Summary: A fine campaigner in the amateur division, ILOMBA DU GUESCLIN (9) put on a super show at Hyères recently despite faulting early and if his driver gets her off on the right foot, the race is hers for the taking. IMOKO DEUX (6) won that day and, shod to preference, should again figure prominently, but may first have to see off the better-positioned GALOPIN FONTAINE (3) who will be reined by Gisèle Ambrogio who boasts an excellent record in this race.
