAGE (7) was beaten by a filly who has won again since, and she can go one better this time. MODE VANILLE (6) was also runner-up on debut, and the filly who beat her ran well at Vincennes earlier this month. She should be right there at the finish. MALVINA MADRIK (1) and MY GIRL PIYA (3) are both making their debuts after qualifying at Caen and look capable of getting involved in the finish.
