Summary: SHARGHA (12) has only found one better in both her starts to date. She returns from a break and looks hard to oppose if fit. KISSAURA STAR (5) showed improvement on her second outing and can go close too, though she is trying the turf for the first time. ISHRAAQ (11) is fit and should be in contention, also making his turf debut. HUALA (10) needed her last run and would not be a surprise winner.

C1 – PRIX DE FOULAYRONNES – 2575m (a1m1/2) – Class G Amateur Drivers Race – Harness – EUR € 6,000
- GORDON PAGUERIE – Disappointing here in February before running 7th of 11 in a 2875m Enghien amateurs Class F 9 days ago. Is confirmed here though and has a decent chance of picking up a first-5 paycheque
- IDEAL DE CALVETI – Unseen since being sanctioned in a 2400m Beaumont-de-Lomagne Class F last September and will have nothing to offer
- HIMALAYA DU FORT – Serious type making first appearance since finishing a lacklustre 10th of 12 behind GENIUS DE BRAYE (8) in a similar event here 2 months ago. Nicely-positioned behind the car but may just need the run
- HARLANN DU TEMPLE – Unremarkable trotter that ran 12th of 13 on re-entry in a 2800m Pontchateau Class F on 7 March. Races barefoot this time but is simply not up to the task
- HOORI DU PATURAL – Unraced since finishing 7th of 13 in a 2375m Castelsarrasin Class F last November. Well-placed in front but runs shod and not a priority
- HAMBRIN D’ARANAU – Last of 14 finishers to ICARE DE BANVILLE (13) in an amateurs Class G over course and distance 3 weeks ago. Is a serious sort with nothing to prove in this category but stays shod and best to wait
- HESTIA DES PLAINES – Returns to racing unshod after coming 7th of 9 in an amateurs Class G under these conditions mid-February and will be dangerous if she replicates her penultimate performance
- GENIUS DE BRAYE – Lost his action in an amateurs Class G over track and trip 3 weeks ago. Is no slouch when focused, is shod to preference this time, but still no more than a minor place prospect
- INTUITIF BOY – Kicked the year off nicely but disappointing since, most recently sanctioned in a 2625m Class F here on 3 March, and can expect to have few friends
- IERONTO – 10th of 14 finishers in a 2625m Class F here 3 weeks ago and can be confidently disregarded
- ICARE D’ENFER – Pleased for the most part over the winter and ran 3rd of 13 in a 2850m Hyeres amateurs Class G 3 weeks ago. Handed a tough number but is as game as they come and is unlikely to be far off the mark
- IVRE DE JOIE – Made up for Auch sanction when 2nd of 12 in a 2950m Toulouse Class F on 7 March. Not ideally-placed on second row but in current condition is easy to recommend
- ICARE DE BANVILLE – Has won 3 of 5 this year, latterly an amateurs Class G over course and distance 3 weeks ago. Handed a rough draw but still looks the pick of the field
- HIDALGO PLANCHETTE – Last but one behind IVRE DE JOIE (12) in a 2950m Toulouse Class F on 7 March. Is new to the venue and has little going for him here
- IS GOOD DU JAYLE – 5th of 15 to ICARE DE BANVILLE (13) in an amateurs Class G over course and distance 3 weeks ago. Sports modified shoeing this time and in spite of a shocking draw, can nevertheless play a role
- ICARE BRILLOUARD – Debuts for new yard after running 3rd of 11 in a 2625m claimer here last Sunday. Is patently in good shape and can make a big impact if Joan Marc successfully navigates the start
Summary: Twice a winner over course and distance already this year, ICARE DE BANVILLE (13) is forced to break from the second line this time but is plainly at the top of his game and can repeat. Runner-up to him in early-February, and bought out of a claimer here just last weekend, ICARE BRILLOUARD (16) returns to racing shod and Yannick Henry is confident of a big run. IVRE DE JOIE (12) has hardly put a foot wrong all winter and must be respected, as should HESTIA DES PLAINES (7) who races barefoot from the front line.

C2 – PRIX D’ASTAFFORT – 2625m (a1m1/2) – Class F Race – Mounted – EUR € 27,000 - IDOLE DE BEYLEV – Has not put a foot wrong since late-December, most recently 3rd of 13 in a 2600m Saint-Galmier harness Class G last weekend. Is as good in one code as the other and from the front row can give this a good go. Place chance
- JANTARA DESBOIS – Back under the saddle after making short work of a 2650m Bordeaux harness Class F on 8 March. New formula for the occasion and given her aptitude for the code can contest the finish
- IDOLE DE LA COTE – On a decent run of form this year, most recently a respectable 5th of 7 finishers in a Class E under these conditions 3 weeks ago. Breaks in front and while not a priority, is not to be overlooked either
- IDEAL DU GAZON – Moderate 4th of 16 in a 2675m harness Class E at Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne early this month and already looks out of his depth
- ICARIOS GEMINI – Solid in last 2 under harness, most recently 4th of 11 in a 2800m Auch Class G a fortnight ago. Enjoys a front-row start and his reliability stands him in good stead. First 5
- JALISCO DE NEUVY – Made a fine return to competition 3 weeks ago when 2nd of 15 in a harness Class F over course and distance. Is 25m better off this time and has every chance of imposing
- LINCOLN ABE BOKO – Takes first competitive monte steps for new handler, not having raced since being pulled-up over 2140m at Axevalla mid-January. Shoes off for the occasion, is well-engaged in front, and must be afforded respect
- HEPICETOU – Fast-finishing 2nd of 7 in a 2925m Cagnes Class F on 7 March. On 2nd line again but looks more a minor place prospect this time around
- ELIXIR DU GILET – Back under the saddle after running 5th of 15 in a 2050m harness Class E here 3 weeks ago and appears to be taking on too much
- IN YOUR EYES – 7th of 8 finishers behind IDOLE DE BEYLEV (1) in a 2600m Saint-Galmier harness Class G last weekend. Disappointing on the whole recently and even racing barefoot will struggle to make his mark
- ICARE WILLIAMS – Unraced since faulting early in a 2750m Toulouse Class E on 18 January. Excellent in last 5 ridden starts and even though shod and giving away 25m, he is not incapable of surprising
- FORREST D’EM – Unseen since being sanctioned in a 2550m harness Class F at Beaumont-de-Lomagne last December. Barefoot for re-entry but will need the race
Summary: JALISCO DE NEUVY (6) returns to the code after leaving a very good impression under harness here early this month and from the front row can finally open his ridden account. The freshly-reconfigured JANTARA DESBOIS (2) has not been seen under the saddle for 15 months but has solid credentials and her recent Bordeaux success bodes well for her chances. LINCOLN ABE BOKO (7) makes his first appearance outside of Scandinavia and has not raced barefoot since imposing at Axevalla 18 months ago. IDOLE DE BEYLEV (1) alternates well between the two disciplines and returns to racing barefoot with a good hand to play.

C3 – PRIX SPIE BATIGNOLLES MALET – 2575m (a1m1/2) – Class E Race – Harness – EUR € 21,000 - MEKNES – Pleased in 2 at Cagnes before being sanctioned in a Class E over course and distance earlier in the month and in this company will have little to offer
- MAURICIEN – Won on debut before being sanctioned in next 3, most recently a 2050m Class E here mid-February, and others easier to trust
- MOVE ALONG – Put 4 straight sanctions behind her when courageous 2nd of 11 in a 2050m Class E here on 15 February. Has a lot going for her here and will be expected to give MAURINA BELLA (8) something to think about
- MIAMI DREAM – Was going well before coming last of 6 finishers after having faulted in a 2950m Toulouse Class C on 19 February. Handed the 4-spot and should not be written off
- MOISSON DE LA COTE – Drops in category after finishing 7th of 8 in a 2650m Bordeaux Class C a fortnight ago. Handed a decent draw and the engagement of Louis Goetz will do her prospects no disservice
- MAJOR CHANTEREINE – Got it right on re-entry when successful in a 2250m Auch Class F a month ago. Starts in front and should again figure prominently
- MUSE DU LOISIR – Decent in all 4 starts this year, latterly 5th of 6 finishers behind MUST MAJYC (9) in a 2950m Toulouse Class C on 19 February. Unlikely to lose her maiden status but can nevertheless challenge for a spot on the podium
- MAURINA BELLA – Showed significant improvement on 2nd start back, winning a 2325m Toulouse Class F on 7 March. Will not be inconvenienced by the draw in this small field and can expect the lion’s share of support
- MUST MAJYC – Produced a pair of good efforts last month before being sanctioned in a 2750m Toulouse Class F 9 days ago. Not ideally-drawn but with application is unlikely to go home empty-handed
- MARQUIS MARANDAIS – Lost his action in a 2800m Auch Class F a fortnight ago. Yet to show any particular aptitude for the game and can be passed over
Summary: MAURINA BELLA (8) showed a different side to herself earlier this month and even though drawn 8, can still double her money. Complicated but better-positioned behind the car, MOVE ALONG (3) reassured over shorter here last month and looks the main danger. Winner on his return from a decent layoff, MAJOR CHANTEREINE (6) must be respected, as should MUSE DU LOISIR (7) who is better than her latest Toulouse performance would suggest.

- JOKER D’ASNOIS – Last of 8 in a 2650m Bordeaux Class F on 8 March. Here for reasons of conditioning and can be passed over
- JORDEN VET – Encouraging 3rd of 16 in a 2675m Class F at Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne 3 weeks ago. A repeat, however, seems improbable
- JARABELO DE GLANE – Capable sort but has not been seen out since running 7th of 10 in a 2150m Toulouse Class F in early-December and will need the race
- JADIS PRIOR – 8th of 11 behind JUST A SONG (6) in a 2250m Auch Class F on 16 February. Enjoys a front-row start and is barefoot for the occasion, but represents no more than minor place prospect
- JUST A SONG – Steps back up in category after finishing 8th of 16 in an amateurs Class G over track and trip 3 weeks ago. Nicely-engaged here but others still preferred
- JADE GERBEHAYE – Alternates the good with the less good but ran 4th of 10 finishers in a 2950m Toulouse Class F on 14 March and even though not ideally-engaged, can still get in on the action
- JOLIE GRAVURE – Disqualified in last 2, latterly a 2950m Toulouse Class F on 14 March. Is not devoid of ability though and on good behaviour can begin to redeem herself
- JAVA DE LIGNY – Hard to fault lately, most recently 3rd of 7 in a 2925m Cagnes Class E on 4 March. On the back line but is still in with a shout
- JACK REACHER – Sanctioned when favourite here before running 6th of 11 behind JASPER QUESNOT (11) in a 2750m Toulouse Class E on 7 March. Has previously won at the venue and with application can again finish in the mix
- JASPER QUESNOT – 2nd to JAVANAISE DE FARS (13) here in February before coming 3rd of 11 in a 2750m Toulouse Class E on 7 March. Has an extra 25m to travel this time but is still capable of bringing the fight to JUJU DE NORTHEN (12)
- JUJU DE NORTHEN – Oddly out of sorts when 9th of 12 finishers in a 2700m Machecoul Class F 3 weeks ago. Should not be too hastily-judged and even from the second row can make this her own
- JAVANAISE DE FARS – Good 2nd in Toulouse before comfortably winning a 2050m Class E here on 10 February. Starts with an initial handicap but the double is not out of the question
Summary: JUJU DE NORTHEN (12) had been on a fine run of form until flopping at Machecoul earlier in the month but she tends to bounce back and proved here in January that she is eminently up to the task. She will however be pitted against a rejuvenated JASPER QUESNOT (11) who is out to turn the tables on JAVANAISE DE FARS (13) who had his measure here in February. JAVA DE LIGNY (9) has returned to form and will be no pushover if she stays in stride.

C5 – PRIX DE SERIGNAC-SUR-GARONNE – 2575m (a1m1/2) – Class F Race – Harness – EUR € 18,000 - LITTLE DREAM D’ERI – Sanctioned in 2 here before running 2nd of 9 finishers in a 2800m Auch Class F on 9 March, and can win this if Frédéric Clozier manages to keep him focused
- LEXINGTON D’OYSE – Unraced since finishing 9th of 11 in a 2750m Toulouse Class E late-October. Has been gifted a good number and although unlikely to get his nose in front, can still put on a decent show. First 5
- LICORNE DU VAAL – Returns to racing barefoot after running last of 8 in a 2625m Class E here 3 weeks ago. Enjoys a decent draw and even though barefoot still looks an outsider
- LEWIS ELLIS – 4th of 7 finishers on comeback in a Class E over course and distance mid-February. The run will have done him good, tends to go well at Agen, and from the 4-spot could pleasantly surprise
- LILONA DU PADOUENG – Pleasant 4th of 6 finishers, on return to competition, in a 2750m Toulouse Class E on 8 February. Will have come on for the run, races unshod from front line and will be no pushover
- LISA DU VIGNAC – Below-par in 2 this year, latterly last but one in a 2750m Toulouse Class E on 7 March. Pleased on her only start here, is freshly-configured for the occasion and is not to be ruled out
- LEADER DE LA COTE – Quality future prospect that ran 4th of 7 finishers on comeback in a Class E over course and distance on 15 January. Starts wide but has blown the cobwebs away and can get that maiden monkey off his back
- LA MOME DUEM – Disappointing last of 9, a place behind LISA DU VIGNAC (6), in a 2750m Toulouse Class E on 7 March, and has no realistic chance
- LILI BRILLOUARD – Sanctioned when unsupported in a Class G under these conditions last Sunday. Has looked decidedly ordinary since returning to competition this winter and can be disregarded
- LYCAON DES VENTS – Was not pushed when 7th of 9 behind LITTLE DREAM D’ERI (1) in a 2800m Auch Class F 2 weeks ago. Has been specifically prepared for this and looks a serious proposition
- LENGLEN JYL – Has not been seen out since securing a hat-trick of sanctions in a 2325m Toulouse Class E last September, and will have few friends
Summary: Runner-up in 3 of 4 late last year, LEADER DE LA COTE (7) will have progressed for his return run here mid-February and has the wherewithal to wrap this up. Patrice Gesret will still be keeping a watchful eye on the complicated LITTLE DREAM D’ERI (1) who reassured at Auch 2 weeks ago, and the well-placed LILONA DU PADOUENG (5) who goes first-time barefoot after making a respectable Toulouse re-entry. LYCAON DES VENTS (10) has 2 races in him since the break, goes without hind shoes for the first time, and will not be far off the mark if he takes to the new profile.

- KIKO DU VIGNAC – Debuts at the venue after having won a 2950m Toulouse Class E on 8 February. Takes on some better horses this time but always gives his best and must not be ruled out
- KISS ME JIHEM – 2nd of 13 in a Class E over course and distance on 15 February. In marginally better company this time but is plainly close to her race and will legitimately garner support
- KISMIE GRIFF – Has ample ability but disappointing lately, most recently sanctioned in a Class E under these conditions last weekend, and barefoot or not will have limited chances
- KISS ME POLE – Has not been seen out since finishing last of 10 in a 2625m Class E at La Rochelle early-November and is going to need the race
- KSAR BLUE BOCAIN – Good winner of a 2325m Toulouse Class D on 18 January, following 6 straight sanctions. Has a good entry here and a similar effort would see him go close once more
- KAMA D’EM – Courageous 6th of 12 in a 2200m Caen Class E on 6 March. Drawn wide but has good speed and on current trajectory can unblock her 2025 account
- KANGCHENJUNGA – Tenacious 3rd of 13, a place behind KISS ME JIHEM (3), in a Class E over course and distance on 15 February. Pulled the 8-spot but will not be far off the mark if Manuel Criado positions him early
- KALIMERO – Ran 3rd at Toulouse before coming 7th of 9 finishers in a Class E over track and trip last weekend. Pulled a poor number though and will struggle to make much impact
- KOSAK DU FER – Sprang a 29/1 surprise winning a 2925m Cagnes Class E on 4 March. Trainer would have preferred a better draw but is not one to be ignored
- KATMAI – Pleased in two at Cagnes but was sanctioned in a 2625m Class F here 3 weeks ago and others easier to back
Summary: KAMA D’EM (7) may not be the most reliable of horses but she showed marked improvement at Caen recently and has decent references in this category. She will still be opposed by KING DE BOUTEAU (1) who climbs back up the class-ladder after going close here earlier in the month, and the complicated, and shod, KSAR BLUE BOCAIN (6) who has been held back for this. Effective in both codes, KISS ME JIHEM (3) has been handed the ideal spot behind the car and in current form is unlikely to disappoint.

C7 – PRIX DE LAFOX – 2575m (a1m1/2) – Class E Race – Harness – EUR € 30,000 - HALADIN D’ARGENT – Sanctioned in last 3, latterly when well-backed in a Class E under these conditions 3 weeks ago. Is undeniably capable, is shod to preference, but others still easier to trust
- HORIZON DU THAY – Out of sorts when last of 13 in a 2925m Cagnes Class E on 4 March. Has bags of ability, has been handed a fine draw, and shod or not, is still a serious proposition
- IRON MIJACK – Twice a claiming winner this year then surprise 5th of 16 in a 2450m Caen Class D on 10 March. Is short on Agen references but handed the 3-spot and, with form maintained, will be no easy touch
- HERMES DELUSS – Got back in the game when 3rd of 15 in a 2500m Class E at La Rochelle 3 weeks ago. Splits 2 serious horses but Jérôme Paillé can still be confident of a competitive run
- JURAE VET – Made it 2 in a row when victorious in a 2700m Class D at Lyon-La Soie on 23 February. Is confirmed here and can bring home the bacon
- ROSSI GARLINE – Ran 6th of 13, on return to competition, in a 2150m Mauquenchy Class D last Monday. Unseen right-handed since winning in Denmark in 2020 but starts in front and deserves to take his chances
- GRAFFITI BOND – Ran 6th here before coming 5th of 8 finishers in a 2875m Maure claimer a fortnight later and is unlikely to cause an upset
- BOMBER MAN – Makes first start since coming 5th of 12 in a 2025m Saint-Galmier Class E 2 months ago. Sports a new configuration and despite the draw is not to be overlooked
- JACANA – 6th of 9 behind HORIZON DU THAY (2) in a 2950m Toulouse Class D late-January. Comes here fresh but is shod and still a rank outsider
- ICARE D’ASNOIS – Starts for first time since finishing 10th of 14 in a 2375m Class F at Castelsarrasin in a 2375m Class F last November. Shoes on and no threat
- BLUE EYES BAR – Back to racing barefoot after 2 return runs, most recently last but one in a 2750m Toulouse Class D on 19 February. Would have preferred a better draw but is no pushover when focused and must be respected
- KING OF GREENWOOD – Has not been seen out since being pulled-up over 1640m in Gothenburg last August. Barefoot for French debut but still seems to have too much to do
- HORUS DES CHAMPS – Has 2 races under his belt since the layoff, latterly 9th of 10 behind HERMES DE GIRONDE (14) in a 2550m Bordeaux Class F a fortnight ago. Hind shoes off this time but the draw does him no favours
- HERMES DE GIRONDE – Placed in 2 of last 3, latterly 3rd of 10 in a 2550m Bordeaux Class F a fortnight ago. Handed an unenviable draw but with some luck in running can get a look-in
Summary: Back at the top of her game with 2 straight victories in Lyon, JURAE VET (5) is well-positioned on the front line and can secure that hat-trick. Frédéric Clozier will still want to be wary of the arguably better-placed, and reconfigured, IRON MIJACK (3) whose recent Caen performance will have won him numerous fans, and HERMES DELUSS (4) who put in quite the performance at La Rochelle. HORIZON DU THAY (2) should not be too hastily-judged for his recent Cagnes performance; he won here in November and even racing shod still looks a player from the 2-spot.

C8 – GRAND PRIX BARON D’ARDEUIL AOC BUZET – 2625m (a1m1/2) – Class E Race – Harness – EUR € 30,000 - DONNER AMOUR – Last of 12 finishers in a 2700m Vincennes Class E on 18 February. Has been off the boil for some time and can be confidently disregarded
- JOYEUSE DE LAVANCE – Disqualified in a 2750m Toulouse Class E on 7 March. Has respectable Agen credentials but will need to pull out all the stops this time
- GLOBAL DUTY – Returns to the provinces and drops in category after being sanctioned in a 2700m Vincennes Class D a month ago. Sports modified shoeing for the occasion and, if behaved, will be no easy touch
- JUPPY UP – Below-par since the turn of the year, most recently 8th of 11 finishers behind JOYEUSE DE LAVANCE (2) in a 2150m Toulouse Class D on 19 February and has nothing to contribute
- JASMIN PHIL – Took little time returning to his best, winning a 2750m Toulouse Class E on 7 March. Is proven here and can make first 5, but will first need to keep trotting
- JAKADI DE VAUVILLE – Confirmed Toulouse performance when 4th of 11 in a 2625m Class E at La Rochelle on 2 March. Breaks in front and with application can figure prominently
- DUNA DI GIRIFALCO – Last of 10 when being prepared for this in a Class A over course and distance 3 weeks ago. Well-engaged, barefoot, and a leading contender
- IRON BIRD DEVOL – Made up for Cherbourg sanction when 3rd of 13 in a 2150m Cagnes Class F on 7 March. Has no Agen references but in present shape is easy to recommend for a spot in the frame
- IMPERIAL GOLD – Steps up in category after easily winning a 2800m Auch Class G 2 weeks ago. Has no particular love for Agen though and cannot be considered a priority
- IVRAM – Looked very ordinary when 7th of 10 behind IDEAL DE RIVRAY (11) in a 2650m Bordeaux Class C a fortnight ago. Starts with an extra 25m to run and will struggle to make his mark
- IDEAL DE RIVRAY – Valiant 2nd of 10 in a 2650m Bordeaux Class C a fortnight ago. Is proven with pads fitted but the penalty will do him no favours
- GOMERA – Has not been seen out since coming 4th of 14 in a 2800m Langon Class E last September and is going to be race-rusty
- MATEO DE REVE – Completely out of the picture since the turn of the year, most recently sanctioned in a 2650m Bordeaux Class C on 8 March, and has no possible chance
- GOODMORNING CHARLY – Showed improvement when 5th of 10 in a 2950m Toulouse Class E on 7 March. Has references here and should be good enough to pick up a cheque
- ICARE DU BERYL – 7th of 15 in a 2750m Toulouse Class D on 19 February. Forced to incur the handicap but is barefoot and easy to like for the win
Summary: Nicely-in on the front line and barefoot following a pair of Agen return runs, DUNA DI GIRIFALCO (7) will race barefoot this time and looks a marginally better bet than 2-times Agen winner, ICARE DU BERYL (15), who will be similarly unshod but who has an extra 25m to travel. In fine shape since the turn of the year, JAKADI DE VAUVILLE (6) seldom disappoints here when focused and will appreciate the head-start. IRON BIRD DEVOL (8) has been handed a superb entry and showed his form on the Riviera earlier this month.
