AZIMPOUR (1) is not well drawn but won over this particular course and distance on debut. He is a serious danger. CUALIFICAR (4) is improving and won with merit at Saint-Cloud last month. Summary: A small field but some talented fillies. MANDANABA (1) won impressively on the PSF at Chantilly in November but can be just as good on the turf and gets a narrow vote to score under Barzalona. Stable companion GEZORA (6) returns from a break but clearly has the form in the book and would not be a surprise winner. FLAMING STONE (3) is improving and is fit and ready to strike again. WASSAIL (5) could also have more to offer.

His last win in a Group 3 at Saint-Cloud suggests he will be hard to oppose in this small field. HORIZON DORE (3) clearly needed his last run and will fight out the finish. CERTAIN LAD (4) is better suited to testing ground but is talented and capable of fighting it out. BIRR CASTLE (2) needed the last run and could make the frame.

- WONDER BOY – Finished 9th in a Handicap at Cagnes-sur-Mer over 1600m on 22 February. Capable of a strong finish and is not out of it
- IGNOL – Unplaced in a Handicap at Chantilly over 1400m on 13 March. Probably needed the latest and can improve

- WHITE PLATIN – Finished 10th in a Handicap at Fontainebleau over 1200m on 18 March. In the penultimate at Saint-Cloud ran better than rated and deserves to be respected
- PUMALIN PARK – Well beaten 8th in a Conditions race at Chantilly over 1400m on 17 March. Needs to find a few lengths
- MIELA – A winner in a Handicap at Strasbourg over 1400m on 22 March. Improved latest effort and must confirm that

SCARFACE (1) prefers a heavier track than this but does have a winning chance. SOUVENIR D’ECAJEUL (5) returns from a break but was very consistent last year and is clearly not out of it.

R4 LA CAPELLE [L-H]
C1 – PRIX DE MONTCORNET – 2750m (a1m1/2) – Class F Race – Harness – EUR € 18,000
- MAMBO DU TAILLIS – Qualified in 1’19″6 at Grosbois last October. Not too many shabby youngsters in the Laurent-Claude Abrivard yard and is one to keep an eye on
- MIMOSA DE LARRE – Qualified in 1’19″0 at Caen last May. Comes from a yard in good shape and it would be no surprise to see him strike at the first time of asking
- MOJITO CASTELETS – Sanctioned first time out before coming 6th of 12 in a Class F over course and distance 2 weeks ago, and is not about to spring any surprises
- MOJITO CENE – 4th of 12, on career debut, behind MACBETH (7) in a 2825m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche 3 weeks ago but will need to raise his game in order to make any impact here
- MON ETOILE BOSS – Returns to the harness code after being sanctioned in a 2450m Caen monte Class F late last month and appears to be racing here on a prayer
- MA JOLIE JIEL – Gave a fine account when 2nd of 12 in a 2550m Reims Class F on debut early last month. Takes on slightly better this time but Pierre-Yves Verva can be confident of another good run
- MACBETH – Qualified in 1’16″1 last year then ran 2nd of 12 on debut in a 2825m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche 3 weeks ago. Should appreciate La Capelle conditions and getting off the mark is well within his capacity
- MANUREVA DE HOERDT – Disappointing in both since her decent Laval debut, latterly sanctioned in a 2225m Mauquenchy Class E 3 weeks ago, and will have few takers
- MONZA SEMILLY – Most impressive 2nd of 15 in a 2875m Meslay-du-Maine Class F mid-March. Goes left-handed this time but looks a classy filly in the making and has a legitimate claim on the trophy
- MANGO CASTELETS – Runner-up at Le Croisé-Laroche on debut prior to finishing 7th of 8 finishers in a 2225m Mauquenchy Class E 3 weeks ago, and will need to reaffirm
- MAYA GERBEHAYE – Runner-up on debut a month back before faulting in a 2450m Caen Class F 2.5 weeks ago. Not a priority but with application should not be too far from the action
- MIMO DU MESNIL – Courageous 2nd of 10 on debut in a 2700m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche 2 weeks ago. Was talked-up that day for good reason and will have a part to play if he takes to the new conditions
Summary: Beaten only by a serious filly on her debut last month, confirming her excellent qualification, MONZA SEMILLY (9) should be able to wrap this up if she takes to the new profile. Faster qualifier MACBETH (7) similarly pleased first time out and may just be the main threat. That being said, MA JOLIE JIEL (6) looked thoroughly professional on debut at Reims and will have progressed for the race. MIMOSA DE LARRE (2) has been held back until now and the presence of Franck Ouvrie in the bike speaks volumes.

C2 – PRIX DE MAUBEUGE – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class G Amateur Drivers Race – Harness – EUR € 6,000 - IKA JOSSELYN – Won 2 over 2300m at Kuurne in the space of 12 days, most recently 3 weeks ago. Seldom comes to France unprepared and even though starting on the rail still looks a leading contender
- JISKAYA DE CARSI – Has 2 runs under her belt since the winter break, latterly 7th of 15 in a 2800m Rambouillet amateurs Class G a week ago. Could not have asked for a better entry, sports a revised configuration, and tends to go well here
- INDRA DE FORGES – Placed in 2 amateur events before running 6th of 13 in a 2600m Nancy Class F last weekend. Finds herself well-placed in front and is unlikely to disappoint
- JACKPOT BOOSTER – Drops down the category-ladder after running good 6th of 16 in a 2600m Nanacy Class F 8 days ago. Has been handed the perfect draw and looks the one to beat
- INDIGO DE BANVILLE – 8th of 16, on return to competition, in a 3200m Fougeres amateurs Class H a fortnight back and with shoes on has no possible chance
- ITEM BUISSONAY – Returns to the harness code after running 6th of 9 finishers in a 2825m monte Class F at Le Croise-Laroche last Monday. Shoes back on though and poses no threat
- IDOLE DE NAVARY – Last of 13 on re-entry in Class G under these conditions a fortnight ago. Front pads fitted this time and chances limited
- JIMOKA – Makes first appearance since coming 5th of 11 in a 2150m Cagnes amateurs Class F in early-February. Is shod this time but still has the wherewithal to pick up some prizemoney
- JACKPOT DES THUYAS – 6th of 12 on comeback behind INKERMAN DE PLAY (11) in a 2550m Reims amateurs Class G 2.5 weeks ago. Stays shod and best to hold off
- HIBISCUS DU BREU – Starts for first time since finishing 12th of 16 in a Class G over course and distance last November and will need the race
- INKERMAN DE PLAY – Put 3 sanctions behind him when 2nd of 12 in a 2550m Reims amateurs Class G 2.5 weeks ago. Not ideally-drawn but can go close if he replicates his latest performance
- IDUNN – Returns to the amateur category after coming 8th of 11 on re-entry in a 2825m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche 2 weeks ago and can expect to have few friends
- JOLIE AGATHA – Flattering 5th of 7 finishers in a 2600m Nancy amateurs Class G last weekend, on first start since the break. Goes barefoot this time but the draw will do her no favours
- IRENE D’OCCAGNES – Last but one in a 2400m Amiens amateurs Class G 3 weeks ago. Shoes on again and can be ruled out
- IDAHO CARTERY – Lost his action when heavily-backed in a 2400m Amiens amateurs Class G 3 weeks ago. Form is not in question and must be taken seriously. Chance
- IBERNATUS – 8th of 16, on return to competition, in a 2700m amateurs Class G at Le Croise-Laroche mid-March. Handed a rough draw and has imposed here in the day’s configuration, but cannot be considered a priority
Summary: JACKPOT BOOSTER (4) takes to the amateur division for the first time after having shown improvement at Nancy last weekend. He races shod but is ideally-positioned behind the car and can get straight down to business. He will however be up against IKA JOSSELYN (1) who returns to France after winning 2 at home, and IDAHO CARTERY (15) who will be dangerous if he stays in stride. The same caveat applies to 2nd-row starter INKERMAN DE PLAY (11) who returns to racing shod.

- LIBERTA BEJI – Unremarkable filly making first start since finishing 11th of 14 in a 2150m Mauquenchy Class G last November and will have nothing to offer
- LIBERTY JIEL – 4th in last 2 here, latterly of 11 in a 2750m Class G a fortnight back. Takes on a better lot this time but sports front pads and should be able to hold her own
- LESPANA DU BOCAGE – Sanctioned when contesting the finish of a 2800m Rambouillet Class F a week ago and Benjamin Rochard will be intent on setting the record straight
- LAZIE PONT VAUTIER – Lost her action, on return to competition, in a 2500m Reims Class F 2.5 weeks ago. Is not the most reliable of horses and will have few takers
- LUDMILLA HAUFOR – Pleasant 2nd of 7 finishers in a 2900m Amiens Class F 3 weeks ago. Steps up in category but merits respect nevertheless
- LOVE ME SAUTREUIL – Good 3rd of 16 in a 2150m Mauquenchy Class F 3 weeks ago. Did not find the gap until late that day but with a trouble-free trip can make a big impact
- LUNA KALOUMA – Sanctioned on re-entry mid-March in a 2550m Reims Class E. By no means the worst horse here but in this company will struggle to make her mark
- LINE MAJYC – Confirmed Laval performance when 4th of 11 in a 2550m Reims Class E mid-March and will have a prominent part to play if Florian Desmigneux manages to curb her spirited outbreaks
- LILOU D’ATOUT – Last but one behind LINE MAJYC (9) in a 2550m Reims Class E mid-March and is going to need another race
- LOUNA D’OR – Has done nothing but improve lately, most recently 3rd of 14 in a 2600m Nancy Class F last weekend, but will find this a much stiffer test
- LADY D’ELFE – Sanctioned in last 2, most recently when full of running in a 2100m Lisieux Class E 10 days ago. Is nicely-engaged and although not a contender, still has the wherewithal to pick up a cheque
- LISAS – Ex-Julien Dubois-trained filly that was sold for 70,000 Euros in January, having last been seen out when sanctioned in a 2875m Enghien Class C last August. Has yet to disappoint at La Capelle and, under the Goop banner, is unlikely to start now
- LYANA D’ARC – Impressive winner of a 2700m Graignes Class E on 13 February. Comes here fresh and Franck Ouvrie is unlikely to let this entry slip by. Claim
Summary: A dynamic winner on comeback mid-February, LYANA D’ARC (14) has been afforded ample time to re-set, enjoys a wonderful entry, and Franck Ouvrie gets the nod. He can still expect to encounter opposition from the tricky but promising LESPANA DU BOCAGE (4) who could well have imposed last time out had she not faulted, and a freshly-barefoot LINE MAJYC (9) who has been showing improvement lately. LOVE ME SAUTREUIL (7) is hard to knock at present and steps marginally up in category with a good hand to play.

- LOOKING CHIC – Sanctioned in last 2, latterly a 2825m Cordemais Class E last weekend. Has bags of ability though and will not be far off the mark if his trainer manages to keep him focused
- LUTIN DE LA FYE – Has not been seen out since running 4th of 14 in a 2700m Class E at Le Croise-Laroche last November. Is confirmed here, and sports front pads, but will need the race
- LOCAL HERO – Sanctioned as often as not, most recently in a 2600m Nancy Class F last weekend. Hard to fault when focused though and should not be ruled out
- LE CONQUERANT – Imposed at Nantes before running 2nd of 12 in a 2800m Pontchateau Class F a month ago. Yet to disappoint for the day’s driver and has a legitimate claim on the silverware
- L’ALPHA DE LAUNI – Encouraging 4th of 9 finishers in a 2700m Class E at Le Croise-Laroche on 2 weeks ago but a repeat seems improbable
- LAOS JIEL – Starts for first time since losing his action in a 2100m Vincennes Class D on 12 February. Is shod for re-entry and best to hold off
- L’AS DES AS – Returns to France after running 4th of 10 over 2300m at Mons on Tuesday and backs up with a realistic chance of finishing close
- LISTEL D’URZY – 3rd of 16 in a 2850m Laval Class E 3.5 weeks ago. Ran 2nd to LE CONQUERANT (7) at Nantes but races on level terms this time and will be no easy touch
- LIFOU IRIS’EYES – 8th of 9 finishers behind L’ALPHA DE LAUNI (8) in a 2700m Class E at Le Croise-Laroche on re-entry 2 weeks ago. Goes barefoot this time but others still easier to recommend
- LUCKY BOY VERTRAC – 5th of 9 finishers, a place behind L’ALPHA DE LAUNI (8), in a 2700m Class E at Le Croise-Laroche on re-entry 2 weeks ago. Unlikely to have his day in the sun but is well-entered and Florian Desmigneux will fancy his chances of making first 5
- LOHENGRIN – Ran 2nd at Mauquenchy before coming 3rd of 9 in a 2550m Reims Class E mid-March. Should take well to the new profile and will be expected to challenge for a spot on the podium
Summary: Barring February’s Vincennes blip, LE CONQUERANT (7) has not put a foot out of place and, racing barefoot on his debut at the venue, will have every chance of winning this. Benjamin Rochard will still want to be wary of the handy LISTEL D’URZY (11) who has been acquitting himself particularly well of late, and L’AS DES AS (10) who races first-time barefoot with Jean-François Senet in the bike. Yet to disappoint in his current configuration, LOHENGRIN (14) benefits from a superb engagement and Franck Ouvrie will be eager to make hay.

C5 – PRIX DE VOULPAIX – 2700m (a1m1/2) – Class F Amateur Riders Race – Harness – EUR € 19,000 - JAYZI DU BOURG – 7th of 16 in a 3200m Fougeres Class F on 23 March. Starts in front, has form at a superior level, and is not to be underestimated
- JERIMOW – No slouch on a good day but starts for first time since finishing 9th of 17 in a 2100m Vincennes Class E last December and will not be given a hard race
- JOYAU DARLING – Ran twice 2nd at Le Croise-Laroche before securing a 2825m Chartres Class G a fortnight ago and is ideally-positioned to repeat
- JUPANQUIE TONIQUE – 7th of 11, on return to competition, in a 2675m Class F at Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne 3 weeks ago. Enjoys a good spot on front line and, if sufficiently-fit, can play a leading role
- JESS D’HERTALS – Capable mare but has not been seen out since coming 7th of 13 in a 2150m Enghien Class E last October. Shoes on and will need the race
- JACKSON HILL – Drops in category after running a respectable 7th of 18 in a 2850m Mauquenchy Class D 3 weeks ago. Goes barefoot for the occasion and from the front line, can put on a good show
- JAMAIQUE DE HOERDT – A little too keen when 8th of 14 in a 2800m Chartres Class F a fortnight back. Is worth a lot more than that though and will be shod to preference this time. First 5
- JACKPOT DES MONTS – Failed to confirm his Mauquenchy performance when 5th of 11, a place behind JACKSON HILL (6), in a 2700m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche on 3 March, but excels with his driver and can even have his day in the sun
- JAZIE PONT VAUTIER – Modest mare making first appearance since being sanctioned in a 2650m Laon Class F mid-October and can be confidently ruled out
- JIOSCO DES CHASSES – Surprise 3rd of 12 in a 2700m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche, on comeback, late-February. Has never delivered at La Capelle and represents no more than a minor place chance
- JERIDIA MENUET – Made modest return to competition when 8th of 11 in a 2700m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche on 24 February. On back line and even though reconfigured will have few friends in the markets
- JACKPOT DE VIETTE – Returns to the professional ranks after running 5th of 16 behind JOYAU DARLING (3) in a 2700m amateurs Class G at Le Croise-Laroche 3 weeks ago. Little chance of getting his nose in front but can nevertheless get a look-in
- JULIE DE MARNY – Sanctioned, on return to racing, in a 2750m Class E here 2 weeks ago. Hind shoes off but would be preferred on front row and barefoot
- JOKER DU PONT – Complicated sort that ran 4th of 15 on re-entry in a 3250m Saumur Class F on 9 March. Barefoot again but unlikely to confirm
- JIVE BOY – Showed improvement when 2nd of 12 in a 2400m Amiens Class G mid-March. Boasts solid references here but in this category will be taking on too much
- JUMBO DU HOULBET – Made modest comeback when last of 12 behind JIOSCO DES CHASSES (10) in a 2700m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche late-February, and will have nothing to contribute
Summary: Reinvigorated since returning from his break, JOYAU DARLING (3) is back at a track he appreciates and from the 3-spot can confirm his Chartres success. Less-favourably-drawn but no less-capable, JACKPOT DES MONTS (8) is new to the venue but boasts an excellent record with Gilles D’Haenens. JUPANQUIE TONIQUE (4) will have come on for her mid-March return run and the draw will do her prospects no disservice. JAYZI DU BOURG (1) is considerably better than his latest result would suggest and must be taken seriously.

C6 – PRIX DE MACQUIGNY – 2750m (a1m1/2) – Class E Race – Harness – EUR € 24,000 - KANDORE DU QUENNE – Modest sort that finished last of 13 on re-entry in a 2825m monte Class F at Le Croise-Laroche last Monday and chances again appear slim
- KABOBBY SANT – Sanctioned in a 2825m monte Class F at Le Croise-Laroche a fortnight ago and, even racing barefoot, has no possible chance
- KIR ROYAL – Pleasant 4th of 12 on comeback in a 2400m Amiens Class F 3 weeks ago. Has yet to make his mark in this category but going barefoot will certainly increase his chances
- KYOTO JIEL – Starts for first time since running last of 9 in a 2700m Vincennes monte Class E last November. Shoes on and no danger
- KIRIO DE REUX – Quickly sanctioned in a 2150m Enghien Class E on 25 March. Won his only La Capelle start but with shoes on this time represents no more than a minor place chance
- KLARCK – Makes first appearance since faulting in a 2825m Class A at Le Croise-Laroche last November. Appreciates La Capelle but just hind shoes off this time and others preferred
- KIT ANGOT – Failed to confirm Le Croise-Laroche performance when last of 9 behind KANSAS QUESNOT (10) in a 2600m Nancy Class E last weekend. Is never easy to gauge but is not one to be ruled out either
- KARAMBA KARACHO – Put a pair of sanctions behind him when successful in a 2550m Gournay-en-Bray Class F a fortnight ago. In better company this time but is confirmed at the venue and unlikely to be far off the mark
- KAID FORTUNA – Has turned a corner lately, most recently running 3rd of 11 in a 2150m Enghien Class E late last month. Thrives at La Capelle and has every chance of continuing the fruitful streak
- KANSAS QUESNOT – Sanctioned in 2 before winning a 2550m Gournay-en-Bray Class F 2 weeks ago. Takes on a tougher lot this time and is unlikely to spice things up
- KOPA D’ARC – Ran 3rd on re-entry before tenaciously winning a 2500m Reims Class F on 20 March. Already 3 times a winner for Franck Ouvrie and will be expected to contest the finish
- KOBALT APPLE – In the frame in last 2, most recently 3rd of 10 in a 2725m Graignes class E 3 weeks ago. Is patently close to his race and winning this is well within his capacity
- KOKIN DE BELLANDE – Capable sort but disappointing 6th of 11 in a 2150m Cagnes Class E a month ago and is here for a change of scenery
Summary: By no means the most reliable horse in the field but KAID FORTUNA (9) has been lurking lately and Benjamin Rochard has picked up what looks like a possible winning-spare-ride. He will still be keeping an eye on KOPA D’ARC (11) who held off a strong challenge to impose at Reims 2.5 weeks ago, and KOBALT APPLE (12) who appears to have made the most of his long layoff. KIR ROYAL (3) made a convincing return to the track mid-March and will have come on for the run.

- ISSI TOP – Sprang a 38/1 surprise when 3rd of 16, on comeback, in a 2825m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche early last month. Has won twice at the venue and with form maintained will be no pushover
- HAMILTON D’ALB – Failed to confirm Nimes effort when 6th of 12 in a 2875m Enghien amateurs Class G on 18 March. Benefits from a good spot in front but still represents no more than a minor place prospect
- IGOLO – 8th of 13 on re-entry in a 2600m Nancy Class F last weekend. Seldom disappoints here and is ideally-positioned to impose
- IGANA D’ALB – Won 2 in a row under the saddle, most recently a 2600m Nancy Class G 8 days ago. Enjoys a decent draw but others still preferred
- HARMONIE PICARDE – As comfortable in the professional ranks as the amateur, but has not been seen out since finishing 8 of 15 in a 2800m Argentan amateurs Class F on Boxing Day and will need the run
- IBLIS GEMA – Capable type but has not been seen out since running 5th of 9 in a 2775m Class E at Les Sables-d’Olonne last August. Benjamin Rochard reining but still cannot be considered a priority
- HOMMAGE DU TRIO – Sanctioned in both starts since the break, latterly when going well in a 2825m Cordemais Class E late-February. Has placed in one of 2 here and despite the wide draw can still figure prominently
- IN LOVE D’ECAJEUL – Has yet to confirm his late-February success and ran 6th of 16 in a 2700m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche a fortnight ago, but is no slouch when focused and can play an important role if Jérémy Koubiche successfully negotiates the start
- HOUPLALA LIRE – Unraced since being sanctioned over 2300m in Mons 2 months ago and will have nothing to contribute
- IVO SIVED – Sanctioned on return to competition in a 2700m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche mid-March. Matthieu Verva reining but others still easier to back
- IBERIO – 14th of 17 in a 2800m Rambouillet Class E a week ago. Has been a write-off for some time and is not about to change his ways
- ISBA DU VIVIER – Unraced since coming 6th of 14 in a 2175m Vincennes monte Class E on 31 December. Stays shod for re-entry, under harness, and starts on back line, but will have her supporters
- HIJO MOKO – 3rd of 10 in a 2150m Mauquenchy amateurs Class G 3 weeks ago. Has form in the professional ranks but would be preferred barefoot
- IMPALA PARK – 3rd of 13, a place behind HERMINE DU FAN (1), in a 2700m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche mid-March. Sports an earlier formula but the draw will do him no favours
- IDOLE STAR – Got back in the game at Vincennes on 20 February when close 2nd of 16 in a 2700m Class E. Comes here fresh and will be no pushover if Erwan Herbeau positions her early
Summary: Already twice a winner here, and a fan of La Capelle in general, IGOLO (4) was given an easy re-entry late last month and, barefoot for his first objective of the season, can open his 2025 account. IDOLE STAR (16) has been handed a shocking draw but showed her form at Vincennes and has been fitted with 4 pads for the first time. HOMMAGE DU TRIO (8) has similarly been showing signs of promise and will have a reasonable chance of going close if Thibault Lamare keeps him trotting.

- FARMER KERYVON – Finished 7th in a class D at Cagnes-sur-Mer over 2150m on 9 March. Remains barefoot. Others are preferred
Summary: It is never easy to give start at this tight circuit but HADES DE L’ITON (12) is in good form and can add this first stage of the Green Trophy to his list of achievements. IDOLE ELDE (9) has been very solid when barefoot this year and she will not go down easily. IBIZA EVENING (5) has disqualification issues but gets stronger the further she goes so can contest the finish if wise. FLOCON MONTJEANAIS (6) is fully barefoot this time and not out of it.

- SECRET DESFANDRAUX – Two unplaced runs of late, 4th before that over 3400m at Angers in a Class 4 hurdle on February 16th. Needs vast improvement to be involved
- ALI PACHA – Recent 3rd over 3600m at Argentan in a Class 4 hurdle on March 1st. He seems the type to keep progressing with experience
- AIR FORCE TWO – Good 4th over hurdles at Senonnes over 3600m on March 15th after a win on debut on the flat on March 2nd at Saint-Brieuc. Lookd a nice prospect
- L’ULTRA KLASS – 9th on his sole start on the flat over 2900m at Durtal on December 15th. Hurdles debut and others preferred
- LOULOU DEBELAIR – Failed to finish on his debut over 3600m at Senonnes on March 15th. Best watched for the time being
- KASKAD NOE – Unraced gelding by Ivanhoe, the dam won 1 race over hurdles. Stable runners warrant respect and any market support should be noted
- LAZULI DE KERZA – Newcomer by Magician, the dam won 2 races over fences. From a good stable that will have this filly well-prepared. Watch the betting patterns
- LAVENIRE DE MEE – Failed to finish on her debut over hurdles at Senonnes over 3600m on March 15th. She did show signs of ability that day and is one to consider each-way
- L’ORCHIDEE ESSEF – Unraced filly by Motovator, the dam won one race over fences. Can improve from this debut run. Watch the betting exchanges
- CADELO – Unraced filly by Marmelo, the dam never ran. One that will improve for this debut unless the betting market says otherwise
- LANCE ROQUETTE – Unraced filly by Ivanhoe, the dam won 2 races on the flat. Stable runners tend to need a run or two for experience and she is best watched for any market moves
- LAME D’AINAY – Unraced filly by Tunis, the dam was placed over fences. Stable runners are well prepared and any market support should be noted
- HO MILADY – Unraced filly by Beaumec De Houelle, the dam was placed over hurdles and fences. Likely to improve for this debut run. The betting can guide
- MITIDJA – Three unplaced runs so far, the latter over 3500m in a Class 3 chase at Meslay-Du-Maine on March 16th. Hard to fancy
Summary: In an open conditions hurdle, where a large portion of the runners are unraced it may pay to side with AIR FORCE TWO (5) who has experience and is a winner on the flat. He made an encouraging debut over hurdles last month and is preferred over ALI PACHA (4), who was third on March 1st at Argentan over hurdles, and looks the type to continue progressing. LAZULI DE KERZA (9) is making her debut and looks the part on breeding. MONT VIREEN (2) is also worth considering.

- PRINCESS KARA – Ignore last run, was a winner before that at Craon over 2400m in Handicap class and is a must for all bets. Good chance
- MURANO – Ignore last bad run, was a winner before that over 2100m at Pornichet in a Handicap. Can place at likely attractive odds
- DAFNE – Only managed a 9th place run last time and form before that is uninspiring. Hard to fancy and would be a shock winner
- MINOTAUROS – Will need to do much more than recent form shows and is therefore hard to make a case for and can be passed by
- ANNA MANDARA – Managed a 4th place run last time when racing over 2300m in a Handicap. Include as the place value for the quartets
Summary: CANNELLO (1) finished 8th over 2100m at Senonnes on the 15th of last month but has now dropped in the handicapand an can serve up way more than that today. He is therefore the first choice. MARCELINE DESJY (9) was victorious last time after a string of bad runs. She is hard to assess but cannot be ignored. OASIS BAY (5) was a winner four starts back and has a fair place chance here. PRINCESS KARA (11) is a must for the quartet and could represent some fair value.

- CAMERISE – 2nd on her latest start over 4200m in a claiming chase at Meslay-Du-Maine on March 16th. Opposable

Summary: KING D’ALENE(8) scored over this track two starts ago in April 2024 and should be primed for his return. JACASSE CAMARA (4) has no fitness concerns and showed promise with a solid third over fences at Angers in mid-February, making her a likely threat. MELGARRY (1), fourth in a Listed chase at Nantes last October, has had two runs since and appeals as a solid each-way option. MANDARIN BASC (3) looks best of the remainder.

- SUPERMAX – Has shown very little in two starts and it is advisable to wait for improvement before including in any bets
- BAHIANE – Made a smart debut but followed up with a disappointing effort when way back in 10th place and is therefore hard to assess. Prefer others
- SETOCITY – Running well, showing potential and is one for the shortlist. Placed an encouraging 2nd at Le Mans on the 10th of March. Big chance
- ROSE APPEAL – Made an inspiring debut when placing 4th over 1950m at Le Mans on the 10th of last month and with natural progression will be a huge contender
- ROSA GALLICA – Finished 7th last time but was an attractive 2nd before that at Lyon Parilly over 2000m in a Handicap. The one to beat

- PLUS VITE – Is a son of U S Navy Flag out of a mare that never raced. He could be anything, but the market trends will be the best guide. Prefer others
- PINK JIMMY – Is by Jimmy Two Times out of a four-time winning mare. Might be able to be effective on debut. Watch the betting
- METAMORPHIC – Is a son of Hello Youmzain out of a Mark Of Esteem mare that more than likely will need the run
- SOSWEETY – Will be an outsider and a surprise if being effective on debut. Best to overlook for now
- KASHARA – More than likely will need a few runs to tighten up and others will be much the stronger. Pass by this debutante today
Summary: ROSA GALLICA (6) has caught the attention in all four of her starts. She placed 7th in a Handicap at Fontainebleau on the 14th of March but is better judged on what she showed last year and is a worthy selection. DALAKIR (1) showed tremendous improvement at the second time of asking and with surely, more to come, can go very close. PRINCESSE TREZY (8) ran a cracker at her penultimate start and based on that alone, can earn and must be included in all betting calculations. SET O CITY (4) should be taken seriously.
