Race 4
Summary: Runner-up to LOVISSIME (8) in a Group 2 here last time out, LITTLE ORELIE (10) appears to be close to her peak form. She landed the Group 1 Saint Léger des Trotteurs in October and could be hard to oppose on the back of this effort. Winner of the Group 2 on 18 January, LOVISSIME (8) is the obvious threat but it may be safer to keep LISBONNE DRY (7) on the short list as she has been in flying form all winter. LUTIN DES BORDES (9) runs barefoot for the first time and must be given some serious consideration.

Summary: GO ON BOY (4) was a game third in the Prix d’Amérique on 26 January, finishing in front of eight of today’s rivals on this occasion. He is an absolute class act and has been very consistent throughout Europe in 2024. He finds here a great opportunity to resume winning ways in the absence of Champion Idea De Tillard. EMERAUDE DE BAIS (2) was most unlucky in the big race and can be given another chance. JUSTIN BOLD (12) did not enjoy the best of trip either on this occasion and did fare better than his seventh place shows.
