  6. LADY ILZE – Finished fourth over 1600m at Churchill Downs on 8 May. Won a Group 2 in Germany last year and can win on her French debut
    Summary: LADY ILZE (6) is having her first run on French soil. She won a Group 2 in Germany last year and may be the one to side with. LE MATELOT (3) comes off two victories and takes on stronger company. He is a horse with potential and may be up to the task at hand. GRANDPA CEN (4) won his last start at Nantes. He finished behind LE MATELOT (3) in his penultimate effort and there should not be much separating the pair. SAIDI EL FAL (1) faces slightly weaker and can find a form return.

    Summary: HARDWEL (2) showed good improvement when third in a strong maiden at Chantilly. He is progressive and can break his maiden. SARMAD (1) produced a promising debut when third over this distance at La Teste-Bassin Arcachon. With the natural improvement that is expected, he should be competitive. BLUE SEA (5) is an unraced son of Threat. He is partnered with Guillaume Guedj-Gay and is one to watch closely. SOMEONE (8) is an unraced son of Gleneagles and is trained by Didier Guillemin. He can show.

    Summary: MAGELLAN (3) has good form this year and is a winner of his last two starts. With luck in running, he can notch up the hat-trick. PRESA DIRETTA (6) has produced two good runs this year. She runs well fresh and is one of the leading contenders. XILOFONO (13) is competitive at this level and on best form shown, he should have a say in the outcome of this contest. GEOPOLITICAL (11) returns to the turf and with Cristian Demuro in the saddle, he can feature on best form shown.

  40. FLEUR CELESTE – First timer by Goken out of the Lope de Vega mare, Ratona. She has a wide draw to contend with and may need the outing
  41. CARLA VELOSSO – Unraced daughter of Victor Ludorum out of the Dalakhani mare, Aksinya. Tony Piccone does duty, but she may need the experience
  42. DANCING EAGLE CEN – Unraced daughter of Gleneagles out of the Empire Maker mare, Daring Dancer. If not too green, she should start her career on a positive note
    Summary: MADAHA QUEEN (3) has finished third in both her efforts to date. Cristian Demuro rides and she can shed her maiden tag. SEXXY (6) finished off her debut effort well and with the natural improvement that is expected, she should pose a massive threat. GOSEA (2) finished second on debut over this distance at La Teste-Bassin Arcachon. She would have come on from the outing and can go close. FRISSONANTE (1) finished behind GOSEA (2) on debut and there should not be much separating the pair.

    Summary: JUMBOTRON (1) is in absolute fine fettle winning his two starts to date and Christophe Soumillon pilots him in which he can reel off the hattrick win. YUQUOT (9) went super close last time out in a Group III when finishing second and she looks the main threat to the top elect in this Listed event. ASKAM CHOPE (4) packs ability and cherishes the 1200m. She won’t go down without a fighting chance. BELISA BAY (8) wraps up the top four selection and will strongly make the frame.

BURNING HEART (9) has run two consecutive seconds and is in a highly threatening position. He could very well strike into the winners enclosure. MYBOYFRIEND (6) should not be discounted from any betting calculations as he could make a big splash. DULINI (3) could spark this field up if they caught asleep.

    Summary: VALLOIRE (1) has been taking on a tougher sort and does take a slight step down in Class here. Maxime Guyon is served to do justice on the filly in which he can deliver. VALDERRAMA (7) has built the urge to break the maiden shackles off her hooves and after a close second last time out, she could very well execute it here. INTRIGUING (5) has a place chance here. GYMNAST (6) wraps up the mix.

    Summary: INDY B (1) comes into the race with honest and is yet to taste success on French surfaces. She is long overdue her win and can seal it off in this event. OSHIA (3) cruised to victory last time out and it would be of no surprise if she had to follow up here. RUBENESQUE (6) broke the maiden spell in her previous outing and could be filled with confidence now. She deserves a bold mention. BLACK SOLEA (4) does return after four months and if the return does not hold her back, she can deliver a courageous effort.

  3. JUDICIEUSE ZAILER – Did not show her best when 6th in Class F at Le Mans over 2200m on 13 July. Capable of making the frame if in the right mood
  4. HECTOR DE CORDAY – Not reliable and finished 7th in Class F at Laon over 2650m on 19 July. Did win his penultimate start and cannot be ruled out
  5. JACKPOT DE JUMILLY – Has only been moderate of late and was 8th in Class F at Pornichet over 2725m on 18 July. Capable of doing better and has claims
  6. JULIANA DES LUCAS – Battling to find best form and was unplaced in Class H at Carentan over 2850m on 11 July. Not easy to trust and others are preferred

    Summary: This amateur contest could offer JACKPOT DE JUMILLY (5) the perfect opportunity to bounce back after a luckless effort at Pornichet, especially returning to a track that clearly suits him. IMMIX PONT VAUTIER (1) arrives in fine nick and, despite stepping up in grade, looks a major player. HECTOR DE CORDAY (4) has a solid understanding with Guillaume Porée, commands respect. JUDICIEUSE ZAILER (3) does possess a sharp turn of foot and should be finishing strongly so must be considered a possible winner.

  17. OLIVIA DE MER – Finished third on debut in Class D over this course and distance on 18 July. Should fight out the finish
    Summary: A fascinating contest for juvenile fillies where the spotlight falls firmly on the newcomers. OPEN ALL NIGHT (2) created a taking impression in qualification without coming off the bridle and could be anything, while the well-related OMBRE DU CHOQUEL (1) has shown the right attitude to suggest she’ll be ready to strike first time out. ONE NIGHT IN RIO (6) sets the standard of those with experience after an encouraging debut and is entitled to progress. OVATION DU CHOQUEL (5) can be forgiven a below-par introduction and is expected to leave that effort well behind, making her another to consider closely.

  77. HEY JO – Two unplaced runs this year, 8th on the most recent over 1800m at Compiegne in a handicap on June 9. Highly tried in good handicap’s of late and has to be respected back in calmer waters
  78. THE PISTOL STAR – Finished 7th in a Maiden at Clairefontaine over 2,200m on 11 July 2026. Capable of being on the premises
    Summary: CHEERIO (2) won well on his sole start at Le Mans in April. He has been given some time and has solid claims of following up. His main threat could be ENTLEBUCH (4), who a a decent second at Vittel on his latest start in a Class 3 race 20 days ago. HEY JO (6) was not beaten far in a good handicap last time at Compiegne and can not be excluded. THE PISTOL STAR (7) makes up the shortlist.
