    Summary: TALGAT (3) furnished up finely into second in his previous attempt and if he continues this way, he can make a winning stance here. HOLLYWOOD AFRICANS (2) is an experienced soldier being an eleven-time winner and if the top choice fluffs his lines, he will be waiting to take advantage of that. Supplemented ODIN NORMANDY (4) comes into this race off a victory and can continue his upward trend if he puts his best foot forward here. ROULETTE (6) on form must be included in everything as he can make a big splash.

    Summary: BIG MONEY MAN (4) found the winners box in his second start when he broke his maiden and his confidence could be on the rise where he could snatch this Listed contest. MAJNOUN (1) romped home last time out and should appreciate stepping to the mile here. He has every quality to make him threaten the top elect. ROSBERG (2) has his first run on French soil and could set the tracks on fire. He must be considered in everything. QUINTE FLUSH AAS (3) will be involved in the equation.

    Summary: The top selections all represent the last form line over the track and trip and now renew their rivalry here while MAJOR OAK (10) can be forgiven for running ninth and looks to seek redemption and vengeance this time around. GRAND SCOOP (5) confidently won the race and it would be no surprise if he scoops this race once again. He has the ammunition to strike again. AWAITING CHRISTMAS (9) was behind Grand Scoop in the race and he will look to turn the tables and reverse the results. ALEM (3) holds a promising podium chance. BAILEYS BACHELOR (11) heads the rest and must be given serious acknowledgement.

  38. VALIANTUS – A colt out of the mare Outside Inside who won once in her career on the Irish tracks. Top choices preferred
  39. SEAL THE DEAL – This Gelding is out of the mare A New Opportunity who was a one-time winner in her career. Others seem more intriguing
  40. OURGAME – A colt that is out of a 1-time winning mare Your Game who also raced once in a Group II. He will be in the mix
  41. ARTHUR BEAR – This colt is out of the unraced mare Midnight Thoughts. Not much on pedigree but could be anything
    Summary: CANTAVIR (1) is a colt with a sparkling pedigree who is out a Group winning mare. Mickael Barzalona is served to do justice and could very well do so. LANCELOT BROWN (6) makes his debut in the famous Godolphin silks and he could be well tuned to make his first appearance. ARTHUR BEAR (10) is the stable companion to the second choice and from a yard that gets them ready, he is one to note that can be electrifying here. OURGAME (9) wraps up the top four selection.

    Summary: KING GOLD (5) shaped well over a mile in the Prix Messidor and looks a formidable contender back at 1,400 metres. This Group 1 winner will nevertheless need to respect stablemate FORT PAYNE (1), while ZOOM (7) is another who should be closely monitored from the outset. SIAM PARAGON (6) made a good comeback and also deserves consideration.

    Summary: ALLELA (13), a daughter of the high-class Romancière, has an appealing pedigree and could make a striking debut. ROYALLY (8) is the obvious danger, with a Group 3 winner in Ireland among her siblings. SHANTIR (7) also boasts strong family credentials, her sister Queen of Science having shown plenty of precocity. SAXEEN (6) comes from another family with a strong record of producing precocious performers and also warrants consideration.

    Summary: WHITE PLATIN (5) made a respectable return to handicaps when finishing fifth and should improve for that run, making him a leading contender. ANDARTIS (9) is clearly on the upgrade and heads the opposition. FUCHSIA (8) has been highly consistent for several months and would not be a surprise winner. COOLMEEN ROYAL (13) finished strongly last time and can also feature.

  87. DARABJIR – Finished 5th in a handicap at Pau over 2000m on 9 January. Returns from a break but can earn some minor money if fit enough
  88. SIDEDREAM – Victorious in a Conditions race at Royan over 1600m on 2 August. In good shape and might well follow up
  89. KNUCKLE – Successful in a Conditions race at Morlaix over 1800m on 29 March. Returns from a break and could need this run
    Summary: SIDEDREAM (11) returned to winning ways last time with Arthur Ferland in the saddle and remains well treated at the weights, particularly with her rider’s allowance taken into account. She can follow up here. SAMWEST (6) and SAINT HELLIER (2), partnered by the experienced Paul Lotout and Florent Guy respectively are threats.WILLY WINNER (3) arrives on the back of a good win over this course and distance and also has claims in this lucky last race..

  1. JOY EASTER – Occasionally a handful but tends to go well for his amateur, lastly 5th in an Elbeuf Class H in May. Has not had the benefit of a conditioner but will be barefoot and should not be underestimated
  2. KARA DE PIERREPONT – Ran 6th in a Class D at Enghien over 2,875m on 2 August. Won an amateurs Class F there for Ann Kristin Rasmussen in June and is well-placed to give this a good go. Chance
  3. JAVA DE LANGERON – Has looked decidedly ordinary since winning an amateurs Class G at Vichy in early-July. Runs barefoot this time but still has too much to do
  4. JULIANA DES LUCAS – Gave a reassuringly good account when 2nd in an Enghien amateurs Class G late last month. Benefits from a nice entry here and ought to be taken seriously
  5. JUDICIEUSE ZAILER – Appeared to be getting back in shape in late-spring but has since come off the boil and will first need to reassure
  6. KEEPSAKE MOSSA – Authoritative winner of a Class F at Chatelaillon over 2,625m on 3 August. Has done nothing but improve lately and from the front row can double up
  7. JANGO ELEVEN – Has been on a good run of form lately, most recently running 5th in a Laon Class F 3 weeks ago. Has form at this level, races barefoot, and looks competitive for a place in the picture
  8. ILLICO DES BROUETS – Has been a complete write-off for past 5 months and will have nothing to bring to the party
  9. IBLISS MAYBE – 7th in an Enghien Class F, 12 days after securing a Laon amateurs Class F. Is shod as he was that day and, despite the draw, looks a player
  10. JUDICIOUS DAYDREAM – Finished 7th in a Class F at La Roche-Posay over 3,150m on 9 August. Has never won at this level but is useful when focused and is worth keeping an eye on
    Summary: On her first start at this level with Barbara Guenet, KEEPSAKE MOSSA (6) has a good opportunity to follow up her recent success. KARA DE PIERREPONT (2), who has already won with her partner, and the in-form JANGO ELEVEN (7) can lead the opposition, alongside a reconfigured IBLISS MAYBE (9), who must nevertheless contend with a wide draw.

  13. ILLICO D’AMOUR – Gave a good account on claiming debut when tenacious 2nd over 2875m here 3 weeks ago. Has pulled a good number and can trot his way back into the winners’ circle
  14. INCREDIBLE GO – Had been on a good run of form until failing to deliver at Dozule 10 days ago. Is clearly in shape though and can be brought back into the fold
  15. IGNACE GUENESERIE – Back under harness, and makes his claiming bow, after running 8th in a Mansle Class F under the saddle last Sunday. Takes a notable dip in category can begin to get back in the game
  16. IZIO DU POMMEREUX – Has been a complete write-off since returning to competition this season and even at this level will have too much to do
  17. INSIDE MAN – Encouraged at Montier-en-Der on 26 July but was unable to confirm a fortnight later at Mauquenchy, and cannot be considered a priority
  18. IRON SPIRIT – Unexceptional element that has done little of note for some time and has no possible chance
  19. IROISE QUESNOT – Has not been seen out since finishing unplaced in a Class E at Hyeres over 2,650m on 1 May. Did run 2nd under these conditions in the spring and cannot be discounted
  20. IKILIK – Has started to show more since dropping down in category, most recently 4th in a 2150m claimer at Enghien 2 weeks ago, and could well make first 5 once more
  21. INDUCTIF – Has ability but has also been disqualified in 8 of last 9 starts and will have few friends
  22. ICARE DU POMMEREUX – Out of the picture in both return runs and would be preferred barefoot. Dismiss
  23. INDIEN EMJI – Produced some good performances during the spring before losing his way. Is confirmed under these conditions but others still preferred
  24. JOYAU DU RIB – Ran 4th at Enghien in June on his first start at this level. Has not been as sharp since but nonetheless returns to the claiming division with a decent hand to play
  25. JOG DE JAVIE – Finished 5th in a Class F Apprentices’ race at Cagnes-sur-Mer over 2,150m on 20 July. Has placed just 3 times from 14 claiming starts and is not an obvious choice
    Summary: IDEE SHANNON (1) showed her form at Enghien but was unable to keep her action together. If she stays trotting this time, she can be preferred to ILLICO D’AMOUR (3), who ran 2nd that day on his first start at this level, INCREDIBLE GO (4), who is better than his latest result would suggest, and IGNACE GUENESERIE (5), who should be closely watched on his debut in the claiming category.

  29. MAJESTE DAB – Runner-up in a Class E at Amiens over 2,400m on 29 July after having won 2 in a row racing left-handed. Is back to racing barefoot, is reunited with Eric Raffin who won with her on their sole association, and will be no soft touch
  30. MIST NIGHT QUICK – Finished 7th in a monte Class D at Enghien over 2,250m on 10 August 2026. Is here for a change of scenery and is unlikely to spice things up
  31. MILKA DES THUYAS – Unplaced on comeback in a Class D at Enghien over 2,150m on 22 July. Imposed under these conditions last winter but still needs the run

  40. EDGAR SABA – Ran 3rd in a Gr.3 before repeating in a Class B at Enghien 3.5 weeks ago. Is not a priority but is still worth monitoring
  41. JET EXPRESS – Second in a Class B at Enghien over 2,875m on 29 July, just missing out on the three-timer, and steps back up in category with a lot to contribute. Chance

    Summary: A very good race despite the small field. Back racing left-handed, LORD DELO (4) has a point to prove after victory was taken from him by the stewards at Saint-Malo.   80. JASMINE WINNER – Finished 5th in Class G over this track and trip on 1 August. Might need to do a bit more to beat these rivals
  81. JACK FLAC – Successful in Class F at this track over 2700m on 15 August. Has ability and can follow up
  82. KANTOR DU VIVIER – In good shape and was runner-up in Class E at this track over 2925m on 13 August. Drops in distance but is not out of it
  83. KATMAI – Victorious in Class E at this track over 2925m on 13 August. Unreliable and drops in distance but cannot be ruled out
    Summary: KYSKO DE FAEL (1) finished a good third at Enghien earlier this month in a strong field and gets the narrow vote to take out this lucky last race. KATMAI (13) was an easy winner over the longer course at this track recently and looks a serious threat. KATSUKI (5) returns to the Riviera with revenge in mind and is being confidently presented by his powerful stable. JACK FLAC (11) arrives on the back of a win last Saturday and also has claims.
