  1. MELODY DE VIVOIN – Honest filly that came a courageous 4th of 7 finishers in a Class D over course and distance earlier in the month but bites off more than she can chew on this occasion
  2. MAGNOLIADARCHE – 4th of 7 finishers behind MESSI PASS (3) in a 2700m Class C here on 1 February. Has evident ability but is unlikely to cause an upset
  3. MESSI PASS – Drops back in class after running 4th of 8 in a Gr.3 under these conditions 2 weeks ago. Has significant ability and will be no pushover if Adrien Lamy manages to keep him trotting
  4. MEPHISTO DU CLOS – In the frame in all three to date, latterly 3rd of 11 to MELANCHOLY MAN (8) in a Class D over course and distance 2.5 weeks ago. Has ground to make up but is not about to go down without a fight. First 5
  5. MELISSE DES EPINES – Serious filly making first start since dominating a Class D over track and trip late-December, on first appearance in the code. Takes on a better lot this time but still has the wherewithal to finish in the mix
  6. MANITAS DE TRUCHON – Failed to confirm early-February success when sanctioned in a 2950m Toulouse harness Class C on 19 February. Anthony Barrier aboard for ridden debut and will have her chances if he gets her off on the right foot
  7. MENTALIST AR – Produced career-best performance when 2nd of 11 to MELANCHOLY MAN (8) in a Class D over course and distance 2.5 weeks ago. At this level though is unlikely to spring any surprises
  8. MELANCHOLY MAN – Showed a different side to himself when dominating a Class D over course and distance 2.5 weeks ago. Has a lot more to offer and even at this level can repeat
  9. MAESTRO DE JOUDES – 4th of 11 in a 2100m harness claimer here a week ago. Boasts respectable ridden references but would have better prospects at a lower level
  10. MISS DE LA COTE – Back over the inner track after coming 3rd of 10 in a 2700m harness Class A here 3 weeks ago. Is close to her race and unlikely to disappoint
  11. MARINA ELLIS – Has not been seen out since running 8th of 12 in a 2700m harness Class B here in early-December. Debuts fresh under the saddle but others still preferred
    Summary: Easy winner under these conditions earlier in the month, MELANCHOLY MAN (8) steps up in category but is still improving, and Mathieu Mottier will be eyeing the double. Sanctioned on that occasion before reassuring in a Gr.3 a few days later, MESSI PASS (3) will be dangerous if focused, as will tricky monté debutante MANITAS DE TRUCHON (6) who left a good impression despite faulting at Toulouse last week. MISS DE LA COTE (10) has been a model of consistency and makes her ridden bow with a good hand to play.

  13. HERADAMES – Held his own to come 5th of 11 in a Class B under these conditions 2 weeks ago. Has nothing to prove over track and trip and has a realistic chance of making first 5
  14. IDEAL DU ROCHER – Serious trotter making first start since running 4th of 12 in a 2700m Grenade Gr.3 last August. Shoes on and no threat
  15. GIRL DE BASSIERE – Sanctioned when unsupported in a 2925m Cagnes Class B on 22 January and returns to Paris with nothing to contribute
  16. COQUAHOLY – Unraced since finishing 13th of 16 in a 2100m Class A here on 5 December. Has solid references over 2700m here, will have come on for the run, but still no more than a minor place chance
  17. SELF EXPLOSIVE – Has not been seen out since comfortably winning a 2100m Class B here mid-December. Goes barefoot with Alexandre Abrivard reining and although better over shorter, can still play a prominent part
  18. INVICTUS MADIBA – Faithful sort that came 3rd of 13 to WORKING CLASS HERO (8) in a 2100m Gr.3 a month ago. Unlikely to repeat but may just be worth retaining for that small surprise
  19. WORKING CLASS HERO – Classy 6yo that ran 5th of 13 in 2100m Gr.1 Prix de France here on 9 February. More than held his own against older horses that day and can do so again. Claim
  20. GOAL STAR – 3rd of 13, a place behind HARMONISTA (10), in a 2850m Class A here 10 days ago. Seldom lets the side down in this category and has a realistic chance of finishing in the thick of things
  21. HARMONISTA – Won over 2100m here a month ago before coming 2nd of 13 in a 2850m Class A here 10 days ago. Clearly close to her race and will be expected to finish in first 3
  22. IGUSKI SAUTONNE – Ran a reassuringly-good 4th of 13 behind HARMONISTA (10) in a 2850m Class A here 10 days ago. Put in quite the finish that day and, if still firing on all cylinders, can contest the finish
    Summary: Excellent in the Gr.1 Prix de France despite encountering traffic problems, WORKING CLASS HERO (8) has excelled this winter and looks the pick of the field. Mathieu Mottier will still want to be wary of the reinvigorated and ideally-entered IGUSKI SAUTONNE (11) who is eminently capable of turning the tables on the in-form HARMONISTA (10), and the handy GOAL STAR (9) who finished ahead of him here last week.

  24. STACCATO HL – Surprisingly sanctioned over 2100m at Wolvega 2 weeks ago. Has otherwise taken superbly to his new vocation and will be expected to give ILLUSIVE GLORY (8) a run for her money
  25. HANA D’OCCAGNES – Back in the discipline after running 6th of 11 in a 2700m harness claimer here 11 days ago, and is not about to cause an upset
  26. IGNACE GUENESERIE – Returns to Vincennes after running 4th of 11 in a 2850m Laval Class E mid-month. Consistently gives his best but still no more than a minor place chance
  27. KATE BALDWIN – Made it 2 straight harness wins when successful over 2100m at Mönchengladbach 3.5 weeks ago. Has placed just once under the saddle at Vincennes though and even racing barefoot, looks an outsider
  28. HIRO DE L’ORMERIE – Unremarkable 6th of 9 in a 2850m Class D here last week. Is proven under these conditions though and will not be too far from the action if he can replicate his penultimate performance
  29. GREYSON – Sanctioned in a 2850m Mauquenchy harness Class E last Tuesday and returns to the ridden code with little to contribute
  30. ILLUSIVE GLORY – Met no opposition en route to victory in a 2700m Class C here 10 days ago. Alexandre Abrivard in the saddle this time and will be expected to continue the good work. Claim
  31. G.K.JUSTUS – Flew up in a 2100m harness Class D here early this month. Unseen under the saddle for 14 months but has already won twice here for Pierre-Yves Verva and confirmation is not out of the question
    Summary: A fine servant in this branch of the business, ILLUSIVE GLORY (8) won like a good thing here 10 days ago and drops in distance with every chance of doubling her money. Less-experienced but no less capable under the saddle, STACCATO HL (2) did not miss out by much here on New Year’s Eve and Paul Ploquin will be keen to ensure his charge bridges that gap. G.K.JUSTUS (9) enjoys a good entry, recently won under harness, and must be respected on his return to the discipline. CHEYENNE LUX (1) gave a very good account on his recent monté bow and, reconfigured for the occasion, has a decent shot of making the frame.

  34. KA FACTOR – Pleasant 4th of 11 in a 2625m Agen Class E 2.5 weeks ago. Is still in conditioning-mode though and best to hold off
  35. KRACK CLEA – Back under the saddle after running 2nd of 16 in a 3000m Nantes harness Class E last Saturday. Ran 2nd under these conditions with Guillaume Martin on New Year’s Eve and merits respect
  36. KILLER VICTORY – Last of 9 behind KIKI DU ROC (8) in a 2175m Class D here on 9 February. Has struggled to find any semblance of form and can be confidently passed over
  37. JACAR DE LA DIVES – 5th of 9 finishers in a 2725m Graignes harness Class F 3.5 weeks ago. Barefoot for ridden debut but still not a concern
  38. KALIMERO JASMA – Won a 2175m Class D here on 9 February before losing it in stewards’ room. Tough nut when barefoot and focused and Benjamin Rochard will be intent on setting the record straight
  39. KIKI DU ROC – Rather flattering 4th of 9 finishers in a 2175m Class D here on 9 February. Has merit but others still easier to support
  40. KARA D’OR – Good campaigner for the most part but could finish no closer than 5th of 16 in a harness Class D here 2.5 weeks ago. Sports a new configuration though and debuts in the discipline with a decent hand to play
  41. JAMY – Quickly sanctioned in a Class E over course and distance on 12 February. Is complicated but has ample ability and, on good behaviour, will be competitive for a first-3 spot
  42. DEE GODFATHER – Did not miss out by much when 2nd, then sanctioned, in a Class E over track and trip on 12 February. Enjoys a fine entry and, on good behaviour, can make this his own
  43. KLASSIC FROMENTRO – Drops back in category after finishing 5th of 10 in a 2850m Class C here last week. Terrifically-entered here and must be regarded a serious player
  44. JASMINE DE NEUVY – Classy but complicated mare making first appearance since faulting in a 2875m Enghien Class D last August. Has previously won here in the day’s configuration but prospects somewhat limited this time around
    Summary: Unbeaten in 2 ridden starts at home in Sweden, DEE GODFATHER (11) ran 2nd over course and distance earlier in the month only to be subsequently sanctioned, but he is shod to preference this time, with Mathieu Mottier in the irons, and will be expected to put things right. KALIMERO JASMA (7), on the other hand, flew up here before being disqualified, and Benjamin Rochard will be intent on redemption. A 2700m winner here last month, KLASSIC FROMENTRO (12) is ideally-engaged and will justifiably garner support. Seldom far off the mark when focused, JAMY (10) will be thereabouts at the finish provided Alexandre Abrivard can keep him focused.

  46. DENCO’S GALLIANO – 8th of 9 finishers to DIE HARD (ITY) (3) in a Class D over course and distance on 17 February. Has yet to show a liking for Vincennes and others preferred
  47. DIE HARD (ITY) – Impressive Class D course-and-distance winner on 17 February. Steps up in category but, if still on the boil, can play a prominent part
  48. JANKO HAUFOR – Clearly in excellent shape when sanctioned in a similar event here mid-January and his driver will be out to set the record straight. Place chance
  49. DAYAK (ITY) – Got back in the game when 3rd of 9 finishers to DIE HARD (ITY) (3) in 17 February race of reference and, with form maintained, can get a look-in
  50. CAMERON – Classy Scandinavian that flew up in a Class C over course and distance late last month. Returns to the venue with morale intact and will be expected to give JE TE CHERCHE (9) something to think about
  51. JOVIAL HAUFOR – Runner-up in 3 of last 4, latterly to CAMERON (6) in a Class C over course and distance late last month. Unlikely to get his nose in front but in present shape is easy to like for a first-5 cheque
  52. JACOMO BELLO – Tenacious 3rd of 11 in a 2100m Class B here on 23 January. Is clearly back at his best but represents no more than a minor place prospect this time
  53. JE TE CHERCHE – Excellent servant with an enviable strike-rate, latterly comfortable winner of a 2850m Mauquenchy Class F 9 days ago. Just 7 year-olds to contend with this time and will logically take all of the beating
  54. IERMES DE GUEZ – Has not been seen out since running 3rd of 7 in a 2475m Francheville Class F last August and will need the race
  55. DENIA – Ran 2nd here last month before finishing 8th of 12 in a Class D under these conditions 12 days ago and is not about to cause an upset
  56. JAZZ DE PERVENCHE – Sanctioned when unsupported in 17 February race of reference and others easier to back
  57. MATEO DI QUATTRO – Serious Swedish type that ran 2nd to DIE HARD (ITY) (3) in a Class D over track and trip 11 days ago. Benjamin Rochard reins this time, enjoys an excellent entry and, shod to preference, must be considered a player
  58. JOLIVERT DU GERS – 5th of 9 finishers to DIE HARD (ITY) (3) in a Class D over course and distance on 17 February. Matthieu Abrivard could not have hoped for a better entry and will legitimately endeavour to make hay
    Summary: Undefeated when barefoot and unbeaten over course and distance, JE TE CHERCHE (9) returns to the capital on a hat-trick and has every chance of pulling it off. That being said, Swedish raider CAMERON (6) won his French bow in style and will not go down easily. JANKO HAUFOR (4) is hard to knock when focused and Damien Bonne will be keen to get his charge back on track. It took some time but DIE HARD (ITY) (3) opened his Vincennes account in good order recently and will not be available at 15/1 this time around.

  60. EVER FOREVER GAR – Dependable Italian mare that ran 4th of 16 behind ELISA SM (3) in a Class E over course and distance on 12 February, first time here. Will have come on for the run and the engagement of Alexandre Abrivard will do her place chances no harm
  61. ELISA SM – Quality Italian mare that ran excellent 2nd of 16 in a Class E over course and distance on 12 February and a similar effort would see her impose
  62. KALANSKA – Came close to pulling off the double when just headed in a 2725m Graignes Class E a fortnight ago. Thrives with Yoann Lebourgeois and should have a good hand to play
  63. ERGA OMNES PAR – Makes first foreign sortie after being sanctioned over 2020m in Milan on 10 January. Front shoes off this time but still not a concern
  64. KALIE WOOD – 5th of 7 finishers when preparing for this in a 2100m Class E here 10 days ago. Boasts solid barefoot references and in this company can play a leading role
  65. KINJAL DE BELLANDE – Showed improvement when 4th of 16 in a 2850m Laval Class E mid-month. Cannot be considered a priority but is unlikely to leave empty-handed either
  66. KALINKA SOMOLLI – Sanctioned in last 2, latterly a 2725m Graignes Class E 3.5 weeks ago. Is not devoid of ability but must first re-establish her credentials
  67. KANTARELLINA CHIC – Made unexceptional return to competition when 8th of 13 behind KINJAL DE BELLANDE (7) in a 2100m Class E here 3 weeks ago and can be passed over
  68. KOMEDIE SOMOLLI – Drops in category after finishing 10th of 13 in a Class D over course and distance 11 days ago and can be confidently ruled out
  69. KATIA DE MUZE – Won 6 of last 7, most recently a 2875m Argentan Class E 3 weeks ago. Is new to Vincennes but is first-time barefoot and on current trajectory will have a lot to contribute
  70. KADIX DEL PHEDO – Comfortable winner of a Class E over track and trip on 21 January. Takes on some better elements this time but can nevertheless hold her own. First 5
  71. ESTEREL GI – Returns to Paris after coming 2nd of 8 over 2120m at San Siro earlier in the month. Has never excelled at Vincennes though and represents little more than an outsider
  72. KRISSA DE MORGANE – Sanctioned in 4 of last 5, most recently a 2625m Agen Class E 2.5 weeks ago, and even racing barefoot can expect to have few friends
    Summary: Remarkably consistent at home in Italy, ELISA SM (3) showed earlier in the month that she was just as adept over the Vincennes main track and has a realistic chance of wrapping this up. Matthieu Abrivard will still be keeping a keen eye on KALIE WOOD (6) who races barefoot for her first objective of the year, and EVER FOREVER GAR (2) who was not far from her contemporary under similar conditions recently. In the frame in 4 of her last 5 starts, KALANSKA (4) is shod as she was at Cabourg and must be taken seriously.

  74. LINA LA RAVELLE – Ran 2nd at Nantes before losing her maiden status in a 2850m Laval Class F on 5 February. Takes on some better individuals here but is still easy to recommend for a place on the podium
  75. LALA QUICK – 6th of 12, on return to competition mid-month, in a 2875m Argentan Class E. Raced better that day than the result would suggest and with front shoes off for the first time, is not to be underestimated
  76. LUBIE DE LOIRON – 5th of 7 finishers, on Vincennes debut, in a 2700m monte Class D here 11 days ago. Unlikely to shake things up but can still play a small role
  77. LADY OF DURBUY – 3rd of 15 in a 2200m Class E here 10 days ago when first time barefoot. Takes on some better horses this time but is still worth monitoring
  78. LOUMANAS – Imposed at Mauquenchy before being sanctioned in a 2175m Class E here 3 weeks ago. Has evident ability but returns to racing shod and is unlikely to trouble the judge
  79. LOU DES COUPERIES – Reassured a month ago but sanctioned early in a 2100m Class D here 2 weeks ago and others easier to back
  80. LADY MYSTIC – Has not been seen out since faulting early in a 2950m Toulouse Class B 5 months ago. First time barefoot but still not an obvious choice
  81. LEGEND SMART – Won a 2850m Mauquenchy Class E a month ago despite a difficult trip. Has had ample time to recover and can confirm if she takes to the new profile
  82. LAURE DE MORANZY – Placed in a claimer before running unexceptional 4th of 5 finishers behind LITTLE ITALY (14) in a 2175m Class E here on 6 February and has a lot more to find
  83. LILY CARNOIS – Handy filly that faulted early in a 2925m Cagnes Class D 3 weeks ago. Is plainly in shape, sports a new formula, and with application can finish in the mix
  84. LEGYPTIA DE GUEZ – Last but one, on re-entry, in a 3000m Nantes Class E a month back. Competitively shod this time but still not easy to like
  85. LILAS D’ECHAL – Ran 3rd over course and distance before coming 2nd of 11 in a 2275m Nantes Class E a fortnight ago. Well-entered here and will be expected to confirm
  86. LITTLE ITALY – Well-related filly that finished 2nd of 5 finishers in a 2175m Class E here earlier in the month. Appears to have come on well over the autumn and looks a serious proposition
    Summary: It took LEGEND SMART (9) little time getting back to victorious ways following the autumn break and a repeat of her Mauquenchy performance would see her double up. She is however going to be pitted against the well-engaged LITTLE ITALY (14) who took her game to a new level earlier in the month, and LINA LA RAVELLE (2) who is like a horse reborn since starting to race barefoot. The same can be said of LILAS D’ECHAL (13) who has placed in her last 2.

  91. KERALDO – In the frame in last 3, most recently 3rd of 14 to KELLY JANE (8) in a Class C over course and distance 2 weeks ago. Steps marginally up in category and although unlikely to get his nose in front, can still hold his own
  92. KAVALA DE PADD – Encouraged here on 18 January before finishing last of 9 over track and trip 2 weeks later, and can expect to have few takers
  93. KOOL AND THE GANG – Gr.3 winner that ran 8th of 10 on re-entry in a 2925m Cagnes Class C on 24 January. Will have progressed for the run, receives a Franck Nivard drive for the occasion, and can finish in the mix
  94. KELLY JANE – Made it 2 straight when comfortable winner of a 2700m Class C here 2 weeks ago. Entrusted to JMB for first time and has a realistic chance of securing the 3-timer
  95. KOUVOLA – 6th of 16 behind KIPHYLE DESBOIS (10) in a 2850m Class B here on 8 February. Not without ability but would be preferred a level down
  96. KIPHYLE DESBOIS – Reassuring 4th of 16 in a 2850m Class B here on 8 February. Enjoys solid credentials over 2700m here and deserves to be taken seriously
  97. KENO PETTEVINIERE – By no means disgraced when 7th of 14 behind KATCHI QUICK (14) in a 2850m Class B here on 7 February. Has form against the Duvaldestin horse and is thoroughly capable of trotting his way into the frame
  98. KIVALA RENARDIER – Authoritative winner of a 2850m Class C here late-January. Consistently gives her best and while not a priority, is nonetheless capable of picking up a minor place cheque
  99. KONFINEE – Respectable 5th of 16 in a 2850m Class B here 3 weeks ago. Is better than latest results would suggest and could pleasantly surprise. Attention
  100. KATCHI QUICK – Honourable 2nd of 14 in a 2850m Class B here 3 weeks ago. Excels under these conditions and can win this if he keeps KELLY JANE (8) at bay
    Summary: Runner-up in his last two, including over 2700m, KATCHI QUICK (14) missed out by little earlier in the month and, ideally-engaged, deserves to be rewarded with his first victory of 2025. It will not be all plain sailing though considering KELLY JANE (8) is here on a hat-trick of course-and-distance victories. Although unplaced here last time, KENO PETTEVINIERE (11) has otherwise been in fine condition over recent months and will lead the opposition together with KAISER DES GRANGES (3) who is due some good luck. KOOL AND THE GANG (7) has just the one race under his belt but has a lot going for him here and should not disappoint.

  3. LIKE HAUFOR – Has struggled in 5 starts and was 11th last time out in Class F at Nantes over 3000m on 18 February. Needs major improvement under the saddle
  4. LYPHARD DELF – Showed some improvement when fourth last time out in Class E Mounted race at Châteaubriant over 2400m on 3 February. Could earn some more money

She has had a few more chances to get it right but should be right in the thick of things. WHY NOT AGAIN (8) is a well bred daughter of Siyouni who could well know the business on debut and needs to be respected. HAARLEM (2) may have been stretched on debut and with her dropping in trip, she can earn.

    Summary: MYSTIC DES FORGES (3) qualified nicely at Caen and represents a trainer that knows what is needed for her to win on debut. MINNIE THE MOOCHER (8) was not disgraced on debut and is likely to show good improvement. She should fight out the finish. MY STAR (9) is improving and could use her experience to good effect this time. MANAGUA (2) makes her debut and is another that can shine brightly.

  79. EL VALEROSO – Finished 9th in a class E at this track over 2925m on 21 February. A change in the shoeing configuration could suit and is not out of it
    Summary: HAPPY D’AIMTE (8) had excuses when disappointing at Marseille-Vivaux in January. She has done well at this track and can bounce back and take out this lucky last race. GAETANE DU VIVIER (1) has been consistent over this course and distance and can be a threat even with irons on. EL VALEROSO (9) has not won for some time now but is capable of a surprise. FIFTY WINNER (5) is barefoot and could also get involved with the finish.
