- OSMOSE DU DIGEON – Ran 6th, first time out, in a Class F at Angers over 2,425m on 18 October. Will have progressed for the run and should logically show improvement
- OLYMPE HOUR – Fourth in a Class E at Lyon-Parilly over 2,100m on 4 October, her best start to date, but is unlikely to improve on it
- ORCHESTRA – Second in a Class F at Cordemais over 2,050m on 4 October, first time out. Is not an obvious choice this time either but is still not out of the equation
- OLALA AULNAIES – Disqualified in a Class D at Cabourg over 2,050m on 14 October. Showed ability at Amiens last month but others still easier to support
- OLYMPE DELO – Facile winner, on debut, of a Class F at Angers over 2,425m on 18 October. Eric Raffin stays faithful and can be forgiven for feeling bullish. Claim

- ON THE BEACH – Disqualified in last 2 starts, the latest a Class B at Enghien over 2,875m on 15 October. Ran 3rd on her only start under these conditions though and the engagement of Alexis Collette will do her prospects no disservice
- OURAGANE JENILOU – Fifth in a Class C at Enghien over 2,150m on 8 October, a fortnight after winning a Laval Class F. Alexandre Abrivard in the bike this time but looks a minor place chance at best
- OBLADI OBLADA – Authoritative winner, on debut, of a Class D at Cabourg over 2,050m on 14 October. Will have come on for the run and looks eminently capable of confirming
- OLIVE D’ANSY – Got off the mark in a Class E at Cabourg over 2,050m on 22 October, at just second time of asking, and has a decent chance of picking up a cheque
Summary: Impressive winners on their respective debuts, OBLADI OBLADA (10) and OLYMPE DELO (5) will be expected to dominate proceedings. OPEN LETTER (6), who finished second to Philippe Allaire’s filly recently, and ON THE BEACH (8), if she gets off on the right foot, will endeavour to spoil their chances.

- KISS ME DOMPIERRE – Disqualified on comeback in a Class E Apprentices’ race at Paray-Le-Monial over 2,625m on 11 October and will need another run

- KELLE HAUFOR – Ran 7th in a Class D at Cabourg over 2,725m on 14 October. Has form at the venue though and, while not a priority, should not be ignored either
- KALINE DE COSSE – Fourth in a Class D at Enghien over 2,875m on 12 October. Tends to go well for Franck Nivard but faces a tougher challenge here
- KACEY BELL – Disqualified in last two starts, the latest a Class E Amateurs’ race at Enghien over 2,150m on 15 October, and can be passed over
- KISS ME DU LIVET – Finished 2nd in a Class D at Enghien over 2,875m on 12 October. Has been going good-guns for some time and returns to Vincennes with a decent chance of picking up a first-five payout
- KETTY ANGOT – Runner-up in a Class F at Nuille-Sur-Vicoin over 2,850m on 11 October. Is patently close to her race and, although not the horse she once was, still looks competitive here
- KARLA JALLERIE – Second in a Class F Apprentices’ race at Maure De Bretagne over 2,850m on 18 October. Has been re-shod but is still not an obvious choice
- KUNAMATATA – Third in a Class E Amateurs’ race at Enghien over 2,150m on 15 October. Paul Ploquin in the bike this time and is unlikely to be far from the action
- KALIAKIE PHEDO – Made up for Laval blip when dominating a Class D at Enghien over 2,875m on 12 October and is thoroughly capable of repeating
- KYRIA BELLA – Fourth in a Class E at Angers over 3,125m on 9 September, after having won at Laval 3 weeks earlier, and is unlikely to go down without a fight
- KASSIOPEIA – Unplaced in a Class D at Laval over 2,850m on 30 September. Was given an easy race that day, is reunited with Anthony Barrier here, and can win his first race for nine months
Summary: KASSIOPEIA (14), performant for the most part in this configuration and ideally entered at the limit of earnings, KALIAKIE PHEDO (12), winner of 2 of her last 3, KYRIA BELLA (13), barefoot for the first time this year, and KETTY ANGOT (9), who seldom disappoints, are all capable of fighting out the finish.

C3 – PRIX BARBARA – 2100m (a1m1/4) – – Harness – EUR € 59,000 - ISIS DE POULINE – Disqualified in a Class E at Paray-Le-Monial over 2,625m on 11 October. Has done nothing of note for some time and is not an obvious choice
- IDEFIX JIHEM – Finished 7th in a Class D at Vincennes over 2,100m on 23 October, having failed to get a run in the final stages. Form is not in question though and Esteban De Jésus will be eager to put things right
- JAVA DES CAILLONS – Runner-up in a Class D at Laval over 2,850m on 3 October. Is as versatile as they come and from the 3 slot can play a leading role
- JAG HAUFOR – Disqualified in a Class E at Chartres over 2,825m on 15 October, his first appearance for over a year. Has won twice under these conditions though, has been reconfigured for the occasion, and from the 4 slot can give this a good go
- JALNA GIRL – Unplaced on re-entry in a Class E at Angers over 3,125m on 18 October. Will have come on for the run and will be reunited with Eric Raffin who excels with her
- JOEY DU NOYER – Finished 4th in a Class D over 2,700m here on 2 October. Presents solid Vincennes references and although not a priority should nevertheless hold his own
- JAZZ D’OURVILLE – Serious individual that was denied a run, coming 6th of 14 in a Class D under these conditions, a week ago. Is plainly close to his race and can impose if kept out of harm’s way
- JURILOVCA – Finished 3rd in a Class D at Laval over 2,850m on 3 October, after having won 4 of the previous 5. Takes on a better lot here but still has the wherewithal to finish in the mix
- IRIS FARCEUSE – Has not been seen out since finishing 7th in a Class D at Eauze over 3,025m on 6 July and will have nothing to contribute
- JEUNE ORANGE COTON – Disqualified in a Class D over 2,850m here on 16 October, 9 days after having run 2nd in an Enghien Quinte, but is still not a contender
- IVON DE LA MONERIE – Fifth in a Class F at La Capelle over 2,700m on 17 October. Takes a hike up the category-ladder though and can be passed over
Summary: JAZZ D’OURVILLE (7) and IDEFIX JIHEM (2) were unlucky under these very conditions a week ago and deserve another chance. JAVA DES CAILLONS (3) could hardly have asked for a better engagement though and could split them. JURILOVCA (8) starts wide but is in terrific shape and can challenge for a place in the picture.

C4 – PRIX MERAK – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class E – Harness – EUR € 35,000 - MAESTRO D’ELFE – Disqualified in a Class E at Enghien over 2,875m on 25 October. Is useful in his category but this is not it
- MEC DE MUTRECY – Finished 8th in a Class E at Pornichet over 2,725m on 19 September. Is plainly better than that but on this occasion is out of his depth
- MAGNUM – Has been disqualified in 4 consecutive starts, the latest a Class D at Enghien over 2,875m on 12 October, and has nothing to offer
- MINECRAFT – Won a Class E at Challans over 2,900m on 11 October. Is never far from faulting, and tends to show more going clockwise, but sports a fresh configuration and on good behaviour can play a part
- MAGICO – Unplaced in a Class E at Les Sables D’Olonne over 2,775m on 19 October. Has two races under his belt since the summer spell and it is only a question of time before he gets back to doing what he does best
- MAJOR DE LA BASLE – Fifth in a Class E at Angers over 3,125m on 9 September. Is not without merit but looks outclassed on Vincennes bow
- MILLESIME DARLING – Finished 2nd in a Class E at La Capelle over 2,700m on 21 September. Is new to Vincennes, and is clearly capable, but faces a tougher test this time around
- MILLESIME STAR – Ran 7th in a Class D at Enghien over 2,875m on 12 October. Raced better that day than the result would suggest and Damien Bonne will be expected to deliver. First five
- MONTROSE VERGNIER – Successful in a Class E at Le Croise-Laroche over 2,700m on 28 September, just his second start back. Takes on a better lot here but is clearly a good future prospect and is unlikely to let the side down
- MAGE DES MONTS – Unplaced in a Class E at Enghien over 2,875m on 26 September. Has otherwise been in decent shape but would have better prospects at a lower level
- MYTHIQUE JOSSELYN – Finished 8th in a Class D over 2,175m here on 20 October. Has struggled since returning from his layoff and will have few friends
- MIGHTY JOSSELYN – Disqualified in last two starts, the latest a Class E at Les Sables D’Olonne over 2,775m on 19 October. Is hard to fault when focused and, with stride in check, can get a look in
- MARQUIS LA MAZURE – Disqualified in a Class E at Les Sables D’Olonne over 2,775m on 19 October. Eric Raffin stays faithful and could well win this if he keeps his charge trotting
- MY NAME IS FLASH – Fourth in a Class E at Cabourg over 2,750m on 3 October. Boasts solid clockwise references and will be dangerous if he turns
- MUSTANG HAUFOR – Won a Class E at Chartres over 2,800m on 15 October. Has been in cracking form since the spring, races barefoot for the first time, but may just be taking on too much
- MARQUIS SOMOLLI – Finished 7th in a Class D at Cabourg over 2,050m on 25 August. Has not been seen out since but has been re-shod for the occasion and will have his supporters
- MADIBA MARBEN – Failed to secure the hat-trick when disqualified in a Class B at Cordemais over 2,800m on 4 October. Is plainly at the top of his game though and, with application, can set the record straight
- MAESTRO DE BRION – Won a Laval Class E in September before coming 3rd in a Class E at Les Sables-d’Olonne 11 days ago and, considering the entry, is hard to ignore
Summary: A very open affair this. MADIBA MARBEN (17) impressed at Cordemais after being disqualified and is marginally preferred to MARQUIS LA MAZURE (13), who missed the start at Les Sables-d’Olonne, MY NAME IS FLASH (14), who makes his left-handed debut in excellent shape, MONTROSE VERGNIER (9), who has taken no time getting back in the game, and MAESTRO DE BRION (18), ideally entered at the limit of earnings.

- MYGIRL DES FORGES – Second in a monte Class D at Enghien over 2,875m on 5 October and will have other priorities
- MA LIBERTE – Finished 8th in a Class C over course and distance on 2 October. Has form under these conditions but faces a much stiffer challenge this time
- MILANTERA – Third in a Class C over course and distance on 16 October. Sprang something of a surprise that day but has never failed to fire for Anthony Barrier and merits respect
- MORNING NEWS – Finished 10th in a Class C at Caen over 2,450m on 18 October. Has been reconfigured for the occasion but is still not a concern
- MAHIZ DE GUEZ – Has not been seen out since finishing 2nd in a Class C at Vincennes over 2,700m on 21 April and is not about to upset the status quo
- MI FA SOL – Ran 6th in a Class C over track and trip on 16 October. Is confirmed under these conditions, goes barefoot for the first time, but is still not an obvious choice
- MISSLADY DU VICLAU – Finished surprise 5th in a Class C over track and trip on 2 October. Goes first-time barefoot and should be taken more seriously
- MOON DES ARRIS – Finished 5th in a Class C over course and distance on 16 October, 3 weeks after winning a Class D here, but still needs to find more
- MELODICA BELLA – Runner-up in a Class B at Feurs over 2,850m on 7 September. Is barefoot for the first time and Antoine Wiels will be legitimately expecting to extend his filly’s 60 percent win-rate
- MERIDA DU GRANIT – Has not been seen out since being disqualified in a monte class A over course and distance on 25 January and is going to need the run
- MIA DE SIMM – Disqualified when on course for a podium finish in a Class C over course and distance on 2 October. Is clearly in rude health and François Lagadeuc will be determined to put things right
- MOUSKIE DE GUEZ – Unplaced in a Group III under these conditions a week ago. Drops to a more reasonable level and with JMB in the bike is unlikely to be far from the action
- MERRY RIVER – Ran 7th, on comeback, in a Class C under these conditions on 2 October. Has looked rather ordinary of late and will need to step up her game
- MARIE DI LEONE – Finished 2nd in a Class C under these conditions on 16 October. Is nicely-entered here and will not be available at 52-1 this time
- MOONLIGHT STAR – Finished 4th in a Class C over course and distance on 2 October. Is plainly back on the right road and the good entry will only work in her favour
- MOUNTAIN – Finished 3rd in a Class C at Caen over 2,450m on 18 October. Benefits from a terrific entry and, unbeaten in two starts over course and distance, is very easy to recommend
Summary: MOUNTAIN (17) is backing up a little sooner than Julien Dubois would have liked but she is clearly improving and he could hardly pass up such a good opportunity. Jean-Paul Marmion, meanwhile, has chosen this race for MELODICA BELLA (10) to make her Vincennes debut, and she will be barefoot for the first time. MIA DE SIMM (12) is not the most reliable, but François Lagadeuc steered her to victory on their only previous association. MARIE DI LEONE (15), who caught the eye last time, must confirm her return to form. MOONLIGHT STAR (16) has been unlucky recently but Eric Raffin has opted to stay faithful.

- MISS DE BAILLE – Has been disqualified in 5 consecutive starts, the latest a Class E at Laval over 2,850m on 3 October. Has buckets of ability, however, and returning to racing barefoot may be just the ticket
- MODIG VIKING – Starts for the first time since running 4th in a Class D at Enghien over 2,250m on 27 June. Is not a leading contender but still has the wherewithal to make first five
- MADISON MATIDY – Finished 3rd in a Class E at Laval over 2,850m on 3 October. Seldom disappoints in this branch of the business and is unlikely to this time either
- MOMINETTE – Fifth in a Class D at Caen over 2,450m on 18 October. Has been rather disappointing over recent months and can be passed over
- MARBELLA CHAFS – Ran 7th in a Class D at Enghien over 2,875m on 26 September. Has been out of sorts lately and will first need to reaffirm
- MARGATE – Disqualified in a Class D at Caen over 2,450m on 18 October. Put in some good ridden performances over the summer and cannot be discounted
- MADERE – Excellent runner-up in a Class D at Vincennes over 2,700m on 16 February. Has not been since but will have work under her belt and can bring the fight to MELINDA DU LOISIR (10)
- MAGGIOTTA – Ran 6th in a Class D at Enghien over 2,250m on 15 October. Has done nothing of note under the saddle since last January and is quite clearly the weak link here
- MELINDA DU LOISIR – Returns to the code after finishing unplaced in a harness Class D at Caen over 2,200m on 10 October. Is significantly better than last month’s performance here would suggest and is in with a realistic chance of imposing
- MOLLY WHITE – Second, at 122-1, in a Class D at Caen over 2,450m on 18 October. A repeat, however, seems most improbable
Summary: Returning to a discipline in which she has shown considerable aptitude, MELINDA DU LOISIR (10) enjoys an excellent entry and will be partnered by Eric Raffin for the occasion. MADERE (8) has not been seen out since February but is plainly in race-mode and will be no easy touch. As spirited as she is talented, MISS DE BAILLE (2) goes barefoot and will be a tough nut to crack if applied. MADISON MATIDY (4) is back on track and receives a Paul Ploquin ride for the first time.

- NOGHERA COUNTESS – Finished 8th, on re-entry, in a Class D at Caen over 2,200m on 18 October, and is better suited to the claiming division
- NOSTALGIE D’OLMEN – Finished 2nd in a Class E at Enghien over 2,875m on 8 August. Has not been seen out since and is unlikely to be overstretched
- NUROSEDA DE WARNOC – Finished a most unlucky 5th in a Class D over course and distance on 29 September. Is patently in fine form and can win this if kept out of trouble
- NAVAJA DE CORDAY – Finished 8th in a Class C at Caen over 2,450m on 10 October. Sports a new shoeing profile and with Yoann Lebourgeois back in the bike, should not disappoint
- NAYA REINA – Unplaced, on comeback, in a Class C at Caen over 2,450m on 10 October. Excels with her trainer who can be confident of a big run
- NUIT DE MAI – Finished 3rd in a Class D over 2,175m here on 11 September. Reliability not her strong suit but in current shape is easy to recommend for minor honours
- NOUMEA LIGNERIES – Third in a Class D over track and trip on 22 September. Takes on a slightly better lot this time though and looks a minor place prospect at best
- NEW GRASS – Finished 3rd in a Class D under these conditions on 29 September. Has turned a corner with the champion driver and will be no pushover
- NEW EPATANTE – Finished 4th in a Class D over a course and distance on 29 September. Has not been the easiest of horses to gauge recently but should not be discounted either
- NACHYMA BERRY – Disqualified in a Class C at Caen over 2,450m on 10 October. Enjoys a good entry, and sports pads this time, but will first need to reaffirm
- NEVEE – Disqualified in a Class C at Enghien over 2,150m on 5 October, but has otherwise been in excellent form and looks principal threat to NUROSEDA DE WARNOC (5)
Summary: It is not easy to choose between NUROSEDA DE WARNOC (5), who was deserted by Lady Luck here a month ago, a reconfigured NEVEE (13) who deserves another chance, NAYA REINA (7), who is shod to preference for her first objective of the meeting, and NEW GRASS (10) who thrives with Eric Raffin.

- NARIO MESLINOIS – Runner-up in a Class F at Laval over 2,850m on 24 September, first time out. Will have come on for the race and could even get his head in front this time
- NO NASDAK TODAY – Has been disqualified in 5 consecutive starts, the latest a Class E at Cabourg over 2,750m on 24 October, and can be confidently ruled out
- NUAGE D’ENFER – Ran 6th in a Class F at Cabourg over 2,750m on 14 October, 12 days after coming second in a Graignes Class F, and will struggle to make his presence felt
- NAOS VIVROT – Finished 3rd in a Class F at Laval over 2,850m on 24 September. Is starting to come into himself and steps back up in category with a good hand to play
- NAOS DE BANVILLE – Fourth, on monte debut, in a Class E at La Capelle over 2,750m on 7 July. Has not been seen out since and will need the race
- NICO ARCTIC – Finished 7th in a harness Class E at Cabourg over 2,750m on 19 September. Is not the easiest of horses to handle but has bags of ability and can finish close if Alexis Collette keeps him focused
- NOBLE D’AVRIL – Disqualified in a Class D at Enghien over 2,875m on 17 October. Won at Les Sables-d’Olonne in August but has failed to confirm on three occasions and can be passed over

- NASH AND STEEL – Fourth in a Class D at Vichy over 2,200m on 19 September. Has demonstrated good aptitude for the discipline and even though in superior company this time, should nevertheless hold his own
Summary: NIRJHARA (4) switches to the monte code following a spirited stint under harness; he sports a new shoeing profile and with Mathieu Mottier reining can get straight down to business. NARIO MESLINOIS (5), good second on debut at Laval, will be ready to capitalise on any mistake, as will NICO ARCTIC (10) if he stays trotting, and NAOS VIVROT (8) who reassured at Laval last time.

- MAGIEL – Ran 7th at Saint-Cloud over 1,600m on 14 October in a Handicap and placed before that. Each-way option

- PERIWINKLE – Better effort when third at Saint-Cloud over 1,600m on 14 October in a Handicap on her latest start. Outside place chance at best
Summary: WOODSTARS (1) has been placed on his last four starts and can gain deserved success. His biggest threat could be FEEL WELL (7) , who has been placed in conditions races and is an interesting contender trying a handicap for the first time. SI NOIR (2) is also on his handicap bow and looks like a solid option for the each-way backers to latch on to. MAGIEL (5) completes the shortlist.

Summary: MAINTAIN (4) was slightly unlucky when she was third on her first attempt over this trip on her latest start at Toulouse earlier this month, and can make amends this time. PLEASEMAN (3) won a Listed race last November and possibly needed his latest run in Germany when fourth 12 days ago. He can make things interesting.
