- GRAAL DU CHENE – Finished a good third in class F at Strasbourg over 2800m on 9 March. Has shown improvement and can contest the finish
Summary: HECTOR DE CORDAY (2) may not be fully barefoot this time around, but he is in very good form and is the one to beat in this lucky last race. GRAAL DU CHENE (16) showed some improvement with this shoe combination last time out and could be a lively danger. HELALI DE MONTCEAU (11) remains in good shape and does have a winning chance. HATTAWA D’ESCRIT (8) is competitive in this class of event and can shine again.

- LE BIBI DAIRPET – Unseen since finishing 7th of 8 in a 2700m Graignes Class E late-November and in this company is not easy to recommend
- LORD LA GAUCHERIE – Last of 13 in a 2150m Mauquenchy Class F on 17 March. Returns to racing barefoot but chances still appear slim
- LUCERO TEJY – Unraced since finishing last but one in a 2700m Vincennes monte Class E late-December. Has other priorities and can be ruled out
- LUI DU DONJON – Quality element that was quickly sanctioned on comeback in a 2875m Meslay Class E on 18 March. Is confirmed here though and must be taken seriously
- LOMAC GEDE – 7th of 12 on comeback in a 2800m Pontchateau Class F 3 weeks ago. Will have come on for the run and, barefoot for the occasion, will be no pushover
- LOOK AT ME D’AIRZA – 2nd to LOVE DE CERIZE (11) here mid-February before faulting early in a Class E under these conditions 2.5 weeks ago. Unlikely to get his nose in front but still has the wherewithal to make first 5
- LEON DE L’AUNAY – Unthreatening 4th of 11 in a 2275m Nantes Class E mid-February. Always gives his best though, placed on lone Laval start, and can again play a small role
- LIPTON DU VIVIER – Unbeaten in all 3 starts to date, latterly on re-entry in a 2850m Mauquenchy Class E on 25 February. Should take well to Laval conditions and has a realistic chance of securing the 4-timer
- LAPS GEDE – Last of 11 finishers in a Class E under these conditions 2.5 weeks ago, on first start back from a spell. Disappointing since last autumn and even though reconfigured, will still have little to offer
- LOOKING BOY – Respectable 5th of 8 finishers in a 2700m Vincennes Class E late-February. Is reunited with Eric Raffin who went close with him mid-February and should logically show improvement
- LOVE DE CERIZE – Failed to complete course-and-distance double when sanctioned in a Class E 2.5 weeks ago. Is clearly in shape and the new configuration may be just the ticket to his redemption
- LEONARDO – Completed the hat-trick last August when easy Class E course-and-distance winner. Unseen since and is unlikely to be given a hard race
- LE RETOUR VRIE – Reassuring and determined 4th of 14 in a 2450m Caen Class E on 10 March. More competitively-shod this time and, if applied, can play a leading role
- LE MAESTRO – Last of 8 finishers on re-entry in a 2875m Meslay Class E 11 days ago. By no means devoid of talent but is here for reasons of conditioning and can be passed over
- L’EXPRESS DE PLAY – Last of 14 behind LE RETOUR VRIE (13) in a 2450m Caen Class E on 10 March. Not indicative of his potential but nonetheless needs to get his house in order
- LANCELOT GRIFF – Serious colt making first start for new yard, not having been seen out since running 2nd of 10 in a 2100m Vincennes Class D last October. Hind shoes off for first time and if race-ready could pleasantly surprise
Summary: LIPTON DU VIVIER (8) has climbed the category-ladder with every run, has yet to taste defeat, and will again take all the beating. LIPTON DU VIVIER (8) did not enjoy the best of trips here recently but has been fitted with front pads and can again contest the finish. LOMAC GEDE (5) already has a race under his belt, is reunited with Damien Bonne, and goes barefoot for the first time. A colt of considerable untapped potential, LE RETOUR VRIE (13) appears to be back on track and, sporting 4 pads for the first time, is not one to be underestimated.

C2 – PRIX HARAS DE FLIGNY – 2850m (a2m) – Class E Race – Harness – EUR € 24,000 - KANDY D’ATOUT – Complicated individual that has not raced since finishing 9th of 11 in a 2200m Class F at Salon-de-Provence last October. Shod for comeback and not a concern
- KAPRIJKE CALENDES – Makes first appearance since running 6th of 11 in a 2000m Rambouillet Class E last September and with shoes on will have little to offer
- KARLA MELODY – Serious mare that ran 3rd of 16 to KYMIJALLY (7) in a 3000m Nantes Class E on 22 February. Will have come on for the run and considering how well the stable is performing, she is not incapable of imposing
- KEILA DU PERCHE – Unraced since running 8th of 11 behind KOTKITA GIRL (10) in a 2200m Vincennes Class E last November. Will be shod this time and can be disregarded
- KRACANTE A JOJO – 4th of 6 finishers, on return to competition, in a 2700m Machecoul Class F on 16 March. Is no champion but always gives her best and has form here. Minor place prospect
- KALMIA BOSS – Quality element stepping up in category after running 2nd of 13 in a 2850m Maure-de-Bretagne Class E on 23 February. Starts in front though and looks thoroughly capable of making first 5
- KYMIJALLY – Won on comeback at Nantes but sanctioned in a 2700m Machecoul Class F on 16 March. Is a force when focused and will have this in the bag if Guillaume Martin keeps her focused
- KALIFORNIE – 3rd of 16 in a 2500m Class F at La Rochelle 3 weeks ago. Well-in on front line and, in current condition, can challenge for the win
- KINOHA D’OURVILLE – Last but one in a 2725m Graignes Class E a fortnight ago. Is significantly better than that though, enjoys a terrific entry, and Damien Bonne will be eager to get her off the mark for 2025
- KOTKITA GIRL – Talented sort starting for first time since dominating a 2200m Vincennes Class E last November. Is still in conditioning-mode but is a quality mare and can get a look-in
- KOSMOPOLITAINE – Unable to confirm Nantes effort when 7th of 11 finishers in a 2100m Vincennes Class D on 21 February. In less-elevated company this time though and even from the 2nd row looks competitive for a cheque
- KIA DE GUELLE – Reliable mare making first start since running 3rd of 15 in a 2150m Enghien Class D last October. Stays shod for the occasion however and best to hold off
- KISS ME DU LIVET – Ran 5th at Amiens before finishing last but one in a 2875m Enghien Class D 11 days ago. Is not devoid of ability but stays shod and others easier to back
- KLASSICA BLEUE – Sent for a break after finishing 9th of 14 behind KISS ME DU LIVET (13) in a 2850m Vincennes Class D late-November. Has buckets of ability but would be preferred unshod
Summary: Dynamic winner on her first start back from a break, KYMIJALLY (7) lost her action next time but is nicely-engaged here and, if applied, should make this her own. Similarly well-entered, KALIFORNIE (8) is clearly on the way back up, and Damien Bonne has been drafted in for KINOHA D’OURVILLE (9) who has just squeezed onto the first row. KARLA MELODY (3) put on a fine show behind Sébastien Ernault’s mare on comeback and is proven under these conditions.

- INTERIM BOY – Sanctioned in last 3, most recently a 2700m Vincennes Class E on 12 February. Shoes back on and others easier to trust
- JEROCASH DE PHYT’S – Sanctioned in last 3, most recently a 2875m Enghien Class D 2.5 weeks ago, but is no slouch on a good day, won his only start here, and merits respect
- JUSTICIA GLAM – Sanctioned in a 2875m Enghien Class D 2.5 weeks ago. Never easy to gauge but has form in similar company and from the front row can give this a good go
- HYACINTO BELLO – 5th of 11 to GREGOR (17) in a 2800m Pontchateau Class D 3 weeks ago. Has had an interrupted career but seems to be improving and deserves to be taken seriously
- JOLIE INDIENNE – Made up for a pair of sanctions when 4th of 13 in a Class D over course and distance on 6 March. Has never disappointed when barefoot here and has a decent chance of trotting her way onto the podium
- FAXIMA – Unremarkable 5th of 10 in a 2550m Bordeaux Class F 3 weeks ago. Shoes off this time but still not a priority
- JASMIN BLANC – Bounced back from Cagnes sanction to comfortably win a 2700m Class E at Le Croise-Laroche on 3 March. Starts in front and can wrap this up
- KIVALA RENARDIER – Dominated a Vincennes Class C 2 months ago before running 7th of 14 in a 2700m Class B at the same venue late-February. Benefits from a terrific entry, is reunited with Eric Raffin, and will be expected to play an active role
- JAGUAR MARANCOURT – Failed to confirm Saint-Galmier success when sanctioned early in a 2900m Amiens Gr.3 on 5 March. Front pads fitted this time though and others preferred
- HORIZON CARISAIE – Back under harness after running 10th of 11 finishers in a 2850m Vincennes monte Class C on 21 February. Can trot when bothered to and even from the 2nd row looks an interesting outside chance
- ETHAN DRIVE – Serious trotter that was sanctioned when going well in a 2700m Vincennes Class D on 16 February. Shoes back on however and best to hold off
- GAGNEUR – 2nd of 16 in a 2700m Vincennes Class D on 2 February. On back line here and with shoes on will have little to contribute
- IBIZA BELLA – Ran 5th in a Class A on re-entry before trotting 3rd of 11 to GREGOR (17) in a 2800m Pontchateau Class D 3 weeks ago. Incurs the penalty but still looks a contender for the silverware
- GRIZZLY BEAR – Has not been seen out since winning a 2825m Durtal Class D last July. Races shod and will need the run
- GIANINA BELLA – Last of 13 in a Class A over course and distance 2.5 weeks ago. Has talent to burn but is here for reasons of conditioning and can be ruled out
- GREGOR – Fine sort that comfortably won a 2800m Pontchateau Class D on comeback earlier this month but goes shod this time and will have other plans
- FAKIR DE L’AULNE – 12th of 14 finishers on re-entry in a 2450m Caen Class D on 10 March. Shoes on and no threat
Summary: Nicely-engaged on the front row, and winner of 2 of his last 3 starts, JASMIN BLANC (8) can win this too, provided he stays in stride. 25m worse off but clearly in cracking form, IBIZA BELLA (14) has never failed to deliver here and looks the main threat. KIVALA RENARDIER (9) benefits from an entry-made-in-heaven and will have a lot to contribute if she can replicate her penultimate performance. JOLIE INDIENNE (6) gave a reassuringly-good account here earlier this month and, on good behaviour, should confirm.

- JUPITER DU CORTA – Lost his action in a 2850m Maure-de-Bretagne Class E last Tuesday. Can trot but would be preferred barefoot
- INCA – Valiant 2nd of 11 finishers in a 2800m Vire Class E on 2 March. Is a tough nut when focused, returns to racing barefoot, and will not go down easily
- ILLICO PHEDO – Hardy sort making first appearance since running 9th of 15 in a 2100m Vincennes Class E last November and races shod with slim to no chance
- JEWEL TOUCH – Winner of last 4 starts, latterly a 2900m Amiens Class F on 16 March. Highly-impressive here last month and on paper this looks a formality
- ICE TEA – Disappointing on the whole since last summer, most recently 7th of 11 in a 2625m Class F at La Rochelle early-March, and others easier to support
- JEU COQUIN – 3rd over course and distance before repeating in a 2850m Mauquenchy Class D on 17 March and returns to the venue with a good hand to play
- HUNIQUE – Imposed at Nantes before running 3rd of 14 in a 2100m Vincennes Class E on 21 February. Front pads fitted this time but is still worth retaining
- JUSTE SNOB – Better than recent 6th of 8 finishers in a 2875m Enghien Class D 2.5 weeks ago would suggest. Has delivered in good company this winter and warrants significant respect
- HAND FULL – Gives a good account for the most part but has not raced since finishing last but one in a 2850m Mauquenchy Class E last November. Barefoot for comeback however and will be worth keeping an eye on
- HIT PERRINE – Has bags of ability but has not been seen out since running 9th of 15 in a 2100m Vincennes Class E last November. Races shod and poses no danger
- HOUGARDEN – Respectable 5th of 11 in a 2725m Graignes Class F on 16 March. Unlikely to spice things up but will be competitive for a minor place cheque
- IRIS DU PERCHE – Pleasantly surprising 6th of 16 on comeback in a 2450m Caen Class D on 10 March. Assumes a tough ask this time and chances limited
- IDEAL DE SASSY – Reliable type that ran 10th of 16 behind JOKER DE CHOISEL (16) on re-entry in a 2800m Argentan Class E 10 days ago. Ran 2nd here last season, is similarly shod, and will generate some interest
- HENRY DE TROUVILLE – Last but one in a 2150m Mauquenchy Class D 12 days ago. Goes barefoot this time but has been a write-off all year and can be disregarded
- JOKER DE CHOISEL – Ran 2nd at Cherbourg before coming 4th of 16 in a 2800m Argentan Class E 10 days ago. Is clearly in rude health and will be competitive at the business end of the race
Summary: Reinvigorated since returning to competition this year, JEWEL TOUCH (5) returns to Laval on a 5-timer, clinched victory here last month, and will not be easy to oppose. JUSTE SNOB (9) is already a winner when shod and will be expected to apply the pressure, as will JEU COQUIN (7) who has been knocking at the door. Difficult to fault when focused, JOKER DE CHOISEL (16) enjoys a terrific entry and Emilien Dupont will be eager to make hay.

- KEEP CALM ONE – 4th of 9 finishers to KERGRIST (10) in a 2700m Machecoul Class F on 2 March. Is not about to cause an upset but can still hold her own
- KISS ME DU DIGEON – Takes first competitive monte steps after running 10th of 16 in a 2875m Meslay harness Class F mid-month. Benjamin Rochard aboard but others still easier to like
- KRACOTTE GIRL – Complicated sort making first appearance since running 9th of 18 in a 2700m Vincennes Class E on 12 November and going shod will do her no favours
- KARTING BOY – Has not been seen out since being pulled-up in a 2700m Vincennes Class E mid-November. Unshod behind this time and, if fit, will be competitive for a spot in the mix
- KIKOU DE FAY – 9th of 11 in a 2700m Graignes Class F last weekend. Reliability not his strong suit but will be no easy touch if he runs to his mark
- KAISER DE LARRE – Last but one behind KIKOU DE FAY (6) in a 2700m Graignes Class F last weekend and is not about to buck the trend
- KANELLE LA RAVELLE – Sanctioned when unsupported in a 2850m Maure-de-Bretagne Class E last Tuesday. Front shoes off this time but still not an obvious choice
- KENT CLARK – Made it 6 straight sanctions when faulting in a 2925m Cagnes harness Class E on 4 March. Debuts for new trainer though and can make a big splash if Mathieu Mottier keeps him focused
- KERGRIST – Has found his feet under the saddle since the turn of the year, latterly securing a 2875m Argentan Class E 10 days ago. Shoes back on but is nevertheless very hard to ignore. Place chance
- KANSAS DU HOCTI – Made short work of a 2900m Challans Class F on 9 March. Steps up in category but with Eric Raffin back in the saddle will have a realistic chance of pulling off the double
- KOME ON ERCA – Has returned to the code in top shape, most recently running 3rd of 10 in a 2450m Caen Class F 12 days ago. Has never let the side down here and is not about to start. Claim
Summary: Thoroughly capable in this branch of the business, and ideally-entered here, KOME ON ERCA (12) seems close to his race and, barefoot for the occasion, looks the one to beat. Clément Frecelle will still want to be wary of recent Challans winner KANSAS DU HOCTI (11) who imposed for Eric Raffin that day, and KERGRIST (10) who showed great tenacity to win at Argentan recently. KENT CLARK (9) debuts under the saddle, sporting a new configuration, with Mathieu Mottier in the irons, and looks a potential spoiler.

- MARABOU DODVILLE – Beaten only by a very good horse on debut over course and distance late last month. Will have progressed for the race and Arnaud Desmottes can be confident of another big run
- MOJITO DE LA BUTTE – Respectable 2nd of 4 finishers in a 2825m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche last November, but has not been seen out since and will need the race
- MAESTRO – Unraced since running 7th of 12 behind MALIKA DU SURF (1) in a 2400m Chateaubriant Class E early-December. Has placed just once in 8 starts and can be passed over
- MISTRAL DU BOIS – Fine 2nd over track and trip before faulting early in a 2850m Maure-de-Bretagne Class E last Tuesday. Has evident talent though and, if disciplined, will be in the running for a slice of the pie
- MUSE PRIOR – Debuted nicely at Saint-Brieuc before losing her maiden status in a 2275m Nantes Class F on 18 February. Has had ample time to recuperate and will generate more interest this time around
- MARIUS DES TOURS – Got straight down to business on debut, comfortably winning a 2625m Class F at Châtelaillon-La Rochelle on 2 March. Faces a better lot this time but is still easy to like for a place in the frame
- MY AMERICA – Looked thoroughly professional on debut late last month, winning a 2850m Mauquenchy Class F. Unlikely to repeat but still has the capacity to make first 5
- MA BELLA DE JED – Got back in the game early this month when 3rd of 12 in a 2150m Vire Class E. Has yet to deliver racing left-handed and is unlikely to start now
- MICHEL MARTIN – Highly-impressive winner of a 2625m Cherbourg Class F on 2 March. Will not be sent out at 16/1 this time and his ability to pull off the double is not in question
Summary: MICHEL MARTIN (10) put on quite the show to lose his maiden tag at Cherbourg earlier in the month and can double his money if still on the boil. Joël Bescher will still be vigilant of MARABOU DODVILLE (2) whose course-and-distance debut did not go unnoticed last month, and MARIUS DES TOURS (7) who got off the mark earlier this month at the first time of asking. Close runner-up here last time, MISTRAL DU BOIS (5) will be no easy touch if Damien Bonne gets him off on the right foot.

- LOKO – Debuts under the saddle, with hind shoes off, after being sanctioned in a 2700m Machecoul harness Class G on 2 March, and can expect to have few friends
- LUCKY NUMBER – 6th of 8 finishers in a 2700m Machecoul Class G on 2 March. Is a tricky type to handle and will struggle to make his mark
- LAOS GAUTINE – Unraced since being sanctioned in a 2575m Agen Class F last October. Hind shoes off for ridden debut but still not easy to recommend
- LADY JULES – Has not been seen out since running 4th of 18 in a Class F over track and trip last September and is going to need the race
- LEON DU RIB – 2nd under the saddle at Graignes in January before losing his action in a 2875m Argentan harness Class E on 16 February. Takes on a marginally better lot here but, given his provenance, it would be foolhardy to rule him out
- LALIGA DEL PHEDO – Placed twice before being sanctioned in a 2450m Caen Class F 12 days ago. Has evident talent though and with application can go close
- LORD DU GUELIER – Sanctioned under harness, on re-entry, before running 3rd of 12 in a Class E over course and distance late last month. Eric Raffin in the irons this time and will be no soft touch
- LOVAK DE HOUELLE – Returns to the ridden code after winning a 2850m Maure harness Class F mid-month and with form maintained can repeat
- LUCKY DU BOUFARD – Imposed at Cherbourg on 2 March before confirming in a 2700m Graignes Class F a fortnight later and can win this if he manages to counter LOVAK DE HOUELLE (9)
- LUXELLA – 6th of 9 finishers in a 2875m Meslay Class E 11 days ago. Gives her best when applied but still no more than a minor place chance
Summary: Third on his monté debut before imposing under harness a fortnight ago, LOVAK DE HOUELLE (9) is reunited with Oceane Briand who will justifiably have her eye on the big prize. That said, they will be pitted against LUCKY DU BOUFARD (10) who has met little opposition in either monte start, and the progressive LORD DU GUELIER (8) who has been entrusted to Eric Raffin for the first time. Surprisingly-sanctioned at Caen recently, LALIGA DEL PHEDO (7) races shod, but is nevertheless in excellent shape and Alan Gendrot will be keen to put things right.

- IBIS DU LYS – Sanctioned in a 2850m Maure-de-Bretagne claimer 2 weeks ago. Is prone to a lack of discipline and others preferred
- ISARD DE PLAY – Yet to win at this level but consistently gives his best, latterly 3rd of 10 in a 2850m Mauquenchy amateurs Class G late last month, and should again figure prominently at the business end of affairs
- INTENSE ACE – Lost her way over recent months, latterly 10th of 14 in a 2800m Pontchateau Class F on 16 February, and will have nothing to contribute
- ILEA D’IRATY – Makes first start since faulting in a 2725m Grenade ridden Class F mid-December. Barefoot for comeback but still not a concern
- IDEAL FOUR – Sanctioned in a 2150m Mauquenchy amateurs Class G 12 days ago. Always gives his best, but forced to start on 2nd line, however racing barefoot will do her prospects no disservice
- IZAAC D’HAVAROCHE – Sanctioned in last 2, most recently a 2825m Durtal Class E last Sunday, and will have few friends
- HELYSEE WILD – Ran 3rd at Amiens on 5 March but sanctioned, when full of running, 3 days later in a 2700m Class G at Le Croise-Laroche. With stride in check from start to finish, she will have every chance of winning this

- HAVANE AU VENT – 10th of 15 in a 2450m Caen Class F 12 days ago. Has been off the boil over recent months and can be passed over
- INDULGENTE – Disappointingly-sanctioned in a 2725m Graignes Class F mid-February. Races barefoot this time and although yet to make her mark here, nevertheless looks good enough to finish in the mix
- GANGWAY – Last of 14 behind INSTAR JOKE (1) in a 2875m Meslay amateurs Class G, on re-entry a fortnight ago. Nicely-engaged but shoes on and poses no danger
Summary: Winner under these conditions last December, HISTOIRE DE LIERRE (13) has 2 runs under her belt since starting back from her spell and even from the second row, can win this. She will still feel the heat from an in-form but complicated HELYSEE WILD (11) who takes a big dip in category, and a revitalised INSTAR JOKE (1) who benefits from a 25m head-start. Barefoot after pleasantly surprising at Mauquenchy, ISARD DE PLAY (6) looks a major player.
