    Summary: HELIA DE FROMENTIN (2) has gone from strength to strength recently in this shoeing configuration and she’s good value to follow up a Le Mans victory 12 days ago. Consistent hard-knockers IDOLE ELDE (3) and ILIADE MENCOURT (13) acquitted themselves well in a course-and-distance race last month, and they are best equipped to challenge the selection for race honours. Proven in this category, both GRYFFINDOR DU POLI (7) and EQUALITY (5) have legitimate podium ambitions.

However, she shouldn’t be hastily condemned in her first start under the saddle, especially with Eric Raffin aboard the highly regarded filly for Nicolas Bazire.
