R1 ENGHIEN [L-H]

C1 – PRIX DE LA PORTE DES LILAS – 2250m (a1m1/2) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 33,000

  1. OBJECTION AR – Set off no fireworks in qualification but Richard Westerink seldom calls on Anthony Barrier for nothing and is one to keep an eye on
  2. ODILLIA DU CAMPUS – One of 2 Ready Cash fillies in the field. Gave a good account in qualification, has been entrusted to Benjamin Rochard for debut, and will be afforded every chance
  3. OLGAYA – Did everything right in qualification, posting 1’17’8 at Caen in May. Would not be here were she not ready and can get straight off the mark
  4. OLIVIA DE MER – Held her own in qualification at Grosbois in May, posting 1’18’5. Will have a decent amount of work behind her but may find this a tough task
  5. OLYMPE DE JARY – Produced 1’15’8 when qualifying at Bordeaux on 10 June. Trainer in the bike though and others preferred
  6. OLYMPIC JOY – Qualified superbly at Caen on 5 May. Hails from one of the best nurseries on the planet and should prove competitive
  7. ONIRIQUE – Beautifully-related filly that qualified nicely at Le Mans on 24 June. Will have been well-prepared for this and must be taken seriously
  8. ORASIE DU GOUTIER – Was not disgraced on 15 May when qualifying in 1’19’5 at Grosbois, but is expected to have more to find
  9. OUIJA BELLA – Set off no fireworks in qualification but is out of a mare that has produced 3 winners, one of which with black-type, and is not to be underestimated
  10. OZAKA DE BLARY – Qualified respectably in 1’19’3 at Grosbois on 24 June but is in exalted company here and chances appear limited
    Summary: A daughter of Idao De Tillard, OLGAYA (3) made a favourable impression when qualifying in May and is, logically, the one to beat. OLYMPIC JOY (6), who qualified in 1’17.2, will also have plenty of supporters. ONIRIQUE (7), by Ready Cash out of champion mare Draft Life, is another to note closely on her debut. OUIJA BELLA (9), a half-sister to Galileo Bello, also merits consideration.

  11. NUBA DE PERVENCHE – Was third in a Class B at Enghien over 2875m on 13 June after having gone close at Agen. Faces a tougher test here but the front-row start will do her chances no disservice
  12. NOUMEA DES BROUETS – Has form under these conditions and can trot on a good day, but has failed to impress since returning to competition and can be passed over
  13. NEPTUNE DES ARRIS – Outclassed the opposition in a Class D over course and distance on 25 June. Takes on a better lot this time though and despite a good draw, chances seem limited
  14. NOSTRA COSA – Got back to winning ways on re-entry at Caen in late-May prior to finishing 2nd in a Class C at Enghien over 2875m on 26 June. Is clearly a filly for the future and from the 4 slot must be respected
  15. NONOLETA – Was second in a Class C over 2875m here on 1 July. Is clearly close to her race but in this company may find the going a bit too tough
  16. NAYA PIYA –
  17. NOVA ISTORIA CHOC – Had produced a pair of good efforts before finishing 10th in a Class A at Enghien over 2875m on 29 June. Is undeniably useful though and, with pads fitted for the first time, can begin to get back in the game
  18. NISSA LA BELLA – Rather unlucky 6th in a Class A at Enghien over 2875m on 29 June, having imposed at Vichy the previous month. Forced to start wide but id plainly in excellent condition and will be competitive for a place in the frame
  19. NASHIRA RUSCINO – Has looked rather ordinary since imposing at Vire in March and the draw will not help matters
  20. NOBLESSE JISCE – Has been enjoying a productive run of form over recent months, latterly 4th in a Class C at Enghien over 2875m on 1 July, but is unlikely to create an upset
  21. NEPTUNE DE BLARY – Failed to make it 3 in a row when eliminated in a Class B over 2875m here on 13 June. Is plainly at the top of her game though and, with application, can get back in the winners’ circle
  22. NOLITA MADRIK – Still chasing that elusive first win but ran encouraging third in a Class C at Enghien over 2875m on 26 June. Has been fitted with 4 pads this time and must be considered a player
  23. NI OUI NI NON – Won over 2875m here on 23 May but was a less-performant 5th in a Class B at Enghien over 2875m on 13 June. Drops back in category and should be good enough to pick up minor honours
  24. NINA HAGEN D’OR – Yet to lose her maiden status but was given a change of scenery at Cabourg. Is shod to preference for a return to Enghien and, on good behaviour, can finish in the mix
    Summary: NEPTUNE DE BLARY (11) made a big impression in two starts before being eliminated here last month, but can make amends if she stays in stride. Her main dangers are the better-positioned NOSTRA COSA (4), runner-up over longer here on 26 June, and NISSA LA BELLA (8), who was unlucky against the colts last time. NOLITA MADRIK (12) showed her form last time out and, sporting 4 pads for the oc, remains in contention.

  25. MENTALIST AR – Has looked very ordinary of late, most recently 10th in a Class C at Les Sables D’Olonne over 2775m on 27 June, and will have nothing to offer
  26. MAMMA MIA DE LOU – Finished 2nd in a Class D at Vincennes over 2700m on 19 June. Is difficult to knock when barefoot and applied and in current form will be no shrinking violet
  27. MAYA DES GENETS – Pleasant fifth in a Class F at Saint Malo over 2950m on 9 July, her first start since the layup. Is shod to preference and, although not a contender, will generate some interest
  28. MUST D’HERMES – Took little time getting back in the game, most recently 3rd behind MAMMA MIA DE LOU (2) in a Vincennes Class D a month back. Is unlikely to win this but can still play a prominent part
  29. MAURICETTE BLUE – Finished 4th in a harness Class B at Vichy over 2950m on 30 June. Has placed just once in 3 monte starts and others preferred
  30. MONACO – Unplaced on re-entry in a Class C at Enghien over 2875m on 1 July. Will have come on for the run, will be barefoot this time and, reunited with Eric Raffin, can play a leading role
  31. MONEY MONEY PIYA – Sent for a rest after opening her monte account, at first time of asking, in February. Unplaced in a harness Class C at Vincennes over 2700m on 19 June, her first start back, but is worth retaining all the same
  32. MAURICIO DU DERBY – Finished 10th, on first start following a spell, in a Class F at Lisieux over 2725m on 2 July Imposed at in April. Is never the easiest to gauge though and is no threat
  33. MIMI D’AUTHISE – Eliminated on re-entry in a Class C at Laval over 2850m on 3 June. Is clearly capable when behaved and the new formula may be just the thing
  34. MEMPHIS ELLIS – Runner-up in a harness Class D at Vichy over 2950m on 1 June. Has no monte references and is unlikely to create an upset
  35. MYSTIC PARKER – Returns to racing barefoot after prepping under harness at Cabourg earlier in the month. Won under these conditions last time here and even in this category can get a look in
  36. MARVINA BELLA – Returns to the monte code following a trio of modest efforts, most recently finishing 7th in a Class C at Vincennes over 2700m on 19 June, and is not a priority
  37. MARIEVA DE LOU – Has not been seen out since finishing 6th in a Groupe II at Vincennes over 2175m on 24 April. Returns to a more reasonable level, won her sole start in the day’s configuration, and is not about to be going home empty-handed
  38. MICH D’OCCAGNES – Serious element with solid monte credentials. Makes first appearance of the season but is clearly in race-mode and can get straight down to business
    Summary: Put away after making a costly mistake in a Gr.3 in January, MICH D’OCCAGNES (14) goes barefoot for his return to competition and can make it a victorious one. MONACO (6) had a straightforward comeback run under harness in preparation for this race, will be first-time barefoot, and is preferred ahead of MIMI D’AUTHISE (9), who has been reconfigured for her return, and MAMMA MIA DE LOU (2), who is performant when she keeps her action together.

  39. IMAGE D’ATALANTE – Runner-up in a Class D at Vincennes over 2700m on 19 June. Is plainly close to her race and with Franck Nivard at the helm will be competitive for a place in the picture
  40. IMHOTEP FROMENTRO – Disqualified in a Class E at Jallais over 2975m on 14 June after having imposed at Beaumont on his previous start. Has placed just twice in 8 starts here and cannot be considered a player
  41. ILIO MANNETOT – Fifth in a Class D at Cherbourg over 2625m on 24 June. Has pulled a good number and a repeat of his penultimate start would see him get in on the action
  42. IVOIRE PRESTANCE – Put a pair of eliminations behind him to run 2nd in a Carentan Class D a week ago. Has been reconfigured for the occasion and from the 4 slot is unlikely to be far off the mark
  43. JALIMEDE – Made it 2 in a row when dominating a Class E at La Capelle over 2750m on 14 June. Has pulled a good number and the three-timer is not out of the question
  44. JAIN MAB – Finished 4th in a Class C at Enghien over 2875m on 13 June. Has previously won under these conditions and from the front row can do so again
  45. IOUPY TOLLEVILLE – Finished 4th in a Class D at Pornichet over 2725m on 8 July, leaving a good impression. Is not about to take Enghien by storm but will be fitted with pads for the occasion and should generate some interest
  46. HORIZON D’EYMY – Finished respectable 6th in a Class C at Vincennes over 2100m on 21 June. Ran 3rd last time here but others still easier to back
  47. JAGUAR WIT – Finished 8th in a Class D at Cagnes-sur-Mer over 2925m on 6 July. Is not the most performant of horses and is unlikely to shake things up
  48. RED HOT ROADSTER – Ran 3rd in a Class E at Reims over 2550m on 20 June. Is new to Enghien though and in this company will struggle to make his mark
  49. MISTER INVICTUS – Eliminated in both starts for new trainer. Damien Bonne in the bike this time but still no threat
  50. IDEAL DE CASTELLE – Was fourth in a Class D over 2875m here on 27 June. Is as versatile as they come, excels with Eric Raffin, and will be no pushover
  51. DAYAK (ITY) – Authoritative winner of a Class E at Vincennes over 2850m on 19 June. Is quite clearly back on the right road and although unlikely to win this should nevertheless get in on the action
  52. ADAMO DIPA – Finished 8th in a Class E at Le Croise-Laroche over 2825m on 20 May and would be preferred at a lower level
    Summary: JAIN MAB (6) has produced a series of solid performances in stronger company. She faces opposition within her reach here and has already shown her effectiveness over these shorter trips. Barring mishap, she should fight out the finish with fellow 7yo JALIMEDE (5) who has been particularly impressive over recent weeks. IMAGE D’ATALANTE (1) is in excellent form and has an outstanding record with Franck Nivard. Provided she is not hampered at the start, she can contest a place on the podium, along with IDEAL DE CASTELLE (12), who now has two runs under his belt, and DAYAK (13), who has been showing improvement.

  53. NOE DES BAUX – Eliminated in a 2150m Gr.3 here on 4 July. Has otherwise been acquitting himself respectably and should be good enough to hold his own
  54. NOT THIS TIME – Runner-up to NEBRASKA DE GINIER (5) in a Groupe III at Enghien over 2150m on 4 July. Can prove something of a handful but on good behaviour should again represent the principal threat
  55. NAT KING COLE – Won a Gr.2 across town in late-May but failed to confirm when 5th in a Gr.1 next time. Is clearly a serious future prospect though, enjoys a good entry and, with application, can play a leading role
  56. NUEVO CASH – Quality colt but comes to Enghien on the back of 4 straight sanctions and will first need to re-establish his credentials
  57. NEBRASKA DE GINIER – Unbeaten in 6 straight starts this year, latterly dominating a 2150m Groupe III here on 4 July, and Anthony Barrier will be expecting to extend his gelding’s winning streak
  58. NICKEL DE BAILLE – Made up for Gr.2 Prix Kalmia performance when 2nd in a monte Groupe I at Vincennes over 2700m on 21 June. Is already a Gr.3 winner this year and from the front line can play an important part
  59. NELSON EMGE – Was fourth in a Groupe I at Vincennes over 2700m on 21 June. Is forced to break wide but with form maintained will be no pushover
  60. NELSON DE CHANLECY – Successful in a Class A at Enghien over 2875m on 29 June, confirming his Vincennes Class B score, and should prove competitive when push comes to shove
  61. ICEBERG BI – Has raced just twice in France, most recently fifth in a Groupe III at Enghien over 2150m on 4 July. Starts on back row though and cannot be considered a serious player
  62. NOTTINGEN – Was fourth in a Class A at Enghien over 2875m on 29 June. Has hardly put a foot wrong lately but is being aimed too high this time
  63. I’M CEC – 7th in a Groupe III at Enghien over 2150m on 4 July. Has little going for him this time either and can be ruled out
    Summary: NEBRASKA DE GINIER (5), unbeaten since the start of the year, bids to land a third consecutive Gr.3 success. NOT THIS TIME (2) finished runner-up to him last time and need only stay in stride to play a leading role. Blessed with plenty of natural speed, NAT KING COLE (3) has every chance of making the podium from the 3 slot. Returning from the ridden discipline, NICKEL DE BAILLE (6) is another to take seriously.

  64. MY PRINCESS – Fourth in a Groupe III at Vincennes over 2175m on 21 June, confirming her Gr.2 Prix Guy le Gonidec performance, and cannot be discounted
  65. MACK DE BLARY – Fourth in a Class B at Craon over 2750m on 6 July after having come 3rd in a Vincennes Gr.2 a month earlier. Won his only start under these conditions and should prove competitive at the business end of the race
  66. MAGNUM DU CHOQUEL – Disappointing 8th in a Groupe III at Vincennes over 2175m on 21 June. Has pulled a good number but is still not an obvious choice
  67. MAESTRO VRIE – Runner-up in a Groupe III at Vincennes over 2175m on 21 June, beating a number of these horses. Has nothing to prove at this level and on good behaviour can bring the fight to GOLDEN GIO (6)
  68. MONZON NORMAND – Fifth in a 2875m Groupe III here on 4 July. Is not about to spice things up but can still play a small role
  69. GOLDEN GIO – Disqualified in a Groupe I at San Siro over 2100m on 4 June. Boasts excellent French credentials and from the front line can impose
  70. MAITRE JACQUES – Gave a very good account on comeback when fourth in a Groupe II at Vincennes over 2700m on 6 June. Would be preferred competitively-shod but will nevertheless have come on for the race and will be no soft touch
  71. MISTRAL DU GOUTIER – Was third in a Groupe III at Vincennes over 2175m on 21 June: Has been in fine shape since April and is unlikely to return home empty-handed
  72. MOONWALK D’HERIPRE – Comfortable winner of a Class C over course and distance on 26 June. In this company, a repeat seems unlikely, but should nevertheless hold his own
  73. MARDOUK DE GODREL – Has yet to make any impact since returning from his layoff and will first need to get his house in order
  74. MOSTRA DE BANVILLE – Eliminated, on re-entry, in a Class B at Craon over 2750m on 6 July. Has nothing going for her here and can be passed over
  75. GINGER GIO – Finished 7th in a Groupe I at Naples over 2100m on 27 June after having come 4th in a San Siro Gr.1 on 4 June. Is new to Enghien but presents solid Vincennes references and deserves to be taken seriously
    Summary: Narrowly-beaten at Caen on 9 May, GOLDEN GIO (6) returns to France sporting a fresh formula and is easy to fancy for the win. MAESTRO VRIE (4), excellent second at Vincennes last time, also holds strong claims, along with a newly re-shod MACK DE BLARY (2), undoubtedly one of the best colts of his generation. MAITRE JACQUES (7) is a colt of considerable class and should again give a good account.

  76. INDIGO DU PERCHE – Was victorious in a 2875m monte Class D here on 26 June after having placed at Amiens. Starts on the rail but in current condition is hard to ignore
  77. I KEEP CALM – Oddly unplaced in a Class E at Segre over 2700m on 28 June. Benjamin Rochard in the bike this time and from the 2 slot can give this a good go
  78. JACKMAN – Below-par 10th in a Class D at Les Sables D’Olonne over 2775m on 6 July after having reassured at Laval 11 days earlier. Mathieu Mottier gets the nod and will generate interest
  79. JAVA FAST – Failed to confirm Caen victory when 9th in a 2875m Class D here on 4 July. Already twice a winner this year with Yoann Lebourgeois and merits respect
  80. IMAKO VERDERIE – Blows hot and cold but ran reassuring third in a Class E at Cabourg over 2725m on 3 July, and with her mind on the game can put in a good showing. First 5
  81. INSIDE – Third in a 2750m Class E at La Capelle 11 days ago. Is well-placed in front but, in this company, will struggle to confirm
  82. IMAGE D’HERFRAIE – Ran 3rd in a Class F at Bernay over 2800m on 12 July. Has started to come good again following a lean patch, starts in front, and will have her supporters
  83. JADE DE NAVARY – Placed twice in the provinces before coming 8th in a Class D here over 2875m on 4 July. Starts wide in front and others easier to back
  84. JOISO POKER PRO – Disqualified in a Class F at Laval over 2850m on 5 July. Has otherwise been in very good shape but is being aimed too high
  85. JUGEMENT D’AVE – Gave a good account to win a Class F at Amiens over 2900m on 10 July. Is not always easy to handle but with Pierre-Yves Verva back in the bike could well repeat
  86. INTREPIDE DES BOIS – Finished 9th in a Class E at Enghien over 2150m on 4 July after having been eliminated at Graignes a fortnight earlier. Is barefoot this time but has pulled a rough number and is not an obvious choice
  87. IVON DE LA MONERIE – Honest type that had been showing improvement until finishing 8th in a Class E over course and distance on 4 July, and will have nothing to contribute this time either
  88. J’ENVISAGE DUBRIO – Excellent runner-up in a Class D at Enghien over 2875m on 4 July. Is plainly close to his race and will be well-backed to win this
    Summary: Starting from the second row is never easy but J’ENVISAGE DUBRIO (13) ran a very good race here 2 weeks ago and gets the vote. JUGEMENT D’AVE (10) is in excellent form and is well-suited to these conditions. He should once again finish thereabouts. INDIGO DU PERCHE (1), a recent winner under the saddle, and I KEEP CALM (2), barefoot and prepared for this ideal engagement, are both capable of playing leading roles.

  89. LARIANO – Finished 7th in a Class D here over 2150m on 1 July. Raced better that day than the result would suggest, but is still no more than a minor place chance
  90. LOVELY DU VALLON – Sprang a pleasant surprise when 3rd in a Class D at Le Croise-Laroche over 1900m on 22 June. Has otherwise done little of note this term and can be ruled out
  91. LAMONT DU DOUET – Pleasantly surprising fifth in a Class D here over 2150m on 1 July. Seems to be back on the right road and, with form maintained, can pick up another first-five payout
  92. LADY DADA – Rather ordinary in both return runs, latterly 7th in a Class B at Ecommoy over 2750m on 31 May, and has no possible chance
  93. LE GENTLEMAN – Finished 2nd in a Class B at Enghien over 2875m on 13 June after having won over 2150m here on 23 May. Is clearly close to winning another and will be expected to finish close
  94. LEGACY JIEL – Finished 7th in a Class D here over 2150m on 1 July after having surprised in a Class B here in mid-June. In better company this time and is unlikely to spring any surprises
  95. LEWIS RIVER – Finished well-beaten in a Groupe III at Vincennes over 2850m on 21 June. Drops back in class though and can get in on the action this time
  96. LAUREATE DRY – Disqualified last time out in a Class B at Ecommoy over 2750m on 31 May. Has been out of sorts this season and will have few friends
  97. LEADER D’AIMTE – Successful in a Class B over course and distance on 13 June. Takes on a marginally better lot this time and, with application, can play a prominent role
  98. LE GRAAL – Authoritative winner of a 2150m Class D here on 1 July, making it 3 wins in last 4 starts, and can add another to his tally
  99. LEADER DE JOUDES – Won a claimer over 2150m here on 27 June. Steps back up in category though and is unlikely to create an upset
  100. LAROZE DU GERS – Disqualified in a Groupe II at Vincennes over 2175m on 6 June. Has otherwise been in excellent shape and with application can give LE GRAAL (10) a run for his money
  101. LOTUS GRIFF – Disqualified in a Class B at Ecommoy over 2750m on 31 May, having won over course and distance the previous month. Comes here fresh, ideally-engaged, and is unlikely to disappoint
    Summary: LE GRAAL (10) won with plenty in hand over shorter here early this month and, equally effective over these longer trips, he should again fight out the finish. Théo Duvaldestin will, however, need to be wary of the reconfigured LAROZE DU GERS (12), placed at Gr.2 level in April and prepared specifically for this race. Impressive at Enghien last time, LE GENTLEMAN (5) commands respect, along with LOTUS GRIFF (13), who opened his Enghien account in April.

  103. MELICIANA – Was victorious in a Class D at Vincennes over 2100m on 16 June. Is plainly back on the right road and, with form maintained, can again finish close
  104. MY GIRL PIYA – 8th, on comeback, in a Class E at Cabourg over 2750m on 3 July. Has form at this level but has never delivered in the day’s configuration and is unlikely to start now
  105. MOONLIGHT STAR – Handy filly making just 2nd start following a modest comeback run. Is barefoot for first time but still not a concern
  106. MARINA JAMES – Has been struggling lately, most recently 9th in a Class C at Vincennes over 2700m on 19 June, and will have nothing to offer
  107. MELODY DELADOU – Victorious in a Class D at Enghien over 2150m on 1 July, her first start since mid-April. Faces a tougher test this time, has been shod less-competitively, and others preferred
  108. MASAI MARA – Has not been seen out since finishing 6th in a Class D at Cordemais over 2825m on 15 April. Has ample ability though, races first-time barefoot, and Anthony Barrier can be confident of a big run
  109. MAYOLA VEDAQUAISE – Unplaced in a Class C at Vincennes over 2700m on 19 June after having gone close on re-entry a month earlier. Damien Bonne in the bike and can compete for minor honours
  110. MARAVIGLIA – Finished 4th in a Class C at Vincennes over 2700m on 19 June after twice finishing runner-up in May. Is confirmed under these conditions and, unbeaten in 2 starts with Yoann Lebourgeois, is most certainly worth retaining
  111. MERRY RIVER – Was second in a Class C at Vincennes over 2700m on 19 June. Has been knocking at the door for some time and even though unlikely to impose, can still play a prominent part
  112. MOUNTAIN – Won a Class D at Vincennes over 2700m on 12 June to make it 5 on the trot. Is unbeaten when barefoot and looks set to stay that way
  113. MABELLISSIME – Finished 5th in a Class C at Vincennes over 2700m on 19 June. is nowhere near the form she showed last winter and can be passed over

L’ELU DE REVE D’OR (1) should be fitter this time and make the frame. LOVELY TRIP (9), knocking on the door of a win, also has a strong chance of getting involved with the finish.

  61. KINGDOM DE CHENU – In good shape and was runner-up in a Class F at Sable Sur Sarthe over 2825m on 28 June. Can be a threat once again
    Summary: A very open looking race. KOKTAIL LUDOIS (10) was an impressive winner over this course and distance this track two starts ago, sets a solid standard. KANGOO DU CANTER (14), unbeaten in his last two outings with Jean-Yann Ricart, commands respect. KING STEED (11) appears close to regaining winning form can be competitive. KINGDOM DE CHENU (15) rmains in good shape and is another to consider.

    Summary: A very interesting race. A runner-up to Millésime Céleste at Laval—who subsequently confirmed the form at Ecommoy—MAKAO DAIRPET (3) looks competitive in a race of this nature. He can be given the nod ahead of MEYEURTO POINSTART (2) who is once again racing without hind shoes. MADE IN WIND (5) is particularly effective in this discipline, and a threat. MAJESTY QUICK (8) is consistent and clearly not out of it.

  76. NAEL D’AVEL – Disqualified in a Class F at Graignes over 2700m on 4 July. Ran better than it shows that day and is a threat if smart
  77. NOVATEUR DU VIF – Successful on debut in a Class H at Lucon over 3025m on 5 July. showed improvement after a disqualification on debut. Must be respected
  78. NODACK – Outclassed the opposition in a Class H at Agon-Coutainville over 2200m on 5 July. Dis qualified on debut before that but is a threat if smart again
    Summary: NIKON DE BOMO (6) performed honorably at Vichy and could be worth siding with here. NEPHRODITE (5) is clearly not reliable and has disqualification issues but would not be a surprise winner. NICOS BLEU (3), is currently in good form and an obvious danger. NAEL D’AVEL (7) showed determination on his return at Graignes so also merits consideration in this line-up.

  83. NUIT CLASSIC – Unreliable and finished 9th in a Class F at La Gacilly over 2300m on 5 July. Capable of better but others make more appeal

  91. NOCE DE REVE – Finished 6th in a Class D at Enghien over 2250m on 23 June. Has only been modest so far and needs to do a bit more to score
    Summary: A very tricky lucky last race. NESTA DE VANDEL (9) has the means to play a leading role if she starts well and keeps stride.She can be taken ahead of NOUVELLE JABA (7), who was recently unlucky over this course and distance. The well-bred newcomer NYALA DE VAL (2), whose dam notably produced the champion Impala de Val. NUANCE DE STAR (11) is on the upgrade and has to be considered a possible victor.
