C1 – GRAND NATIONAL DU TROT – 2850m (a2m) – Gr3 Race – Harness – EUR € 90,000

  1. HISA DU MARGAS – Makes first appearance since being eliminated in a 1609m Vichy Class D on 5 July. Hind shoes off and is not about to shake things up
  2. JILORD VIVA – Clearly going well when eliminated in a 3025m Montier-en-Der Class A 2.5 weeks ago. Eric Raffin in the bike this time and will be expected to contest the finish
  3. INSTINCT D’AM – Disappointing 10th of 16 behind HAUTBRION COLMI (4) in a 2150m Enghien Class D on 13 August. On front row here but others still preferred
  4. HAUTBRION COLMI – Put 3 eliminations behind him to come 5th of 16 in a 2150m Enghien Class D on 13 August. Has placed in 1 of 2 here and although not a priority, he should nevertheless hold his own
  5. KAVIARISSIME – Complicated but talented type making first appearance since being eliminated in a 2175m Vincennes monte Gr.1 last March. Benefits from an interesting entry though and even with pads fitted should not be underestimated
  6. JE REVE DU BOIS – Finished well despite losing his action in a 2700m Vincennes Gr.3 2.5 weeks ago, coming 7th of 12. On better behaviour though can make first 5
  7. INDY DE JYR – Won last 2 GNT races, latterly a 2950m Saint-Malo Gr.3 with ease early last month. Currently leads GNT standings and Benjamin Rochard can be confident of a big run
  8. HORATIUS D’ELA – Missed out by the smallest of margins in a 2925m Cagnes Class B 2.5 weeks ago. Is no slouch when he gets to the front early and returns to racing clockwise with every chance of finishing close
  9. GAZELLE DE VAL – Unraced since finishing an unremarkable 7th of 9 to IMPALA DE VAL (11) in a 2700m Vincennes monte Gr.2 on 18 April. Plainly better in the other code and can be passed over
  10. HUBBLE DU VIVIER – Excellent 2nd of 12 in a 2875m Enghien monte Gr.2 a month ago. Comes here with morale intact and has a reasonable chance of making his Meslay debut a victorious one
  11. IMPALA DE VAL – Classy individual that was sent for a rest after being eliminated in a 2700m Vincennes monte Gr.3 in late-June. Here for reasons of conditioning and poses no threat
  12. HIP HOP HAUFOR – 10th of 15, on first start for 6 months, in a 2850m Laval Class D 2.5 weeks ago. Still in conditioning-mode and can be disregarded
  13. INO DU LUPIN – Unseen since coming 5th of 8 behind GASPAR D’ANGIS (15) in a 2850m Vincennes Gr.3 in late-May. Is as good racing left-handed as right- and even from the 3rd line can get a look in
  14. GASPAR DE BRION – 8th of 13, a place behind HUBBLE DU VIVIER (10), in a 2875m Enghien Gr.2 in late-July. Shoes back on here and others easier to back
  15. GASPAR D’ANGIS – Starts for first time since running 5th of 12 in a 1609m Enghien Gr.2 on 12 July. Shod for the occasion and best to wait
  16. IDEALE DU CHENE – Serious mare making first start since running 2nd of 9 to IMPALA DE VAL (11) in a 2700m Vincennes monte Gr.2 on 18 April. Has other ambitions and can be ruled out
    Summary: By no means disgraced in an Enghien Gr.2 last time under harness, HUBBLE DU VIVIER (10) showed his form in the other code last month and is wonderfully-engaged on the 2nd line. With JMB at the helm this time, he looks a marginally better bet than the complicated but reconfigured and in-form JILORD VIVA (2) who is 25m better off. INDY DE JYR (7) returns to the venue on a hat-trick and with application will not be far off the mark. HORATIUS D’ELA (8) is similarly in good shape and debuts at the venue with a good hand to play. JE REVE DU BOIS (6) raced better in Paris last time than the result would imply, sports modified shoeing, and Anthony Barrier will be eager to put things right.

  17. ILEA D’IRATY – Imposed at Francheville mid-August before running 3rd of 15 in a 2525m amateurs Class H at Les Andelys a fortnight later. Faces some better horses here and can be passed over
  18. HIDALGO HERBLINAIE – Trounced in last 3, most recently 11th of 16 in a 3450m Agon Class F 10 days ago, and has no realistic chance
  19. HOBBY DE L’EVRE – Back in the amateur category after running 7th of 12 behind INTOUCHABLE AR (8) in a 2725m Pornichet Class F 3 weeks ago. Shod as he was when 4th at Saint-Malo in early-August and will have his supporters
  20. IRONWOOD PARIS – Eliminated in a 2675m Vertou amateurs Class H early this month and will struggle to make his presence felt
  21. HADDOCK D’ECOUVES – Back in the category after running 6th of 14 in a 2625m Class E at Le Sap 2.5 weeks ago. On front line again and has a decent chance of picking up another cheque
  22. INGLORIOUS – In the frame in last 2, most recently 2nd of 15 in a 3225m Blain-Bouvron-Le Gâvre amateurs Class H 2.5 weeks ago. Reunited with Daniel Grimault who has won with him 5 times, sports front pads this time, and must be afforded respect
  23. JUST REMEMBER – 5 times a winner in 7 amateur starts this year, latterly a 2525m Class H at Les Andelys mid-June. Front pads fitted for comeback but still looks the pick of the field
  24. INTOUCHABLE AR – 4th of 12 in a 2725m Pornichet Class F 3 weeks ago. Has placed just once in 4 starts at this level, but sports a fresh configuration, is in shape, and should not be overlooked
  25. HOMME D’ETAT – 9th of 12 finishers in a 2800m Tours amateurs Class G last weekend. Shoes on and will have nothing to offer
  26. JAZZ MELODY – Clinched victory at Enghien before comfortably winning a 2725m Graignes amateurs Class G 11 days ago. Incurs the penalty here but still looks good enough to contest the finish
  27. HORS CADRE – Looked ordinary when 10th of 16 in a 2950m Redon Class E last Sunday and from the 2nd row has limited prospects
  28. ICONE PLANCHETTE – Easily won a 2650m amateurs Class F at Laval 2.5 weeks ago and, considering this year’s amateur form, could well get her nose in front
  29. GOOD COMPUTER – 4th of 12 to ICONE PLANCHETTE (12) in a 2650m Laval amateurs Class F 2.5 weeks ago. Enjoys a good entry and can go closer this time
    Summary: A revelation in the amateur division this year, JUST REMEMBER (7) boasts solid clockwise references, has been reconfigured, and from the front line can make this his own. JAZZ MELODY (10) may be 25m worse off but she comes here on a hat-trick and is hard to ignore. Three times a winner in her last 5 amateur outings, ICONE PLANCHETTE (12) is very easy to recommend, as is GOOD COMPUTER (13) who ran close to her at Laval and who goes barefoot this time.

  31. MAGIC LOMIG – Unseen since running 3rd of 14 in a 2175m Vincennes monte Class D mid-May and is unlikely to make his presence felt
  32. MOHITO DE GUEZ – Made up for Vire elimination when successful in a 2800m Langon Class E mid-July. Eric Raffin in the bike again and has a decent chance of picking up some prizemoney
  33. MISTER CHARLY – Has not been seen out since being eliminated in a 2700m Vincennes Class A last January and is going to need the run
  34. MASERATI GHIBLI – Won 2 of 3 before coming 3rd of 11 in a 2875m Enghien Class E a month back. Trainer in the bike this time and looks a serious proposition
  35. MARA DIBAH – Got off the mark when flying up in a 2725m Cabourg Class E on 12 August. Franck Nivard in the bike this time and is east to recommend for a spot in first 5
  36. MISTHOS CHRISTAL – Returned to victorious ways in a 2650m Class E at Les Sables-d’Olonne 2 weeks ago. Is undefeated with Matthieu Abrivard reining and is not incapable of maintaining his perfect record
  37. MILLE MERCIS – Won 2 of last 3, most recently dominating a 2050m Cabourg Class E on 22 August, and in similar shape will have this in the bag
  38. MYSTIQUE LADY – Disappointing on the whole this summer, latterly eliminated in a 2750m Cabourg Class D late last month, and will have nothing to contribute
  39. MAESTRO BILOU – Pleasant 5th of 8 finishers in a 2750m Cabourg Class D a fortnight ago, however confirmation seems most improbable
  40. MIRABILIS VRIE – Rewarded with victory on 22 August in a a 2600m Divonne-les-Bains Class E. Takes on a better bunch here and is unlikely to repeat, but can still play an active role
  41. MAERLINE D’AVEL – Tenacious winner of a 2850m Laval Class E late last month. Barring one elimination has been very hard to knock and Romain Congard will be bent on completing the hat-trick
    Summary: A progressive colt that is clearly still finding his feet, the nicely-related MILLE MERCIS (8) stormed up at Cabourg last month and is going to take all the beating. Jean-Philippe Dubois will still be mindful of MASERATI GHIBLI (5) who held her own in good company at Enghien last month, and MISTHOS CHRISTAL (7) who is 2 for 2 with his trainer in the bike. Winner of her last 2, MAERLINE D’AVEL (12) debuts at the venue on a 3-timer and at 50 Euros from elimination, must be considered a serious player.

  44. LABEL MAGIC – Twice runner-up on turf before being pulled-up in a 2725m Pornichet Class E a fortnight back. If kept out of trouble this time, should not disappoint
  45. LORD BRIDGERTON – Progressive type that ran 2nd of 12, on first start for 3 months, in a 2750m Cabourg Class F a fortnight ago. Alexandre Abrivard in the bike this time and cannot be ruled out
  46. LAZULITE GEDE – Surprising 6th of 15 in a 2700m Vincennes Class E early this month. Unlikely to repeat though and would be preferred barefoot
  47. LEON DE LA COURBE – Lost his action in a 2750m Ecommoy monte Class E 10 days ago. Has no love for harness racing and can be passed over
  48. LOVER DE CHENU – Starts for first time since finishing last of 8 in a 2950m Vichy Class E on 30 June. Shoes on for the occasion and best to hold off
  49. LOUXOR DANICA – Runner-up in 2 straight before coming 4th of 13 to LORD DE BRION (11) in a 2650m Pornichet Class E 3 weeks ago. Is proven here and should have a good hand to play
  50. LOYAL DU CHOQUEL – Dominated a Class E under these conditions before running 4th of 11 in a 2700m Vincennes Class E 2 weeks ago. Is plainly at the top of his game and will not be far from the action if he takes to the new profile
  51. L’ETOILE DE ROCHE – Pleased on re-entry but below-par in next 2, latterly 9th of 16 in a 2700m Class D at La Capelle 2 weeks ago. Barefoot this time but will nevertheless need to raise her game
  52. LORD DE BRION – Made it 2 on the trot when comfortably winning a 2650m Pornichet Class E 3 weeks ago. Has yet to be bested when barefoot and Matthieu Abrivard will be optimistic of securing the 3-timer
  53. LUCKY DES GAUDINES – Showed improvement at Le Mont-Saint-Michel on 17 August when 4th of 13 in a 2600m Class E. Boasts solid clockwise references and with Mathieu Mottier reining is not about to disappoint
  54. LATINO PURA VIDA – Last of 11 in a 2800m Bernay Class E 10 days ago. Has been a write-off all summer and is not about to change his ways
  55. LEADER BOURBON – Runner-up in 2 following a brief spell, latterly to LORD DE BRION (11) in a 2650m Pornichet Class E 3 weeks ago. Barefoot once more and should again play a leading role
  56. LARABELLO DE LOU – Tricky sort that finished 6th of 11 behind LOYAL DU CHOQUEL (9) in a 2700m Vincennes Class E 2 weeks ago. Is not devoid of ability though and with stride in check should not be far from the action
  57. LIPA STAR – 5th of 8 finishers in a 2875m Enghien Class E a week ago. Tends to show more at a lower level and is unlikely to create an upset
    Summary: Much more performant since starting to race barefoot, LORD DE BRION (11) makes his Meslay bow on a hat-trick and looks good enough to pull it off. LEADER BOURBON (14) ran 2nd to him last time out and with Eric Raffin in the bike must be considered a contender. 4th that day, LOUXOR DANICA (8) should again figure prominently, but may first have to defer to LOYAL DU CHOQUEL (9) who won over course and distance mid-August.

  61. JASMINA DES PRES – Failed to confirm Mont-Saint-Michel performance when 9th of 16 behind ISTA FREDANO (7) in a 2750m Cabourg Class E a fortnight ago and is unlikely to shake things up
  62. JANGO BLEU – Gave a reassuringly good account at Ecommoy 10 days ago when 2nd of 13 in a 2750m Class E. Takes on a better lot this time and not a priority
  63. HANEDA ERCA – Last but one in a 2650m Vertou Class H 10 days ago and has nothing to contribute
  64. ISTA FREDANO – 7th of 15 in a 2850m Laval amateurs Class G late last week. Has done nothing noteworthy all year and can be ruled out
  65. JUSTE DE MELLERAY – Unexceptional 6th of 11 finishers in a 2650m Vertou Class F last week and is not about to influence the result
  66. JASMINE DES ETANGS – Won 2 on the trot before coming 4th of 13 in a 2750m Cabourg Class E a month back. Starts in front, with Alexandre Abrivard in the bike, and should play an active role
  67. JUSTICE DELARCHAMP – 7th of 14 in a 3150m Class F at La Roche-Posay 2.5 weeks ago. Is reunited with Franck Nivard though who won with her at Saint-Malo in July, and ought to be retained
  68. JOUR ET NUIT – Encouraged at Pornichet before being eliminated in a 2850m Laval Class F late last month. Just 75 Euros from incurring the penalty and Daniel Bethouart will be hoping he can make hay
  69. JADE – 4th here late-July before running 2nd of 13 in a 2550m Cherbourg Class F on 18 August. Has previously won under these conditions but looks more a first-5 chance this time around
  70. JEREZ – Did not enjoy the best of trips in a 2150m Enghien amateurs Class F a month ago when 7th of 9. Has nothing to prove at this level however and should logically set the record straight
  71. JERICHO VEDAQUAIS – Imposed at Les Sables-d’Olonne before being disqualified after having come 4th of 10 in a 2875m Enghien Class D on 2 August. Has a lot going for him here and can win this if kept out of harm’s way
  72. JUST FOR FUN – Got back in the game when 3rd of 12 in a 2150m Cagnes Class F 2.5 weeks ago. Could not have asked for a better entry and Benjamin Rochard will be eager to oblige. Chance
    Summary: On paper, this looks a match between back-row candidates JERICHO VEDAQUAIS (14), complicated but as tough as old boots, and a reinvigorated JUST FOR FUN (15) who won his only start at the venue. Terrifically-engaged close to the limit of earnings, both are very easy to recommend. Most impressive this summer, JASMINE DES ETANGS (9) held his own at Cabourg and will be no pushover from the front line. JEREZ (13) should not be too hastily-condemned for his latest performance and Clément Duvaldestin will be justifiably expecting to finish close.

  73. JEDEO DES VAUX – Back under the saddle after being eliminated in a 2850m Laval harness Class F late last month and will not be troubling the judge
  74. JAZZ PASSION – Ran 3rd at Chinon before finishing last but one in a 3050m Montier-en-Der Class F 10 days ago. Will appreciate the return to a hard surface and should not be underestimated
  75. JAWAX DE KERYANN – Held his own to come 2nd of 11 in a 2725m Pornichet Class E 3 weeks ago and can again challenge for a place in the frame
  76. JET DES MALBERAUX – Eliminated in last 3, most recently a 3450m Agon harness Class F 10 days ago. Is confirmed in the code but others still easier to trust
  77. JEZABEL MAHCATH – 5th of 10 behind JABLO DU CHENE (8) in a 2875m Argentan Class E a month ago. Eric Raffin in charge this time but cannot be considered a priority
  78. JUAN PERRINE – 6th of 9 finishers in a 2775m harness Class E at Les Sables-d’Olonne on 22 August. Has placed just once in 3 monte starts and can be ruled out
  79. JUPITER PLANCHETTE – Hung somewhat in the straight but still dominated a 2550m Beaumont-de-Lomagne Class D 2.5 weeks ago. Enjoys a good entry on front row and can bring the fight to JABLO DU CHENE (8)
  80. JABLO DU CHENE – Left a good impression when 2nd of 10 in a 2875m Argentan Class E on 9 August. Thrives with Alan Gendrot in the saddle and has a decent chance of bringing home the bacon
  81. JUNIOR BERDIERE – Makes first start since finishing 12th of 13 in a 2450m Caen Class D on 16 June. Is barefoot for comeback though, with Benjamin Rochard in the irons, and is worth retaining for a minor place cheque
  82. JULIANA DE RETZ – Back under the saddle after being eliminated in a 2750m Cabourg harness Class D on 29 August. Form is not in question though and with application will be no easy touch
    Summary: One of the most dependable horses here, JABLO DU CHENE (8) put in an excellent performance at Argentan a month ago and even from the back line can impose. It is hard however to ignore the complicated but better-placed JUPITER PLANCHETTE (7) who won unopposed last time out, and JULIANA DE RETZ (10) who drops to a more reasonable level for her return to the discipline. 25m better off and plainly close to his race, JAWAX DE KERYANN (3) goes well for Mathieu Mottier and will not be far from the action at the business end of the race.

  85. KICK UP GEDE – 9th of 13 finishers in a 2800m Tours Class E last Sunday. Barefoot this time but still backs up with limited ambition
  86. KYMI JACK – 8th of 9 when denied a run in a 2050m Cabourg Class F on 15 August. Was plainly in good shape that day, sports modified shoeing, and with more luck in running can begin to put things right
  87. KRONO DU TRIO – Disqualified when never threatening in a 2625m Cherbourg Class E, on comeback, mid-July. Stays shod and will have little to offer
  88. KOWEIT DE CHENU – Disappointing 7th of 8 finishers in a 2725m Pornichet Class D on 17 July. Shoes on and not a concern
  89. KING STALLION – Eliminated in last 3, most recently a 2725m Pornichet Class D on 17 July, and can be confidently ruled out
  90. KERMES – 8th of 14 in a 2750m Cabourg Class D on 25 July. Has had time to recalibrate but others still easier to back
  91. KLASSIC DREAM – Tricky sort that would have finished close in a 2050m Cabourg Class D mid-August had he stayed in stride. Races barefoot, with Alexandre Abrivard reining, and with application can go far
  92. KIWI A TROIS – Pleasant 3rd at Saint-Jean-de-Monts before running 6th of 12 in a 2800m Langon Class E on 29 July. Benefits from an Eric Raffin drive this time and can start to get back in the game
  93. KELLY GEDE – Sprang a 27/1 surprise when 2nd of 9 in a Class D over course and distance on 15 August, however a repeat seems improbable
  94. KALINE DE FAEL – 5th of 14 in a 2700m Class D at La Capelle 2 weeks ago. Has 3 runs under her belt and it will not be long before she starts to come good again. Place chance
  95. KAISER DE MORTREE – 3rd of 10 behind KRACK DESBOIS (15) in a Class D over course and distance mid-August and will not be sent out at 67/1 this time around
  96. KYRIA BELLA – Failed to confirm Saint-Malo success when quickly eliminated in a 2675m Class E at Le Mont-Saint-Michel 3.5 weeks ago, but can set the record straight if she gets off on the right foot
  97. KRACK DESBOIS – 2nd over course and distance before running 8th of 15 in a 3100m Vibraye Class F 2.5 weeks ago. Enjoys a good entry and under these conditions and is in with a realistic shout of winning this
    Summary: Runner-up here in mid-August, KRACK DESBOIS (15) was given a change of scenery next time and returns to a hard surface with a realistic chance of imposing. He will be opposed by a reconfigured KYRIA BELLA (14) who returns to racing barefoot, KAISER DE MORTREE (13) who finished a place behind Rochard’s horse here last month, and KALINE DE FAEL (12) who will be fully-fit by now.

  100. JUSTE SNOB – 8th of 15 in a 2650m Class F at Les Sables-d’Olonne last week. Races clockwise for the first time since last December but others still preferred
  101. JAGUAR FLORAL – Made amends for Saint-Malo elimination when authoritatively winning a 2750m Cabourg Class E late last month. Pierre-Yves Verva stays faithful and can make a big splash
  102. JABLONSKI – Good class of trotter making first appearance since May 2023. Will be shod and will need the race
  103. JAG ROYAL – 2nd of 16 in a 2750m Cabourg Class D on 25 July. Is reunited with Eric Raffin who has scored 3 times with him and should prove main threat to JEREMY D’AS (12)
  104. HISTOIRE DU LUPIN – Won 2 amateur races before coming 2nd of 11 in a 2600m Class E at Le Mont-Saint-Michel on 17 August. Might struggle to win a race of this nature but can nevertheless finish in the mix
  105. JALDO D’OCQUE – Has ability but disappointing of late, most recently eliminated in a 2750m Cabourg Class D 12 days ago. Can get a look in though if Gabi Gelormini gets him off on the right foot
  106. GISARO – Eliminated in last 3, latterly a 2725m Pornichet Class F on 17 July. Has not been seen since and with shoes on can be passed over

  36. VA S’Y MIX – Won a Conditions race over 2100m at Dax on 19 August. Is running well but will need to overcome a 2kg penalty for his last win
  37. KABOOM – Ran 3rd in a Handicap over 2000m at Deauville on 17 August. She has continued to run well following her win a LongChamp three runs back and looks the one to beat.
  38. SAINT AQUILIN – Ran 3rd in a Conditions Qualifier over 1600m at Vittel on 27 August. That confirmed the form of his winning penultimate effort and he will be competitive
  39. SWISS MONEY – Ran 3rd in a Conditional Qualifier over 2300m at Pompadour on 24 August. He remains in good form and should run well
  40. SHALOHA – Finished 6th in a Handicap over 2400m at ParisLongchamp on 31 August. Her recent form in uninspiring
  41. FAMOSO – Finished 15th in a Handicap over 1600m at Deauville on 9 August. Recent form is poor and improvement needed
  42. GREENWOOD – Ran 3rd in a Handicap over 1800m at La Teste on 26 June. His penultimate run at Bordeaux was eye catching and he could pull off a surprise
  43. MEXICAN DREAM – Finished 6th in a Handicap over 2400m at La Teste on 5 August. Cannot be considered on latest results
  44. QUIEN SABE – Finished 5th in a Handicap over 2100m at Dax on 19 August. Will need to up his game but on a good day might place
    Summary: KABOOM (3) is performing consistently well and has two wins and six places in her last eight runs. This Handicap should see her notch up another victory. MAROON SIX (1) finished fifth in a Quinté+ two runs back and looks ready to achieve another triumph at a course over which he was won. SAINT AQUILIN (4) will benefit from the extra 400m this time while VA S’Y MIX (2) can follow up on his last success.

  48. KINGFLOW – He ran well to be 3rd at Royan behind WE CAN DO IT (5) in a Class 3 hurdle over 4100m on August 3rd when last seen. Honest performer who should be suited by the back in trip today
  49. WE CAN DO IT – Two wins from his last three starts, the most recent success at Royan in a Class 3 hurdle over 4100m on August 3rd. Sets the standard
    Summary: WE CAN DO IT (5) arrives in top form, having won over fences at Granville in late June before finishing fourth in a cross-country event. He then returned to hurdles to score by over three lengths in a Class 3 at Royan five weeks ago and looks the one to beat. KINGFLOW (4), third in that same Royan contest, should get closer with this drop back in trip. KALINO BELLEVUE (1), a hurdle winner last year, looks best of the remainder.

  54. BONDINI – Decent 2nd at Pompadour on August 31st over 1600m in a conditions race when last seen. She is in the mix
  55. KHELYSTORM – Three unplaced runs so far, the latest over 2200m at Cazaubon in a Class 4 race on September 1st. She needs vast progress to be involved
  56. MARQUISIENNE – Unplaced last time out, 2nd before that over 1800m at Langon-Libourne on June 23rd in a conditions race. She has work to do to feature
  57. LADY DARKA – Two 4th placed efforts, the latter over 2100m at Dax in a conditions race on July 23rd. She can make her presence felt
    Summary: GENERALAY (4) is best judged on his close third at Dieppe two starts ago when beaten just over half a length. He was below that level last time, but this looks like an ideal opportunity to get off the mark. LADY DARKA (8) has shaped with promise in two starts, finishing fourth both times, and rates the main danger. NAT IMPACT (1) has shown ability and looks a fair each-way option, while BONDINI (5) is also worth considering.

  58. CHOEUR INDIEN – Placed on four of his runs this year, 3rd in a Class 5 cross-country at Le Dorat on August 9th over 4500m on his last start. He has experience but is seeking his first success
  59. LE SAY DE BALME – Two unplaced runs since a 2nd at Aurillac over 3500m in a Class 5 chase on July 20th. One to consider
  60. GOLIADOR – He won over hurdles at Toulouse in February and has been upped in class on his three runs since. His 6th over 4100m in a Grade 3 hurdle at Auteuil on May 31st was a credible effort. He can score on his chase debut
  61. UNANIME – Unplaced on January 17th in a Class 1 hurdle at Pau over 3500m on her only run this year. She won twice in 2024, the latest success at Fontainebleau on December 10th over 3550m in a Class 2 hurdle. Chase debut and can not be overlooked
  62. LANCIA DES MOTTES – Three unplaced runs, the latter over 3550m at Chateaubriant on July 10th in a Class 4 hurdle race. Others appeal more
    Summary: GOLIADOR (3) landed a Class 4 hurdle at Toulouse in February and has run well in three subsequent outings, including a creditable sixth in a Gr.3 hurdle at Auteuil in late May. He can make a winning start to his chasing career. UNANIME (4) rates the main danger; although unplaced in a Class 1 hurdle at Pau in January, she had won her two previous starts and is expected to adapt well to fences. CHOEUR INDIEN (1) looks best of the remainder.

  65. PARANIAK – Good win two runs back in a maiden at Tarbes on June 5th over 2300m, and he followed up with a 3rd at Clairefontaine in a Class 2 race on August 6th. Key chance
  66. BEAUTIFUL MESS – Placed on her last two starts, 3rd on the most recent at this track in a handicap on August 24th over 2450m. Capable of being competitive
    Summary: Only four go to post for this Class 2. PARANIAK (3) brings the strongest form, having finished a good third in a similar event at Clairefontaine in early August, following a four-length maiden win at Tarbes in June. He is preferred to SHAMSAT (1), who was sixth in that Clairefontaine race but had previously impressed with a win at Dieppe in July. BEAUTIFUL MESS (4) also warrants respect and should be competitive.
