R1 VINCENNES [L-H]
C1 – PRIX ELECTRA – 2100m (a1m1/4) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 59,000
- GALEO D’AMARO – Makes first Vincennes start for almost 2 years after a much-needed Chateaubriant conditioner on 11 November. Has form in the day’s formula and has the wherewithal to get a look in
- GASSMAN D’ESSA – Modest individual with better prospects in the claiming division and has no realistic chance
- FLAMBEUR DU DIGEON – Blows hot and cold but is no slouch when focused, and won this race 12 months ago. Is unlikely to get his nose in front this time but Paul Ploquin stays faithful, enjoys a good draw, and has a realistic shot at making the frame
- FERVENTE – Not the most dependable horse here but has shown a liking for these shorter trips. Will be fully-fit by now, seldom disappoints for Eric Raffin, and is not about to start now. Chance
- GUESS FOUTEAU – Quality mare that consistently gives everything she has. Dominated a number of these last time here and can bring home the bacon on this occasion
- FALCO DU HAMEL – Heavily-campaigned veteran that has done nothing of note since last summer and despite the good draw is still a rank outsider
- GRAHIKA – Back under harness following some excellent monte efforts here recently. Has placed in both harness starts over the main track and from the front row can give this a good go. First 5
- GIBALDI DE HOUELLE – Unremarkable 6th of 15 in a 2100m claimer over the inner course a week ago. Starts wide on front line and others preferred
- FULGURER – Previously a good sort but has struggled since twice moving yards and can be confidently ruled out
- GRAZIELA D’EL – Put in a good effort to come 5th of 14 in a Class D over course and distance in late-October. Has no 7yos or 8yos to contend with this time and despite the draw still looks dangerous
- GAI LOGIS – Tough element making first appearance since late-September. Will be barefoot for re-entry, presents respectable Vincennes credentials, and can play a role if Kristof Depuydt successfully navigates the start
- GOLDY SMILE – Showed marked improvement when 2nd of 16 in a 2450m Caen Class E 3 weeks ago. Has never produced the goods here though and represents a minor place chance at best
- GLOUGLOU D’EMI – Won a Lisieux Class E early last month but failed to confirm when trounced at Châteaubriant 10 days later, and can expect to have few friends
- GRANTCHESTER – Produced 2 good runs in the provinces before being dominated in a 2850m Class E here a month ago and is unlikely to ruffle any feathers
- GO CHICAGO – Has been a total write-off all year, has never delivered at Vincennes, and is not about to change his ways
- FUNKY BERRY – Ran 5th at Saint-Galmier before coming 4th of 16 in a Paray-le-Monial Class E 2.5 weeks ago, but has pulled a rough number and chances appear limited
Summary: Wonderfully-entered here, nicely-placed behind the car, and with a race under her belt since the break, GUESS FOUTEAU (5) will be barefoot for her first objective of the winter meeting and can impose for the first time in 13 months. Franck Nivard will still be mindful of the Eric Raffin-partnered FERVENTE (4) who will be similarly barefoot following a brace of conditioners. GRAZIELA D’EL (10) has been less-fortunate with the draw but will be shod as she was when 5th under these conditions in late-October and must be taken seriously. FLAMBEUR DU DIGEON (3) got back in the game under the saddle at Enghien in mid-October, returns fresh, and will be competitive when it matters.

C2 – PRIX PHOBOS – 2100m (a1m1/4) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 40,000 - LATINA TOURNIBOIS – Quality filly that has not put a foot wrong since the spring. Went close on sole appearance over track and trip and, even though forced to start on the rail, she will still be competitive for a place cheque
- LYRA POTERIE – Made up for a pair of eliminations when 3rd of 15 in a 2700m Class D here on 21 November. Is unlikely to repeat but with Benjamin Rochard reining will be afforded every chance
- LUNA D’ARNHEM – Kicked 2025 off in good order but has been very disappointing for past 5 months and appears to be biting off more than she can chew
- LINOTTE DU MOUCHEL – Ran reassuring 4th of 15, a place behind LYRA POTERIE (2), in a 2700m Class D here on 21 November. Will not be sent out at 115-1 this time but will not be as competitive either
- LILIE D’OMAHA – Serious sort taking to 2100m of the main track for the first time. Will be at peak fitness and, barefoot as she was when imposing here before the break, looks the one to beat
- LOUNA DU LOCHEUR – Excellent campaigner that has not put a foot wrong all year. Is clearly close to winning another and steps up in category with a reasonable chance of pulling it off
- LADY STARLIGHT – 5th of 15 behind LYRA POTERIE (2), on return from a break, in a 2700m Class D here 2 weeks ago. Is sure to have come on for the race and is not incapable of finishing closer
- LEA D’ATOUT – Faces first goal of the winter meeting after 3 conditioners. Has form with Mathieu Mottier, will be barefoot, and is not to be underestimated
- LA VISTA HAUFOR – Should not be condemned for losing her action in a 2850m Class D here a week ago. Handed a wide first-row draw but form is not in question and David Thomain will be keen to put things right
- LUNA HAUFOR – Got back in the winners’ enclosure after prevailing in a 2850m Class E here 2.5 weeks ago. Takes on a better lot this time, and breaks from 2nd line, but must not be overlooked
- LOUISIANE KAT – Capable on a good day and will be barefoot for the occasion but has not raced since March and is unlikely to upset the status quo
- LOVELY GODIVA – Versatile filly that won over 2700m here in September, but has twice failed to confirm and chances appear slim
- LILOU DE GUOZ – Versatile element that stayed on well to keep 2nd in a Class E under these conditions a fortnight back. Forced to start on back row but with Jean-Michel Bazire in the bike can play a leading role
- LILY ROSE MYSTIC – Talented but tricky sort making first start since losing her action at Enghien in early-October. Shoes fitted for first start back and best to hold off
- LONG LEGEND – Pleased more than once here last winter but has struggled with form since returning after the summer and must first reassure
- LADY DU CHENE – Mixes the good with the less good but nevertheless has form under these conditions. Stays shod for comeback though and best to keep one’s powder dry
Summary: A number of horses in the running here but it is still easy to fancy LILIE D’OMAHA (5) who has had the benefit of 3 return runs; she excels when barefoot and from the 5-spot is just preferred to LOUNA DU LOCHEUR (6) who steps up in category after having confirmed her good course-and-distance performance at Mauquenchy. Runner-up under these conditions a fortnight ago on just her second start back, LILOU DE GUOZ (13) has been handed a tough number but she has been reconfigured and Matthieu Abrivard has drafted in JMB for the occasion. The in-form LATINA TOURNIBOIS (1) has taken her game to a new level since starting to race barefoot and ran 2nd under these conditions during the summer.

C3 – PRIX CALLIOPE – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class E – Harness – EUR € 35,000 - LOUKY DE BAULON – Stayed on well to finish close 3rd of 16 in a Class E over course and distance 11 days ago. Is not about to get his nose in front but still has the wherewithal to challenge for a place in the frame
- LEOLIO – Unremarkable element back under harness after faulting in a monte Class E here 3 weeks ago, and will have nothing to offer
- LUPIN DU BOURG – Returned from his autumn break in excellent form, latterly 2nd in a Reims Class F 12 days ago. Has thrived since moving stables, has been re-shod for the occasion, and must be respected
- LEO PERRINE – Has stumbled just the once since being reconfigured during the summer. Races first-time barefoot as he steps up in category but still looks no more than a minor place chance
- LET’S GO HAUFOR – Put a pair of eliminations behind him to win a 3000m Chateaubriant Class F on 11 November and could well repeat if Damien Bonne keeps him focused
- LE GRAND MASSIF – Has been completely off the boil since imposing at Saint-Galmier in August and can expect to have few friends
- LOULOU BOY – Returns to racing barefoot after a brace of comeback runs here. Is confirmed with the day’s driver and has a realistic chance of opening his winter account
- LORKY RED – Won in the provinces in early-summer but was eliminated in next six starts and others easier to trust
- LAVALO BELLO – Put in a good showing when 4th of 14 in a 3150m Saint-Brieuc Class E on re-entry early last month. Is reunited with Benjamin Rochard for the occasion and looks a contender this time
- L’ALPHA DE LAUNI – Left a very good impression when 3rd of 16, a place behind LORIQUET (14), in a 2700m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche 11 days ago. Is new to Vincennes but should take well to the new conditions and can figure prominently
- LATINO LA MAZURE – Began to get back in the game during the autumn but has since lost his way and is not about to spring any surprises
- LOU PANTAIL – Quality colt making first appearance since last March. Shoes on and will have other ambitions
- LOEK DE REUX – Sent for a rest after imposing on the Riviera in August. Runs barefoot for 2nd start since the break, but cannot be considered a priority on main-track debut
- LORIQUET – Dependable trotter that ran a fine 2nd of 16 in a 2700m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche on 24 November. Enjoys a good entry, will be reined by Franck Nivard, and looks competitive for a first-5 cheque
- LEONARDO TURGOT – Returns to the harness code after losing his action under the saddle at Reims on 10 November. Paul Ploquin in the bike this time but others still preferred
- LARABIEN – Unable to confirm Chartres victory when 8th of 14 behind LOUKY DE BAULON (1) in a Class E over track and trip on 24 November. Is plainly in good shape though and with some luck in running can get in on the action
Summary: Barefoot for his first assignment of the winter meeting, and reunited with Eric Raffin who won with him last summer, LOULOU BOY (7) looks a marginally better choice than the capricious LET’S GO HAUFOR (5) who has won the last 2 races he has finished, and LAVALO BELLO (9) who makes his Vincennes debut after having reassured at Saint-Brieuc early last month. LOUKY DE BAULON (1) gave a fine account on his recent Vincennes bow and Jean-Michel Bazire will be in the bike once more.

C4 – PRIX BRASILIA – 2100m (a1m1/4) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 46,000 - KNOK – Dependable element for the most part making first start since running 4th of 15 in a 2700m Class C here in late-September. Has placed in 2 of 3 for Mathieu Mottier and can again finish close
- KELLOU DES BRUMES – Given a course-and-distance freshener on 18 November after winning well at Caen a month earlier. Is barefoot for the occasion and is in with a realistic shout of finishing close
- KAISER CHANCE – Back under harness after running moderate 5th of 11 in a 2700m monte Class D here last weekend. Has form at the venue but looks an outsider this time around
- KOUROUX – Produced a pair of good performances, including over 2100m here, before finishing 8th behind KNOK (1) in a 2700m Class C in late-October. Is not about to cause an upset but can still get in on the action
- KENTUCKY SOMOLLI – A good campaigner with decent form over these shorter trips. Has been off the track since 5 October but is confirmed in superior company and could well win this
- KOMEO DU DOME – Moves up the category-ladder after winning 3 of last 4. Appreciates Vincennes, placed on sole start over course and distance, and cannot be ruled out
- KWARTZ SIBEY – Pleased here in late-October before running 4th of 14 in a Nantes Class A 2.5 weeks ago. Takes on a tougher lot on this occasion though and is unlikely to spice things up
- KIROMAN – Surprise 6th behind KNOK (1) in a 2700m Class C in late-October. Has never shown much love for Vincennes though and the wide draw will not help matters
- KELMEC – Never far from faulting but has ample ability which he showed off over longer here 3 weeks ago, setting his fastest time in the process. Is never far off the mark when focused and has a realistic chance of imposing
- KAID MARTIN – Ran 3rd at Challans before coming 4th of 16 behind KELMEC (9) in a 2700m Class D here 3 weeks ago. Has pulled a tough number but Franck Nivard stays faithful and can guide him in for another first-5 cheque
- KOQUERY DU BUISSON – Has decent Vincennes references and has previously imposed under these conditions, but is unlikely to spring any surprises
- KOQUIN D’AMOUR – Serious trotter that has never failed to deliver over 2100m on the main track, but is still being conditioned and cannot be regarded a priority
- KEOPS BEGONIA – Acquitted himself well to come 4th of 14 in a Class D over track and trip 11 days ago. Reliability not his strong suit and in this company will have his work cut out
- KRACKER PIYA – Fine sort that finished an excellent 3rd of 13 in a 2875m Argentan Class A on 2 November. Won under these conditions almost a year ago, is presently in top condition, and despite the draw will have his chances
- KRISTO STAR – Sprang a 56-1 surprise when victorious in a 2700m Class E here 2 weeks ago. A repeat, however, seems most improbable
- KING D’HERMES – 5th behind KELMEC (9) in a 2700m Class D here 3 weeks ago, on just 2nd start back. Will be fully-fit by now and even though handed an unfavourable draw must not be overlooked. JMB reining, attention
Summary: Even though unraced for 2 months, KENTUCKY SOMOLLI (5) return to conditions he appreciates, is nicely-positioned behind the car, and can get straight back in the game. KELMEC (9) has not been quite as fortunate with the draw, but he is plainly in good form and will be justifiably well-supported. KELLOU DES BRUMES (2) is a tough nut to crack when competitively-shod and focused, and the draw will do his chances no harm. KRACKER PIYA (14) did what was asked of him on his first goal of the winter and, winner of his only start over course and distance, must be considered a serious proposition. Confirmed over 2100m of the main track, KNOK (1) comes here fresh, with Mathieu Mottier reining, and will be competitive for some prizemoney.

C5 – PRIX MENKALINAN – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class E – Harness – EUR € 35,000 - MAMMA MIA DE LOU – Got off the mark mid-November when comfortably winning a Mauquenchy Class F. Faces a very different challenge this time though and can be passed over
- MAGIQUE HAUFOR – Serious filly that could well have won both of her recent Vincennes starts had she stayed trotting. Is learning the game with every run and it will not be long before she starts to come good again. Claim
- MALOLA DES RIOULTS – Won 2 of 3 prior to faulting in a monte Class E under these conditions on 24 November. Is not priority but should give an honourable account if applied
- MEDUSA DU PONT – Hardy element that ran a place behind MARINA SOMOLLI (12) at Laval before being eliminated at Graignes on 20 November. Form is not in question though and Franck Ouvrie will be keen to put things right
- MY LOVE AFFAIR – 5th behind MARINA SOMOLLI (12) at Laval before coming 3rd of 8 finishers in a Class E over course and distance 2 weeks ago. Takes on a marginally better lot this time but can still make her presence felt
- MAMZELLE D’HERIPRE – Tricky sort that dominated a 2550m Reims Class F 12 days ago. Was eliminated here earlier in the month, but can play a part if Romain Derieux gets her off on the right foot
- MALAGA DU DIGEON – Useful sort back under harness after running 2nd in a monte Class E over 2700m here on 24 November. Has no left-handed harness references and seems to be here for reasons of conditioning
- MAUNY DE PLAY – Capable filly that pleased on sole start over the main track, but has not been seen out since July and will be race-rusty
- MI FA SOL – Quality but lightly-campaigned element with a pair of conditioners under her belt following a lengthy layoff. Is clearly in competition-mode this time and will not be far off the mark
- MAMOUNIA DE LUBLE – Not without merit but looks destined for a career in the provinces and can be ruled out
- MILADY DE MONTCEAU – Unexceptional type that has never shown any liking for the venue and will have nothing to contribute
- MARINA SOMOLLI – Returned to winning ways at Rambouillet before just missing out at Laval a month back. Has had time to freshen up and looks a leading contender on Vincennes bow
- MILADY OF PARIS – Most unlucky not to finish closer than 4th in a 2700m Graignes Class E a fortnight ago but is plainly in shape and will have her chances if kept out of harm’s way
- MY PRINCESS HAUFOR – Terrifically-engaged filly that ran close over 2700m here earlier in the year but has not been seen out since July and will have few friends
Summary: Even though eliminated more often than not, MAGIQUE HAUFOR (2) is a filly of considerable means; she has twice shown her form here over recent weeks and can make this her own if Damien Bonne keeps her trotting. MARINA SOMOLLI (12) has made good progress lately and will be no easy touch if she takes to the new profile. The nicely-entered MILADY OF PARIS (13) did not enjoy the best of runs at Graignes recently but with David Thomain back in the bike should redeem herself. A decent future prospect, MI FA SOL (9) will be entrusted to Benjamin Rochard and should be fully fit.

C6 – PRIX SEMELE – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class F – Mounted – EUR € 31,000 - LUXEMBOURGEOISE – Opened her harness account at Chartres but failed to confirm when last of 12 at Mauquenchy next time. Sports 4 pads for ridden bow but is unlikely to create an upset
- LIBERTY CASH – Has finished no closer than 4th in 10 starts under the saddle. Races barefoot for first time but still not an obvious choice
- LADY BELL – Last of 11 behind LITTLE STAR (17) on monte debut in a Class E here on 10 November. Francois Lagadeuc aboard this time but still not a concern
- LOUISIANE GIRL – Debuted respectably under the saddle at Challans but could manage only 8th of 11 in race of reference and will struggle to make her mark
- LEDORIKA – Won at Graignes before running 2nd of 17 in a Meslay-du-Maine Class F on 23 November. Takes a step up in category but in current condition is hard to ignore
- LATINA DE TILOU – Won here at first time of asking but has been eliminated in all 6 starts since. Is unraced since August and can be ignored
- LADY DE DOMPIERRE – Won 2 of 3 before being eliminated in a Laval harness Class F on 1 November. Sports modified shoeing for monte debut and can get a look in as long as Alexiane Lepage keeps her focused
- LADIVA DE PARIS – Has enjoyed a change in fortunes since switching codes. Has no Vincennes references and was eliminated at Caen, but sports a fresh configuration and can be brought back into the fold
- LADY DES VALOIS – Made up for her summer woes by winning 2 harness events in a row. Is new to the discipline but reverts to her Laon formula, will have Pierre-Yves verve in the saddle, and is sure to generate interest
- LERMINE D’OLIVERIE – Unexceptional filly that failed to deliver on sole monte outing and in present shape has no possible chance
- LOUMANAS – Has 2 runs under her belt since the break during which she moved yards. Is plainly in excellent shape and with application can wrap this up
- LUNOA D’ECHAL – Switches back to the ridden discipline after winning 4 of last 5 under harness. Has yet to deliver in this code but with Eric Raffin in the irons is easy to recommend for a place on the podium
- L’AMIE JOSSELYN – Displayed decent aptitude last season but has struggled this year. Will be shod as she was when 7th behind LITTLE STAR (17) here on 10 November, but others still easier to back
- LARA VRIE – Would have finished 4th of 13 in a 2700m harness Class F at Le Croise-Laroche late last month had she not faulted in the latter stages. Goes left-handed for first time in the code but in present form should nonetheless figure prominently
- LEELOO MATCH – Takes first ridden steps after running 2nd of 10 in a 2750m Toulouse Class E in late-October. Shoes back on though and others preferred
- LILA D’OCTAV – Won a brace earlier in the year but has been less-performant since. Has been freshly reconfigured though and with application could pleasantly surprise
- LITTLE STAR – Gave an honourable account on return to the code here on 10 November when 5th of 11 in a Class E over course and distance. Benjamin Rochard keeps the ride and will have LOUMANAS (11) in her crosshairs
Summary: Going strong when eliminated under similar conditions early last month, LOUMANAS (11) will be barefoot and partnered by Mathieu Mottier this time, and can win this if he manages to keep her trotting. Fifth here that day, LEDORIKA (5) races first-time barefoot and, ideally-engaged, also looks a serious contender. LUNOA D’ECHAL (12) has been excelling under harness and with Eric Raffin on her back, is very easy to like. LARA VRIE (14) has shown considerable monte promise and with application can challenge for a spot on the podium.

C7 – PRIX EDNA – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class D – Harness – EUR € 33,000 - NATION HAUFOR – Qualified in 1’16″9 at Grosbois in early-September. Is clearly an interesting future prospect but may just need to orientate herself first
- NEFERTITI DU LERRE – Qualified unexceptionally in Grosbois on 10 October and was subsequently eliminated on debut a month later. Disregard
- NOUS QUATRE – Untried filly that qualified in 1’17″5 in Caen on 1 October and if as good in competition will not be far from the action
- NINA SIMONE – Qualified modestly during the summer and looked just as unremarkable at Reims on debut late last month, and can be confidently ruled out
- NEUILLY – Left a good impression at Alencon on 19 October, first time out. Has been afforded time to get back in shape, and with Eric Raffin in the bike cannot be ruled out
- NOUMBA AS – 5th in all 3 starts to date, most recently 21 November race of reference, and is not about to spring a surprise
- NINA HAGEN – Showed promise at Nantes on 16 November before coming unlucky 5th in a Class D over 2175m here late last month. Has obvious ability but may be taking on too much this time
- NIZZA ROCCA – Promising filly that gave a good account of herself on re-entry 10 days ago. Benjamin Rochard in the bike this time and he can be confident of a competitive performance
- NOIRE INTENSE – As good in competition as she was in qualification, winning in 1’14″3 at Laval in mid-November. In better company this time but the nature of her success augurs well for her prospects of pulling off a repeat
- NUIT DE STAR – Looked ordinary when 6th of 11 in a 2850m Class D over the inner track on 13 November, and again looks out of her depth
- NOVA TURGOT – Won on debut at Le Mont-Saint-Michel in late-October before coming 4th, a place behind NATURALLY STAR (12), in a 2100m Class C over the inner course 2 weeks ago, and will not be available at 23-1 this time around.
- NATURALLY STAR – Comfortable winner first time out before running 3rd of 10 in a 2100m Class C over the inner course 2 weeks ago. Has bags of untapped potential and looks main threat to NOIRE INTENSE (9)
Summary: Joint-fastest qualifier here, NOIRE INTENSE (9) duly made short work of last month’s Laval debut and looks eminently capable of doubling her money. William Bigeon will still be wary of NATURALLY STAR (12) who held her own over the short course here a fortnight ago, and NIZZA ROCCA (8) who will have progressed for her encouraging comeback run at Chartres late last month. A place behind Robin Lamy’s horse last time out, NOVA TURGOT (11) should be in a position to finish in the mix.

C8 – PRIX CIRCINUS – 2175m (a1m1/4) – Class D – Mounted – EUR € 40,000 - MARANELLO – Modest element that has shown no aptitude for either code and can be confidently ruled out
- MERALAIMPER – Has yet to get off the mark but has come close more than once. Is new to Vincennes, and the discipline, but is plainly in decent form and has a reasonable chance of making first 5
- MILORD DAIRPET – Takes to the main track for first time after being eliminated early in a 2200m Class E here 3 weeks ago, but cannot be considered a priority
- MYTIC RENARDIER – Tricky sort with a race under his belt following the break. Is not short of ability though and can play a part if Benjamin Rochard keeps him focused
- MELANCHOLY MAN – Placed at Enghien before finishing distant last of 5 in a Class D over course and distance on 18 November, and has no realistic chance
- MARIO DE LA VALLEE – High-calibre individual that has not put a foot wrong since his victorious August debut and on current trajectory it is hard to see him being bested
- MAMBO DE LA VALLEE – Was quickly eliminated in a Class C over course and distance 8 days ago. In less-exalted company this time and should not be far off the mark if Eric Raffin keeps him focused
- MARVELOUS – Unopposed winner, on re-entry, of a 2700m Class E here 10 days ago. Returns with morale restored and will be expected to apply the pressure on MARIO DE LA VALLEE (6)
Summary: A quality colt with a bright future ahead of him, MARIO DE LA VALLEE (6) routed the opposition on his Vincennes debut early last month and even over this shorter trip will still take all the beating. MARVELOUS (8) boasts a 75 percent monte win-rate, won better here late last month than the result would suggest, and should prove the principal danger. From the same breeder as Guillaume Martin’s colt, MAMBO DE LA VALLEE (7) is never far from losing his action, but has previously won for Eric Raffin, and with application can figure prominently.

- HYPSO DES CAILLONS – Unreliable and was unplaced in class G at Cordemais over 2825m on 23 November. Might pop up in a minor place
- HAPPY HERO – Unreliable and finished 9th in class E at Amiens over 2400m on 26 November. More is needed to beat these rivals
- GERGOVIE QUESNOT – A winner in class H at Landivisiau over 3200m on 7 September. Remains barefoot and is capable of earning some money

- HAVA DE BEAUREGARD – Victorious in a class F at Châtelaillon-La Rochelle over 2825m on 9 November. Remains barefoot but is unreliable. Place chance
- ISAAC DE SYVA – Not reliable and finished 7th in a class H mounted race at Savenay over 3100m on 28 September.. Can play a minor role
Summary: HORDAGO D’ELA (13) was not disgraced in his latest start in October. He has a very experienced amateur rider and has winning claims in this division. HOCCO DARCHE (14) remains in very good form and should be right there at the finish yet again. IDEALE D’ABBEVILLE (12) has been disappointing of late but could be a danger to these rivals on his best form. INSERT BOY (2) fluffed his lines with a fault last time out but would not be a surprise winner.

- ORLOVKA – Dismal run in 15th over 1400m at Chantilly in a divided handicap on the 21st of November 2025. Will likely remain a maiden after this
- ALLEZ DIDI – Dam won once over 1200m and this filly is a first foal so there’s no yardstick to use against her. Follow the market
- IRISH QUEEN – Dam won once over 1200m and this well bred daughter of Justify could well know the business on debut. Trainer is operating at an 11.2% win strike rate
Summary: IRISH QUEEN (11) is a debutant who ticks a lot of boxes on debut and could be too good for this lot. She is a well bred filly who should enjoy the trip first up and needs to be followed. VOLCANO (2) has some fair form to his name and leads the pack of those with form under their belt. MR FILERIN (1) gets weight off the back and will be a lot wiser after that debut run. He should come on quite a bit. TAKEO (3) made his French debut last time out and just found one too good. He should be involved for the minor positions.

Summary: ZENBATI (5) has just found one too good at his last two outings but looks to be ideally placed to go one better and rates the one to beat. RAIDEN (4) produced a cracking finish at his latest start and will make a strong bid for victory. CHANT DORE (6) shed his maiden tag last time out and remains with scope for improvement which will hold him in good stead heading into this contest. WICKBURY (1) is the highest rated runner in this field who gets weight off the back which will help big time and she isn’t one to dismiss.
