- CORTELLA – 6th last time in a Group 3 race on March 29th, she won before that over 1950m in a Class 2 race at Le Mans on March 21st. Look vulnerable
Summary: QUEEN OF SCIENCE (3) impressed on debut and backed that up with a strong second in a competitive Class 2 at Saint-Cloud earlier this month. She gets the nod over SUNLY (4), who was a convincing winner of a maiden at this track and looks open to further improvement. KIAMBA (1) brings solid credentials after finishing third in a Group 3 at Saint-Cloud in March and should not be overlooked. KONADA (2) is the best of the rest.

- AZOTE – Placed in her last three starts, 2nd on the latest over 1600m in a handicap at Lyon Parilly on April 23rd. Live contender

- NEIADE – Four unplaced runs so far, the latter over 1800m in a handicap at Le Croise-Laroche on March 21st. Looks of limited ability
Summary: DARINGA (5) has shaped well with two placed runs this year, the latest over 1600m when she was fourth in a handicap at Fontainebleau. She can get deserved success. AZOTE (13) has been knocking at the door with two second-place efforts of late, the latter over 1600m in a handicap at Lyon Parilly late last month. She can not be discounted. BETISE (3) could be one for the each-way backers to look at. BOAVISTA (9) is one to include in all of the place bet permutations.

- JUNKO – Top-class performer not seen since a win in the Grand Prix De Chantilly (Gr.2) on June 2nd over 2400m. Should be fit and ready to score
Summary: JUNKO (6) makes his seasonal return following a strong win in the Grand Prix de Chantilly (Gr.2) last June and is expected to be primed for this. He is taken to get the better of SEVENNA’S KNIGHT (3), who has race fitness on his side and was a solid third in a Group 3 at Saint-Cloud in March. MONT DE SOLEIL (2) is on the up and should not be underestimated after landing a Listed contest over this course and distance earlier in April.

- THE SNARK – 2nd on the latest start over 1600m at Nantes on April 9th in a handicap. Might find a few of these too smart

- GOLDEN ALQA – Fair 5th over 2000m in a maiden at Le Lion D’Angers on April 6th on her third start. Handicap debut and warrants respect
- BANMA – Won on her third run over 1500m in a Class 3 race at Vannes on April 13th. Handicap debut and can not be ruled out
- ORANGERIE – Tries a handicap after four runs in maiden races, she is better than her run at Compiegne over 1600m on March 28th, when she ran too freely. Off a low weight, she can play a lead role
Summary: ORANGERIE (16) gets in at the foot of the weights and has shown promise in maiden company. If settling better than she did last time, she can make a bold bid at nice odds. ZAWAN (1) brings solid form at a higher level, having tried Listed company last time and previously placed in a Class 2—she looks a major player. EL PEQUENIO (6) is better than recent efforts suggest and could represent each-way value. GOLDEN ALQA (14) also has claims among the remainder. SOMMERBLAU (11) was a good finisher in this division last time and has to be considered as well.

- OLATZ DE VEGA – Not seen since a win over 2500m in a Class 2 race at Deauville on November 9th. She should be fit and can not be ruled out
Summary: KATHINA (2) looks the one to beat in this Listed contest. She impressed with a strong win over 3000m in a Class 2 at Fontainebleau and ran with credit in a higher-grade race last time. JANNAH PEARL (1) rates the main danger after a solid fourth in Listed company at Saint-Cloud, backing up her maiden win last October. OLATZ DE VEGA (8) returns from a break but is interesting on form and could be a value each-way player. BIBBIENA (7) also warrants respect and can’t be ruled out.
